Abstract

Abstrak:Implementasi Manajemen madrasah mengandung dua aspek kajian, pertama kaji­an dalam dataran konsep suatu pendekatan dalam menjalankan usaha khusus­nya pada segmen pendidikan yang berupaya memaksimalkan daya saing melalui pe­nyempurnaan secara terus-menerus atas produk, manusia, proses, dan ling­ku­ngan organisasi atau lembaga, dan kedua kajian mencakup cara penyampaiannya, yang mencakup pada sepuluh karakteristik dari yaitu berfokus pada pelanggan (in­ternal dan eksternal); berobsesi tinggi pada kualitas; menggunakan pen­de­ka­tan ilmiah; menyempurnakan kualitas secara berkesinambungan; pendidikan dan pe­latihan; menerapkan kebebasan yang terkendali; memiliki kesatuan tujuan; ser­ta melibatkan dan memberdayakan pendidik dan peserta didik. Kedua aspek ter­sebut harus menjadi kesatuan yang utuh sehingga usaha dalam mencapai tujuan dapat diperoleh secara optimal.Abstract:Implementation Madrasah based management contains the meaning of appli­ca­tion management in madrasah to improve the quality of education. The main are­as in madrasah that can adopt the principles of quality management are: Applica­ti­on of quality management to improve administrative function in managing mad­rasah; Integrating Madrasah based management in Madrasah curriculum; Using madrasah-based management in the learning process, especially the pro­cess of learning in the classroom. The presence of madrasah based management re­sults in a change in conventional management. Improving the quality of edu­ca­tion centered on improving the quality of madarsah.

Abstract

Abstrak: Penelitian  ini  bertujuan  untuk  mengetahui  kemampuan  mahasiswa  dalam  me- nyusun Komponen RPP, pelaksanaan pembelajaran, komponen kepribadian dan sosial  dan  komponen  laporan  PPL.  Penelitian  ini  mengggunakan  metode  des- kriptif dengan pengumpulan data melalui survey. Populasi adalah semua peserta PPL Pendidikan Fisika semester VI. Sampel dengan teknik total sampling dengan jumlah 30 orang. Berdasarkan hasil analisis ditemukan: (1). Penilaian Komponen RPP;  memperoleh  nilai  rata-rata  3,77  dari  nilai  total  yang  menjadi  acuan  pe- doman penilaian PPL; (2). Penilaian Komponen Pelaksanaan Pembelajaran; men- dapatkan nilai rata-rata 3,78, dari nilai total yang menjadi acuan pedoman peni- laian PPL. (3). Penilaian Komponen Kepribadian dan Sosial; rata-rata mendapat- kan nilai 3,84, dari nilai total yang menjadi acuan pedoman penilaian PPL. (4). Pe- nilaian Komponen Laporan PPL; mendapatkan nilai dengan rata-rata 3,65 dari ni- lai total yang menjadi acuan pedoman penilaian PPL. Abstract: This study aimed to determine the ability of the students in preparing the lesson plan components, implementation of learning, personality and social components and pre service teaching reports. This research is a descriptive methods using sur- veys  as  collection  data.  The  populations  were  all  of  the  pre  service  students  of physical  education  department.  The  samples  were  taken  by  using  census  samp- ling which were totally 30. Based on the data analysis, it is found that: (1) The as- sessment of lesson plan components obtains an average value of 3.77 of the total value of the reference pre service teaching assessment guidelines; (2) The assess- ment of learning implementation component  obtains an average value of 3.78 of the  total  value  of  the  reference  pre  service  teaching  assessment  guidelines.  (3). The assessment of personality and social components obtains an average value of 3.84 of the total value of the reference pre service teaching assessment guidelines. (4) The assessment of pre service teaching report obtains the average value of 3.65 of the total value of the reference pre service teaching assessment guidelines.

Abstract

Early education plays an important role in developing potential human resources. Such education, therefore, should be developed for the future of a nation. To get a maximum outcome, the process of education should be well-planned and systemic, also, the need and the way of children learn should be a priority. This is one way of teachers to stimulate students’ interest and their curiousity by involving them totally in the learning process. This approach may lead students interact with their environment positively.

Abstract

Abstrak: Ada tiga tujuan penelitian ini yaitu untuk mengetahui gambaran realitas perilaku menyimpang pada peserta didik, mengetahui faktor penyebab perilaku menyim­pang, dan mendeskripsikan peranan guru Pendidikan Agama Islam dalam menanggulangi perilaku menyimpang. Data bersumber dari Kepala Sekolah, Wakil Kepala Sekolah bidang Kesiswaan, guru Pendidikan Agama Islam, dan peserta didik. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa realitas perilaku menyim­pang peserta didik SMA Negeri 1 Pomalaa Kab. Kolaka adalah kelengkapan seragam tidak sesuai aturan disiplin sekolah, berambut panjang bagi laki-laki, berhias berlebihan bagi perempuan, terlambat masuk sekolah, membolos (pulang lebih awal), berada di kantin pada waktu jam pelajaran, merokok di lingkungan sekolah, tutur bahasa yang kurang sopan, membawa HP dan aksesoris, berkelahi, memalak, serta berjudi. Adapun faktor penyebab perilaku menyimpang disebab­kan tiga faktor yaitu: faktor lingkungan keluarga, sekolah, dan masyarakat. Adapun peranan guru Pendidikan Agama Islam dalam menanggulangi perilaku menyimpang, yaitu pertama, dengan tindakan preventif (pencegahan), kedua, tindakan represif, dan ketiga, tindakan kuratif.Abstract: There are three objectives of this study is to describe the reality of deviant behavior among students, knowing the causes of deviant behavior, describe the role of Islamic Education teachers in dealing with deviant behavior. Data sourced from the Principal, Vice Principal of Student field, Islamic Education teachers, and learners. Data collection methods used were observation, interviews, and documentation. The results showed that the deviant behavior of learners Reality SMA 1 Pomalaa Kab. Kolaka is not uniform completeness according to the rules of discipline of the school, long hair for Men, for Women excessively ornate, late for school, play truant (leave early), located in the cafeteria during school hours, smoking in the school environment, said the language is less polite, brings HP and accessories, fighting, memalak, and gambling. Whereas the causes of deviant behavior is caused by three factors: environmental factors family, school, and community. The role of Islamic Education teachers in dealing with deviant behavior. First, the preventive measures (prevention), Second, repressive actions. Third, curative action.

Abstract

A head master as a top leader of a school is responsible for a hard job and determines the future of the school. The head master should have three important skills; they are technical competence re-lated to specific skills for running operational activities of as a head master. The second is interpersonal competence; this is a skill to work with others and to motivate teachers and other subordinates. Finally, conceptual competence; this is about the head master’s ability to pro-duce concept, to analyse and solve problems of schools. Despite this, a number of headmasters cannot run their daily activities as it should be due to a number of factors. This paper discusses a number of ways to overcome such issue.

Abstract

Abstract: This paper aims to examine society's expectations and challenges in the field of education is still facing solutions as well as explain some of the steps that can be done to respond to the expectations and challenges. To obtain the data or information is needed, the method used in this study literature (library research), in the form of literature references education experts. From the results of the study, it was concluded that some people's expectations in the areas of education among the wanted educational equity, the National Examination (UN) is not an absolute requirement of graduation, and the desire for education policy has a clear direction. And one of the challenges in the education of the existence of discrimination in education.Abstrak: Tulisan ini bertujuan untuk mengkaji harapan-harapan masyarakat dan tantangan dalam bidang pendidikan yang sampai saat ini masih dihadapi sekaligus memaparkan beberapa langkah solusi yang dapat dilakukan guna menjawab harapan dan tantangan tersebut. Untuk memperoleh data atau informasi yang dibutuhkan, dalam kajian ini digunakan metode kepustakaan (library research), yaitu berupa rujukan-rujukan literatur pakar pendidikan. Dari hasil kajian, disimpulkan bahwa beberapa harapan masyarakat dalam bidang pendidikan di antaranya yaitu menginginkan pemerataan pendidikan, Ujian Nasional (UN) bukan syarat mutlak kelulusan, dan keinginan agar kebijakan pendidikan mempunyai arah yang jelas. Salah satu tantangan dalam pendidikan yaitu adanya diskriminasi dalam penyelenggaraan pendidikan. Beberapa solusi peninjauan kembali kebijakan pemerintah, penambahan pagu anggaran, pembentukan karakter, profesionalisme guru, sarana dan prasarana, dan pendidikan berbasis masyarakat.

Abstract

Abstrak:Motivasi berprestasi adalah dorongan yang dapat menggerakkan individu untuk ber­­tingkah-laku mencapai suatu prestasi atau suatu kesuksesan sebagai tujuan yang diharapkan. Salah satu metode yang digunakan dalam meningkatkan mo­ti­vasi berprestasi adalah pelatihan adversity quotient. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk me­nguji efektivitas pelatihan adversity quotient dalam meningkatkan motivasi ber­prestasi siswa SMK X di Kota Makassar. Materi pelatihan yang diberikan adalah kon­sep diri, apa itu adversity quotient, konsep ABCDE dan CORE, problem solving dan analisis SWOT, tipe adversity quotient, serta aku bisa. Responden penelitian di­pilih menggunakan teknik purposive sampling. Rancangan eksperimen meng­gu­na­kan one group pre-test post-test design. Subjek penelitian ini berjumlah 15 orang. Pe­nelitian ini menggunakan skala motivasi berprestasi yang didasarkan pada teori Mc Clelland dengan reliabilitas 0,820. Penelitian ini menggunakan teknik ana­lisis data Wilcoxon Signed Rank Test yang kemudian diolah dengan SPSS version 20. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa pelatihan adversity quotient efek­tif dalam meningkatkan motivasi berprestasi siswa SMK X di Kota Makassar, de­ngan signifikansi sebesar 0,005.Abstract:Achievement motivation is the drive that can move the individual to behave to achieve an achievement or a success as an expected goal. One of the methods used in improving achievement motivation is adversity quotient training. This study aims to test the effectiveness of adversity quotient training in improving the achievement motivation of students of SMK X in Makassar City. The training materials provided are self-concept, what is adversity quotient, ABCDE and CORE concept, problem solving and SWOT analysis, adversity quotient type, and I can. The respondents were chosen by using purposive sampling technique. The experimental design uses one group pre-test post-test design. Subjects of this study were 15 students. This research uses achievement motivation scale based on Mc Clelland theory with reliability 0,820. This study uses Wilcoxon Signed Rank Test data analysis techniques which is then processed with SPSS version 20. The results of this study indicate that training adversity quotient is effective in im­proving student achievement motivation at SMK X Makassar at 0.005 level of significance.

Abstract

The professional lecturer has to own some compe-tences such as pedagogical, personal, professional, and social compe-tence. Pedagogical competence is the ability to manage the students to learn. To manage the learning well, it must be begun with activity in order to plan and design the learning. The design of learning consist of the formulation of the objective of learning which will be achieved, the development of the learning material or subject matter, it should be suitable with the objective of learning will be achieved, formulate the strategy and the learning method, and also design of the learning media which supports the achievement toward the objective of the learning, as well as evaluate so that to measure the lesson achievement whether the process or its result. The ability to design the learning is one of decision factors which support the level of lecturer’s profession.

Abstract

Constitutions or rules are implemented simply for human well-being, that is, to make possible human beings enjoy advantages at most and avoid any disorders. Those who disobey the rules will be sentenced. One model of punishment based on Islamic jurisprudence is “takzir”. At the implementation stage of this model, the government or the judge should take both the condition of the doers and their cases into consideration. This is because punishment plays an important role as educational instrument. Despite this, some experts on education disagree with physical punishment, but they recommend other humane ways. In the field of education, students are punished in order that they do not commit the same mistakes again. This is in accordance with “takzir” in that it educates the offenders not to recommit the same mistakes in the future.

Abstract

Abstrak: Penelitian ini adalah Penelitian Tindakan Sekolah (School Action Research) yang bertujuan untuk mengetahui peningkatan disiplin guru dalam kehadiran meng­ajar di kelas melalui keteladanan Kepala Sekolah di SMP Negeri 5 Sengkang Kabupaten Wajo. Subjek penelitian ini adalah guru SMP Negeri 5 Sengkang seba­nyak 13 orang. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan pada semester ganjil tahun pelajaran 2011/2012. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Keteladanan Kepala Sekolah dapat meningkatkan Kedisiplinan guru dalam kehadiran mengajar di kelas, dimana pada pelaksanaan pembelajaran pra-siklus pada pertemuan per­tama semua Guru hadir tepat waktu, karena merupakan hari pertama sekolah untuk tahun pelajaran 2011/2012. Pelaksanaan pembelajaran pada siklus I ada 10 orang Guru yang terlambat masuk mengajar di kelas, dan setelah pelaksanaan pembe­lajaran pada siklus II kedisiplinan guru dalam kehadiran mengajar di kelas men­capai 80% berdasarkan tanggapan responden (guru) mengenai ketela­danan Kepala Sekolah, sedangkang berdasarkan hasil observasi 77 % Guru yang masih terlambat kurang dari 5 menit, karena lokasi penelitian sulit terjangkauAbstract: This research was school action research aiming at finding the increasing of the teachers’ discipline in presence to teach in classroom through the principals’ modeling at SMP Negeri 5 Sengkang, Wajo Regency. The subject of this research were the teachers of SMP Negeri 5 Sengkang consisting of 13 teachers. This research was conducted in 2011/2012 academic year. The result of the research showed that the principal’s modeling can increase teacher’s discipline in presence to teach in classroom proved by the data got through the classroom teaching process. In the first meeting of the pre cycle, all of the teachers came timely, because of the first day of school in 2011/2012 academic year.  In cycle 1, there were 10 teachers who came late and in cycle 2, teachers’ discipline in precence to teach in classroom got 80% which was got from teachers’ responses about the principals’ modeling. Based on the result of observation, there were 77% teachers coming 5 minutes late because the location of the research is difficult to be reached.
