Abstract

This research and how much influence factors travelers decision beforevisiting the park agrotourism hill Bukit Naang Bangkinang Seberang DistrictKampar Regency Riau Province.The research use descriptive methode to analyze the problems. The sampelinside this research are 70 respondendence by using accidental sampling. And thetechnique to collected data in this research are using observation, quetionnaire,and interview. Abstract

The amount of waste that goes into location end disposal Muara Fajar Pekanbaru City reached everyday 450,000 kg. Implementation Processing of waste in the location end disposal Muara Fajar Pekanbaru City use sanitary landfill system, sanitary landfill system is pilling up waste with systematic. implementation of the sanitary landfill system is to have positive and negative impacts for communities around location end disposal Muara Fajar Pekanbaru City. The purpose of the research for understand how to implementation waste processing system in the location end disposal Muara Fajar Pekanbaru City, and for understand influence factor waste processing system in the location end disposal Muara Fajar Pekanbaru City.This research was conducted in the location end disposal Muara Fajar District Rumbai Pekanbaru City, uses qualitative research methods to the study of descriptive data. In data collection uses observation technique and interview. The research use concept of the theory Jogiyanto author of system, system is some horde integration mutual element to achieve specific goals. The elements that represent a system in general is the input, processing, and output output. In this type system exist of one or more inputs to be processed and will produce an output.The result of this research inferential that waste system processing in the location end disposal Muara Fajar Pekanbaru City yet fully run well, because of weak supervision toward worker. Starting from input to output in the form of environmental pollution impact on soil and ground water sources in the area location end disposal Muaara Fajar Kota Pekanbaru if not properly managed in the long term. Infuence factor implementation of the waste processing system in the location end disposal Muara Fajar Pekanbaru City is lack of human resources is not adequate in terms of quantity and quality, then the infrastructure that is not supported by the activities of maintenance and repair tool, so that the waste processing system in the location end disposal Muara Fajar pekanbaru City hampered because of the condition of the damaged equipment.Kata Kunci : System, Processing

Abstract

Election is a key element of a democratic country, the election is an event that involves many people, especially the people of Indonesia within a certain area. One of the most important essence of democracy is the institution of political institutions as well as political infrastructure that scope there are political parties as participants, each individual or political party pursued a strategy of trying to compete and to win in the competition and managed to sit in the seat of parliament, especially sitting in the Riau Provincial Parliament legislative seats.This research was conducted in the Office of Pekanbaru DPD Golkar Party, which is addressed in Jl. Sudirman No. 464 Pekanbaru. This research is a descriptive qualitative study using the case study method, in which the case studies used in this study is an intrinsic case study, which is conducted as a case study of the first or the last to want to understand someone. In this study were used as the subject is a person who knows and understands very well regarded by researchers in providing information on the Strategy DPD Golkar Party Pekanbaru in Riau Province Legislative Election 2014 Campaign.From result of analysis Party faction of the party's work in Indonesia are still getting great support darimasyarakat including in the city of Pekanbaru. In the 2014 legislative elections the party faction works kembalimenempatkan candidate as the winner. Factors affecting the Golkar party candidate winning legislative elections supported by Political Cost measurable and produce victory in legislative elections in 2014.Keywords: Political Communication Legislative Candidates

Abstract

This research purposed to find out how the community participation in the management of and what factors become the impetus the community to participate in the sights of Guruh Gemurai Waterfalls.This research uses qualitative methode with descriptive approach. The subject of research consist of purposive sampling which produces 3 key informants. While data collection techniques in this study using obsevation, interviews and documentations.Based on the research that has been done, the community participation in managing Kasang village attractions Guruh Gemurai waterfalls is still insufficient, due to the communities who have not yet realized for keeping and caring for tourist attractions. And there are two factors impetus community participation that is the economic factor and the natural environment. Abstract

Implementation of Land and Building Tax Collection Rural and Urban have not yet reached the target and still less than optimal. This is because no accumulation of sources of property tax revenues by officers, still encountered taxpayers who do not comply with the obligation to pay taxes, a lack of socialization of property tax to rural and urban communities. Based on the researchers conducted research on Optimization of Land and Building Tax Collection Rural and Urban By UPTD Revenue Service Mandau sub Bengkalis. The problem in this research is How Optimization of Land and Building Tax Collection in District Mandau Bengkalis and any factors that inhibit Optimization of Land and Building Tax Collection in the District of Mandau Bengkalis. The study used the theory of optimization models Marihot Pahala Siahaan. This research method used is descriptive method of qualitative data collection techniques by observation and interviews in which the parties involved in the optimization of the collection as an informant. Research results Optimizing Collection of Tax on Land and Building Rural and Urban by UPTD Department of Revenue Mandau sub Bengkalis in the category less than the maximum it is due to the persistence of tax payers who are not registered as well as subject and object property tax rural and urban areas that should be recorded but in fact has not been recorded by the Regional Income UPTD in the process of making payment of taxpayer confusion and resulted in the payment is not made on time. The factors that can inhibit namely internal factors: lack of firmness or sanctions laws regarding taxation, lack of socialization and lack of human resources. External factors: lack of knowledge about the importance of tax payers taxes, and taxpayers are not enthusiastic in terms of tax payments. Abstract

Implementation of retribution collection system coordinated market is the calculation of the retribution targets, which target the retribution is determined based on the existing potential amount (traders) contained in market Simpang Baru. In addition, the number of compulsory retribution (traders) contained in those markets, which in a market for a compulsory retribution (traders) there are always different numbers every day because at Simpang Pasar Baru is a weekly market, but every day on the market remains there is a trade. In running the system for collection of the retribution markets requires a good planning. Planning is coordinating the activities of which concerns the activities of the work plans that exist in each work unit in accordance with its duties. In connection with it, required each piece of work should draw up a work plan that will be coordinated in the execution of the work to fit the predetermined plan.This research was conducted at the Technical Implementation Unit (UPTD) Simpang Baru Tampan District of the city of Pekanbaru. The purpose of this study was to identify and analyze the perception of traders against the retribution charged market SimpangBaru Pekanbaru, as well as to identify and analyze the factors that influence the perception of traders against the retribution charged market Simpang Baru on Pekanbaru. This research is a qualitative descriptive study, the subjects in this study is a trader at market Baru Simpang sub-district Tampan Pekanbaru, amounting to 156 people. The sampling technique research is simple random sampling technique, the researchers have determined the sample based on the proportion according to the type of merchandise by researchers in accordance with the problems to be studied. Based on the survey results revealed that the perception of traders regarding the management of the market retribution was quite good, especially from the friendly attitude of officers and social relationship that exists between traders with an interpreter collection, while merchant services to meet its own self. Supporting factors in the retribution charged New Simpang market is the creation of a good relationship between officers and traders, the traders concerned and the availability of facilities and infrastructure. The new intersection markets affected by the observance of officers in the rules, obedience traders who occupy the stalls and stalls, as well as the spirit of the officer in carrying out duties and pay dues retribution has an obligation trader. While the retribution charged inhibiting factor is the lack of awareness of some market traders in paying the retribution, less coverage of the object by the officer because of the limited number of polling officers and the magnitude of the market retribution additional tariffs of the market manager.Keywords: Perception, Dealer, Retribution Collection Systems Market, UPTD Simpang Baru.

Culture diplomacy in Japan that was famous in world are cosplay and pop culture. Japan was held World Cosplay Summit in 2000 to another state that have purspose to known the japans culture to the world.The research method used was a qualitative with descriptive as a technic of the research. Abstract

A phenomenon single parent that produces new insights into a structure family.The widespread phenomenon of a single parent, the more the description of the definition of single parent itself. Single parent is a person who did duty as a parent (father or mother) alone, having lost or separated partner. The phenomenon that occurs in the field is a single parent working with a small income to meet daily needs and there are successful and unsuccessful in educating their children, as well as the difficulty of dividing their time between work and children.This study used a qualitative descriptive study. Informants consisted of five people who is the committee's mother Single Parent from Desa Banglas Barat, Kecamatan Tebing Tinggi, Kabupaten Kepulauan Meranti using purposive technique sampling.The aim of this study was to determine the pattern of single parent communications made in educating children and to determine the impact of the communication patterns of single parent for a child's development.Data collected by observation, interview and documentation. To achieve the validity of the data in this study, researchers used an extension of participation.The results showed that single parent applying some communication patterns in educating children is authotarian communication patterns, communication patterns permissive, and authoritative communication patterns.Authoritarian is a pattern of communication that the communication links parents are authoritarian, permissive is a pattern of communication that the communication links parents are not concerned with what happened to her son, while authoritative is the communication patterns that observe and appreciate the freedom of children with guidance attentive. Secondly, there is a positive impact and a negative impact on the communication pattern single parent for a child's development.The positive impacts include children avoid contradictory communication from parents and children to be independent and strong personality. While the negative impacts include changes in the behavior of children and child psychology becomes impaired.Keywords : Communication Patterns, Single Parent, educational child.

This research describes the role of international organization for migration in antisipated human trafficking in Indonesia in 2010-2014. The growth of human trafficking case in Indonesia has incerase a significant, nowdays Indonesia as a state from and to a human trafficking. So the government of Indonesia have to do action to antisipation a case of human trafficking..The research method used was a qualitative with descriptive as a technic of the research. Abstract

This study aims to analyze the performance of Civil Service Police Unit (Satpol PP) in the control of street vendors in the city of Pekanbaru and to analyze the factors that hinder the performance of the Civil Service Police Unit under the control of street vendors in the city of Pekanbaru. The method used in this study is a qualitative research method. Sources of data taken from several people related to the research include: municipal police officer, Head of the Control of Civil Service Police Unit, street vendors and Society. Data collection techniques using the technique of interview, observation, and documentation while the data analysis techniques used in this research is qualitative descriptive analysis.Based on the survey results revealed that the implementation of performance Civil Service Police Unit in controlling street vendors in the city of Pekanbaru is still not optimal, it can be seen from the productivity achieved, the responsiveness of officers in the field to the solutions given to street vendors, as well as accountability or responsibility to solve the problem of street vendors Pekanbaru. While the factors that hinder the performance of the Civil Service Police Unit in Control of street vendors in the city of Pekanbaru, namely: 1. HR competency factors, is expected to the municipal police to increase the number of Civil Service Police Unit personnel in anticipation of the violations committed by violators of order and the quality is still very less so, 2. Factors limitations of infrastructure, the availability of infrastructure and budgetary Civil Service Police Unit were not enough and still very inadequate to carry out enforcement activities continuously and consistently, 3. Factors attendant attitude, the attitude of the civil service police unit officers yet can make the public can receive the information submitted. Ability to convey an appeal that is still lacking. The attitude of the officers also were still not mastered how to be a good way to the street vendors.Keywords: Performance Civil Service Police Unit
