Abstract

Arifin Achmad District Hospital is the largest hospital in the Province of Riau with type B education which every day provides a very intensive health services to the people, as the the biggest waste producers than the other health services. To prevent an infection is needed environmental sanitation which aims to improve the cleanliness and neatness of the hospital environment. Strategy of Arifin Achmad District Hopspital is the the steps that have been planned and implemented to improve the cleanliness and neatness of the hospital environment.This study aims to determine how the strategy of Arifin Achmad District Hospital and the factors that influence that strategy. This study uses qualitative research methods the study descriptive data. In data collection, researchers use interviewing techniques, observation and documentation specified by purposive sampling technique.The research result is a strategy of Arifin Achmad district hospital in implementing environmental sanitation program in order to improve the cleanliness and neatness of this case has not been effective due to it can not be able to optimize the power and opportunities. There are several factors that affect; lack of control, poor coordination, lack of hygiene and surveillance personnel as well as the low awareness of visitors and occupants of the hospital.Keywords : Cleanliness, Neatness, Enviromental Sanitation, Hospital, Strategy

Abstract

The development of a city marked by the increasing amount of vehicles. Along with that possession of the driver license are indispensable. To obtain a driver license, the driver must have a driving competency can be acquired through education and training common in driving schools. With all the benefits from driving school, certainly it can be used as income for the entrepreneur. Observing the development of Pekanbaru that has become the target for any entrepreneur in making businesses or to develop bussinesses, it is not missed. And the number of driving schools that exist in Pekanbaru city, proves that this business is very promising.This research aims to look at the implementation of business license driving school in Pekanbaru city and along with the obstacle factors. This research using descriptive qualitative methods of analysis which is explain the occurrence of the phenomenon. In data collection, researchers using observation and interview with the informant as an object information that is aimed for getting information in research. The kind of data that used in this research is primary data and secondary data.From the research results obtained are still many driving schools that don’t have permission so the implementation license can not be said good yet. The obstacle factors include the awareness of driving school entrepreneur to register his business, the process of arrangement letter that takes too long and the lack of benefits received by driving school entrepreneur have a business license.Keywords : Implementation, License, Driving School, Business

Abstract

The purpose of this research aims to determine the perception of tourist to the small industry’s people on track racing event in Kuantan Singingi Regency.This research use descriptive methode to analyze the problems. The sampel inside this research are 50 respondence by usung accidental sampling. And then tecnique to collected data in this research are using observation, questionnaire, and interview. And it was using likert scale to know the lenght of intervals.Based on the researh of the small marketing people,less productive because of lack attention to create a new bussines, foe example there is not a strore or a special place that provides souvenir, less attractive packaging, bad quality of the product altought the capital to make the souvenirs are not good. Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the factors that affect the farming community agricultural land conversion and social impact of the conversion of agricultural land to the people in the village of Kubu Gulai Bancah District Mandiangin Koto Selayan City Bukittinggi. This study uses quantitative methods were analyzed descriptively. The research location is in the village of Kubu Gulai Bancah District Mandiangin Koto Selayan City Bukittinggi with respondents as many as 27 people and key informant as much as 5 people. The results showed that the factor that many respondents expressed is because they are old and no longer strong enough to farm again. The damage caused to the farmers that they felt their economic life is much more increased. While the impact is felt by the people in the village of Kubu Gulai Bancah District Mandiangin Koto Selayan City Bukittinggi is positive impacts and negative impacts. Positive impact felt by the public that is the improvement of transportation facilities, health facilities, educational facilities and the presence of new jobs for the community. While the negative impact that the crimes that have sprung up as the spread of narcotics in the community, especially in adolescents and deviant behaviors such as promiscuity that led to the pregnant out of wedlock. Abstract

This research will explain about involvement from an international organization named World Wildlife Fund For Nature (WWF) in Sumatera tiger conservation at Bukit Rimbang Bukit Baling, Kuantan Sangingi Riau province. Less of concervation understanding, less of economic, boundary problem, Illegal logging, woods areal conversion into plantations and farms, mine workings, illegal persecution of Sumatera Tiger and less of law have been threatening the Sumatera Tiger population and declining the number of rare every year. As an international organization of conservation based in Swiss who works in environmental issues, biological diversity, and climate change, WWF works together with Riau government to carry out conservation programs such as TPU (Tiger Protection Unit), Tiger Research, Empowerment Comunity, Multilevel Campaign and Regulation Increase at Bukit Rimbang Bukit Baling Concervation.Sources were obtained through literature review from journals, books, mini thesis, reports, and internet to explain WWF’s planned programs. Writer also did some interviews and observations by observing and taking notes of the indications systematically and directly. The theories used in this research are pluralism and green politic theory.This research indicates the reasons involvement of WWF on Sumatera tiger concervation are needed of goverment’s partner on concervation field and urgency of Sumatera tiger on Bukit Rimbang Bukit Baling. Abstract

One of the social problems that exist in Indonesia, namely the increasing number of poor people in this country. One of the effects of poverty is disregard for the rights of children, which soon led to child labor. Child labor is a term for employing young children. The term child labor can have the connotation of exploitation anakkecil on their labor, with a small salary or consideration for their personality development, security, health and future prospects. Appropriate legislation, set a minimum working age of 13 years. So that working children under 13 years are also called child labor. Based on these data it can be estimated that the conditions of child labor in Indonesia is very bad, a lot of factors driving children to work, it is among the number of poor diIndonesia are still very high above 30 million, and the Consumer Price Index / High inflation, resulting in many child chooses to feed herself or help the family.Figure of street children sprung in the Pekanbaru city, be it on the roadside , on the intersection of traffic signs, and in other public areas. Street children make the place for their place to work as well as search for the sourch of life. Most of the children spent their time on the street. The research took a sample of 9 the Street Children who conduct their activities around at simpang 4 pasar pagi arengka Pekanbaru city.Tekhnik of collecting data obtained in the study through the interview and observation to 9 children street as respondent. The research shows that the factors encouraging children choice becoming street children, social behavior of street children and street children receive of violence.Keywords: Street Children, Social Behavior and Family.

Abstract

This study is about “Gambling Behavior on Adolescent ( A Study About Billiard Gambling at Petapahan Jaya Village, Kampar District). Where the research intends to explain how the gambling activity among adolescent and the establishment of gambling behavior among adolescent at Petapahan Jaya village. In this research, the author used qualitative research, that is the research which are produced descriptive data in the form of written or spoken and explained data through reasoning based on logic to get the logical conclusion of the data in the analysis, so it can systematically describing the situation in accordance with the phenomenon that is being researched. The techniques of collecting data are used interview techniques, observation, and documentation. Based on the result of the research, the adolescent at Petapahan Jaya village used billiard as a gambling tools, which is the game or the gamble used playing cards and money, playing cards are used as the determinant ball number, what number will be included by the player according to the number on the card. While the money used as the bet, which are given to the winner, it means that the game is over, and this is the core of this game. This adolescent activity of gambling are often done, and almost everyday. While the establishment of the gambling behavior occurs because of environmental factors and playmates.Keywords: Adolescent, Behavior Gambling, Billiard Gambling

Abstract

Role of the Department of Labor Pekanbaru is informing the labor market to the public in accordance with the qualifications needed by the company, so that the public can obtain the exchange of information and have the opportunity to meet the qualifications required of the company. Public in here are the people who need the information placement and expansion of employment opportunities at the Department of Labor as government agencies who have the duty and function in providing the information needed it. Procedures carried out in the Department of Labor job is to convey information to receive job information from companies that need workers, then paste the information in the form of job advertisements in Pekanbaru City Department of Labor in full accompanied by qualification requirements needed.This study is a qualitative research that is by exposing the whole data obtained from interviews descriptively, all information relating to the object of the study was obtained from the informant study of 10 people that all employees at the Job Agency Affairs at the Department of Labor Pekanbaru.The study states that the Strategy of Development Communicators Placement and Extension of Employment at the Department of Labor Pekanbaru in informing the labor market and the labor market to job seekers, among others: (a). A transmitter of information (Who), the strategy of the Department of Labor is as a medium conveys information to the public labor market. (b). Delivering Information (Say What), the Department of Labor through Section Labour Market Information and Job Fair to take an active role in providing information that is easily understood, understood by the public in connection with the labor market informed. (c). Communication Channels (In Which Channel), the Department of Labor is to disseminate information to the public media / public. (d). Delivering Information kepublik (To Who), the Department of Labor as a medium conveys information about the job market of the company hiring to the public. Abstract

The implementation is one of the series in activities are planned and carried out by the gradual implementer who have oained authority or order from executive in the form of laws that influence the implementation activities. Related of the social services program karimun district has an agency authorized to implement of home uninhabitable social rehabilition program.The aims is to help the problem of people wo have a medium economy in terms protection of residence. Residence is one of the basic needs that must be owned by everyone. This research aims to identity and analysis the implementation of home uninhabitable social rehabilitation program at the moro district.this is a descriptive qualitative study which gives a clear and detailed illustration based on the facts was found in the observation.The theory that used as an analysis in this study is George C. Edward theory in widodo 2011 interprets the factors that affect one is success or failure in the implementation of home uninhabitable sosial rehabilitation program in the collection data use observation and interview technique kualitative technique.After research had been done we found that the implementation of home uninhabitable program which run by social department well and has eased the burden at moro district every year. Also there are problems are face in running the implementation of home uninhabitable social rehabilitation program that are human resourches lack of public awareness and undiscipline of time in practice it.Keywords: the implementation, home uninhabitable social rehabilitation program

Abstract

Village Fund Allocation Management (ADD) In 2013 the village of the District Mekarsari Merbau Meranti Islands District. Village Fund Allocation (ADD) is a fund allocated by the Government of the District to the village, which is sourced from the financial balance of central and local received by the District. Village Allocation Fund is a fund that is significant enough for the village to support the programs of the village. Good financial management of the budget until the realization of the need to involve community leaders and government officials Desa.Salah the government's strategy to help the country become self-sufficient and autonomous by giving the Village Fund Allocation (ADD). Use of funds ADD is 30% for operational costs and the Village Government Village Consultative Body (BPD). 70% for community empowerment and capacity building of Village Government.The aim of the study is to examine the management fund allocation Village (ADD ) in 2013 Mekar Sari subdistrict Merbau District archipelago Meranti and also as well as to determine the inhibiting factors in the management of the Village Fund Allocation (ADD ) In 2013 the Village bloom Sari subdistrict Merbau District archipelago meranti.The method used is descriptive research with a qualitative approach in data collection , researchers use interviewing techniques , observation , documentation and studies kepustakaan.Dengan use informants as sources of information and data analysis techniques by means of data collection , data presentation , redukasi data and draw conclusions.The results showed that the Management of the Village Fund Allocation (ADD ) Mekar Sari is not optimal and not targeted for their intended purpose , a portion of the funds the Village Fund Allocation (ADD ) for community empowerment is used for operational costs village government and BPD so that the use of the Village Fund Allocation ( ADD) is not as intended. Management must have a good budget planning, organizing clear , the exercise of good , effective supervision and peggerakan / right direction . Inhibiting factors in the management of the Village Fund Allocation (ADD ) Mekar Sari village is a human resources ( HR) , Motivation and attitude / behavior.Keywords : Management , Village Fund Allocation (ADD )
