Abstract

Shop building collapse in housing Cendrawasih    Permai,  Sungai Pinang, Jalan A Yani, Samarinda Kal-team to the attention of all parties. The loss and the impact it had very detrimental to all parties, especially the workers and the project is and how much more casualties. The failure which   led    to the collapse of the construction of this building   is   concerned      suwatu   and     tarnished the city samarinda. Seventeen three-storey tenement buildings that collapsed suddenly, leavingdebris crushed material.              As a result   of this incident the need for building  design should consider several criteria, including criteria   for the power construction, efficient time and cost, power, wind  load, seismic   calculations, and also other aspects. Multistory building plan in terms of structure requires  careful   consideration,    particularly building up structural work very useable and implemented standards in the world, especially in the field of civil engineering building.              In the implementation of this final project  with   Design     Review to be conducted projected Sick Building Office in the city of Samarinda. Up     Design Review for comparison of the structure calculations so that the     calculations are reviewed planner and will look different because planners 3 floors and converted into 5 floors. Abstract

Residences is a basic human needs. The growth rate of human resulted in high demand for residences. The magnitude of this business opportunity make the developers competing to develop a residential area in samarinda city. To develop residential area required considerable funds.The Apel Biru Hill Residence is one of residences which growing in samarinda city. This residence is developing house type 45 and 32 for the project phase 1. To know the project is feasible and profitable to be implemented, is necessary to do feasibility study investment of financial terms. Determining the investment feasibility in this study, using the NPV (Net Present Value), IRR (Internal Rate of Return), and PI (Profitability Index) method.From the research result that development project of The Apel Biru Hill residence feasible and profitable to be implemented with NPV ( Net Present Value ) give a positive value as big as Rp. 8.475.248.752,91 , IRR ( Internal Rate of Return ) 11,754 % greater i at the desired rate of return ( IRR > 11 % ) , PI ( Profitability Index ) 1,696 and greater than hinted that PI > 1.

Abstract

Dalam kehidupan setiap orang pastinya terlibat dalam transportasi dalam beraneka ragam bentuk dan cara. Abstract

Seiring meningkat jumlah penduduk di kota samarinda juga memberikan dampak terhadap kepadatan arus lalu lintas. Kepadatan arus lalu lintas pada ruas jalan dapat mengakibatkan terjadinya penumpukan kendaraan, kemacetan, tundaan waktu perjalanan dan rendahnya kenyamanan, serta menurunya tingkat pelayanan ruas jalan. Kepadatan arus lalu lintas ini tentu akan berpengaruh pada waktu perjalanan yang di perlukan. Tujuan penelitian ini mengatahui waktu tempuh perjalanan, kecepatan rata-rata, BOK, dan model hubungan antara kecepatan rata-rata dan BOK, akibat kepadatan pada ruas Jalan S. Parman, Jalan Ahmad Yani 1, Jalan Ahmad Yani 2, Jalan DI. Panjaitan, Jalan PM. Noor.Analisis yang di lakukan secara manual sesuai dengan kondisi arus lalu lintas, dalam hal ini di lakukan analisis menggunakan MKJI dan BOK berdasarkan metode PCI. untuk mengetahui analisis waktu tempuh perjalanan berdasarkan kecepatan rata-rata dan BOK.Hasil analisis kinerja ruas Jalan S. Parman pada hari senin, rabu, sabtu dan minggu. Jalur 1 waktu tempuh 91 detik, kecepatan rata-rata 26,77 Km/jam, dan BOK sebesar Rp 4.791 dan jalur 2 waktu tempuh 89 detik, kecepatan rata-rata 27,55 Km/jam, dan BOK sebesar Rp 4.720. Jalan Ahmad Yani 1 pada hari senin, rabu, sabtu dan minggu. Jalur 1 waktu tempuh 99 detik, kecepatan rata-rata 29,03 Km/jam, dan BOK sebesar Rp 4.595 dan jalur 2 waktu tempuh 103 detik, kecepatan rata-rata 28,00 Km/jam, dan BOK sebesar Rp 4.681. Jalan Ahmad Yani 2 pada hari senin, rabu, sabtu dan minggu. Jalur 1 waktu tempuh 98 detik, kecepatan rata-rata 30,60 Km/jam, dan BOK sebesar Rp 4.474 dan jalur 2 waktu tempuh 96 detik, kecepatan rata-rata 31,78 Km/jam, dan BOK sebesar Rp 4.425. Jalan DI. Panjaitan pada hari senin, rabu, sabtu dan minggu. Jalur 1 waktu tempuh 74 detik, kecepatan rata-rata 31,70 Km/jam, dan BOK sebesar Rp 4.396 dan jalur 2 waktu tempuh 72 detik, kecepatan rata-rata 32,71 Km/jam, dan BOK sebesar Rp 4.329. Jalan PM. Noor pada hari senin, rabu, sabtu dan minggu. Jalur 1 waktu tempuh 252 detik, kecepatan rata-rata 33,93 Km/jam, dan BOK sebesar Rp 4.253 dan jalur 2 waktu tempuh 247 detik, kecepatan rata-rata 34,66 Km/jam, dan BOK sebesar Rp 4.211. Permodelan yang di dapat kecepatan rata-rata dan Bok adalah. Jalur 1 R² = 0,994 dan jalur 2 R² = 0,996

Abstract

Di dalam perkembangan suatu kota mengakibatkan terjadinya peningkatan kegiatan penduduknya. Peningkatan kegiatan penduduk ini dapat dilihat dari berubahnya pola guna lahan kota tersebut. Tata guna lahan di dalam suatu kota bersifat dinamis. Artinya, guna lahan akan selalu mengalami perkembangan dan atau perubahan sejalan dengan pertambahan waktu. Satu hal yang mendasar dari perubahan ini adalah bahwa guna lahan pada satu waktu tertentu merupakan hasil dari kegiatan ekonomi dan sosial yang ada pada saat itu.Salah satu jalan dengan intesitas kegiatan yang tinggi di Kota SamarindaTujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisa waktu di kota Samarinda. Data primer yang dibutuhkan adalah data kecepatan kendaraan tiap detiknya melalui survei langsung dengan menggunakan alat bantu GPS (global positioning system). Sedangkan data sekunder yang dibutuhan adalah data pendukung yang meliputi lebar dan jumlah fasilitas jalan pada jaringan jalan yang disurvei. Dari hasil penelitian dan analisa data diperoleh trayektori perjalanan, fluktuasi kecepatan per detik, dan parameter pola pergerakan kendaraan. Pemodelan waktu tempuh perjalanan kendaraan berat dianalisis menggunakan metode regresi linier berganda (program SPSS 18.0). Terdapat tiga variabel yang signifikan mempengaruhi waktu tempuh perjalanan kendaraan. Ketiga variabel tersebut memperlihatkan kesesuaian uji rasionalitas tanda terhadap waktu tempuh perjalanan. Dimana semakin bertambahnya nilaiPage 2 of 22variabel bertanda positif menyebabkan waktu tempuh perjalanan kendaraan akan semakin bertambah, sedangkan semakin bertambahnya nilai variabel bertanda negatif menyebabkan waktu tempuh perjalanan kendaraan akan berkurang. Secara keseluruhan, nilai indikator tingkat kesesuaian model adalah cukup baik

Abstract

Margomulyo village is one of the villages located in District Loa JananRegency, the village is located in the mining area which led to several roadsleading to the village is experiencing landslides due to soil instability. On somestreets Village Margomulyo Loa Janan subdistrict are point landslide whichthen inhibits the flow of traffic and transportation.To overcome this avalanche handling efforts by using retaining wallconstruction. The purpose of the handling of avalanche course in order to avoidthe termination of the road so that it can interfere with the performance of theroad at that location. Retaining wall is a construction model of prevention oflandslides that have long been used ever since the ancient Roman era. With thedevelopment of construction technology fairly rapid construction of retainingwall has evolved into a variety of shapes and materials used, but theparameters of the construction is the ability to accept vertical and horizontalloads.The study on high retaining wall is one way to measure the level ofsuccess in the use of this type of construction for the prevention of avalanchesespecially on roads Margomulyo Village, District Loa Janan, Kutai regency.The limit problem in this study is more focussed includes, calculating thedimensions of a retaining wall using type counterfort, burdens the work is itsown weight, additional dead load, traffic load, the load pressure of the soil andearthquake loads, calculations using two alternative high dimensional plan thatis 3 meters and 5 meters with a segment length is 15 meters and the quality ofconcrete used is K.275, or 275 kg / cm2. From the calculation results can be thelargest vertical force 1848.8919 KN, and 685,802 KN greatest shear forces. Inthe 3 meter high wall construction secured against rolling, but the 5 meter highwall construction is not safe, especially on the y axis retaining wall. Whileunder the influence of shear retaining wall construction is quite safe.

Abstract

Kenohan sub-district is located in the northern area of KutaiKartanegara Regency, and the topography of this district much cleaved by theriver so that water transport is the primary choice for local people. The maindifficulty is the condition of the water transport streams and creeks areinfluenced by tides and seasons, where the dry season several tributariesexperienced a reduction of discharge even some drought so it is not possible topass. One possible alternate is to build a land transport infrastructure, namelyroads and with many rivers and streams that pass in the district are theconsequences far Kenohan one requires many bridges. One bridge is located inDistrict Kenohan located in Teluk Bingkai, where the existing condition of thebridge is a bridge while former logging roads for forestry purposes.In this study, will be more focused on the calculation of the load acting onthe bridge based on RSNI T-02-2005 on Standards Imposition For Bridges,bridge type which is designed composite bridge with steel girder structure,classification of long-span bridge with a plan B is 20 meters and K.300 uniformconcrete quality or 300 kg/cm2, the selected abutment type is the type withvariations caltiliver wall 5 meters high and 6 meters.From the calculation results obtained greatest axial force acting on theabutment at 12166,11 KN largest and shear forces permit 6507,79 KN. Inaddition, the results of the calculation shows that the steeper abutmentabutment will affect the ability to withstand shear, so that the higher theabutment, the ability to withstand shear will be smaller, so contradictory withthe ability to withstand rolling abutment pretty good, especially on the x-axisdirection abutment.
