Abstract

Perencanaan dan perancangan Rumah Sarung Samarinda ini dimaksudkan untuk menciptakan sebuah ikon baru dalam menjaga dan melestarikan salah satu kebudayaan yang menjadi ciri khas Kota Samarinda, yaitu Sarung Samarinda yang memiliki motif khas kotak-kotak berwarna hitam merah yang biasa disebut Belang Hatta. Yang tentunya akan menarik banyak minat pengunjung untuk datang, baik dalam kota maupun luar kota khususnya di Samarinda, Kalimantan Timur. Dan diharapkan bisa menjadi salah satu tempat pusat sarung di Samarinda dengan menghasilkan produk-produk berkualitas dan bermutu tinggi pastinya. Sehingga bisa mendongkrak pendapatan daerah serta membuka lapangan pekerjaan dan khususnya kota Samarinda bisa lebih dikenal di tingkat Nasional.            Rumah Sarung Samarinda ini merupakan suatu objek arsitektural yang memfasilitasi para pengunjungnya, agar lebih mengenal dan mencintai Sarung Samarinda yang merupakan warisan asli kebudayaan Kalimantan Timur. Oleh karena itu, perencanaan dan perancangan Rumah Sarung Samarinda, bisa menjadikan Rumah Sarung ini sebagai tempat yang terfokus pada proses pembuatan, pameran dan penjualan, yang tentunya akan memberikan keuntungan dalam bidang bisnis disamping unsur hiburan dan edukatifnya. Proses perancangan Rumah Sarung melewati beberapa tahapan, yaitu: (1) tahap pengumpulan data, (2) tahap analisis, dan (3) tahap konsep perancangan bangunan.            Dengan menyuguhkan tempat sebagai lahan bisnis, hiburan dan edukasi, bangunan Rumah Sarung ini didesain dengan konsep arsitektur Tradisional-Modern dan dirancang fungsional sesuai dengan kebutuhannya masing-masing sebagai tempat pembuatan, pameran, dan penjualan. Diharapkan dengan ini bisa memberikan kenyaman bagi para pengguna maupun pengunjung

Abstract

The road is a place or area shaped track used as a means of transportation, both vehicles and pedestrians. Because of the way as infrastructure transport, it must be qualified in accordance with its function is to move goods or people from one place to another by means of a safe, comfortable, smooth, and economical.Gastric roads mangkurat a trade and shopping centers such as markets and shops and where had been impressed difficult to resolve parking problems especially in the know where the market usually makes creating congestion. The level of service that is unstable, in the sense that there are many obstacles on the road side, especially on the stomach mangkurat samarinda city, causing congestion.The method used to determine how a major influence on the performance bottleneck side road that is using methods MKJI 1997. And the research is to calculate the volume of traffic, the class barriers aside, and the degree of saturation at rush hour on this road. With the method in this research MKJI 1997. I did a survey for 4 days then it can be in the know the most traffic volume is highest on Thursday 21 may 2015 in the amount of 487 hours of 07:00 to 08:00 smp/clock to both directions. For the highest grade side barriers on Thursday 21 may 2015 in the amount of 531 hours of 07:00 to 08:00 for both directions then can code VH (very high) from these results. And to the highest degree of saturation occurred at 07:00 to 08:00 in the amount of 0.12 for both directions.2It can be concluded obstacle on the road beside the hull mangkurat ie by 25 %. Because it affects the performance of the hull mangkurat road. There fore to mitigate done to create some space in the location of alternative parking space located around market rahmat.

Abstract

     One of the main couses of trafic acidents are noncomplociace motorists wich include driving at  heviy speed regartdless of trafic signs indicating motor vhecile speed limit. this study discuses and evaluates the road caharateristic  and speed of road user especialy motor vechlies and the performance of the speed limite signes of  Martadinata street, and the preception of road users for non-compliance with the signs in place. the method used is direct field surveys such as trafic survey. the survey speed with local metal using a Gps (Global Positioning Syestem) SPSS 18.0  and a survey speed the care pertamina Spbu kota samarinda. survey are trafic and using a quistionere the results show that the total flow (Q) is 2,297 Pcu/Hour in Martadinata Street flow velocity (Fv) Is 22.91 Km/Hour road segment capacity (C) is 13,783 Smp/Hour and the degree of  saturation is 0,33 furtermore. it is shown that many violations of the  speed limit signes occur in street Mr.Martadinata Road Segmen.Keywood Speed Limit,Trafice,Acidents,Trafic Viola

Abstract

hesis civil engineering Faculty departements unversitas 17 August 1945 samarinda.Normal concrete is concrete has a bulk density 2200-2500 kg/mᶾ using coarse aggregate laterite rupture or without at rupture.Concrete material is a mixture of fly ash added plus fly ash concrete, generally in the form of particles-particles of added material can be any admixture of asbestos fibers, plastic fibers polypropylene, or a piece of steel wir. Fly ash in concrete works to improve the workability of cement and reduced water consumption. That makes concrete more ductile than ordinary concrete. The purpose of thi study to compare the compressive strength at yield normal concrete and concrete using fly ash added materials and coarse aggregate of laterite red soil and fine aggregat from the red earth samarinda northThis study uses a mixture of national standard design method Indonesia 03-2847-2002 conducted in the laboratory using the maximum size of coarse aggregat is 30 mili-meters samples used for normal concrete and concrete material variation plus 5% and 10% respectively variation using 30 samples and the total number of samples is 90 samples From the test results normal concrete compressive strength at 28 days compressive strength value of the average - average need (f'cr) is 101.528 and the compressive strength required (f'c) is 86.95 kg / cm2 of the average compressive strength needs to be targeted right (f'cr) = 205 kg / cm2 and the compressive strength which hinted (f'c) = 125 kg / cm2. Materials testing concrete compressive strength of fly ash added 5% at 28 days the compressive strength average in the target (f'cr) was 110.47 kg / cm2 and the compressive strength which hinted (f'c) is 98.01 kg / cm2 of the average compressive strength - need targeted average (FCR) = 205 kg / cm2 and the compressive strength which hinted (f'c) = 125 kg / cm2. Concrete compressive strength testing of materials plus 10% fly ash pad aumur 28 days the compressive strength average (f'cr) was 118.07 kg / cm2 and the compressive strength required (f'c) is 98.26 kg / cm2 of compressive strength of the average - average need are on target (f'cr) = 205 kg / cm2 and the compressive strength which hinted (f'c) = 125 kg / cm2.

Abstract

Precast Prestressed Bridge is one of the various types of bridges that can be used to connect one edges of the land to the next edge of the mainland, but the ability to effectively Precast Prestressed Bridge just 30 meters onwards (Bambang Supriadi 2007), so the existence of the bridge this type are widely encountered in the long span landscape.The condition of District Sangkulirang bridge that is no longer feasible to pass a vehicle which includes agricultural and plantation local community, becoming an important reason to do research in the area. For the prevalence development of a region, badly needed roads and bridges infrastructure that are adequate in order to facilitate the conduct of the early stages of development in areas that are still isolated.From the analysis, it is concluded that the reinforcement needs of each different structural elements, reinforcing the need starting from a diameter of 8 mm, 10 mm, 12 mm, 16 mm, 19 mm , 25 mm and 32 mm. For pile foundation used a diameter of 40 cm, a depth of 18 meters in a state of End Bearing, and it takes 60 dots stake.

Abstract

Persimpangan adalah bagian terpenting dari sistem jaringan jalan, yangsecara umum kapasitas persimpangan dapat dikontrol dengan mengendalikanvolume lalu lintas dalam sistem jaringan tersebut. Pada prinsipnya persimpanganadalah pertemuan dua atau lebih jaringan jalan.Fly Over (jalan layang) adalah jalan yang dibangun tidak sebidangmelayang untuk menghindari daerah/kawasan yang selalu menghadapipermasalahan kemacetan lalu lintas, melewati persilangan kereta api untukmeningkatkan keselamatan lalu lintas dan efisiensi, mengatasi hambatan karenakonflik dipersimpangan, melalui kawasan kumuh yang sulit ataupun melaluikawasan rawa-rawa.Ruas simpang Air Hitam merupakan salah satu persimpangan jalan diKota Samarinda yang berupa simpang bersinyal. Simpang tersebut merupakantitik pertemuan antara daerah pemukiman dengan daerah pertokoan danperkantoran di Samarinda.Metode pengambilan data dilakukan dengan cara survey volume lalulintas dan data geometrik jalan langsung dilapangan, sedangkan metode analisaperhitungan dengan menggunakan standar pedoman Manual Kapasitas JalanIndonesia (MKJI) Tahun 1997 oleh Departemen Pekerjaan Umum, DirektoratJenderal Bina Marga.Dari hasil perhitungan dapat disimpulkan bahwa, dari hasil kinerjapersimpangan saat ini didapatkan volume lalu lintas (Q) sebesar 1153 smp/jam,dan hasil analisa persimpangan setelah dibangun fly over (jalan lyang)didapatkan sekitar 32% kendaraan melewati fly over (jalan layang) sedangkan68% kendaraan lainnya melewati persimpangan Air Hitam. Dari hasil analisiskinerja simpang Air Hitam dalam kondisi sekarang, memang layak dibangun flyover (jalan layang) untuk mengurangi kemacetan yang sering dihadapi pada jamjamsibuk.

Abstract

Bontang as a city that is growing, should have such facilities. By 2015, the Government of Bontang has begun to build a shopping facility named Mr. Market Citra Mas Lok. With the shopping facilities in the region will affect the activity of the existing road network that is the trip generation that leads around this shopping area.               The intent of this study was to determine and analyze the trip generation due to the influence of Mr Lok Market development in Bontang Market development influence Citra Mas Lok Master in Bontang, it can be summed up as follows:Predicted population growth rate of 6% and a growth rate of motor vehicles by             8.3% per year in Bontang.The ratio v / c for road and intersection conditions are 5 yearsRecapitulation predictive ability of the intersection is not signalized Jalan Slamet Riyadi (East and West) - Roads Ships Pinisi 7 at 5 (five) years to come on the performance of the junction in 2020 to do repairs or traffic engineering because of the degree of saturation ratio v / c = 0.833> 0.85 with the level of service close to a D, where the flow is stable, the speed is controlled by the flow of traffic, the driver is restricted in choosing speed.Recapitulation predictive ability of Jalan Slamet Riyadi (East and West) to 5 (five) years to come on the performance of the junction in 2020 obtained the degree of saturation ratio v / c for the East = 0.283 <0.85 and to the west = 0.273 <0.85, with a sense of the level of service at level B, where the flow of cars, the speed is slightly limited by the flow of traffic, the driver can obtain the desired speed.3,  Estimated 2015 trip generation and the next 5 years by analogy with the    method ITE (Institute of Transportation Engineers) obtained;Trip generation in 2015 sebessar = 399 vehicles / hourPrediction Markets trip generation number Citra Mas Lok Tuan At peak hours during the next 5 years at = 231 smp / hour

Abstract

Based on the conclusions of the suggestions in the study of this intersection is ;1. Condition of the junction of Jalan Cipto Mangunkusumo - Fertilizer Jalan Raya - Jalan Slamet Riyadi - Jalan Arief Rahman Hakim in Bontang evaluated peak hours resulted in improvements to the performance of the traffic delay . Improvements made to the phase and cycle time APILL , because the phase and cycle time APILL differ between the hours of peak and average hours then APILL must be modified in order to change automatically at peak hours to avoid long delays which were in- vehicle platoon .2. Conditions crossing on average hours crossroads where traffic volume is expected to be in stable condition, the driver must remain vigilant and follow the rules APILL phase and cycle time .3. The existence of a phase and cycle time improvements to APILL the relevant parties in this case the Department of Transportation Bontang should always evaluate the APILL .

Sebagai salah satu hiburan, musik merupakan media yang terus menerus berkembang, hal ini ditunjukan dengan munculnya berbagai macam jenis musik yang baru, mungkin dulu kita hanya mengetahui beberapa jenis musik, seperti pop, rock, jazz dan keroncong serta dangdut, dijaman sekarang kita mulai mengenal jenis musik sajaDi Indonesia sendiri banyak sekali yang kita bisa lihat bahwa perkembangan musik yang pesat, munculnya grup band baru dengan berbagai macam jenis alirannya, tidak hanya yang memiliki label besar bahkan musik bermunculan dan menuai sukses serta mendapatkan pendengar baik didalam dan diluar negri          Kota Samarinda sekarang sudah mulai berkembang dengan banyak dibangunnya pusat-pusat perbelanjaan seperti Mall yang tidak kalah dengan Kota Jakarta. Ini membuktikan Life Style di kota Samarinda sendiri sudah naik. Keadaan Ini merupakan potensi bagi para investor untuk menanamkan modalnya di kota ini, karena sejauh ini sarana musik di Samarinda agak kurang, dilihat dari kurangnya ‘rumah atau wadah musik’ di Samarinda dan kebanyakan menggunakan sistem portable (bongkar pasang) di lahan kosong atau mall-mall. Abstract

Subdistrict North Sangatta, especially on the road Pranoto Apt is an area that is oftenflooded it is known by flood inundation maps and tables of points floodwaters City North Sangattaobtained from the Department of Public Works District. East Kutai. This thesis aims to analyze theability of existing drainage channels (existing) to accommodate surface runoff and stream flow,condition, shape, construction and see the direction of the flow channel in the area of thefloodwaters. Boundary problem in terms of this thesis is a hydrological analysis to analyze rainfallplans, rainfall intensity and time of concentration, while the analysis of hydraulics for analyzingthe ability of the secondary channels that already exist (existing) in a location that is reviewed isthe path Apt Pranoto District of North Sangatta to accommodate runoff and streamThe method used is the method of data collection and analysis. The data used are primarydata and secondary data are then analyzed based on the analysis of hydrology and hydraulicsanalysis and evaluated based on the value of the existing discharge chute with discharge planvalue.To determine rainfall plans to use two types of distributions are widely used in the fieldsof hydrology, distribution Person Log III and Gumbel distribution, then take the value of rainfallover a period of 2, 5, 10, 25 years of Distribution Log Person III to be used in further calculations.The time is determined by the equation concentration tc = to + td, rainfall intensity withMononobe method, discharge plan is calculated based on the Rational method and the evaluationof the channel cross section ≥ Qs equation QT.Rainfall value used to calculate the intensity of rainfall is the rainfall distribution value LogsPerson III repeated periods of 2.5, 10, 25 years,.
