Abstract

This reasearch aimed to analyze the influence of the profitability ratio on stock prices at state-owned bank (BUMN) listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (BEI) in the period of 2007-2014. This research used financial ratio analysis, it was profitability ratio which was analyzed by using the variables of profitability itself, they were : Return on Assets (ROA) Return on Equity (ROE), Net Profit Margin (NPM), and Earnings per Share (EPS). The method used to observe the effect of the profitability ratio on stock prices was simple linear regression of statistical analysis. The results of this research indicate that ROA does not have a significant effect on stock prices, and variabel of ROE, NPM, EPS have a significant effect on stock prices.Keywords : Profitability Ratio, Stock Prices, ROA, ROE, NPM, EPS

Abstract

Status of the suspects dropped Jakarta Provincial Prosecutor to Dahlan Iskan in cases of suspected corruption substation on June 5, 2015. As two major newspapers that compete in Riau, Riau Pos and Tribun Pekanbaru certainly not miss to made this a national issue as a material news. Differences in background made Riau Pos and Tribun Pekanbaru tried to presented the information to the packaging of different discourse to the public in accordance with the vision and mission adopted. Therefore, this study aims to determine how the macro-structure comparison, superstructure, and microstructure news Dahlan alleged corruption cases related to the substation of Riau Pos and Tribun Pekanbaru This study used a qualitative approach to discourse analysis models Teun A Van Dijk. Data was collected by interview and documentation. The object of ten research news, consists of five news from Riau Pos and five news from Tribun Pekanbaru. Informants consisted of two people who are the newspaper editors by using purposive technique. To achieve the validity of the data in this research, researchers used triangulation. The results showed: first, the macro level Riau Pos news related to this case is the theme of the trip compared Tribun Pekanbaru legal cases that focus highlights the personal realm of Dahlan Iskan. Second, the level of the superstructure showed that Riau Pos trying to establish a pattern of reporting the case that the determination of Dahlan as a suspect by the Prosecutor not through legal channels in accordance with the Criminal Procedure Code Tribune Pekanbaru different from that formed schema that figure Dahlan is the figure of a brave and responsible to face the case. Thirdly, the micro level showed that Riau Pos shows the tendency preaching through background polemics reveal detailed legal case through news stories than the Tribune Pekanbaru better preserve the independence proclamation by taking background information from the parties that is quite neutral in dealing with this case.Keywords : News Comparison, Dahlan Iskan , Substation, Alleged Suspect, CorruptionCase

Abstract

This Research is analyzes about the efforts of NGO network International POPs Elimination Network (IPEN) in action to resolve the complexity of exposure to mercury in artisanal small gold mining (ASGM) and health sector in Indonesia. Mercury is a well-known toxic that is damage for environment and acute health-effects. Mercury widely used and extent in artisanal gold mining due to the increase of ASGM sites and lack of explicit law. Environmental and health impatcs report not spread out, nevertheless case of health disorder and environment imbalance are exists in every mining site.In this research uses Tranznational Advocacy Network concept, which IPEN network have connectivity with NGOs worldwide. By applying Communication theory and level analysis is International Organization. These concepts aim to qualitatives method and library research for references.Some of IPEN network efforts are by conducting strategic approaches programme and mercury monitoring programme in three level; upstream, middle-stream, and down-stream, through the medium of NGO Balifokus Indonesia (IPEN Participating organization). These efforts create approximately of significant results such as legal-binding national laws (force by laws, ministrylaws, standard/SNI) and international (convention and ratification) to resolve of rampant mercury uses in Indonesia.Keywords: mercury, efforts, IPEN network, strategic approache, monitoring.

Abstract

Leadership or leader was important for sustainable success as a leader it is concerned with the direction, vision and focus on the development of a region, the success or failure of a person's economic development depends on leaders. This study was conducted to determine the leadership of Regent Siak in the field of economic development is applied, in this case the Regent Siak adopts a democratic leadership, Writer Want to examine more about Regent Siak Leadership in Economic Development Sector Period 2011-2016.The problem in this research is how the leadership of Regent Siak in the field of economic development and how the economic development of Siak and what are the factors that influence the economic development of Siak. The purpose of this study was to determine Siak district leader in the field of economic development, to determine the economic development of Siak and to determine the factors that influence the economic development of Siak. This study used a qualitative approach with descriptive qualitative research methods. The informants namely Regent Siak. Namely data collection techniques with interviews to determine the extent of the Regent Siak leadership in economic development. Qualitative data analysis technique that is performed on the data, in this case in the form of qualitative data informaasi then linked with other data to gain clarity and truth.Results of this study was the Regent of Siak in running the leadership has the properties that form in itself, namely intelligence, maturity and flexibility of social relationships, motivation and encouragement of achievement and attitudes of human relationships. In the development process prekonomian have seen that the economic development indicators such as per capita income, economic structure, savings rates, quality of life index, the human development index. Economic development can not be separated from the factors that affect the progress of, among others, resources, culture within the bureaucracy, political, social, science and technology.Keywords: Leadership, Economic Development

Abstract

The amount of economic demands and necessities of life make people do a variety of ways to fulfill, it is done with the hope to get a better life. There are many ways and effort to the communities to meet their needs, one of them to borrow money. Borrowing money through the creditors more attractive to people, especially in Palas Village Rumbai Subdistrict Pekanbaru City. This study aims to determine how the characteristics of the creditors and the costumers as well as to find out how social relationship formed between the creditors and customers. In this research is descriptive quantitative research, the population in this study were identified community use the service of the creditors in the headman Palas Village Rumbai Subdistrict Pekanbaru City. The study sample as many as 3 creditors and 54 customers ( 50 % ) of the total population using propotional sampling technique is the use of propotional representation. To collect data the researcher used the questionnaire method of observation and documentation as a reference for information in analyzing the data. The result of this research using the quantitative research analysis and described it descriptively. Result of the analysis indicated that the loan sharks attractive by people despite the high interest charged. Generally the creditors are people with relatively high levels of the economy, while customers are the people who rate the economy is relatively low, this requiring a loan to make a living. Through the process of lending and borrowing, there were several social relationship between the creditors and the customers that is trust relationship, communication, exploitation, conflict and interdependence.Key words : the creditor, the customer, social relationship

Abstract

Implementation of program ekonomi kerakyatan in fisheries Kabupaten Kampar 2011-2013, the providence of rolling fund in Desa Koto Mesjid encounter some problem, one of them is the process of fund return of the rolling fund that is not coherse with the villagers expectation. The goal of the spirit of implementation of program ekonomi kerakyatan that point to Tri Sukses that is, success in the distribution, success in the achievement, and success in the return. This is the reason that i become interested to study in my research. The main problem in my research is “why the implementation of program ekonomi kerakyatan in fisheries, providence of the rolling fund in Desa Koto Mesjid Kecamatan XIII Koto Kampar still not implemented effectively.The goal of this research is to understand the process mechanism of the implementation of the program ekonomi kerakyatan in fisheries Kabupaten Kampar 2011-2013, providence of rolling fund in Desa Koto Mesjid, and than to analize the implementation of program ekonomi kerakyatan in fisheries, and than study about the obstacle in the implementation. This research is done in Desa Koto Mesjid Kecamatan XIII Koto Kampar Kabupaten Kampar. This research is using quantitative research metode with descriptive metode in collecting data. Researcher using the method of interview, observation, and dokumentation with a key informan as the main resource of information and using multiple question to the informan with observing the fenomenon that exist in the legality of the datas.Based in the research that is concluded that the process of the implementation and the obstacle in program ekonomi kerakyatan in fisheries Kabupaten kampar 2011-2013, providence of the rolling fund is not implemented efectively and not coherse with the guide provided in Peraturan Bupati Nomor 7 Tahun 2013 about the guide of the implementation of the rolling fund program ekonomi kerakyatan kabupaten kampar.Keywords : Program Ekonomi Kerakyatan, Providence of the rolling fund, Fisheries Agency Kabupaten Kampar.

Abstract

This study wanted to see how the process of implementation of procurement of goods and services at the Department of Cooperatives and UMKM. The problem is the background of this research is Pekanbaru City Government in implementing the system of procurement of goods and services in the E-Procurement rated indecisive, this results in the lack of public information on the procurement of goods and services.This research is a qualitative descriptive study, the data collection techniques in this research is descriptive analysis. This research uses documentation (observation) and interview with key informants as an object of information that aims to achieve the goal to have the information in this study. Data used in this study are primary data and secondary data obtained through direct observation and interviews with key informants in this study.Based on the analysis results can be deduced that the announcement of the procurement of goods and services at the Department of Cooperatives and UMKM Pekanbaru is good enough. Department of Cooperatives and UMKM Pekanbaru City had reported all activities on the website page LPSE announced through the Public Procurement Information System Plan (Syrup). But reporting activities that have been carried out no reported, so the accountability of procuring goods and services at the Department of Cooperatives and UMKM rated yet to be done.Keyword: Procurement of goods and services, LPSE, and E-Procurement

Abstract

Citizen Journalism phenomenon began to spread to the people of Riau.Tribune Pekanbaru as a battering ram to local media that provide a space for people to write down related to the problems they face, named Rubric Citizen Shoot.The section contained in pages 32 and there is a column provided for additional photos sent by residents and is published every Monday to Saturday.Through the column free citizens send news photos about any issues or incidents that they face, but there are still many shortcomings in the photos sent by residents in the column of the Citizen Shoot.Therefore, this study aimed to analyze the content of photos in a coldumn using the method EDFAT citizen Shoot in the Daily Tribune Pekanbaru.Descriptive qualitative in-depth interviews.This study is also using the model of agenda setting that emphasizes Tribune Pekanbaru provides a column Citizen Shoot with a view to involving the community as a supervisor in any problems that occur.The research was conducted on a column Citizen Shoot, published December 24, 2015 until January 2, 2016 and to determine the theme of ceremonial photograph.This research subject collect the images published on December 24, 2015 until January 2, 2016, for additional investigators interviewed the result of the photo editor column Tribune Pekanbaru citizen Shoot and professor of photojournalism UIN SUSKAThe results of this study is the first to rely on the fact something that is seen, the two never do interviews, the third no screening process photos posted by people who do ignore the rules in news photos, fourth understanding of the citizens will be news photos still is lacking.Meanwhile, the photo elements found some results of the research that has been done, the first photos sent by citizens still included in the category of factual, the second photograph sent by citizens still displays a number of elements jurnalisitik should be in the photo, third residents and editors still pay attention to the importance of a phenomenon to be newsworthy, the four photos made news by residents are still included in the category of ceremonial.Keywords: Photo Analysis, Journalism, Citizen Journalism, Tribun Pekanbaru.

Abstract

Hospital is a regional government agency that provides public health services in each of their respective regions. One type of medical service given field in Natuna to public hospitals district is Outpatient Services which is one form of medical care that is simply the medical services provided to patients not in the form of hospitalization. The importance of quality of service sector in government and private agencies are lots impact good service to promote such an agency. The principal tasks Natuna District Hospital is carrying out measures to health by emphasizing healing, restoration carried out in harmony and integrated, with improved prevention and carrying out the references and experience high quality, affordable and appropriate professional standard hospital services. This study analyzed the quality of outpatient services in hospitals Natuna. Tjiptono theoretical concept in Hardiyansyah (2011: 40) There are six indicators to determine the quality of public services, namely: 1. Decision time service 2. Accuracy 3. Courtesy and hospitality services 4. Ease of getting care 5. Convenience in obtaining support services 6. Attribute servicing , This research is descriptive qualitative methods make use of more appropriate to examine the issues that require in-depth study. The purpose of this study is to identify and analyze the quality of outpatient services and to identify and analyze the factors that affect the quality of outpatient services in hospitals district Natuna. From the results of research and discussion is done about the quality of outpatient services in hospitals Natuna, it can be concluded outpatient services has set the standard operating procedures (SOP) of the hospital in Natuna regency, but not fully be undone optimally. It can be seen from several theories Tjiptono in Hardiyansyah (2011: 40) There are six indicators to determine the quality of service quality has not been done according to the needs of people who use services in hospitals Natuna. Quality of service is less than the maximum that could be used as a learning organization is an organization with all powers, jointly and continuously transforms itself to be able to collect, manage funds using knowledge for success in an organization. To the knowledge of those who want to learn to know the state of an organization both internally and externally to seek information through surveys and pay attention to deficiencies complained of by the community, employment is needed to create the organization's progress with the achievement of quality services.Keywords : Quality of Outpatient Services, Health Services, Hospital

Abstract

Services provided by the Integrated Licensing Service Agency Riau Province to the applicant on the research must be in accordance with the general principles of public service so as to provide a quality service. Recommendations Research Services Licensing Service Agency Riau Province can be said of quality for Integrated Licensing Service Agency Riau Province has been providing services in accordance with the principle of service so as to get various public service achievements. The facilities provided by the Integrated Licensing Service Agency Riau Province adequate and have employees who have the ability to use the facilities available. Employees respond to any request for the public and can provide certainty of time in completing the application for the community. Then employees are always friendly and courteous in serving the community. The purpose of this study was to analyze the quality of services in the research recommendations Licensing Service Agency Riau Province and determine the factors that influence it. The results of this study indicate that the Integrated Licensing Service Agency Riau Province has a good quality service in serving the community and in accordance with the expectations and needs of the community. Starting from owned facilities are complete, the precision in serving the community, provide guarantees ketepan time in completing the work, expertise in using facilities owned, non-discriminatory, have a good response to the people who need help and serve the people in a friendly manner. Factors - factors that affect the quality of services in the research recommendations Licensing Service Agency Riau Province is infrastructure, human resources and leadership.Keywords: Quality of Service, Recommendation Research, Licensing Service Agency Riau Province
