Abstract

Abstrak: Pada dasarnya pendidikan Islam merupakan sarana yang terpenting untuk membawa manusia mencapai tujuan hidupnya. Melalui pendidikan,  kehidupan individu  dapat  menjadi  suatu  pribadi  yang  mampu  berdiri  sendiri  dan  berinteraksi dalam  kehidupan  bersama  dengan  orang  lain  secara  konstruktif.  Pendidikan mampu  membentuk  dan  membangun  sebuah  peradaban  yang  agung  pada  zamannya.  Pada  masa  Daulah  Fatimiyah,  pendidikan  Islam  berkembang  dengan pesat dan maju. Al-Azhar pada masa Dinasti Fatimiyah merupakan lembaga pendidikan  Islam  yang  memberikan  kontribusi  nyata  pada  dunia  pendidikan  Islam pada  masa  itu.  Pada  masa  itu  al-Azhar  mampu  melahirkan  tokoh-tokoh  pendidikan  Islam  yang  menjadi  pemegang  tampuk  kepemimpinan  di  al-Azhar  dan memberikan konstruksi pemikiran yang sampai sekarang masih dapat dijadikan referensi. Abstract:Basically Islamic education is the  most important  means to bring people  achieving  their  life  goals. Education brings people into a personal  life  which is able  to stand alone and interact in a common life with others constructively. Education is able to establish and build a great civilization in his day. During the Fatimid Dynasty, Islamic education was growing rapidly and advanced. Al-Azhar in Fatimid Dynasty was an Islamic educational institutions that make a real contribution to the world of Islamic education. At that time, it emerged educational leaders who were  the  holders  of  leadership  in  al-Azhar  and  provide  a  way  of  thinking  that  can still be used as a reference now.

Abstract

The teachers of science should develop teaching process by making innovation on different models of teaching. It is designed to get students interest and develops innovative thinking for a maximum end. With respect to teaching science, teachers should employ analo-gical approach, use multimedia, and technology based teaching. In addition, the qualification of academics, students, teaching facilities, teaching process, curriculum and controlling are of great importance for effective learning process.

Abstract

Abstract: This research discussed about the relationship between learning motivation and Arabic learning outcomes of the students at the Arabic Education Department, faculty of education and teaching science of UIN Alauddin Makassar. This research aimed at obtaining a description of the level of learning motivation and Arabic learning outcomes as well as the relationship between learning motivation and Arabic learning outcomes of students at the Arabic education. The research location was at the faculty of education and teaching science of UIN Alauddin Makassar. The research type was correlational with quantitative approach. The population was all students of the first semester of arabic education department in academic year 2014 that consists of 110 students, and only 45 students was taken as the sample. The research instruments were a questionnaires and a test. The data analysis technique used was descriptive and infrensial statistics. The results of the research sH0wed that (1) The students’ learning outcomes in Arabic in general were in the moderate category, (2) The students’ learning motivation in general were in the high category, (3) there was a significant relationship between learning motivation and students’ learning outcomes in Arabic because the score of rcount (0,78 was higher than the rtabel (0.294).Abstrak: Penelitian ini membahas tentang hubungan antara motivasi belajar dan hasil be­la­jar bahasa Arab mahasiswa jurusan Pendidikan Bahasa Arab pada Fakultas Tar­bi­yah dan Keguruan UIN Alauddin Makassar. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk memperoleh gambaran tentang tingkat motivasi belajar bahasa Arab dan hasil belajar bahasa Arab serta hubungan antara motivasi belajar dan hasil belajar bahasa Arab mahasiswa jurusan Pendidikan Bahasa Arab pada Fakultas Tarbiyah dan Keguruan UIN Alauddin Makassar. Lokasi penelitian  Fakultas Tarbiyah dan Keguruan UIN Alauddin Makassar. Jenis penelitian ini termasuk penelitian kore­la­sional, pendekatannya kuantitaif. Populasinya adalah seluruh mahasiswa se­mes­­ter V jurusan Pendidikan Bahasa Arab tahun 2014 yang berjumlah 110 orang, sampel 45 orang. Instrumennya adalah angket dan butir soal. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah statistik deskriptif dan infrensial. Hasil penelitian me­nun­jukkan bahwa (1) hasil belajar bahasa Arab mahasiswa jurusan Pendidikan Bahasa Arab pada Fakultas Tarbiyah dan Keguruan UIN Alauddin Makassar secara umum kategori sedang, (2) motivasi belajar mahasiswa kategori tinggi, dan (3)terdapat hubungan yang signifikan antara motivasi belajar dan hasil belajar bahasa Arab dimana rhitung (0,78) lebih besar dari rtabel (0,294).

Abstract

The article aims at discovering the form of ethno-mathematics activity that exist in Tolaki society at Southeast Sulawesi. This study is a qualitative descriptive research that describe 6 basic activities of Tolaki’s society (1) counting, (2) measuring, (3) deciding location, (4) designing, (5) playing, (6) explaining. The data collection was conducted through observation, interview, and docu-mentation. The data were then analyzed based on logical analysis. The results of the research shows that Tolaki society still maintain the traditional of kalo sara which is part of the six basic activities of Tolaki society well known as ethnomathematics. The writer expected that the Tolaki culture should be maintained as local culture heritage that enrich the national culture.

Abstract

ESP course design has grown to become one of the most prominent areas of EFL teaching since the early 1960's. It is a phenomenon that grew out of a number of covering trends. Nowadays there are many courses are offered in ESP areas. There has been several approaches in designing course but each of them has weakness and strengthens. This article aims at finding new approaches in ESP course design that integrate all the needs that the course. It integrates three com-ponent of need analysis, PSA, TSA, and LSA, and integrated source of data-stake-holder, learner, teacher, and expert. Each of the steps of integrated approach in-tegrate all component needed.

Abstract

Abstrak:Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengkaji proses dan hasil penerapan model pem­be­lajaran berbasis proyek dalam pembelajaran menulis teks eksposisi peserta di­dik kelas X SMA Negeri 2 Sungguminasa. Jenis penelitian adalah penelitian eks­pe­rimen dengan desain true eksperimen. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan di SMA Nege­ri 2 Sungguminasa. Populasi dalam penelitian ini yaitu seluruh peserta didik ke­las X yang berjumlah 239 orang. Teknik penentuan sampel yaitu propor­tional ran­dom sampling dan sampel yang terpilih sebanyak 70 orang. Instrumen be­ru­pa ran­cangan penelitian dan pedoman menulis teks eksposisi. Teknik pengum­pulan da­ta yaitu teknik tes tertulis. Data yang terkumpul kemudian dianalisis dengan meng­gunakan statistik deskriptif dan statistik inferensial. Hasil penelitian me­nun­jukkan dengan Uji hipotesis menggunakan analisis inferensial jenis uji-t in­dependen dan diperoleh nilai t sebesar 14,293 dengan derajat kebebasan 68 dan p-value (2 tailed) = 0,000. Karena nilai p-value < 0,05 atau 0,000 < 0,05 atau t hitung 14,293 > t tabel 2,04 maka hipotesis nol (H0) ditolak dan hipotesis alternatif (H1) diterima dan dapat disimpulkan bahwa penerapan model pembelajaran berbasis pro­­yek efektif diterapkan dalam pembelajaran menulis teks eksposisi peserta di­dik kelas X SMA Negeri 2 Sungguminasa.Abstract:This study aims to examine the process and the results of the implementation of project-based learning model in learning writing expository text of students class X of SMA Negeri 2 Sungguminasa. The type of research is experimental research. The research design is true experiment. This research was conducted in SMA Negeri 2 Sungguminasa. The population in this study is all students of class X which amounted to 239 people. The technique sampling used in this research was propotional random sampling and the selected sample is 70 students. Instruments used in this research were research planning exposition texts writing guidelines. Data collection techniques are written test techniques. The collected data is then analyzed by using descriptive statistics and inferential statistics. The results showed by hypothesis test using inferential analysis of independent t-test type and obtained t value equals to 14,293 with degree of freedom 68 and p-value (2 tailed) = 0,000. Since the p-value <0,05 or 0,000 <0,05 or t value 14,293> t table 2.04, the null hypothesis (H0) is rejected and the alternative hypothesis (H1) is accepted and it can be concluded that the application of project-based learning model is effective to be applied in learning writing expository text of students class X of SMA Negeri 2 Sungguminasa.

Abstract

Borneo Darussalam is one of the countries in the world claims itself as Islamic country that follows the Syafi’e school in Fiqh and Asy’ariyah in Theology. The history of Islam comes to Borneo Darussalam has some versions like another Asian countries. One version said that Islam came to Borneo in the 7 centuries and another version said that in the 13-14 centuries which was brought by Arabian Trade. Educational model in Borneo is the same in Singapore and Malaysia with the pattern A-7-3-2-2 by using Malay and English instruction with focusing on the priority of human’s morality to get religion and master technology. The government (Kingdom) has paid more attention to educational progress. The is shown to the educa-tional budget portion is too high and the position of education is very high to society’s view.

Abstract

Abstrak: Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui gambaran strategi multiple intel­ligences guru Pendidikan Agama Islam pada SMPN di Watampone, kualitas pembelajaran Pendidikan Agama Islam pada SMPN di Watampone, dan korelasi  antara keduanya. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan pada sembilan SMPN di Watam­pone dengan jumlah guru Pendidikan Agama Islam sebanyak 34 orang. Teknik analisis yang digunakan adalah analisis deskriptif kuantitatif dan analisis koefisien korelasi product moment. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa strategi multiple intelligences telah diterapkan dengan baik oleh guru Pendidikan Agama Islam pada SMPN di Watampone walaupun belum maksimal melalui berbagai aktivitas penekanan strategi kecerdasan. Hasil penelitian ini juga menunjukkan bahwa kualitas pembelajaran Pendidikan Agama Islam pada SMPN di Watam­pone menekankan pada kualitas proses pembelajaran Pendidikan Agama Islam yang dimulai dengan perencanaan, pelaksanaan, penilaian dan pengawasan proses pembelajaran. Sedangkan jika dikorelasikan antara keduanya maka ada hubungan positif dan signifikan.Abstract: The objectives in this study namely to know describe the strategy of multiple intelligences of Islamic Education teachers at Junior High Schools in Watampone, quality learning Islamic education at Junior High Schools in the Watampone, and correlation. This research conducted at the Junior High School in Watampone the number of teachers of Islamic education as many as 34 people. Analysis technique used is quantitative descriptive analysis and product moment correlation coefficient. The results showed that the strategy of multiple intelligences has been well implemented by teachers of Islamic education in junior high schools in Watampone although not maximal suppression activity through various intelli­gence strategy. The results of this study also showed that the quality of teaching Islamic education emphasizes on the quality of the learning process of Islamic education that begins with the planning, implementation, assessment, and monitoring of the learning process. whereas if correlated then there is a positive and significant relationship strategies on the quality of learning multiple intelligences of Islamic Education in Junior High School in Watampone.

Abstract

The success of a head master in running administra-tive activities depends strongly on his leadership style. His leadership condition can be more complex due to the personnel number and school diversity. The social change, the increase of different roles in terms of school management functions and the rise of school demand also contribute to the complexity of the role of a head master. Basical-ly, the main role of a head master is to retain condusive envoronment of school for learning process. He is responsible for comportable classroom apart from his managerial responsibility including, plan-ning, organizing, leading and controlling.

Abstract

Abstract: Development of human resource has been defined as the prosess of determining manpower requirements and the means for meeting those requirements in order to carry out the plans of the integrated organization. Therefore, it is necessary to have a human resources planning that the goals are based on individual interest in an organization, because it can help to improve the potency, as well as can be achieved through career planning. The importance of human resources organization is beneficial for the organization and can prepare prospective employees who have the potential to occupy the position of manager/leader. Nasional Importance is also able to be used by the government in order to improve national productivity. Abstrak: Pengembangan sumber daya manusia didefinisikan sebagai proses menentukan persyaratan dan peralatan untuk memenuhi persyaratan tersebut agar dapat melaksanakan rencana organisasi yang terintegrasi. Untuk itu diperlukan adanya perencanaan sumber daya manusia yang mempunyai tujuan berdasarkan kepentingan individu dalam organisasi karena dapat membantu meningkatkan potensinya, begitu pula dapat dicapai melalui perencanaan karir. Kepentingan organisasi sumber daya manusia sangat bermanfaat bagi organisasi dan dapat dipersiapkan calon-calon pegawai yang mempunyai potensi untuk menduduki posisi manajer/pimpinan. Kepentingan nasional dapat dimanfaatkan oleh pemerintah dalam rangka meningkatkan produktifitas nasional.
