Abstract

The purpose of this research is to know the factors of then student on elementory school in Bukit Raya village, Singingi Hilir sub - District Kuantan Singingi District. Method of the research is using Descriptive kuantitative with the total of the population is 110 of studente and 110 of parents, but the total 25 of sample is only student and 25 of parents by using sampling random. The collection of the data research is gotten by using observation, method, interview and documentation and technique of analzing is Descriptive quantitative. Based on the research, there are four factors to effect the child to get out of school espacially in Bukit Raya village elementary school, Singingi Hilir Sub District Kuantan Singingi District. The first factor is economie which consist of 40%, the second factor is envinsment consist of 20% , the third is indogeneus factor which consist of 28% . and the last is the motivation of the family which is caused by economic condition of their family.Keywords : Student on elementory school

Abstract

This research was conducted at PT. Tunggal Yunus Estate Kampar district. This study aimed to determine the effect of incentives on employee morale in the production of PT. Tunggal Yunus Estate Kampar district. Incentives as an independent variable ( X ) and morale as the dependent variable (Y) . This study took a number of respondents as many as 63 people . Data obtained through questionnaires were then tested further processed through a statistical analysis as a simple linear regression analysis, t test, correlation analysis and determination with the help of SPSS .The results of this study indicate that the results of hypothesis testing t test , t (8,479) > t table (1,670). This suggests that the incentive effect on employee morale. The amount of the incentive effect on the morale of the production employees of PT. Tunggal Yunus Estate amounted to 54.1 % .Keywords : Human Resource Management , Incentive , Morale

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect foreman supervision on employee productivity at PT. Tri Bakti Sarimas Estate Sei. Turmeric Kuantan Singingi. Supervision foreman as the independent variable (X). While employee productivity as the dependent variable (Y). This study was conducted on all employees of PT. Tri Bakti Sarimas Estate Sei. Turmeric Kuantan Singingi many as 73 people.Data obtained from questionnaires and subsequently processed to then be tested using statistical analysis as a simple linear regression analysis, t test, and correlation analysis and determination using SPSS 20.The results showed that the results of the t test of hypothesis testing thitung2,121> ttabel1,994. This shows that the supervision of the foreman effect on employee productivity. The amount of influence foreman supervision on employee productivity padaPT. Tri Bakti Sarimas Estate Sei. Abstract

Along with economic growth and technological development, the business world was experiencing rapid growth with the emergence of companies that strive to create products and services to meet the needs and desires of consumers. Businesses initially have a large market share, as well as extensive marketing areas, are now required to work more efficiently and effectively and responsive anticipate that they will enter markets both at present and in the time to come. , To attract buyers, one attempts to do is to repair an effective marketing system. Effective marketing in the application not only how to increase sales volume but also observe the behavior of consumers and businesses to meet the desires of consumers through product improvement in line with expectations konsumen.Penelitian aims to determine the effect of sales promotions on consumer interest in the motor vehicle business cv. Honda Nusantara Citra Pekanbaru. Data obtained from questionnaires with respondents as many as 55 people further processed using descriptive statistics and then the data is presented in tabular format with the numbers and percentages for subsequent analysis results indicate that the implementation of the promotion have a good influence on consumer interest in CV. Honda Nusantara Citra Pekanbaru. Promotion is affected by consumer interest with a value of R Square of R = 0.403, meaning is that the contribution of variable influence to variable interest konsuemen sale amounted to 40.3%, while the remaining 59.7% is influenced by other factors such as customer perception, behavior consumers and others.Keywords: marketing, promotion, consumer interest

Abstract

Tourism development one of the impact of Teritory Authonomy implementation since occured from January 1, 2001. Tourism is teritory potency that should be explore to increase the economic prosperity of society. The Construction and tourist development Lembah Harau did not experience significant changes and only whitin a certain time, so that facilities and public property looked like a poorly maintained. The problem from this research is how the development resort area of Akar Berayun Lembah Harau at Limapuluh Kota at West Sumatra and the factors that can be a barrier. This research aims to describe the development and inhibiting factors implementation tourism development of Resort Area Akar Berayun Lembah Harau by Department of Tourism Culture Youth and Sports regency of lima puluh kota at west Sumatera .This research applying qualitative methods and with techniques data collection and interview, documentation, and observation. The author use managment theories by Richard George R. Terry and this theories consists of the actions of planning, organizing, and controlling to determine and achieve objectives through the utilization of human resources and other resources. The sources of this research are from of interview, observation, and documentation.The implementation tourism development of Resort Area Akar Berayun Lembah Harau by Department of Tourism Culture Youth and Sports regency of lima puluh kota at west Sumatera has not been realized with good. Because inhibiting factors implementation tourism development of Resort Area limited, by natural factor and the lack of people participation. departement and tourism in order to compete with other regions, goverment will be not progress without the good planning. implementation in accordance with predefined and monitoring and reporting for the evaluation work program. Abstract

Definition of KLA is a county / city having a child rights-based development system through integration commitment and resources of the government, society, and the business thoroughly planned and sustainable in the policies, programs and activities for the fulfillment of children's rights. In order to implement the KLA The district Siak Sri Indrapura well involve government agencies and local communities.This study uses qualitative methode. Data collection techniques used in this study were interviews, observation, and documentation. That is the subject of this research is 7 respondents who include, 1 Kasubag BP3AKB, 1 P2TP2A staff, one person staff KPAID Siak, 1 Public Relations Social Service, 2 PPA Kapolresta, and 1 community Siak.The results of this study indicate that the role of the agency and the community is very important in realizing the implementation of the Suitable Place for Child. KLA goal is to accelerate the fulfillment of the rights and protection of children in Indonesia .. To support the implementation of the city realize the worth of children, the role of government agencies to support and handle cases of child abuse both children as victims and as perpetrators and promote the importance of protecting and fulfilling children. While local communities to support and publicly report any violence case to the authorities in the country. So that the need for better cooperation between government agencies and the community in realizing the City of Eligible Children in Siak.Keywords: Role of Government, and the City of Eligible Children (KLA).

Abstract

This research describes the impact of limited protection 'size' policy of the Napoleon wrasse trade from Anambas to Hongkong in 2013. Limited protection 'size' policy on Napoleon wrasse is Indonesian effort to answer two circumstances. First, answer the problem of habitat and species of napoleon wrasse that are threatened with extinction as the impact of trade. That extinction was recorded by IUCN (insert Napoleon wrasse species in the red list of endagered status) and CITES (insert Napoleon wrasse species into the list of Appendix II). And secondly, try to make the best solution for fishermen which Napoleon wrasse fishermen may conduct trading activities on the condition of the fish in accordance with the provisions.The method used in this study is a qualitative method derived from field research to Anambas. In addition, supported by data derived from journals, books, websites that related to research problems. The Concept used in this study is concept of national interest and the concept of sustainable development.This research shows that limited protection 'size' policy affects on Napoleon wrasse trade from Anambas to Hongkong. Abstract

This study describes about Indonesian Diplomacy for UNESCO Paten’s Saman Dance. It has already been fact to be forced by every nation and state. Nowadays, threat comes from internal and external. From internal, young generations see Saman Dance as an old culture which is too complicated to learn. Other reason is endangerment of the originality Saman Dance caused globalization. And from external, there are so many claims for Indonesian culture.This research shows how the diplomacy of Indonesia which involved many party including the public and other government agencies to get Saman Dance as Indonesian Official Heritage Culture by UNESCO and finally they made it since UNESCO inscribes Indonesia Saman Dance on the list of the Intangible Cultural Heritage of Humanity throgh the meeting on November 24th, 2011 in Bali.Multi-track Diplomacy used to foster peace between state or particular interest. Its authenticity on the fact that it realis on various contributions from Goverment and non Goverment. Abstract

This research describes United States of America’s Cyber Security Strategy facing the cyber warfare threads from 2009 till 2014. The main goals are securing cyber vital infrastructures and digital informations of United States. Vital infrastructures are composed of public and private institutions in the sectors of agriculture, food, water, public health, emergency services, government, defense industrial base, information and telecommunications, energy, transportation, banking and finance, chemicals and hazardous materials, postal and shipping, internet network, and many others.The method that is used in this research is qualitative research. Some of the datas are obtained from books, journals, articles, internet and other media. This research focuses on the influence of United State’s cyber security strategy facing cyber warfare threads. Using strategy theory and securitization theory, this research will find out if US government successes to secure their cyber environment or not.Cyber warfare is a thread, it can be a trigger to the physical war. Cyber attackers can compromise other computers or networks to use as intermediaries, or channel through anonymizing proxies that hide their Internet protocol (IP) address. Also, using underground internet or deep web can penetrate enemy’s database. Through the intelligence agencies, United States applied it. It has multy functions. Abstract

This research was conducted in the village of River North Jalau Kampar Kampar district. The purpose of this study was to determine the identification of members of Muslim groups and behavior patterns executed in maintaining group identity by Muslim groups. The approach used in this research is descriptive qualitative research. This makes the entire study population as research subjects. The subjects of this study amounted to 10 heads of household. Instrument Data is interview, observation and documentation. These results indicate that the Muslim group identification can be seen from the style of dress, activity in daily life and life in society. The members of the Muslim group has its own style of dress or appearance, in contrast to other Muslim communities in the village of Jalau River. Apart from that there are actions or behaviors perpetrated by Muslim groups that aims to maintain its identity. And the actions carried out by Muslim groups have reasons or specific values why it was committed.Keywords: maintenance of identity, social groups
