Abstract

Monitoring is known for an effort that systematic set of performance standards in planning to system design information feedback, to determine whether there has been a deviation, as well as to take the necessary corrective actions to ensure that all resources of the company or government has been used effectively and seefesien possible in order to achieve the objectives of the company or the government. This study aims to identify and analyze the implementation and monitoring of the Department of Industry and Trade of the City of Pekanbaru in order to address the distribution of subsidized fuel oil, considering the number of persons whose presence is not responsible peddle copies Subsidized Fuel Oil. Problems in this study is not optimal monitoring conducted by the city government agencies namely the Department of Industry and Trade as the vastness of space monitoring. In this study, the type of study is a qualitative research method conducted exploration / explorative which is one approach to research aimed at finding information about a topic / problem that is not fully understood by researchers or an interest and have not understood or have not been recognized y good. The research found first, the implementation of monitoring by the Department of Industry and Trade masi less than optimal. Second, retailers Subsidized Fuel Oil does not pay attention to safety aspects. Third, the lack of socialization masi filling stations in procedures and regulations have been established jointly with the government. fourth, masi lack of cooperation between the Department of Industry and Trade, the police, the gas stations, the public and others to minimize errors in the distribution of subsidized fuel oil for the right target in trade off this Subsidized Fuel Oil.Keywords: Monitoring, Distribution of Fuel Oil

Abstract

Supervision of Internet cafes were conducted by the Department of Transportation, Communication and Information Pekanbaru is a reference of Regional Regulation Pekanbaru No. 7 of 2000, on license business premises and supervision of internet cafes which regulate Internet cafes that violates the kententuan formulated by the government by the Department of Transportation Communication and Information Pekanbaru. But the fact of internet cafes in the city of Pekanbaru are still many who violate the provisions that have been set because there are many internet cafes that use barriers are high, yet block sites pornography, and gambling, and many were found internet cafes which does not have a business license. Study of the phenomenon, the problem in this research is how the supervision of internet cafes in the city of Pekanbaru and the factors that influence the supervision of internet cafes in the city of Pekanbaru. This study refers to the theoretical concept Sukanto, where effective monitoring contains elements for standard or measure, an assessment of the work or conduct assessments and corrective action against the irregularities that occurred. This research is a descriptive study, in which the author presents and describes how surveillance of internet cafes in the city of Pekanbaru, especially in Sub Tampan. And to know the factors that affect the supervision of the internet cafes. The technique of collecting data is to interview and that menjdi key informant is a team supervision, cafe owners and community leaders. Results of the study found that pngawasan shop intenet in Pekanbaru especially in District Charming in the state is not good because there are still many warumg internet which has a barrier that is not in accordance with, and still finding internet cafes are not blocked situ-site pornography and gambling, and there are still many internet cafes that do not have a place of business license. The factors that affect the supervision of internet cafes in the city of Pekanbaru, especially in Sub Tampan are factors of human resources is still low level of education officer oversight and insufficient number of officers monitoring the field whose job is to monitor and record violations internet cafes, actor funds which is still a lack of cost to socialize. Abstract

Indonesian people are people who consist of many ethnic and culture. National cultural is cultural who rise from cultivation’s work from Indonesian people in all of subject. People are person who life together and make a cultivation. Altogether, nothing people who haven’t culture and nothing cultural without the people to be the container and supporter too. Technology advancement not only bring the changes on sector fisic development, but to changes the siclus of family’s life, who start from the birth and finish with dead. The change must appropriate with each of the rule. Mating is part from human’s life siclus who interested enought to studied, especially the changes who happen and have tight related with family establishment. The Pasir’s Villager seen more focus to balanching the mobilization movement and the social changes was happened. Not only on the People but from other people beyond too. The changes who seen in Pasir Utama’s villager is in implementation Java’s ethnic mating tradition. Long ago the implementation did in phases. But now the tradition begin leaved and the part not arranged. Now the mating ceremony more direct to completely implementation. Reshuffle and changes happen in the system mothod of mating tradition who happen for many factor amongst of another culture contact, education’s level, income’s level and geographical factor.Key word: social changes, ethnic, marriage.

Abstract

This research will explain about program implementation from an international organization named Fauna and Flora International (FFI) in forest conservation at Ulu Masen, Mane area Aceh province. Illegal logging, woods areal conversion into plantations and farms, and the conflicts between humans and wild animals have been threatening the forests and could trigger disasters and declining the number of rare wild animal species at wood areal, especially Gajah Sumatera and Harimau Sumatera. As an international organization of conservation based in England who works in environmental issues, biological diversity, and climate change, FFI works together with the Aceh government, local institutions, and society to carry out conservation programs such as CRU (Conservation Response Unit), Pride Campaign, and agro-forestry training at Mane area’s forest which is part of Ulu Masen’s region.Sources were obtained through literature review from journals, books, mini thesis, reports, and internet to explain FFI’s planned programs. Writer also did an interview and observation by observing and taking notes of the indications systematically. The theories used in this research are pluralism, green politic theory, and forest reservation concept.This research indicates that implemented programs by FFI influencing the declining of illegal logging and increasing society’s awareness of the importance to keep the forests and preserve the biological diversity found in the forest.Keywords: Fauna and Flora International, Forest Threat, Conservation Program, Biological Diversity

Abstract

Most of the Europen countries has been cautiously observing the contraction of the Greek system which is closely tied to their own economies. It has capture the attention of the world and continued to send warning signs to countries about system of the governance and public finance. Thus, the case of the Greek crisis has been an good example of how bad management of public finances, Regional Institutions, and domestic politics condition can lead to an economic catastrophe. This research is aimed to explain the failure of Greece on overcoming the debt crisis and also its failure using the bailout aid from European Union.This research theoretically has built with rasionalism perspectives on International Relations and supported by Complex Interdepence theories, and also the concept of Diplomatic Bailout in International Politcal-economy. Formulation of all arguments, facts, and theoretical framework on this research is guided by qualitative explanation methods. Scope of this research is Greece’s Failure applying the bailout aid from European Union on overcoming its economic crisis.Researcher has formulated an answered-hypothesis which reveals the facts that Greece failure is caused by the complexity of the bailout itself. The complexity came from first, high level of financial interest of European Union to overcome its financial stability than the Greece financial interest itself. Second, the domestic politics condition in Greece and the third is the gap between intergovernmental aspects and national sovereignty within Euro-zone States after crisis.Keywords: European Crisis, Greece Debt Crisis, Greece, European Union, Bailout.

Abstract

The existence of foreign workers is one that brings capital as investor and skilled employee, however the coming of foreign workers is one of the main problems in employment sector. From the dwelling misappropriation,overstay. To control the delling problem, immigration officer has an important role in controlling, as is this controlling will give security for employment and people in pekanbaru.This research is meant to know how the surveillance implementation which assigned by immigration officer in pekanbaru. This research uses concept of the theory of monitoring which explained by manullang. There are there steps of surveillance process which done : set the standard, make a survey, and make a corrective action in the surveillance implementation of employment dwelling in class I immigration Pekanbaru.This research uses qualitative approach with snowball sampling with interview,observation, and documentation as the data accumulation technic. Based on the reseach result, the surveillance implementation of employment dwelling in class 1 immigration pekanbaru has not been maximum. The obstacle factor is lack of human resource from immigration officer, lack of infrastructure, the distance of surveillance which has been done is too far, and lack of participation between institutions and communities.Key words : foreign workers dwelling permition, Monitoring

Abstract

Alfamart is a retail business which is began to grow rapidly and currently has many outlets in Pekanbaru city. Therefore, the Agency of Integrated Services and Investment (BPTPM) of Pekanbaru city as the agencies that implement the business premises licensing service have to provide license according to standards that have been established so that retail business Alfamart does not give any adverse impact to minimarkets that belongs to local communities or other small business nearby.This research is conducted to observe how the Agency of Integrated Services and Investment (BPTPM) of Pekanbaru city implement the standard and factors that affected the implementation of license’s standard of retail business Alfamart. In order to look for the result that will be discussed, this research uses the following indicators: specialization of work, chain of command, control range, and formalization. This research uses qualitative descriptive approach with data collecting technique interview, observation, and documentation.The result of this research is that the implementation of license’s standard of retail business Alfamart by the Agency of Integrated Services and Investment (BPTPM) of Pekanbaru city is overall still not good enough seen from specialization of work, chain of command, control range, and formalization. Although the task was already divided evenly and suitable to the field of each agency. The affecting factors are lack of human resources to execute the work, obstacle in coordination, difficulty of monitoring and license’s standard of business premises that is still unclear.Keywords: License’s Standard of Business Premises, Alfamart, the Agency of Integrated Services an Investment (BPTPM).

Abstract

The purpose of the research "Iran's Foreign Policy In Agreeing The Joint Comprehensive Plan Of Action (JCPOA) Restricted Iran Nuclear Program 2013-2015" is to explain the causes of the formation of an agreement between Iran and the West (the US and its allies) related to the issue of Iran's nuclear development during this. This agreement has long been sought by the West against Iran in order to persuade Iran to willing to reduce and restrict the activities of the nuclear program he developed during this time. The development of nuclear technology by Iran during this turned out to have made its own concerns for Western nations will manufacture weapons of mass destruction carried out by Iran. Abstract

Divorce phenomenon that occurs at this time has become a common thing in society. In fact, these days we often hear a lot of divorce cases are committed by someone who is educated, one among Civil Servants who do divorce. Civil Servants are the elements of the State Apparatus, public servants and society servants should be a good example for the community in the behavior, actions and obedience to the laws and regulations that apply to be able to carry out its obligations. Therefore, the Civil Service shall provide a good example for his subordinates and be an example as a good citizen in the community, including in organizing the family life. The purpose of this study was to find out what are the factors that lead to divorce in the family of Civil Servants and how the aftermath of divorce on families Civil Servants to a family function. The method used to analyze qualitative descriptive with data retrieval technique is by observation and interview. Based on research into the causes of divorce Civil Servants because of domestic violence, infidelity and meddling parents. While the impact of the divorce affect the course of the process of family functioning is mainly a function of socialization, the economic function, the function of protection and affective functions.Keywords: Civil Servants, Divorce, Social Exchange
