Bundokanduang an institution or agency of indigenous women Minangkabau interpreted as true mother whose maternal instincts and leadership and ‘women's role as an institution that plays a role in preserving the cultural values of Minangkabau. And this study aims to determine the role of communication Bundokanduang institutions in preserving the cultural values of Minangkabau.The method used in this study is a qualitative method approach symbolic interaction. Data were collected through observation, interviews, and documentation. Informants contained in this research consisted of seven people is determined by purposive sampling.Role of Information Bundokanduang institutions have in the preservation of cultural values of Minangkabau, through programs run Bundokanduang role information. divided into three programs, namely in the areas of organization, education, and the field of customary law, in addition Bundokanduang also provides preservation of cultural values in the form of nature and daily behavior. This research is a study describing a road sweeper Work Management workers in charge of cleaning the main streets in the city of Pekanbaru. Based on field observations, problems that occur is the lack of control by the foreman of personal protective equipment for health and safety street sweeper. The research objective is to determine and analyze the Work Management road sweepers who were recruited by the Department of Hygiene and Pekanbaru city as well as to identify and analyze the factors that affect Work Management Sweepers Road in the city of Pekanbaru.The concept used is the theory that management at the start of the planning, organizing, implementation and monitoring. This study uses qualitative research methods with an assessment of descriptive data. In data collection the author uses interview, observation and documentation. By using key informants as a source of information and analysis of data.The results of this study lead to the conclusion that the street sweeper work management in the city of Pekanbaru conducted by the Department of Hygiene and Pekanbaru in organizing a street sweeper performance includes the steps of planning, organizing, implementing, and monitoring. Then the factors that affect the pace Department of Hygiene and Pekanbaru, factors expected implementation of standard operating procedures foreman crack down street sweepers workers who work not in accordance with standard operating procedures. The results in general, the writer can say that students who conduct business online are basically to add to the needs of as a student, the subject in this study and of other people like a friend that come in online business is on the previous one never follow any business. Relations between resellers and customers not only through social media but offline. Sellers receive if a buyer who wants to meet to do the sale and purchase transactions. The importance of a social capital that must be held a reseller can help online business is in the technician can run smoothly. This study analyzed the changes in socio-economic status in the dusun Sepakat. This phenomenon is a social phenomenon that occurs in people who have low socio economic status change for the better. The theory used is the theory of social change. Data analysis was conducted to address the existing problems in this research is qualitative descriptive approach further analyzed based on the theories in the study and presented in narrative form qualitatively, informants in this study were 8 people consisting of seven heads of families, a man who once served as the village chief. From the results of research in the field that the development of infrastructure such as paved roads and footpaths were carried out to bring change to the socio economic status of people in dusun Sepakat. The construction carried out in the dusun Sepakat going well despite the circumstances dusun located in the middle of the Kampar river and flanked by two bridges Hanging. Social change in the community there are five aspects such as housing, employment, income, area of plantation land ownership and education. Changes in socio-economic status can be seen from the changes in community development efforts such as rubber and oil palm plantation ownership, ownership of shops and small stalls and animal husbandry. The main occupation of people in dusun Sepakat once only as a vegetable farmers, but now turned into rubber and oil palm growers. Land community garden not only in the dusun but there are also outside the dusun.Keywords: Development, Social Change, Socio-Economic Status

The phenomenon of smoking behavior in adolescents is now increasingly alarming and seemed to have become a trend among both junior and high school students, even a small percentage of elementary school students have also shown their smoking behavior. This study aims to determine the impact of the behavior and the factors that influence smoking behavior in adolescents conducted on 10 junior high school students. Research using qualitative methods with accidental sampling approach. Data were collected using an open questionnaire and semi-structured interviews, while data analysis is done with thematic analysis and descriptive. Which revealed the smoking behavior in adolescents, the average starting age of 12 years. Smoking behavior lived with friends, shop, hangout, and sometimes at school. The first smoking experience coughing and dizziness, but still there is a desire to try it again because it was fun with friends. Further experience feel fresh and comfortable when smoking. In addition, it also gives a sense of calm, relaxed, passion, and gives the impression of a more mature, and raise the prestige within the peer group. The study also reveals behind the feelings above the teens did not feel afraid and worried about the impact of smoking. Impact on kesehatanpun've often felt dizzy.Keywords: Smoking, behavior, Teens

Many implementations adaptation of information systems failure caused not due to technical factors but more on the human factor. Some research suggests that a system of user behavior information and social media have an important role to the success of its implementation. UberSocial is a third party application on social networks Twitter and Facebook, answering the challenges of social media users who want a process of information exchange in the form of text, images or videos become easier to use and faster. These applications provide more convenience to the user to be able to use multiple social media accounts at the same time with just one app UberSocial. This study aimed to examine the effect among variables at the Technology Acceptance Model UberSocial app.Respondents in this study were 105 UberSocial app users in the Department of Communication Studies, University of Riau. How to determine the number of samples using unknown population due to the lack of valid data on the number of users of the application UberSocial. Use traditional methods of data collection questionnaire. Data were analyzed using Sructural Equation Model (SEM) with AMOS and SPSS software program. Based on the literature review, the research model using the Technology Acceptance Model (TAM) with variable perceived ease of use, perceived usefulness, attitude toward using and acceptance.The results of this study indicate the variables perceived ease of use has a positive and significant effect on the variable attitude toward using the total influence of 0.292. Variable perceived ease of use has a positive and significant effect on the variable acceptance by the effect of a total of 0.720. Variable perceived usefulness has a negative influence on attitude toward using variable and has a total effect of 0.237. Variable perceived usefulness has a negative influence on the variable acceptance. This study entitled " Community Response Against Economic Enterprises Village Savings and Loans ( UED - SP ) Island Village Foul Jaya Regency DistrictsInuman District Kuantan Singingi”. Researchers are interested to raise this friend because of the problems that exist in society about how public opinion about the program UED – SP. Data analysis was conducted to address the existing problems in this study is are analyzed quantitatively that provide a picture of the actual state of society, concerns the public response to government programs ( UED - SP ) were analyzed based on the theories in this study. Here's the problem : (1) Who are the recipients of loans UED - SP in the village of Rot Jaya Regency Districts Inuman District Kuantan Singingi. (2) For any loan funds used by the UED - SP Desa Jaya District Rotten Island Regency Districts Inuman District Kuantan Singingi. Data collection techniques in this research is observation , interview and questionnaire. As for the method of taking the sample population conducted by purposive random sampling technique , ie by 50 % in each character by counting the number of samples. This study aims to determine the effect of brand image and brand trust on customer loyalty ( A case study on the daily newspaper PT . Riau Pos Intermedia Pekanbaru . The image of the brand as a variable ( X1 ) trust the brand as a variable ( X2 ) and customer loyalty as ( Y ) .Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â The method in this research is descriptive and quantitative using SPSS 20 , where the sample used is the consumer Pekanbaru Riau Pos daily newspaper with about 85 respondents consisted of five companies , 78 public and two government agencies . The formula used to determine the sample slovin , as well as a sampling technique by purposive sampling . Data collection through questionnaires . Results of analysis can be known that the brand image variable positive effect on customer loyalty , brand trust significant effect on consumer loyalty , and pengrauh significant between brand image and brand trust on customer loyalty .Â Keywords : Brand Image, Brand Trust an Customer loyalty
