Abstract

Bimba-Aiueo is a non-formal educational institutions early age (3-6 years) who were in the shade of the Indonesian Child Education Foundation (YPAI). Bimba-Aiueo not a tutoring but organizers of a guidance unit interest in reading and learning of children, especially young children. Early childhood is a group of children who are in the process of growth and development is untuk.Penelitian aims to determine how the process of learning and playing in Bimba-Aiueo Ardath Pekanbaru, to determine the value of planting in Bimba-Aiueo Ardath. The theory used in this research is the theory of socialization. Socialization is a learning process and appreciate the individual to megenal norms and social values, causing the formation of attitudes to behave in accordance with the guidance or the behavior of its people.Keywords: Bimba-Aiueo, Childhood, socialization

Abstract

The problem in this research is the system of incentives is considered employees of the marketing is not in their favor. This of course affects employee morale in the work and will impact on the achievement of corporate goals. The purpose of the study was to determine and analyze incentives and employee morale as well as determine the effect of incentives on semagat employee marketing division at PT. Astra International Tbk-Daihatsu Branch Pekanbaru. The study concluded that giving incentives to employees in the marketing division of PT. Astra International Tbk-Daihatsu Pekanbaru branch overall result is good. But there are still many shortcomings in the implementation of the provision of incentives, including the incentive eligibility still too small and too concerning provisions in the granting of incentives designed not to benefit the employee marketing division. Employee morale in the marketing division of PT. Astra International Tbk-Daihatsu Pekanbaru branch as a whole is considered quite good. This is due to the lack of cooperation and willingness to help each other among fellow employees. Besides the lack of discipline of employees, which employees work outside of the ways that have been set by the company and the attitude of the employees in the work that is still not good, as well as the attitude of the employees who are not concerned with the problems faced by other employees. Analysis with SPSS, showed that the relationship between employee morale (dependent variable) with Incentives (independent variables) have a strong degree of correlation, which means that any additions or enhancements to existing incentives will lead to improvements to employee morale.Keywords : Incentives, morale, PT. Abstract

This study aims to explain the motivation of Indonesia to ratified the ASEAN Agreement on Transboandary Haze Pollution in 2014 AATHP was formed in 2002, which was signed by ASEAN countries and prevailed in 2003, which was initially ratified by six ASEAN countries, and up in 2010 has been ratified by nine countries. Indonesia is the last country to ratified this treaty in 2014, eventhough Indonesia is a country with the most frequent forest fires, and it happened almost every year.Forest fires in Indonesia has caused in air pollution that is not only detrimental to Indonesia, but also caused a pollution in other countries, especially in it self ASEAN region such as Malaisya and Singapore.This study uses the realism perspective where realism considers that a foreign policy will not be taken if it can not provide benefits to the country, so it become one of the reasons for Indonesia to ratified AATHP. This study also uses the theory of foreign policy with the level of the nation state analysis.The results of this study is, Indonesia ratified due AATHP in 2014 due to the Internal and external factors of Indonesia, which is one of the main purpose to be achieved after ratifying AATHP is Indonesia wants to take an important role in the policy making of the problems that occur on forest fires in Indonesia and also one of the internal factors which Indonesia ratified the problems of forest fires that can not be resolved until todayKeyword: AATHP, ASEAN, Forest Fires, Haze Pollution, Ratification, Agreement Cooperation

Abstract

In the current era of globalization a human face various challenges to be able to move faster in every respect. Life spins under the influence of science, technology, and rational thinking. Habits slowly began to change and create new habits into one's lifestyle. Each group in a given social structure will have a distinctive lifestyle that has become a symbol of prestige in social stratification. David Chaney (1996: 41) assumes that the lifestyle of a modern world, or it could be called modernity. Or it could be called modernity. The point is that anyone living in modern society will use the idea of the lifestyle to describe his own actions as well as others. Worries many people in our neighborhood who look exclusively on that adequate facilities at high school teenagers will present a hedonistic man, not merely consumptive but also in the utilization of spare time. However, such concerns is inversely proportional to that of the author who saw inclusively lifestyle of students take a private car to school at SMA Islam As-Shofa this. Male and female students at an Islamic school creates its own habits that become a way of life, both in the utilization of the effective time, the use of facilities owned, until the behavior and attitude of daily life. The method used in this paper is a quantitative descriptive. Abstract

This research is motivated because not optimal placement of local labor in PT. Perkit Wahana Jaya, still more use of labor from outside the area in the Company Tin Perkit Wahana J aya. Based on this background, this research aims at (i) To determine the government's role in local employment in PT. Perkit Wahana Jaya (ii) To determine the obstacles experienced by Meranti Islands regency government.This research is a descriptive study that aimed to describe the real situation on the ground to systematically and accurately related facts and research analysis unit, as well as field observations based on data (information) specific. Methods of data collection is done with interviews and document study. Government involvement is affected by competent human resources, strengthening related institutions as well as the availability of facilities and infrastructure financing as well. However, the implementation of the government will not succeed in the absence of community participation in supporting the program.The results showed that the government's role in local employment in the Company Tin Perkit Wahana Jaya ie government issued regulation No. 23 of 2011 concerning local employment and to super viseemployees.Keywords: Placement, the local Labor, Exploitation

Abstract

The child is one of the nation's next generation, therefore they should be prepare and also can be directed at early stages so that they can grow and develop into healthy children of both physical and spiritual, so that in future they can be kids who advanced, self-sufficient and prosperous. Thus will realize the quality of resources in the future. Child workers in school-age children who were supposed to be attending but they work and it does not want to attend school again. Here children made economic factors that support the sustainability of the family to meet the needs of the family. The population in this research is a school-age child workers who do jobs as labourers Palm harvesters, local coconut harvesters, workers ' and domestic workers who numbered 11 children. Child workers in school age here belongs to underprivileged children who due to poverty, even though at the moment the Government has helped ease the cost of these things however geratis SPP have not been able to help the child. Kids here that do the work instead of keterpaksaan elements of plantation owners or those who require the labor of the children but the ability of the child to do chores in the Neighborhood Kempas Jaya Subdistrict of Kempas Regency Indragiri HilirKey word : Child, School age, Worker

Abstract

This research was conducted in the village in the district of Tanah Datar Rengat Barat. This village was chosen, due to take place after the legislative elections occurred continuing conflict between the supporters of the legislative. The aim of this study was to determine the continuing conflict of legislative elections and to find out what is causing the conflict and efforts made in the resolution of conflicts in the society.The population in this study were all successful teams of each legislative candidates, the public and legislative candidates. Not all are taken into subjects but is determined as candidates involved, a successful team leader of each candidate, the head of the village and some community leaders were familiar with the state of research areas.Determination of the subject in focus to the team success of each legislative candidates. Successful team from the Golkar party amounting to two subjects and successful team of PDI-P totaling two subjects, and public figures amounted to four subjects, and then both legislative candidates elected regional people’s representative assembly.Methods This study was conducted by researchers using qualitative methods therefore approach used is a qualitative approach. Meaning a qualitative approach was carried out to study and find out how the attitude of the subject towards the implementation of the legislative elections and post-election.Keywords: Social Conflict, Legislative

Abstract

This research to purpose is to know how the promotion of the implementation of Istana Siak in Riau Province and to know what response of respondents about implementation of Istana Siak in Riau Province using promotional mix consist of advertising, sales promotion, personal selling and public relation.The sample of this research was taken by accidental sampling. The technique of collecting data in this research used observation, questionaire, and interview. Abstract

This research was conducted in Kuantan Singingi in order to obtain information about Gold Mining Conflicts Without Permission (illegal). Some of the problems in this study were (1) What form of gold mining conflicts without permission (illegal) in the village of Petapahan? (2) What are the causes of conflict gold mining without permission (illegal) in the village of Petapahan? (3) Who are the actors of conflict gold mining without permission (illegal) in the village of Petapahan ?. The title of this research is the "Gold Mining Conflicts Without Permission (illegal) In the village of Gunung Toar Petapahan Regency Kuantan Singingi". This research aims to find out To find out how to shape the conflict that occurred in the village especially Petapahan against illegal gold mining (PETI). To find out what the causes of conflict gold mining without permission (illegal) in the village of Petapahan. To find out who the actors gold mining conflict without permission (illegal) in the village of Petapahan. This research is qualitative because it is shaped case, which was the subject of this study is determined by those who know and are involved directly in the conflict as much as 9 subjects Mining. In collecting the data, engineering data collection using interviews, observation, and documentation. To analyze the problems in this study using qualitative analysis as well as will be described in descriptive in doing the writing. After peThis research has, the survey results revealed that the shape of the gold mining conflict without permission (illegal) in the village of Petapahan are demonstrations, arson camp, throwing cars dompeng and government, conflict and the horizontal and vertical conflicts caused by environmental factors, economic factors, factors of land, and social factors. Actors of the conflict that the ark of investors or financiers who have the interests of individuals or groups to profit or mining products as much as possible and in order to achieve its objectives. Abstract

This research was conducted in the Kepala Pulau village Kuantan Hilirsubdistrict, Kuantan Singingi Regency. The purpose of this study is the first tofind out what kind of a tradition in the Kepala Pulau village community to growrice. The second objective is to determine what changes occur in the tradition ofgrowing rice in the Kepala Pulau village community. The third goal is todetermine what are the factors that cause changes in the tradition of growing ricein the Kepala Pulau village community. Analyzing the data in this study usingQualitative Research Methods. Qualitative Research Methods This is an analysisthat seeks to provide a detailed picture of reality based on facts obtained from thefield and also supported by the data in order to support the primary and secondarydata exist. Qualitative research is presented in the form of words from theinterview with the author of the respondents that describe the specificcircumstances of the people in the Kepala pulau village about the tradition ofplanting rice, the changes that occur in the tradition of growing rice and thefactors that cause changes in the tradition of growing rice in the Kepala Pulauvillage community. The results of field research shows that there is occurrence ofsignificant changes in the tradition of growing rice in the Kepala Pulau villagecommunity even the traditions that have been around since the former in theplanting of rice has been lost. It is caused by several factors that influence thechanges that occur in the tradition of growing rice that is the internal factors andexternal factors.Keywords : Tradition of planting rice, Changes
