Abstract

The study, entitled the development policy of Bhakti Praja office in the district of Pelalawan. Policy is a set of decisions that will be right for guidance in the implementation of activities or programs that have been specified. At Bhakti Praja Office construction, certainly use a anvil of policy as a guideline to development implementation, because of a policy that can be seen for what it really such development should be implemented as well as a reference to stages the process. However, in the policy implementation, it often occurs the problems that make hamper the policy. Discussion on development policy Bhakti Praja Office is interesting to study because it will be able to know from the beginning development and become a background in this research. So the authors formulate the problem with the question are how the Government policy district of Pelalawan at the development Bhakti Praja office and what is the factors that become an obstacle development implementation policy at Bhakti Praja office and what the causes of problems at the construction Bahkti Praja Office in the district of Pelalawan.The research method is qualitative with descriptive research, the data collection is done by observation, interviews and documentation. From the results of this research shows that for a policy there must be: 1) Policy Formulation Process, 2) Options and Policy Designation, 3) Policy Implementation, 4) Evaluation of Policy Implementation, and the factors inhibiting the development of Bhakti Praja Offices are: 1) Development Budget, 2) Planning is not optimal to Realized, 3) development Allocation who had uneven, 4) Monitoring is not optimal, 5) abuse of authority. In this study the authors conclude that the Local Government Pelalawan actually has made every effort to carry out development policy of Bhakti Praja Office, but should the Local Government Pelalawan should be able to run the Development Policy of Bhakti Praja office with optimal implementation.Keywords: Policy, Development, Bhakti Praja Office, Local Governmentof Pelalawan.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the local authorities in control of illegal sand mining in the district of West Rengat Indragiri Hulu in 2012 and know the enabling and inhibiting factors in controlling illegal sand mining in the District of West Rengat Indragiri Hulu in 2012. In this study, researchers used the informant research, where researchers have understood the initial information about the object of study and research informants. Informants are formal leaders and informal leaders. Formal leaders are heads of the Department of Mines and Energy, while the informal leaders are servants who understand about the problems of research and business owner of sand mining. Qualitative data analysis which is discussed problems that occurred in a government agency are about the management of sand mining permits in the district of West Rengat Indragiri Hulu .The study states that the enforcement authority in controlling sand mining include external and internal authority. The authority has not well applied internally because of the limited number of personnel and facilities to perform law enforcement. Implementation of the government's authority in regulating sand mining can be carried out externally by involving the community and community leaders. However, most people do not actively cooperate in controlling sand mining activities, due to the lack of socialization about it . Factors that constrain the application of government authority in regulating sand mining is the authority in coaching and sanctions are less effective and less fair because application of discipline and sanctions unfair, sometimes makes people feel dissatisfied with the performance of local government officials. Lack of socialization of the importance of controlling sand mining could affect regional income and preservation of the river ecosystem .Keywords : Authority , Control, Illegal Sand Mining

Abstract

This study aims to determine how the faktors that effect the peforrmance of the housekeeping department at the ibis hotel pekanbaru this research used descriptive quantitative method analyz the programs. The sample in the study of 20 respondents ware taken by using observasion, quesioner, and documentation. By using a likert scale as a measure to determine the length of the short interval.Base on the result of, responden to the faktors that effect the performance of housekeeping department at the hotel ibis pekanbaru,are namely organizational factors, individual faktors and social faktors. Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of the implementation of the foreman monitoring the performance of employees at PT. Geliga Chart Riau. Rokan downstream. Supervision foreman as the independent variable (X). While employee performance as the dependent variable (Y). This study was conducted on all employees of PT. Geliga Chart Riau. Rokan downstream as many as 54 people. Data obtained from questionnaires and subsequently processed to then be tested using statistical analysis as a simple linear regression analysis, t test, and correlation analysis and determination using SPSS. The results showed that the results of the t test of hypothesis testing. T count> t table (8.072> 2.080) and Significance <0.05 (0.000 <0.05). This suggests that the effect of the implementation of supervision foreman influence on employee performance. The magnitude of the effect of the implementation of the surveillance supervisor to employee performance at PT.Geliga Chart Riau. Downstream rokan 55.6. Abstract

Implementation of Regional Regulation No. 7 of 2011 Concerning Tax Hotel, in article I, paragraph 10 mentioned facilities services provider lodging, resort, including other related services free of charge, which includes motels, inns tourism hut, tourism guest house, guesthouse, inn, house stop, as well as boarding houses exceeded the number of rooms from 10 rooms hotel taxed.The purpose of this study was to determine the Implementation Regulation No. 7 of 2011 on Taxes (Tax Case Study Kos - Kosan In Sub Handsome) and to determine factors - factors inhibiting the Implementation Regulation No. 7 of 2011 on Taxes (Tax Case Study Kos - Kosan In Sub Handsome).The concept of the theory used is the theory of implementation according to George Edward III, namely: communication, resources, attitudes and bureaucratic structure. This study used qualitative research methods. In collecting the data, researchers use interviewing techniques, observation and study of literature.Based on the results of research conducted by the author in Pekanbaru District of Handsome, on the implementation of the Regional Regulation No. 7 of 2011 Concerning Taxes can be deduced that have not been implemented well, it is seen from the four indicators, namely communication, resources, disposition and bureaucratic structure. Factors Communication, communication factor emphasis on socialization and communication flow in providing information duties and functions of each member. Factor Human Resources, faced with conditions that are less employees. Disposition factor, based on the results of this study, it is still a lack of traction implementer in implementing regional regulation. Bureaucratic structures, in this case the Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) has been applied in accordance with the applicable rules, but the application is carried out by field officers are still lacking, it is because there are many who escaped the observation field officers so that there are many homeowners who do not obey boarding against regulations that have been made.Keywords: Implementation, Regional Regulations and Taxes

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of productdevelopment to the increase in sales volume in PT.Inpersada PrimaciptaPekanbaru. In this research, product development as the independent variable (X)and the level of sales volume as the dependent variable (Y). samples used were 51respondents with a sampling technique using Non Probability Sampling withsampling techniques accidental ... ..Overall the data obtained through questionnaires and further processed forstatistical analysis tested as a simple linear analysis, t-test, correlation coefficient,and the coefficient of determination by using SPSS 16 for windows.From the calculation results obtained regression coefficient value of 2,027,where the value of the correlation coefficient indicates a strong enoughrelationship and positive relationship between product development (variable x) tothe level of sales volume (variable y). while the value of the coefficient ofdetermination (R square) of 0.978 means that the overall development of theproduct had a positive influence response to the levels of sales volume amountingto 97.8% hypothesis test results (t) that the value of t is greater than t table ie32.824> 2.00 means that product development and significant positive effect onthe level of sales volume.Keywords: product development, the level of sales volume, PT. Abstract

This study was to determine The Relationship Work Environment WithEmployee Job Satisfaction (Case Proccessing Part PT. Surya Bratasena PlantationDistrict Of Pangkalan Kuras Pelalawan). This research is located in PT. SuryaBratasena Plantation. Which is located in the village of Sorek Districts Drain BasePelalawan. This research population is all employess at PT. Surya BratasenaPlantation processing section numbering 42 people. Data analisis in this study usingSPSS. Sampling technique is a method used census data and testing techniques usedin this study include validity test validitas, test reliabilitas, analysis korelasi spearmanand uji-t to test and prove the research hypothesis.The analysis showed that the working environment has a significantrelationship with job satisfaction of employees processing section PT. SuryaBratasena Plantation. Based on the results obtained by the value of r (correlationcoefficient) of 0,705% means that 70,5% of employee satisfaction variable processingsection PT. Surya Bratasena Plantation related to the work environment. Abstract

The research was conducted at the Institute of Ganesha Smart TutoringBranch Panam Pekanbaru in order to determine the organizational culture ofemployees (Case Study at Bank BRI Branch Tambusai Pekanbaru. Variable inthis research are: organizational culture and commitment to employees. Thesample in this study were 55 people with using census techniques. The method ofanalysis is simple regression analysis. Based on the results of the study showedthat there is influence of organizational culture on employees' commitment tousing the coefficient of determination is KD = r 2 x 100% = (0532) 2 x 100% =0.283 means that the value of average commitment amounted to 28.3% ofemployees are determined by the culture of the organization. Furthermore, theresults obtained regression equation Y = 16 256 + 0.225 X. The equation showsthat if the organizational culture is increased by 1 unit will affect the increase inemployee commitment for 0225, it is seen from b is a positive value. Results ofhypothesis testing t = 6937> t table = 2.000 at 95% confidence level. based onthese results that there is the influence of organizational culture on employeecommitment (Case Study at Bank BRI Branch Tambusai Pekanbaru).Keywords: Cultural Organization, Employees Commitment

Abstract

This study aims to determine how the performance porter at the front office department at the ibis hotel Pekanbaru in Riau.This research uses descrptive quantitative method to study the issues raised. As for the sample in this study as many as 50 people were taken using census sampling. While the data collection techniques in this study using observation, questiuonnaire, and interviews. By using likert scale as a measure to determine the lenght of the short interval.Based on the results of research that has been done, the responsen of the guests to the porter at the hotel ibis Pekanbaru are welcome and greet guests, escort guests into he lobby and to the room, and the latter takes guests who check out to the car. Where the poerter’s role in influencing satisfaction of guests staying at the hotel Ibis Pekanbaru assess that role is still not good porter to guests.Key Words : Role of Porter, Front office department, Ibis Hotel

Abstract

This research purposed to know how to perception junior high school student of the museum sang nila utama province Riau. To know that is a driving factor in the self student to visiting the museum sang nila utama province Riau.This research used qualitative descriptive method to analyze to the problems. The sample is the research are 50 sample by using census sampling. And then techniques collected data in this research are using questionnaire, interview, observation, and documentation.Based on the research, the driving factor outside the dominate make a junior high school student to the visit museum sang nila utama province Riau. therefore the lack of appeal of the museum to attract visitors junior high school student.Keywords : Perception, museum sang nila utama, siswa SLTP
