Abstract

Quality of public services to the community are often used as a benchmark in view of the success of an organization or government agency. Government as service providers strive to provide quality service in accordance with the expectations of society. Therefore, the government provides services in accordance with UU 25 of 2009. Then formation of the Land Office is to facilitate implementation the management of the land certificate. However, there are still complaints from the public about the services that exist in the West Pasaman District Land Office. Based on these problems, the researchers interested in studying how the Quality of Public Services At West Pasaman District Land Office.Concept the theory that researchers use theory according to Agus Dwiyanto, there are several dimensions of quality service include: attitudes officers, service procedures, service time, service facilities, and service charges. This research uses descriptive method with qualitative approach. The data obtained through interviews submitted to informant and then analyzed by researchers.From the results this study indicate that the Public Service Quality On Land Office West Pasaman not running optimally. Abstract

Problems of gangsterism which do Pemuda Pancasila is a problem that cannot be ignored, because a lot of thuggery Pemuda Pancasila taking repressivemeasures against the people, resulting Pemuda Pancasila get a bad perceptionamong the public. They say that the Pemuda Pancasila as Community Organisationsthugs. The purpose of this study was to determine the role of the Pancasila Youth inthe community, as well as actions undertaken Pancasila Youth thuggery, to identifyand analyze public perceptions of the youth public organizations in the District FiftyPancasila. The research method was use traditional quantitative methods. Datacollected by interview, observation, and documentation. Subjects in this study wereCommunity leaders, NGOs, as well as the District Fifty community. While the objectof this research is the public perception of community organization PemudaPancasila PAC District of Fifty. The results in this study show that (1). Publicperception of the organization Pemuda Pancasila is very bad, because people assumethat Pemuda Pancasila often repressive action (racketeering) in District Fifty. (2).There are many other activities that are carried out are thuggery such as PemudaPancasila, the collection of money cleanliness, collecting protection money, theseizure of the parking area, and competition for land development projects (assecurity) that is carried out by the government or private parties in the District ofFifty.Keywords: Organization, Percepcy, Society, and Gangsterims

Abstract

Mastery of tasks, ability to work together, Ability finish work on time, reports on the existence of proper work.The purpose of the study, to investigate the implementation of tasks in the Guidance Consultative camat Kepenghuluan (CPC) in the district of Kubu Rokan Hilir. To determine what factors memghambat camat execution of tasks in coaching Kepenghuluan Consultative Body (BPK) in the district of Kubu Rokan Hilir.The method used in this thesis is to use qualitative descriptive methodology.From the research that I did, that the execution of tasks in Development Consultative Body Head Kepenghuluan Kecamtan Kubu, when seen from the results of interviews with several sources and some of the data that complements it can be said to be less good. Thus it can be seen also one of the few data and as well as the results of interviews which have implementation tasks, however not been able to arrive at a satisfactory level. So that often the happening of trouble make customer dissatisfy and not rarely often do komplein to party to Telkom. As for target of this research that is to analyse execution program marketing At PT. Telkom Pekanbaru Case of customer product of regional speedy Pekanbaru.Execution program marketing At PT. Telkom Case Customer Regional Product Speedy of Pekanbaru Have been execution by according to program which made by a company so that the responder in this case becoming consumer Telkom Speedy can accept their Medial existence Telkom Speedy to be made wrong of product which can be used for network internet at home, form four variable ub covering product quality, price which kompetitif, location and promotion marginally nya asuumed to be executed good enoughly. Abstract

Being a parent is one of the many tasks humans as social beings. Integrity of the parents ( father and mother) in a family is needed to help children to have self-development. But there are also families that is less complete, ie that only a family headed by a woman (the mother) only. This can happen due to many reason, among others due to divorce, widowed by her husband due to his own choice or. This phenomenon is often referred to as a single parent. Certainly not easy being a single parent, because he had to act as father and mother to her children. This study aims to determine how the role of women in a single parent family function with variety of problems faced and the strategies undertaken by the female single parent to tackle the problem.Based on the fact that some women who become single parents often prefer not to marry again and more focused on taking care of her children. Being a single parent for a mother more difficulty and severity of dual task as breadwinners and care of children. It takes an uphill battle to raise children, including meeting the needs of family life. Abstract

This study purpose to determine whether there is political will Pelalawan Government Against Wildlife Preservation in Tesso Nilo in 2011-2012. The main problem in this research is how the Political Will of Government Pelalawan Against Wildlife Animals in Tesso Nilo in 2011-2012. How Government Pelalawan willing to take an active role in efforts to Wildlife Animals in Tesso Nilo in 2011-2012.This study is a qualitative research using descriptive analysis method. This study used an interview with the informant as the object information that aims to achieve the goal in order to obtain the information in the study. The type of data used in this research is primary data and secondary data with obtained and interviews with informants in this study.Based on the results, it can be concluded that the political will of the Government Pelalawan wildlife conservation in TNNP in 2011-2012 is still lacking even hardly. Theres indicator writers use as a reference to find the political will of the Government of Pelalawan on wildlife conservation in TNNP in 2011-2012, initiatives, priorities, support of mobilitation politic, law enforcement and business continuity. Where all of this indicator did not find the government researchers Pelalawan on wildlife conservation in TNNP in 2011-2012.Based on the results of the study also found some inhibiting factors in wildlife conservation efforts in TNNP among others, lack of political will Pelalawan District Government, lack of awareness of all parties that animals have a right to life, lack of support or support from the local community and the security area is still not maximum.Keywords: Political will, Tesso Nilo National Park, indicators of political will

Abstract

One of the companies belonging to BUMN engaged in the palm oil industry is PT. Plantation terantam V Riau, which is located in subdistrict Tapubg Hulu, district Kampar. It is a company that is doing the processing of fresh fruit bunches (FEB) that is derived from their own gardens. PT. Plantation Terantam V Riau also been known to have a good image because always able to achieve the target set by the company. However, in the last few years, the company get a drop in achieving the target.The purpose of this research was to investigate the implementation of surveillance conducted by the leader in the company. Which after meticulous, it turn out the implementation of the existing surveillance on the archipelago PT. Plantation Terantam V Riau which has been classified in a accordance with a score of 2361 which is in the range 1828-2390. Abstract

The location of the research is the village of Koto Tuo District of Batang Peranap Indragiri Hulu. Considerations for selecting the location of this study was due to gold mining is an illegal job without permission is prohibited, when compared to the work of farmers and others. The researchers aimed to describe and mencarari information about job mobility:1. To know anyone who did the mobility of livelihood in the village of Koto Tuo District of Batang Peranap2. What factors are encouraging the mobility of livelihood in the village of Koto Tuo District of Batang Peranap3. What type of mobility that occurred in the village of Koto Tuo District of Batang PeranapThe population in this study were people who did Mobility Works of non-miners into the gold peambang 120 people. In determining the sample taken as many as 30% of the 120 respondents ie 36 people.According to the research going on aspects of mobility in research location by driving factors such as economic conditions of the respondents were small and the individual condition of the respondent, and the orientation factor attitude that wants to improve the prospects for social mobility and the promising results of the work.Keywords : Mobility Occupation, Farmer Rubber, Illegal.

Abstract

The Organizational commitment have an important role in order to maximize theperformance, due to the low performance of the company ' s directly attributable to theemployees are often not in line with the expected by the company. This of course will be aproblem if the company performance great good for the worse by the absence oforganizational employees commitment against the company.This study aims to analyze the effect of organizational commitment and employeeperformance to performace company’s. There are 129 respondents for the samplesemployees of PT. Bank Riau Kepri Pekanbaru Main Branch.From the results of this study proved that the positive effect on organizationalcommitment to performace company’s, which means that the higher the level oforganizational commitment performace company’s,is increasing. To increase the performacecompany’s, the implications that can be carried out by PT. Abstract

By improving the quality of Human Resources (HR) is one effort of government to bring number of poverty down. So, Government through Social Ministry formulated Program Keluarga Harapan. Program Keluarga Harapan is cash conditional transfer program. Pematangsiantar became one region of target implementation of this program in 2014. As a new program, Program Keluarga Harapan needs to be socializated as the beginning of implementation. The purpose of this research is to describe and analyze Program Keluarga Harapan especially in health sector.The theory concept that used is theory by Laswell. This theory consist of five components; the communicator, the contents of message, the media used, the communicant, and last the effects after socialization. This research used qualitative research methods to describe data. The needed data was collected through observation, interview, and literature study.After the research, it was found that socialization was optimal. Because few of RTSM as receiver change their mindset by checking up their health to destinated health facility.Keyword : Socialization, Program Keluarga Harapan, Health
