Abstract

This ‘classroom action research’ aims to determine the effectiveness of the project assessment at Islamic Junior School (Madrasah Tsanawiyah) Model Makassar in the VIII/a class as subject research. The study carried out in two cycles, data collection was done by employing three ways: questionnaires, observation and test administration. The result showed that the project assessment was able to improve: 1) student discipline, shown on average 73,78% of the first cycle and the second cycle was 91,72%. 2) Responsibility for student learning, the average seen in the first cycle of 66,37% and 85,77% for the second cycle. 3) Student learning outcomes, the first cycle were 51,72% while in the second cycle there was 17,24% score below the minimum completeness criteria. On the individual test conducted at the end of the second cycle showed that there are only 4 students (13,79%) who had not reached the minimum completeness criteria.-----Penelitian tindakan kelas ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui keefektifan penilaian proyek dalam meningkatkan disiplin dan tanggung jawab belajar siswa. Penelitian dilakukan pada Madrasah Tsanawiyah Model Makassar dengan subyek penelitian siswa kelas VIII/a. Tindakan dilakukan dalam dua siklus, pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan menggunakan tiga cara yaitu angket, observasi dan pemberian tes. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa teknik penilaian proyek mampu meningkatkan: 1) disiplin siswa, terlihat pada rata-rata siklus pertama sebesar 73,78% dan pada siklus kedua sebesar 91,72%. 2) tanggung jawab belajar siswa, terlihat pada rata-rata siklus pertama sebesar 66,37 dan pada siklus kedua sebesar 85,77. 3) hasil belajar siswa, siklus pertama terdapat 51,72% sedangkan pada siklus kedua terdapat 17,24% skor di bawah kriteria ketuntasan minimal. Pada tes individu yang dilakukan pada akhir siklus II hanya terdapat 4 siswa (13,79%) yang belum mencapai kriteria ketuntasan minimal.

Abstract

This research is aimed to: 1) find out the objective condition of supporting elements of Character Building Training Program in State Islamic University of Alauddin Makassar at the antecedent phase, 2) look over the efectivity of the program implementation at the transaction phase, and 3) identify the character of students as the outcome of CBT Program. This formative evaluation research applies qualitative research particulary countenance stake. The data are collected by observation, questionnaire, interview, and documentation. The data are analyzed by domain analysis technique, tacsonomy, and componential technique, based on evaluation phase and applied together with data collecting. This research points out that antecedents phase is on the high category and transaction and outcomes phase are on moderat category.

Abstract

Penelitian ini berupaya untuk menyajikan bagaimana hubungan gaya kepemimpinan kepala madrasah dengan kinerja guru. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk: 1) mendeskripsikan realitas gaya kepemimpinan kepala madrasah; 2) mendeskripsikan realitas kinerja guru; dan 3) menguji korelasi antara gaya kepemimpinan kepala madrasah dengan kinerja guru di Madrasah Aliyahi Pondok Pesantren Al-Ikhlas Ujung Bone. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kuantitatif dengan metode ex post facto. Instrumen yang digunakan adalah angket, kemudian dianalisis menggunakan analisis korelasi product moment. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa: 1) gaya kepemimpinan kepala madrasah berada pada kategori baik dengan persentase sebesar 82,25%; 2) kinerja guru berada pada kategori tinggi dengan persentase sebesar 84,21%; dan 3) korelasi antara gaya kepemimpinan kepala madrasah dengan kinerja guru menunjukkan korelasi positifi yang berada pada tingkat hubungan rendah dengan nilai koefisien korelasi sebesar 0,292. Abstract

This study aims to describe the use of zoom learning media, learning motivation, and fiqh learning outcomes, as well as to analyze the effect of using zoom learning media and learning motivation on fiqh learning outcomes for students majoring in sharia in the fifth semester of comparative study program of the Makassar STIBA school, either partially or simultaneously. The type of research in this research is ex post facto that analyzed by descriptive and inferential statistics. The results of study showed that: 1) The use of zoom learning media is in the good enough category. 2) Learning motivation is in the good enough category. 3) Jurisprudence learning outcomes are in the high category. 4) There is an effect of using zoom learning media on fiqh learning outcomes, the effect is 28.4%. This means that in this study 28.4% of the variables of fiqh learning outcomes were influenced by the variable of using zoom learning media and included in the weak but definite category. 5) There is an influence of learning motivation on fiqh learning outcomes, the effect is 17.6%. This means that in this study 17.6% of the fiqh learning outcomes variables were influenced by learning motivation variables and included in the very weak category. 6) There is an effect of using zoom learning media and learning motivation on fiqh learning outcomes for students majoring in sharia in the fifth semester of the Makassar STIBA school of comparison study program, the effect is 8.8%. This means that in this study 8.8% of the variables of fiqh learning outcomes were influenced by the variable use of zoom learning media and learning motivation variables together and included in the very weak category, the rest was influenced by other factors not examined in this study.

Abstract

This paper aims to understand the existence of Kedatuan Sawitto particularly its historical development and its social and political role in the XVI-XVII Century. To discuss this problem, the researchers used historical research methods that are based on data collection which include: heuristics, criticism, interpretation, and historiography. The results showed that the XVI century AD was the heyday of   Kedatuan Sawitto. At the beginning of the sixteenth century the  Kedatuan Sawitto succeeded in establishing a strong and influential maritime force on the western coast of Sulawesi Island. Kedatuan Sawitto succeeded in conquering a number of areas on the west coast of the Sulawesi and several areas in the inland Sulawesi. Among the conquered territories were Bonto-Bonto, Bantaeng, Segeri, Lemo-Lemo, Passokkoreng, Baroko, Toraja, Mamuju, Kaili and Toli-Toli. The control of the area is of course for economic interests, namely to control shipping and trade along the western coast of the Sulawesi. The glory of Kedatuan Sawitto ended when the Kedatuan Sawitto was conquered by the Gowa kingdom which replaced the position of the Kedatuan Sawitto as the controller of shipping and trade on the west coast of Sulawesi.Keywords: History; Kedatuan Sawitto; XVI-XVII Century الملخصتهدف هذه الورقة إلى تحديد وجود Kedatuan Sawitto في القرنين السادس عشر والسابع عشر ، لا سيما التنمية والدور الاجتماعي والسياسي لكيداتوان ساويتو. لمناقشة هذا الأمر ، يستخدم المؤلفون أساليب البحث التاريخية التي تستند إلى جمع البيانات ، بما في ذلك: الاستدلال والنقد والتفسير والتأريخ. أظهرت النتائج أن القرن السادس عشر الميلادي كان ذروة مملكة ساويتو. في بداية القرن السادس عشر ، نجحت مملكة ساويتو في تأسيس قوة بحرية قوية ومؤثرة على الساحل الغربي لجزيرة سولاويزي. تمكنت Kedatuan Sawitto من احتلال عدد من المناطق على الساحل الغربي لجزيرة سولاويزي والعديد من المناطق في الداخل. من بين الأراضي المحتلة كانت بونتو بونتو ، وبانتاينج ، وسيجيري ، وليمو ليمو ، وباسوكورينج ، وباروكو ، وتوراجا ، وماموجو ، وكايلي ، وتولي تولي. السيطرة على المنطقة لأغراض اقتصادية ، وهي السيطرة على الشحن والتجارة على طول الساحل الغربي لجزيرة سولاويزي. انتهت ذروة مجد مملكة ساويتو عندما غزاها مملكة غوا التي حلت محل مملكة ساويتو بصفتها المتحكم في الشحن والتجارة على الساحل الغربي لسولاويزي.كلمات مفتاحية: التاريخ؛ كيداتوان ساويتو القرنين السادس عشر والسابع عشر.ABSTRAKTulisan ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui eksistensi Kedatuan Sawitto Abad XVI-XVII khususnya perkembangan dan peran sosial dan politik Kedatuan Sawitto. Untuk membahas hal tersebut, maka peneliti menggunakan metode penelitian sejarah yang mendasarkan diri pada pengumpulan data, meliputi: heuristik, kritik, interpretasi, dan historiografi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa abad XVI Masehi menjadi periode kejayaan Kedatuan Sawitto. Pada permulaan abad XVI Kedatuan Sawitto berhasil membentuk kekuatan maritim yang kuat dan berpengaruh di pesisir barat Pulau Sulawesi. Kedatuan Sawitto berhasil menaklukkan sejumlah wilayah di pesisir barat Pulau Sulawesi dan beberapa wilayah di pedalaman. Di antara wilayah taklukkan tersebut adalah Bonto-Bonto, Bantaeng, Segeri, Lemo-Lemo,  Passokkoreng, Baroko, Toraja, Mamuju, Kaili dan Toli-Toli. Penguasaan wilayah tersebut untuk kepentingan ekonomi yakni mengontrol pelayaran dan perdagangan di sepanjang pesisir barat Pulau Sulawesi. Puncak kejayaan Kedatuan Sawitto tersebut berakhir ketika ditaklukkan oleh Kerajaan Gowa yang menggantikan posisi Kedatuan Sawitto sebagai pengontrol pelayaran dan perdagangan di pesisir barat Sulawesi.

Abstract

This research strive to present relationship of leadership style of headmaster with madrasah climate. This research aims to: 1) describe the reality of leadership style of headmaster; 2) describe the reality madrasah climate; and 3) examine the correlation between leadership style of headmaster and madrasah climate at MA PP Al-Ikhlas Ujung Bone. This research is a quantitative by ex post facto method. Instrument used is a questionarre than analyzed by using product moment correlation. This research indicate that: 1) leadership style of headmaster including the good category with percentage of 82,25%; 2) madrasah climate including the high category with percentage of 80,5%; and 3) the correlation between leadership style of headmaster and madrasah climate indicate a positive correlation with correlation coefficient value at 0,643.

Abstract

This study describes the effect of madrasah’s management Functions on madrasah’s accreditation in Madrasah Tsanawiyah in Tellu Siattinge District, Bone Regency. This type of research is quantitative, by presenting statistical data on the phenomena that occur. The study population was 88 teachers as well as the sample. The technique of collecting data using a questionnaire and analyzed by descriptive statistics and inferential statistics by testing the hypothesis with the product moment correlation test. The results showed that there was a positive and significant effect of madrasah management functions on madrasah accreditation with a coefficient of 0.662 and a significance of 0.000. There is an effect of 66% of the management function on madrasah accreditation and other factors are influenced by other factors. This large percentage should get the attention of educational stakeholders regarding the importance of planning, organizing, implementing, and evaluating functions in improving madrasah accreditation.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian evaluasi program Praktek Pengalaman Lapangan (PPL) mahasiswa STAI Al Gazali Barru dengan model CIPP (Context, Input, Process, Product) adalah untuk melakukan evaluasi menyeluruh terhadap konteks program, pengembangan input, pelaksanaan proses pembelajaran, dan hasil yang dicapai. Pendekatan ini tidak hanya memberikan pemahaman mendalam terhadap efektivitas dan efisiensi program PPL, tetapi juga memberikan kerangka evaluatif yang holistik untuk mengidentifikasi potensi perbaikan dan pengembangan berkelanjutan. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah penelitian kualitatif deskriptif yaitu metode penelitian yang digunakan untuk memahami dan menjelaskan suatu fenomena atau situasi secara mendalam tanpa menggunakan angka atau statistik. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa 1). pelaksanaan kegiatan PPL Mahasiswa STAI Al Gazali Barru memiliki dasar pekasanaan, sesuai dengan Visi dan Organisai Pelaksaan yang baik. 2) Mahasiswa yang mengikuti kegiatan PPL pada tahun ajaran 2023/2024 harus memenuhi persyaratan berupa fotocopy sertifikat (OP2Q), fotocopy sertifikat Latihan Kepemimpinan Mahasiswa (LKM), fotocopy bukti pembayaran dan bukti transkrif nila semester I-VI, dan fotocopy Kartu Tanda Mahasiswa (KTM). Jumlah Peserta mahasiswa PPL 72 orang dan didampingi oleh 12 orang dosen pembimbing. 3) Proses pelaksanaan PPL diawali dengan membentuk panitia kemudain menyurati sekolah/madrasah tentang kesediaan mereka menrima mahasiswa PPL STAI Al GAzali Barru melaksanakan PPL. Semua unsur yang terlibat menjalankan tugas sesuai dengan tupoksinya masing-masing. 4) Hasil penilaian pelaksanaan PPL Mahasiswa STAI Al Gazali Barru menunjukkan ada unsur yang tidak berjalan dengan maksimal seperti, kegiatan orientasi lingkungan belajar dan pengajaran di kelas tidak mendapatkan pembimbingan yang maksimal oleh guru pamong di sekolah/madrasah lokasi PPL

Abstract

Abstrak: Pembelajaran Ilmu Pengetahuan Alam (IPA) adalah mata pelajaran penting dalam kurikulum pendidikan karena memberikan pengetahuan dasar tentang alam dan lingkungan sekitar. Penelitian ini bertujuan mengidentifikasi dan menganalisis faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi proses pembelajaran IPA pada anak berkebutuhan khusus. Penelitian ini mengevaluasi program pembelajaran IPA menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan metode observasi alami tanpa mengubah keadaan sedikit pun. Peneliti menggunakan desain penelitian dengan pendekatan CIPP (Context, Input, Proses, Product). Penelitian ini khusus menganalisis aspek proses pembelajaran IPA anak berkebutuhan khusus di SLB Negeri 1 Makassar. Hasil yang diperoleh memperlihatkan bahwa pendekatan pembelajaran yang inklusif dan berbasis pengalaman sangat efektif dalam mendukung pendidikan anak-anak berkebutuhan khusus, kurangnya keterampilan guru dalam memberlajarkan IPA menjadi kendala utama dalam evaluasi pada aspek proses ini. Oleh karena itu, perbaikan proses pembelajaran IPA di SLB perlu didukung oleh kebijakan yang tepat, termasuk perhatian khusus dari pemerintah dalam mempersiapkan guru yang memahami pendidikan inklusif, yang seharusnya menjadi bagian dari kurikulum semua program pendidikan keguruan di perguruan tinggi, tidak terbatas pada pendidikan luar biasa.Abstract: Natural Science is an important subject in the educational curriculum because it provides fundamental knowledge about nature and the surrounding environment. This study aims to identify and analyze the factors influencing the Natural Science learning process for children with special needs. The research evaluates the Natural Science learning program using a qualitative approach with natural observation methods without altering the existing conditions. The researcher employs a research design with the CIPP (Context, Input, Process, Product) approach. This study specifically analyzes the process aspect of Natural Science learning for children with special needs at SLB Negeri 1 Makassar. The results indicate that an inclusive and experience-based learning approach is highly effective in supporting the education of children with special needs; however, the lack of teacher skills in teaching Natural Science is a major obstacle in the evaluation of this process aspect. Therefore, improvements in the Natural Science learning process in SLB need to be supported by appropriate policies, including special attention from the government in preparing teachers who understand inclusive education, which should be part of the curriculum for all teacher education programs in universities, not limited to special education programs.

Abstract

The level of learning achievement is influenced by several indicators, including teacher performance and interest in learning. This research is useful in proving that there is a correlation between teacher performance and interest in learning in the same way as students' learning achievement in mathematics subjects at SMP Muhammadiyah 6 Makassar. This type of quantitative field research research has a research sample of 46 students at SMP Muhammadiyah 6 Makassar. The results of the research show a correlation between teacher performance and interest in learning in the same way as learning achievement at SMP Muhammadiyah 6 Makassar. This is based on the results of the inferential statistical hypothesis test obtained sig. F change <ɑ(0.004<0.05) means that there is a correlation between teacher performance and interest in learning on student learning achievement for subjects that can be accepted or proven to be correct. It is hoped that the implications of the research results will become reference material for similar researchers. More than that, it is desirable that there be further research regarding aspects that influence teacher performance, interest in learning, and student learning achievement from a broader perspective.
