Abstract

The bridge is a transportation infrastructure that serves to connect thetwo regions that were cut off by relief or differences in contour or a flameranges such as rivers and valleys. Construction of the bridge is influenced bymany things such as the location, the position of the point of the bridge and thetype of soil at the construction site of the bridge. Abstract

Landslide which occurred on the road caused by the movement of the soilmust be corrected immediately and must be addressed so that it does notinterfere with the performance of the road which is the lifeblood and drivingforce with establishment road section Youth Sebulu Ilir in District Sebulu, insome parts experiencing landslides due to the instability of the soil , so thatneeds to be addressed. Avalanche that occurred on these roads in the form oferosion of the road that could potentially lead to these roads cut off, so we needa quick and appropriate action in dealing with avalanche that occurred onthese roads.To limit the breadth of the scope of the discussion in a study that is toobroad, so in this study given the constraints that are more focused on the thingsof calculating the dimensions of retaining walls using a type counterfort, loadsthat work is the traffic load, the load pressure of the soil and earthquake loads,variations in wall thickness used was 0,450 meters and 0,350 meters long, 15meters high segments of the wall 3,5 meters, the quality of concrete used isK.275, or 275 kg/cm2.From the calculation results can be that the greatest axial force KNamounted 1330,0729 and 1321,9418 of the largest lateral force KN. Theinfluence of the wall thickness of the rolling and sliding penagruh significant,where the thicker the wall, the greater the ability of walls to withstand slidingbolsters and vice versa

Abstract

Water is a primary need for daily human life, therefore the provision of clean water for rural and urban population is absolutely necessary. Regional Water Company (PDAM) Samarinda City as well as in particular Water Treatment Plant (IPA)Network Distribution Pipeline Road AW Syahrani in serving residents who live in North Samarinda and the surrounding region has a very important role in providing clean water as a basic necessity of life that meets the requirements, both in terms of aspects of quality, quantity and continuity.                    Distribution of water in the region of North Samarinda impaired due to malfunction of the booster pump in Jalan A.Wahab Syahrani optimally, despite being pursued distribution in rotation but until now did not go well.So to be able to improve service water needs Distribution Pipeline Road AW Syahrani mentioned above and in order to maintain necessary strategic steps and efficient and a good management system and operational improvements pump booster, including for the needs of 10 (ten) years into the future, so that the needs of the community and the public as well as the smooth development can be met and there is no occur sharing.From the analysis and calculations as well as the discussion on this research, the projected service levels IPA Distribution Pipeline Road AW Syahrani the next ten years (2015-2024) for conditions of service of its growth rate of 1.30% / year, water production growth rate 8.81% / year , water distribution growth rate of 8.31% / year, water sales revenue growth rate of 1.70% / year, operating cost  growth rate of 1.43% / year. Abstract

Seiring dengan perkembangan dunia industri, begitu juga denganperkembangan transportasi, maka tingkat kesulitan untuk mengelola danmenjalankan sebuah proyek semakin tinggi. Semakin tinggi tingkat kesulitannya,berarti semakin panjang durasi waktu yang dibutuhkan untuk menyelesaikan suatuproyek.Oleh karena itu disini sangat diperlukan suatu manajemen waktu yang baikdengan berbagai macam metode yang tepat dan salah satu meode manajemanwaktu tersebut yaitu metode AON, selain mempertajam prioritas metode AON inijuga mengusahakan peningkatan efisiensi dan efektivitas pengelolaan proyek agardicapai hasil yang maksimal dari sumber daya yang tersedia. Semuanya itu untukmencapai tujuan dari sebuah proyek, yaitu kesuksesan yang memenuhi kriteriawaktu (jadwal), juga biaya (anggaran) dan mutu (kualitas).Selain manajemen waktu yang baik, tentu juga harus diikuti denganpelaksanaan proyek yang baik dan sesuai dengan perencanaannya. Denganmanajemen waktu yang tepat dan pelaksanaan yang baik, maka resiko proyekakan mengalami keterlambatan menjadi kecil. Secara langsung hal tersebut akanmengurangi pembengkakan biaya proyek, serta pada akhirnya akan memberikankeuntungan tersendiri bagi para Kontraktor sebagai penanggungjawabpelaksanaan proyek.Saat ini banyak dijumpai proyek-proyek kontruksi jalan yang mempunyaiperforma yang kurang baik dalam hal manajemen waktu pada perusahaankontraktor, seperti pada proyek Konstruksi Jalan. Diperlukan suatu analisa tentangpelaksanaan manajemen waktu dengan metode AON proyek Konstruksi Jalanpada perusahaan PT. Madu Indah Group di Samarinda, sehingga dapat diketahuikekurangan dan kelemahan yang dilakukan selama ini, yang nantinya dapatmenjadi masukan bagi Kontraktor pelaksana lainnya, untuk dapat lebih baik lagidalam pelaksanaan manajemen waktu suatu proyek kontruksi jalan.

Abstract

The bridge is a building that serves as a complement to the road connecting the two ends of the road were cut off by rivers, lakes, valleys, roads, irrigation canals, bays and other roads.               Building structure under the bridge has a function to support and continue building styles from the top to the foundation, then the foundation continue to subsoil. It can be said under the bridge structure and stable foundation can determine whether or not a structure that is in it. In general, the lower structure may be the Head Bridge (abutments).               The purpose of this study wanted to know the calculation analysis of loading on the abutment, the abutment reinforcement calculation analysis and calculation analysis pile foundation. Analysis loading calculations using paraturan SNI and SNI T T -02-2005 -03-2005 weeks to steel.               From process analysis obtained conclusion that needs reinforcing each - each structural element is different, needs reinforcement of diameter 16 mm, 19 mm and 25 mm. For pile foundation used a diameter of 50 cm, a depth of 60 meters of 12mm thick and required 18 for the stake in the foundation.

Abstract

Clean Water is water which in using for the requirement of everyday human being and will become drinking water after cooked particularly its definition dahulu.Sebagai of clean water is water fulfilling conditions to conditions minum.Adapun water system which in intention is conditions from facet of is quality of water covering the quality of radiologis fisik, kimia, biologis, and so that if consumed is not dangerous or generate side effects to human being. Method used for the calculation of resident projection is with Method Aritmatik and Method Geometrik, while formula which is used in calculation of pipe is with formula equation of Hazen Williams.

Abstract

One of the fundamental factors to consider when offering road construction projects to the private sector is that the project must be financially viable. In a narrower context, keatraktivan usually measured from the NPV or IRR. Thus the issue of determining the discount rate or the minimum acceptable / attractive rate of return is the right to be one very crucial issue. This paper offers a methodology of calculation of Net Present Value (NPV) for the systematic construction of road infrastructure projects with a combined value of Internal Rate of Return (IRR).

Abstract

If rigid pavement has reached the end of the maid, so that no longer able to withstand traffic loads that are in it, then there are two options to improve the ability of rigid pavement, namely the reconstruction or replacement of the pavement with concrete pavement that is new, or with plus coating (overlay) on an existing concrete pavement. With the overlay is expected to increase the service life of the old pavement and also can increase the capacity of the structure, reduce the use of equipment for maintenance or maintenance, as well as savecosts. In this final project will be discussed pekerasan rigid structure calculations using the method of SNI, for data traffic and the old pavement thickness are taken together.
