Abstract

The conflict between India and Italy were preceded by shooting two Indian fishermen by Italian marines take legal complex. This was caused by the second argument Country conflicting legal process that must be taken by the two Italian marines. Various ways taken by Italy to repatriate the two marines on health grounds. Italy struggles to repatriate the two marines was a good response from the Indian government after some diplomacy pursued by Italy. The Italian government does not restore the two marines to India. This provoked a strong reaction in India, Government of India condemned the action taken by the Italian Government. Daniele Mancini, as envoy Ambassador of Italy to India earlier guarantee the return of Italian marines on bail him that the two marines would return to India after the existing agreement. But an agreement is violated by Italy, this led to Daniele Mancini held in India with not allowed to leave India as collateral itself on the Italian marines. Abstract

The purpose of this research is to know how the tourits perception of the standardization expediency facility at six stone park in bagansiapiapi city rokan hilir district. This research is used descriptive quantitative methods. There were 100 sample of that people is taken for accidental sampling. The data collection techniques in this research used observation, interview, and quesionnaires. The likert scale was used to measure the intervals in quantitative data. This research used R.G Soekadijo (1996) theory. This theory divides the standart 3 categories: space perspective and interest, color and architectural perspektive, completeness and care. The result of the research shows that the tourits perception of the facility at six stone park includedin both category, this is due to high value on space perspective and interest, color and architectural perspective. But the low value given to completeness and care because it has never been done to the facility in six sitone tourist park.     Keywords: perception, tourist park and standardization expediency facility.

Abstract

Traffic Police Unit resorts Kampar is an agency of the Traffic Police organizations which are directly under the Chief of Police located in the center of the city Bangkinang responsible for Kampar Riau either a traffic violation or accident lintas. Based on data from Laka Police Kampar the number of accidents in Bangkinang City in 2015 amounted to 24 accidents in which learners more of these casualties are 12 casualties, and for a traffic violation in terms of profession, high school students is quite alarming from one month to a year 2015 is a 712 violations in which the position of the highest student ranks first in the list of violations. With the above problems Traffic Police Kampar conduct socialization activities traffic regulations with the intent and purpose of that public road users especially students know, understand and believe the traffic police as protectors and servants of the people in the activities of Community Education of traffic, traffic enforcement, assessment of traffic problems, registration and identification of motor vehicle and the driver, for the achievement of security, order and smooth traffic. The method used in this research is quantitative method. Collecting data using questionnaires, and documentation. To determine the influence of the socialization of traffic regulations on the attitudes of high school students, the authors use simple linear regression analysis. Variabel X in this study is an activity socializing traffic regulations, while variable Y is the attitude of high school students in City Bangkinang. Number of samples in this study were 92 students by using the sampling technique is Taro Yamane. data processing program tested using Statistical Product And Service Solution (SPSS) Windows version 20. The results showed the influence of the socialization of traffic regulations on the attitudes of high school students in City Bangkinang. This is based on data analysis using simple linear regression is Y = 6.009 +, 565 X. Numbers constant (a) of 6.009 and a coefficient of socialization variables, t 7.790 565 with greater when compared with t table 1, 987 and a significance level , 000 is smaller than α = 0.05. Therefore H1 accepted and H0 is rejected because there is significant influence between socialization activities regulation "traffic" with the attitude of high school students in City Bangkinang. Abstract

The phenomenon of smoking behavior in adolescents is now increasingly alarming and seemed to have become a trend among both junior and high school students, even a small percentage of elementary school students have also shown their smoking behavior. This study aims to determine the impact of the behavior and the factors that influence smoking behavior in adolescents conducted on 10 junior high school students. Research using qualitative methods with accidental sampling approach. Data were collected using an open questionnaire and semi-structured interviews, while data analysis is done with thematic analysis and descriptive. Which revealed the smoking behavior in adolescents, the average starting age of 12 years. Smoking behavior lived with friends, shop, hangout, and sometimes at school. The first smoking experience coughing and dizziness, but still there is a desire to try it again because it was fun with friends. Further experience feel fresh and comfortable when smoking. In addition, it also gives a sense of calm, relaxed, passion, and gives the impression of a more mature, and raise the prestige within the peer group. The study also reveals behind the feelings above the teens did not feel afraid and worried about the impact of smoking. Impact on kesehatanpun've often felt dizzy.   Keywords: Smoking, behavior, Teens

Abstract

News has become a very important requirement for today's society, almost everyone wanted and needed information, a present .In a news portal which would provide a dish worthy news to its readers, not least for the sake TribunPekanbaru.com portal providing information to the public. The quality of the news would be the responsibility of the editor, which is the department that is directly in contact with the news. For that reason, this study aims to determine the editorial management of the news portal TribunPekanbaru.com and how election news..worth..posting. This research applies qualitative method with descriptive approach qualitative in TribunPekanbaru.com news portal, Jalan Sudirman no. 383. Subjects of study include chief editor, journalist coordinator, online coordinator, and one journalists, as well as some of those readers who are determined through purposive method. Data collection techniques used were observation, interview,and.documentation. The results showed first management function on the news portal editor TribunPekanbaru.com in determining a news worthy. TribunPekanbaru.com implement a planning done in a meeting that news content planning meetings, meetings budgeting, and evaluation. As for the organization. TribunPekanbaru.com have determined the distribution of any journalist for news. Then the execution begins from covering news material, gathering, writing, editing news on the website to which of the use of new media. Forms of surveillance that was done TribunPekanbaru.com one of which is the evaluation of the work on monitoring the news items that will be in the post is one application gatekeeper theory, besides TribunPekanbaru.com also open the service to provide criticism and suggestions from the readers of the portal via e-mail. Second, the election news worthy to be posted on the portal is news that meet the elements of decent news is, the news must be accurate, the news must be full, fair and balanced, the news should be objective, the news should be concise and clear, and the news should be warm. Abstract

Many implementations adaptation of information systems failure caused not due to technical factors but more on the human factor. Some research suggests that a system of user behavior information and social media have an important role to the success of its implementation. UberSocial is a third party application on social networks Twitter and Facebook, answering the challenges of social media users who want a process of information exchange in the form of text, images or videos become easier to use and faster. These applications provide more convenience to the user to be able to use multiple social media accounts at the same time with just one app UberSocial. This study aimed to examine the effect among variables at the Technology Acceptance Model UberSocial app. Respondents in this study were 105 UberSocial app users in the Department of Communication Studies, University of Riau. How to determine the number of samples using unknown population due to the lack of valid data on the number of users of the application UberSocial. Use traditional methods of data collection questionnaire. Data were analyzed using Sructural Equation Model (SEM) with AMOS and SPSS software program. Based on the literature review, the research model using the Technology Acceptance Model (TAM) with variable perceived ease of use, perceived usefulness, attitude toward using and acceptance. The results of this study indicate the variables perceived ease of use has a positive and significant effect on the variable attitude toward using the total influence of 0.292. Variable perceived ease of use has a positive and significant effect on the variable acceptance by the effect of a total of 0.720. Variable perceived usefulness has a negative influence on attitude toward using variable and has a total effect of 0.237. Variable perceived usefulness has a negative influence on the variable acceptance. Variable attitude toward using has a positive effect on the variable acceptance. Abstract

This research aims to discover about review of recreational facilities at the natural theme park attractions Alam Mayang Pekanbaru city. .This research aims to: (1) to know the visitor’s responses regarding the recreational facilities at the natural theme park attractions Alam Mayang Pekanbaru city. (2) to find out what are the constraints of the review of recreational facilities at the natural theme park attractions Alam Mayang Pekanbaru city. Quantitatif method was used in this research to describe the issues. 100 people responden used in this research for the sample. The results of this research indicate that based on the research results obtained on the review of recreational facilities at the natural theme park attractions Alam Mayang Pekanbaru city good enough. This is evidenced by the acquisition of the overall total score of  which is 3.046 points.. Keywords: Review, Recreational facilities, Theme park attractions Alam Mayang .

Abstract

This study entitled " Community Response Against Economic Enterprises Village Savings and Loans ( UED - SP )  Island Village Foul Jaya Regency Districts Inuman District Kuantan Singingi”. Researchers are interested to raise this friend because of the problems that exist in society about how public opinion about the program UED – SP. Data analysis was conducted to address the existing problems in this study is are analyzed quantitatively that provide a picture of the actual state of society, concerns the public response to government programs ( UED - SP ) were analyzed based on the theories in this study. Here's the problem : (1) Who are the recipients of loans UED - SP in the village of Rot Jaya Regency Districts Inuman District Kuantan Singingi. (2) For any loan funds used by the UED - SP Desa Jaya District Rotten Island Regency Districts Inuman District Kuantan Singingi. Data collection techniques in this research is observation , interview and questionnaire. As for the method of taking the sample population conducted by purposive random sampling technique , ie by 50 % in each character by counting the number of samples. While the population of the entire population of 122 people nasaba, nasaba pay between 54 and 68 people smoothly nasaba pay jammed.    Keywords : Response , society , UED - SP

Abstract

Among 12 (twelve) sub-districts in the City of Pekanbaru, Tenayan Sub-Feast that most of the inhabitants of poor category. The aim of the research to know the City of Pekanbaru Government partnership with the Community Social workers in the sub-district Tenayan Feast of the City of Pekanbaru years 2014-2015 and to know the obstacles in Pekanbaru City Government partnership with the Community Social workers in the sub-district Tenayan Feast of the City of Pekanbaru Year 2014-2015. Data analysis methods used in this research is a qualitative descriptive analysis method that is attempting to expose the based on the existing phenomena and browse all the facts related to the issues discussed based on the results of research that is the partnership of the Government the City of Pekanbaru With Community Social workers in the sub-district Tenayan Feast of the City of Pekanbaru Year 2014-2015. Abstract

THIS  research is motivated by the defunct local company’s drinking water, so the need for water is a mobdatory requirement for the community. Water inftrastructure is one that is important to remember that water is a basic requirement is always consumed. The purpose of this study to influence the district govermment meranti islands and the inhibiting factors in the provision of clean water. The method used is a qualitatif research method with a descriptive type of reasearch that can be defined that can be interprated as a problems-solving process to describe the state of the subject and object of reseacrh at the presesnt time based on the facts that appear. Basa on the research that govermment efforts are still not up to the water supply in the districh high clifss theree are several factors that influence the govermment, namely the geographical conditions and economic factors Keywords : disctrict government, in provition of clean water.
