Abstract

This paper aims to analyze about the Indonesian strategic to use Rumah Budaya as instruments of cultural diplomacy in Germany. Rumah budaya is primary tools to strengthening the relationship between two countries and as an information center Indonesian culture toward germany. The result of this research show that the influential Rumah Budaya of the positive image of Indonesia and the increasing number of tourists to Indonesia. They are the most people who like traveling, furthermore Germany are the largest income source for the international tourism industry in Indonesian.Keyword :culture diplomacy, Rumah Budaya Indonesia, soft power

Abstract

This study aims to determine the influence of corporate image and service quality oncustomer loyalty at the Hotel Fort Pekanbaru. The company's image as a variable (X1) quality ofservice as a variable (X2) and customer loyalty as (Y).The method in this research is descriptive and quantitative using SPSS 20, where sampleswere used that guests staying more than 3 times in the Hotel Fort Pekanbaru with respondents asmany as 99 people. To determine the number of samples used slovin formula, as well as asampling technique by purposive sampling. Data collection through questionnaires andinterviews.Results of analysis using multiple linear regression, t test and f test so that it can be seenthat the variable corporate image positive effect on customer loyalty, that the provision ofquality services significant effect on customer loyalty and significant influence of the company'simage and service quality on customer.Keywords: Corporate Image, Service Quality and Customer Loyaltyloyalty.

Abstract

This research aims to explain about Indonesia’s interest in Indonesian - Netherland defense partnership. This partnership held because Indonesia has a lack defense in army defense and army technology (Alutsista). Indonesia need to increase and modernized its army defense to protect Indonesia’s territory from traditional threat and non-traditional threat.In this research, the writer uses rational choice theory. Rational choice theory is is used to analyze the purpose of state, to analyze cost and benefi from the choice that a state has made to keep its interest. The support theory is strategy and security theory about “confrontation strategy”. Indonesia – Netherland defense partnership held because of the threat to Indonesia and to increase its power in army defense.Indonesia has been having defense partnership with advanced countries, such as: United States, Germany, Russia, South Korea, England, Spain, France, and others. Therefore, Indonesia decided to do defense partnership with Netherland. Indonesia gain its interest to modernized army technology system (Alutsista) and increase its army defense.Key words: interest, partnership, defense, Alutsista, Netherland.

Abstract

The problem in this research is the existence of bad debts, while PT. Adira Dinamika Multi Finance Branch Nangka Pekanbaru is already implementing 5C analysis is an analysis of the character, capacity, capital, collateral, and the condition of economic. This study aims to identify and analyze Implementation 5C In Consumer Lending At PT. Adira Dinamika Multi Finance Branch Nangka Pekanbaru. The study concluded the application of 5C In Consumer Lending At PT. Adira Dinamika Multi Finance Branch Nangka Pekanbaru rated running is good enough. Only in the supervision on the ground for the implementation of character analysis is still lacking, resulting in frequent falsification of the data of borrowers. Based on interviews with informants showed that the character analysis on PT. Adira Dinamika Multi Finance Branch Nangka Pekanbaru is an analysis of the most important compared with other analyzes. Dimensional analysis of other aspects are also important but if the nature of a prospective customer is not good, it will have a negative impact on other dimensions of analysis for dimensional analysis of the application of this 5C intertwined with each other.Keywords: character, capacity, capital, collateral, condition of economic

Abstract

The study authors did in High School District of the City Bangkinang Kampar regency namely SMA SMA N 1 and N 2 Bangkinang Bangkinang. This study, entitled "Implementation of Family Function In Women's Work (Case Study High School Teacher) In high school SMA N 1 and N 2 Bangkinang Bangkinang Bangkinang District of Kampar regency". Topics focus of this research is how the division of time high school teacher in carrying out the role of housewife. In this study, researchers used informants through key informant research where researchers have understood the initial information about the object of research as well as research informants using Snowball Sampling. Informants in this study are high school teachers Bangkinang City District of Kampar regency as many as 11 people. The author uses qualitative descriptive method and the data was analyzed qualitatively. Data instrument is observation, interview, Library Studies and documentation. From research by the author. The authors conclude that the characteristics of the respondents work, more are dependents in the top 3 people in because of the distance the child of the other nearby, which make the cost of education and the need for more and more in day-to-day, on average, respondents had high school upwards, and that makes respondents work due to economic factors that are difficult at this time. Respondents are very big role in the family income, the income distribution of respondents 40% to help meet the needs of the family. The remaining 60% is still the husbands who find the money to meet the family economy. 7 functions of the family, only 5 function which is still on the run and held on a regular basis and by others, that the function of affect, socialization, status determination, protection and economic functions. while two other functions, namely: lack of sexual and reproductive setting run, this is due to the busyness of the respondents outside the home so that sexual and reproductive function did not go well.Keywords: A housewife and her role. Abstract

This study aimed to determine the Implementation Monitoring Department of Human Settlement and Spatial Planning to the problems that occur in Siak for example, are buildings that do not have a permit, there are buildings that violate Line Border road, kemuidan absence of strict sanctions from the relevant office to public who do not have the IMB. With the formulation of research problems that How Execution Monitoring Office of Human Settlements and Spatial Siak district of the building permit and the factors that hinder the implementation of building permit supervision by the Office of Copyright works and Spatial Planning. Picture of the phenomenon or social phenomena studied by describing the independent variables systematically and accurately. Methods of data collection was done by interview, observation, and study kepustakaan.Jenis this research is descriptive in which researchers provide descriptions and.The results showed that the implementation of the Control of Building Permit by the Department of Human Settlements and Spatial Siak not maximized. This is due to lack of socialization, lack of personnel and vehicles then also lack partisipsi community towards the maintenance of the IMB. In order to achieve optimal supervision needs to be done a thorough socialization into areas so that no more buildings are not air-IMB.Keyword : supervision and building permits

Abstract

This research was conducted at the PT.Perkebunan Nusantara V Pekanbaru, the study aimas to determine the effect of the application of CSR programs to company image. Applications of CSR programs as an independent variable (X), while the company image as the dependent variable (Y).The research methods uses descriptive and analysis using SPSS, where the sample is people around the central office PT.Perkebunan Nusantara V Pekanbaru there are 100 respondents. Results from this study indicate that the implementation of CSR programs and significant positive effect on the iamge of the archipelago PT.Perkebunan Nusantara V Pekanbaru. Based on the identification of determinants shows that R square of 59,7%, which means that company’s image PT.Perkebunan Nusantara V Pekanbaru effect by the variable application of CSR programs by 59,7% and the remaining 40,3% is influenced by other variable that are not used in this study.Keywords: Implementation of CSR programs and corporate image

Abstract

Healthy living is a matter that should indeed be applied by everyone, considering the health benefits are very important for every human being, from the concentration in the move and work in everyday life would require health. For the realization of necessary health coaching clean and healthy life behavior with applied from as early as possible, so that the coaching and guidance easily applied continuously for survival, growth and development of physical, mental, and social individuals or groups in society. This study aims to investigate the implementation of nine indicators Clean and Healthy Behavior and social supervision of clean and healthy lifestyle. Research conducted at the State Primary School 004 Desa Sungai Jalau Kecamatan Kampar Utara KabupatenKampar. The population in this study were all in the implementation of the State Primary School which used 004 subjects in the study. And a sampling technique is to cluster sampling with total sample of 58 people. Analysis of the data in this study is quantitative descriptive. The results showed that educators have been active in the implementation and supervision of Clean and Healthy Behavior on schools and pupils. The level of knowledge the students in knowing and applying the Clean and Healthy Behavior is already high. The majority of students have had the awareness to implement the implementation of Clean and Healthy Behavior and adhere to social supervision applied cadres in schools.Keywords: Behavior Clean, Behavior Healthy, Analysis Quantitative

Abstract

This research reveals Iran’s motivation on the rejection of United Nations Arms Trade Treaty resolution adoption in 2013. This policy related to Iran’s foreign policy towards Middle east and Africa region. The treaty is the first international agreement that offers a comprehensive regulation about international arms transfer wich aimed to restrict arms flows from, to, and through every states which has imposed by embargo sanction, violent conflict and human rights abuses.The reason of the rejection of Arms Trade Treaty by Iran analyzed with realism though and theory of foreign policy. Concept of threat, national interest, national capability, and oppoturnity are factors that formulating a state’s foreign policy objective. This research using state level of analiysis as the focus of inquiry.Iran has a foreign policy objective to accommodating its political, military, and ideological interests toward Middle East and Africa region. The interest implemented in the form of arms transfer to both of regions. Although Iran still importing arms from many countries, but actually Iran has capability to independently producing and transferring its arms to other states. Thus, Iran stand against the Arms Trade Treaty of 2013 because this international instrument will threaten Iran’s arms transfer.Keywords: Africa, Arms Trade Treaty, Arms Transfer, Middle East, Foreign Policy

Abstract

Analysis procedure penaman Agency regional capital and one stop (BPMD-PTSP) Payakumbuh aims to identify and analyzing the procedures of business licensing document creation services in Payakumbuh. The reality of the existing procedures are still many who do not comply with the procedures that have been set. Of the phenomenon of research, the formulation of this research is how the procedure of licensing services business in agency regional investment and one stop (BPMD-PTSP) city Payakumbuh and the factors that influence the procedures of business licensing in BPMD-PTSP city Payakumbuh. This study uses the theory proposed by Moenir.This study uses descriptive analysis. The data collecting technique is observation, interview, and literature study. Key informants of this research is the Head of integrated services, Head of staffing, general Head and equipment, employees in charge of the service, and people who take care of business licensing documents.The results showed that the procedure outlined in BPMD-PTSP not run with the maximum, it is proved they were not aware of the presence of officers will be a task that will be in laksanakannya, not optimal placement of employees. And the factors that affect the business licensing service procedures in BPMD-PTSP is a lack of awareness of employees, is not optimal staffing, as well as the need to disseminate the holding of the community.Keywords: Procedures, Licensing Services
