Abstract

Promotion is the seller of all the efforts made to introduce products to potential customers and persuade them to memebeli, and remind consumers long to make repeat purchases. With the promotion of good eating will enhance the positive corporate image of the service at the company, and can lead to the satisfaction of the customer. This research was conducted at PT. Insurance Jiwasraya (Persero) Pekanbaru branch in Jalan Sudirman No. yangberlokasi 341 Pekanbaru. The purpose of this research was conducted to analyze the effect of the promotion, corporate image on customer satisfaction. In this study the methodology used descriptively and quantitatively using SPSS, where samples diguankan that customers Jiwasraya Life Insurance. To determine the number of samples using the formula slovin. Data collection techniques using questionnaires and observation. Results of analysis using multiple linear regression, t test, and test fsehingga can be seen that the variable stress work negatively affects customer satisfaction (H1), that the company's image significantly influence customer satisfaction (H2), and the significant influence between promotion and corporate image of the customer satisfaction (H3).Keywords: Promotion, Corporate Image and Customer Satisfaction

Abstract

This research was conducted at the Resty Tower Hotel Pekanbaru, this research aims to determine the effect on competitive advantage differentiation strategy. Differentiation strategy as an independent variable (X). While the competitive advantage as the dependent variable (Y).The research sample of one hundred (100) respondents from the population by using the formula slovin. Data obtained from the questionnaire and subsequently processed to then be tested with the help of statistics through SPSS pragram. Results of calculation of the coefficient of determination is 0.534. That is, differentiation strategies affecting competitive advantage of 53.4%.Keywords: Differentiation Strategy, Competitive Advantage, Resty Menara Hotel.

Abstract

Animals are not in a well maintained a syimpton of society in various regions and these phenomena polemical and losses for various parties, this phenomenon also accurs in Kuantan Singingi that has generated a lot of problems among which is a loss to society of road users due to animal cattle that roam the streets kingdom, causing an accident. The authors wanted to axamine further on monitoring and control of the wild animal husbandry depatement in Kuantan Singingi year 2012-103.Informant in this study is the administrative department of animal husbandry and civil service police unit Kab. Kuantan Singingi, members of Parliament KAb. Kuantan Singingi, as well as chairman of the advisory board of the institute adat Melayu Riau, and liverstock owners are determined by purposive according to research needs. This study aims to determine the cause of the ineffectiveness of supervision on animal husbandry department in Kuantan Singingi Wild Years 2012-2013.In this study, the authors used qualitative methods to analysis. Data collection techniques in this study is the observation and interviews, while the technical analysis of the data that is using a qualitative analysis, by analyzing the expression or records available or observed behavior. Qualitative analysis was performed on the data, in this case the qualitative data in the form of information, in the form of language prose description,then associated with other data to obtain clarity on the truth.Conclussions and control of animal wild by Kuantan Singingi district veterinary office is not running optimally, due to lack of facilities and infrastructure, and they also have not been able to curb roaming liverstock due ti the habits of the community malope tradition.Key Words : Control, Control, and Liverstock

Abstract

In this study can be found some of the impact of the conflict between labor and management PT.Duta Palma Nusantara Benai District of Kuantan District Singingi than in 2011-2014, namely, theGovernment tried to mediate the two sides but PT. Duta Palma never ignore what the Government, LocalGovernment several times to try to mediate again, but failed because the PT. Duta Palma did not come in theinvitation, PT. Duta Palma has negotiate it conflicts with other labor representatives, but the results are alsoworkers' demands were not met.This study uses a qualitative method with descriptive data assessment. In collecting the data theresearcher used interview, observation and documentation. By using key informants as sources of information.The results showed that on the Role of Government in Industrial Relations Conflict Resolution at PT.Duta Palma Nusantara is bipartite settlement which biparit settlement or by consensus have been conductedand the agreement has been designed to be but one of the negotiating parties do not meet the demands thathave been agreed upon. Mediation has been done by the parties concerned with the involvement ofgovernment as penengahnya all the problems have been submitted and obtained a decision to meet thedemands of both parties desired. The Government has given a pleasant decision for both parties but as aresult of the settlement made by the company does not provide information to workers that demands that theworkers agreed. The workers do a submission to court for the settlement of the conflict with the results of thecompany will fulfill our demands, with the settlement we submitted to court we will get a win and demandsthat we wanted.Keywords : Conflict Resolution, Industrial Relations, The Role of Government

Abstract

In product differentiation, the product has meaning or value that the company creates a new product is perceived by customers as a whole is unique and different products. In this case, the product in question is the quality of the product that will support the product position in the market. Quality can be defined as a comparison with alternative competitor from the market's view. Consumer interest is growing because of a consumer desire and have interest in the product is needed. Based on the motives of consumers in accordance with the wishes and meet their needs, the company must create a product that is different and has advantages over competitors in the business services including insurance. a ministry of service, based on these two companies should be appropriately design a marketing strategy to attract the interest of the consumers themselves in order to gravitate toward product and services offered so that if consumers have an interest in those products then there will be a decision to buy the product.This research was conducted at PT. Prudential Life Assurance Pekanbaru is located on the road Tuanku Tambusai Paninsula complex BI B / 8, Pekanbaru. The purpose of this research was conducted to determine the effect of product differentiation against consumer interest in PT. Prudential Life Assurance Pekanbaru.In this research methodology is descriptive and quantitative with SPSS, where samples were used that policyholders / consumers PT.Prudential Life Assurance Pekanbaru and as a source of information is the GA Office and Personal Assistant. To determine the sample using the formula Slovin, sampling with accidental sampling method. Techniques of collecting data through interviews, observation and questionnaires.From the results of data analysis includes test validity, reliability, and simple linear regression, product differentiation in this study included five components of either the form, features, quality of performance, quality, relevance, and reliability, process. Abstract

The study, entitled "Coordination between the Government of Riau Province and the Government of Rokan Hilir in handling forest fires (Karhutla) in Rokan Hilir on 2010-2013". Land and forest fires in Rokan Hilir is a serious problem, so treatment requires integration of resources or involving stakeholders in the regions. Various attempts to control land and forest fires has been done by the Government of Riau Province and the Government of Rokan Hilir, but the course of the second vertical coordination of the local government level is not optimal. Therefore, the authors formulate the problem regarding the implementation of the coordination and the cause of the lack of coordination between the provincial government and the Government of Rokan Hilir in dealing with land and forest fires in Rokan Hilir on 2010-2013.This study shows how coordination has implemented the Riau Provincial Government and the Government of Rokan Hilir tackle land and forest fires in the form: held a coordination meeting between officials; held a formal meeting between officials; create a circular chain necessary to officials; lifting coordinator; making organizations handbooks, guidelines for work procedures, and sets of rules; and is associated with a nexus. In addition the results of this study also describes some of the reasons behind the lack of coordination, namely: lack of supervision, lack of communication, lack of awareness of the importance of coordination, lack of participants who have the competence, financial support and limited facilities, lack of political commitment, and other inhibiting factors.The conclusions of this study mentions how the implementation of coordination between the Government of Riau Province and the Government of Rokan Hilir in dealing with land and forest fires in Rokan Hilir on 2010-2013 has been quite good, but the intensity of the implementation of such coordination is still lacking done by the Riau provincial government to local government Rokan Hilir and vice versa. Cause of the weak implementation of such coordination is the lack of supervision, lack of communication, lack of awareness of the importance of coordination, lack of participants who have the competence, financial support and limited facilities, lack of political commitment, and other inhibiting factors. This research was carried out, aiming to see the extent to which theimplementation of the Village Consultative Body functions in the village KotobaruSingingi Hilir District of Kuantan Singingi Year 2006-2012.In this study, researchers used a theory that explains Amitai Etzioni is a unitof social organization (or grouping humans) are deliberately shaped and reshapedwith consideration in order to achieve certain goals. Abstract

In an effort to implement the subsidized fertilizer program, the Government of Siak Siak issued the decree No. 12 of 2014 About Allocation and top rated retail price Subsidized Fertilizer for Agriculture Sector. Supervision of procurement and distribution of subsidized fertilizer aims to curb the kiosk retailer for the implementation of procurement and distribution does not cause harm and nuisance to farmers subsidized fertilizer users. From observations of researchers in the field largely subsidized fertilizer retailers do not abide by the rules that have been set by the government Siak. The purpose of this study was to determine how the supervision of subsidized fertilizer by the Fertilizer and Pesticide Control Commission Siak and to determine the factors that affect the supervision of subsidized fertilizer in District Bunga Raya.This research was conducted in the District Bunga Raya, using qualitative descriptive method, with the technique of collecting data through observation and interviews. This research was conducted by using the theory according to which Manullang Setting Standards, Conduct Assessment and Corrective Action Hold.Results of this study concluded that the surveillance conducted by the Fertilizer and Pesticide Control Commission Siak against the procurement and provision of subsidized fertilizer at the retail level is not maximized. This is proven by the many kiosk retailers who do not comply with the rules that have been defined in the District Bunga Raya Siak. Factors affecting the supervision consists of internal factors, namely human resources, cost/funding, and infrastructure. External factors derived from subsidized fertilizer retailers who commit violations against predefined rules.Keywords : Control, Subsidized Fertilizer, Procurement and distribution

Abstract

This research aims to discover determining factors for reservation methods amongst customers in Mercure Hotel, Batam, Indonesia.In order to inspect the core issue of the chosen topic, writer has applied quantitative descriptive method to build this paper. The research’s sample is constructed through 150 people in a dedicated focus group, while the collection technique is assembled through observations, interviews and documentations. Based on Likert’s scale theory, writer will demonstrate four indicators as the main influencers for Mercure Hotel; Ease, Rates, Trustworthiness and Awareness.Based on aforementioned examinations, conclusively the main deciding factors for customer direct reservation is ease and trustworthiness. On the other hand, customer through company/event/travel agent reservations will most likely make hotel reservation based on rates and trustworthiness; Customers with Affiliate Reservation Network will prioritize trustworthiness while those with Non-Affliliate Reservation Networks will opt for most value rates.Keywords: Room Reservation, Reservation Method, Reservation
