Abstract

This research was conducted in the village of Kuok Kuok District of Kampar. The purpose of this study was to determine who the poor population who receivedassistance from the program pemberdayaandanuntukmengetahui How the implementation of the empowerment of poor families in the village of Kuok Kuok District of Kampar. This study titled "Village PemberdayaanMasyarakatMiskindi Kuok Kuok District of Kampar". Topics focus of this research is Who Poor residents who receive assistance from the empowerment and How the implementation of empowerment of poor families in the village of Kuok Kuok District of Kampar. The subject of this research is in the village seluruhkeluargamiskin Kuok. Subject is numbered 10 poor families in Dea Kuok. The author uses descriptive qualitative method and the data were analyzed qualitatively. Instrument Data is observation, interviews and documentation. Assistance received very helpful informant informant household economy to meet the needs of sending their children ranging from elementary, junior high, high school and up keperguruan. However, there are some people who failed in perkebunandisebabkanolehhama. Agriculture caused by pests, edible ungags, and they rarely follow counseling because they are held by the government, with seeds, fertilizers and outreach to the community, help them biased produce satisfactory results.Keywords: empowerment society, Poverty and government

Abstract

The media has a huge influence on the direction of public life, as the mean of the mass media itself that the media specifically designed to reach a very wide community. The type of media traditionally known like newspapers, magazines, radio, and television. The needs of the audience will fulfilled by the existence of the shows that are presented by the media. In accordance with the uses and gratification theory which explains about the freedom in choosing which media that audiences are considered to be able to meet their needs after consuming media. Where in theory there are concepts of measuring satisfaction i.e Sought Gratification (Motif) and Gratification Obtained (Satisfaction). Sought Gratification is a motive as the background in using the media, while Gratification Obtained is a real satisfaction obtained after using the media.The method used in this research is quantitative method with a survey of explanation, the researcher collected data using questionnaires. The location of this research is in the village of Simpang Baru village Tampan sub district Pekanbaru. The number of samples for this study were 96 respondents obtained from the Unknow Populations formula , and the sampling itself using accidental sampling technique. To find out how much the relationship between the two variables, the researcher use Person Product Moment correlation analysis. For the questionnaire data processing, using Statistics Program Product Of Service Solution (SPSS) Windows version 17.These results indicate that the motif effect of watching Indonesia Lawak Club Trans 7 show entertainment satisfaction from the society of Simpang Baru village Tampan sub district Pekanbaru, that the value of R = 0.801 and the coefficient of determination (R square) is approximately 0,641 result of squaring the correlation coefficient of 0.343 x 0.343 with 0.001 significance level smaller than α = 0.05. The figure mean that the contribution of the effect upon the satisfaction motif variables obtained amounted to 64.1% with strong influence category.Keywords: Mass Media, Entertainment, Theory Uses And Gratifications, Motif, Satisfaction, Indonesia Lawak Club Trans 7 Show.

Abstract

The Promotion activity is an important role in reintroduce, renotify, and remind the existence of an agency and the products. One of media which is used in this promotion activity is House Journal. The purpose of this research is to show the effectiveness of House Journal The Mall with Style as the promotion media of SKA Mall Pekanbaru.This research used quantitative method. The population in this research were the readers of House Journal The Mall with Style. The sampling technic was Accidental Sampling used Unknown Population formula which was 96 population. The data collection technique was done by using questioner and interview of the population. The data processing technique used EPIC Model (Emphaty, Persuation, Impact, Communication).The result of the research showed the effectiveness of House Journal The Mall with Style as the promotion media of SKA Mall Pekanbaru, based on EPIC Model, reached effective enough. This was proved by the medium score of emphaty dimension which reached 3,08; persuation dimension reached 3,32; impact dimension reached 3,12 and communication dimension reached 3,74. The EPIC score rate was 3,31 in effective distance (2,61-3,40).Keyword : House Journal, Effectivenes, Promotion Media

Abstract

Implementation of the Integrated Administration Service Subdistrict Administrative Services in District Siak of which has been running since launched in 2012 has been successful. It is marked by the elected of a Subdistrict of Siak as Sub district of Operator's Best PATEN Riau Province in 2012 and was also elected as the Sub district of Pilot Implementation PATEN in Riau Province in 2013. This study was conducted to determine how the implementation of PATEN in Sub district Siak and factor- factors that affect of successful implementation in the district PATEN Siak.Research conducted using qualitative method with descriptive research. This study uses the theory of dimensions of quality service by Agus Dwiyanto consisting of attitude of officers, procedures, time, facilities, and costs of service. In this research have some technique conducted by using observation, interviews and documentation with literature study by using descriptive analysis techniques.These results indicate that the implementation of the PATEN in Subdistrict Siak has qualified. It is characterized by an attitude PATEN officers who have good and friendly, service procedures are simple and clear, time services corresponding with the standards of service, facilities suffice to community and officers, and the cost of services in accordance with the information and existing standards service. In addition, the commitment of the government and good support from the community has made implementation in the Subdistrict PATEN Siak successfully.Keywords: Implementation, Service, PATEN Subdistrict of Siak

Abstract

In the 2014 legislative elections last year, an increase in the acquisition of a very significant noise experienced by Indonesia Movement Party in Pekanbaru., As seen in the comparison of votes Great Indonesia Movement Party in 2009 which won 2.22% of the vote, whereas in 2014 Indonesia Movement Party gained 9.49% increase in noise is.Political facts above, the key problem that arises in this study is what the Great Indonesia Movement Party strategy to improve the sound in the legislative elections in 2014 in the city of Pekanbaru. This study used a qualitative approach that is intended to collect the data as much as possible and the facts are then taken to a conclusion.Great Indonesia Movement Party strategy to increase the number of votes in the legislative elections of the most dominant Pekanbaru is through recruiting qualified candidates, engage with the community, doing useful activities such as gymnastics, mutual cooperation, pemasagan banners and billboards and deliver material quality. Abstract

This paper aims to explain the motivation of Australia in providing foreign aid, especially aid to Indonesia in Islamic education sub-sector. Australia provides assistance to Indonesia through the International donor agencies namely Australia Agency for International Development (AusAID), which is currently under arrangements Ministry Foreign Affairs and Trade of Australia. Through AusAID, Australia has provided assistance to the sub-sectors of madrasa education in the form of block grants and training assistance in order to improve the quality and the quality of the madrasah.This study uses the perspective of realism where realism view that foreign aid is one of the tools of diplomacy when there is a state interest which cannot be achieved only by using military force. This paper also uses a combination of public diplomacy theory and the concept of soft power at the level of the nation state analysis.The results from this study consider that Australia provides assistance to sub-sector madrasa education with the aim to dampen radicalism in madrassas. This can be seen from the formulation aid that began after the Bali bombing and the provision which requires madrassas should be tolerant, open and willing to instill the value of pluralism.Keywords: Foreign Assistance, Education Assistance, AusAID, Radicalism, Madrasa Education Sub-Sector, Education Partnership.

Abstract

Metrosexual men generally are in larger urban centers such as the city of Pekanbaru, with a neat appearance, good looking, smells good, charming and characteristic of its own. The phenomenon of the metrosexual man is a unique behavior in urban culture, they generally have a masculine image but is concerned about the appearance, body treatments, hanging out with their friends. Although, we know that is like like to concerned about the appearance and body treatments in generally are woman, that things cause positive stigma from society, from the stigma will form self-concept metrosexual man.This research aims to Known as metrosexual male self-concept cover physical, psychological, social and motives that influence self-concept formation metrosexual man in the city of Pekanbaru. This research uses qualitative research methods to conduct phenomenologhy approach. Subjects in this study amounted to 9 people. Data collection techniques are grouped through participant observation, in-depth interviews, and documentations. This study uses data validity checking technique through extended participation and triangulation.The results of this research are that self-concept metrosexual man in Pekanbaru has its own self-concept, with various aspects of the physical, psychic, and social. And also metrosexual Men in Pekanbaru city also has its own motive that cause their right to live the lifestyle as a metrosexual man, and they have a positive self-concept of self, good personality, visible from the appearance, as well as a positive attitude towards the environment.Keywords : Self Concept, Symbol Interaction, Metrosexual Male, Phenomenology.

Abstract

This research explain about Indonesia was using Culinary as a tool of diplomacy to Spain in 2012-2015. Cultural diplomacy using this culinary starting from gastronomy week events held republic Indonesian embassy in Spain precisely on 22 January 2012 to invite some ambassadors to taste the Indonesia’s culinary. Indonesian gastronomy week is the result of cooperation Embassy in Madrid, the Ministry of Tourism and Creative Economy, Intercontinental Madrid and Mid Plaza Jakarta in the Restaurant Intercontinental Madrid, Spain.By using the theory of cultural diplomacy, the next will be presented also the culinary owned by Indonesia and Spain as well as the similarity thus becoming one of the considerations of cultural diplomacy using this culinary untill today. Indonesian ambassador to Spain also explained that they will consistently promote Indonesian culture in Spain mainly through culinary. This is a qualitative research by conducting literature rewiew and compiling data from journals, book, and websites.This research shows how the efforts of Indonesia to increase cooperation with Spain through cultural diplomacy. Abstract

This research was conducted in the city of Pekanbaru. The purpose of this study was to determine whether the reason for women to wear a tattoo and whether the meaning of the tattoo for a tattoo receipts women in the city of Pekanbaru. This study, entitled "Women tattooed In Pekanbaru City Riau Province". Topics focus of this study is whether the reason women wear a tattoo in the town of Pekanbaru. informants of this study were women bertattoo in Pekanbaru. Sampling was done by accidental sampling technique. Samples are numbered 5 women tattooed. The author uses qualitative descriptive method and data analyzed qualitative. Data instrument is observation, interview and documentation. The results showed that the reason women using a tattoo on the body is due to the bandwagon, immortalize special moments, seek attention, accecories, and friendship. In addition the results of the research field known tattoo meaning for women users in Pekanbaru tattoo is an expression of feelings, art and beauty, identity, and emotional outlet.Keywords: Women tattooed, meaning Tattoo, Feminism

Abstract

The issue of this research is the decline in the number of customer had visited and lodged Ratu Mayang Garden Hotel Pekanbaru in the last 3 years. This indicates the occurrence decrease in customers satisfaction so that customers switched to other hotels. The purpose of this study is to investigate the implementation of the strategy differentiation and determine customer satisfaction in Ratu Mayang Garden Hotel Pekanbaru. The collection of data through questionnaires to 100 customers Ratu Mayang Garden Hotel Pekanbaru. Results of a study of the strategy differentiation Ratu Mayang Garden Hotel considered is good. So also with the satisfaction of customers considered to be enough satisfaction. Results calculated with SPSS. Showed that the strategy differentiation (X) positive effect on customer satisfaction (Y) Ratu Mayang Garden Hotel Pekanbaru.Key words : Strategy Differentiation, Consumer Satisfaction, Ratu Mayang Garden Hotel Pekanbaru
