Abstract

So that the problem in this case is How the security improvement program implementation in District Sabak Auh Siak in rice plants and Is factors that affect the implementation of the security improvement program in the District of Sabak Auh Siak in rice plants. From the results of research conducted on the Implementation of the Program for Increasing Food Security in the district of Sabak Auh Siak there are some identification problems that occur in rice crops in the district of Sabak AUH include: The transformation of land in the district of Sabak Auh obviously very big influence on the target surplus in Siak. Where formerly Siak a granary and the largest producer of rice in Riau which is 40,000 tons per year, but since the land use surplus is reduced, which in the year 2013 and only a 2000 tons only, absence of irrigation facilities in the district of Sabak Auh that resulting in reduced production of rice in Siak, Help tracktor from Siak district government that is not appropriate allocation, which should each farmer group get 2-3 tractors actually only got one machine tracktor.From the description above, the researcher is interested to take the title on the effect of "Food Security Enhancement Program Implementation in District Sabak Auh Siak (Case Study of Rice)".Keywords: Implementation, Program Improvement, Food Security

Abstract

PT. Ology Karimun Bumi Sukses are subsidiaries of the Company Karimun regency has the right to manage the General Fuel Filling Stations in Karimun. because PT. Ology Karimun Bumi Sukses Has a 51% stake, while the regional government only has 49%. In the Year 2013-2014 General Fuel Filling Stations in Karimun experienced shortages.This study aimed to describe or explain how the mechanism of distribution of fuel oil in the General Fuel Filling Station Karimun and the factors that influence on the scarcity of fuel oil (Premium) is. As well as any efforts made by the Government in addressing the scarcity happened.From the research results can be found constraints or factors inhibiting the mechanism of distribution of fuel oil as a constraint to bad weather, quotas limited mileage far enough and the behavior of traders who hoard fuel oil being filled back and forth in the Station General Fuel Filling. So also with the regional government, many of the policies issued from purchase restrictions, placing the security forces in General Fuel Filling Stations up to hold one more unit of the General Fuel Filling Stations are new.Keywords: Scarcity, Distribution Mechanism

Abstract

The Environmental Agency is an institution for the technical area of technical is on element of supporting the mayor in charge of carrying out the preparation and implementation of policy are as that is specific, in terms of this policy enviromental. The Enviromental Agency always organizes vehicle’s emission once a year. The proposed to keep air quality in Pekanbaru and to know how many percents vehicle’s emission effect for air pollution in Pekanbaru. So, many things are valued from perfomance evaluation of environment agency in Pekanbaru to know about The Environmental Agency to reach the goal of vehicle’s emission program. The goal is knowing about The Environmental agency’s perfomance and the factors those effect for vehicle’s emission in Pekanbaru.The concept of theory that researchers is perfomance, evaluation and organization. The researchers uses kualitatif method with descriptive review. In data collections are using interview technic, observation, documentation and library list.The result of this research is showing that The Environmental Agency’s perfomance in vehicle’s emission runs well in Pekanbaru, because all of vehicle’s emission programs match with Standard Operating Procedure (SOP). Abstract

Ro-ro ferry ports in Bengkalis is a port that has prospects for development and the considerable potential in terms of geographical aspect and the opportunity to support the growth of the industry and the region's economy. The problems of this research are the Role of Department of Transportation Sector Land Transport Implementation and Planning in Ro-ro port in Bengkalis and the Patterns Transportation Agency Relationships with Private Sector Land Transport Implementation and Planning in Ro-ro port in Bengkalis. This research aims to knows the role of the Department of Transportation Sector Land Transport and the Pattern of Private Relationship with Implementation and Planning in Ro-ro port in Bengkalis.The method’s of this research is a qualitative method with the type of data used primary data and secondary data, data sources and documents obtained through informants research place. Data were collected by interview, observation and documentation, and then analyzed in a descriptive way to provide an overview of the research results.The results of this research are the role of the Department of Transportation Division of Land Transport in the administration and planning of ro-ro port in Bengkalis has not been able to provide optimum services because facilities such as docks and parking lots yet to be finalized, so that problems such as congestion, reliability of schedules and comfort aspects is still perceived by the user / passenger ship.Keywords: Strategy, Implementation, Planning

Abstract

The problem of this research is declining employee morale PT. Multi Structure Duri. This indicates began to decrease employees' organizational commitment to the company so that employees of PT Multi Structure Duri many who were absent without any reason (alpha).This study aims to determine the application of transformational leadership style, knowing how organizational commitment, and to see the relationship of transformational leadership style and organizational commitment using correlation spreaman. The results showed that there was a very strong relationship between transformational leadership and organizational commitment at PT. Multi Structure Duri, where the results of calculation of correlation coefficient of 0.828.Thus it can be seen that the transformational leadership style has a very strong relationship with the organization's commitment to the employees of PT. Abstract

The elections of President and Vice President of the Republic of Indonesia in 2014 was the third elections were held by vote directly. There’s only two pairs of candidates compete in the elections of President and Vice President of the Republic of Indonesia in 2014, number 1 Prabowo-Hatta and Jokowi-JK with number 2. Although the results of the presidential elections in 2014 was won by Jokowi-JK, Prabowo-Hatta managed to dominate the vote in twelve districts in the Pekanbaru City with the acquisition of 261.593 votes or 67% . This shows that the winning team of Prabowo-Hatta secured the support of the masses. The problem of this research is how the winning Prabowo-Hatta through the mass bases in the elections of president and vice president of the Republic Indonesia in the city of Pekanbaru in 2014.This study aims to look at the winnings of Prabowo-Hatta through a mass bases in the elections of President and Vice President of the Republic of Indonesia in 2014 conducted by team of Koalisi Merah Putih in Pekanbaru using three approaches in political marketing that is pull marketing, push marketing and pass marketing. This study use a qualitative approach and descriptive research with data collection techniques is interview and documentation.The results showed that the winning of Prabowo-Hatta through a mass bases in the elections of President and Vice President of the Republic of Indonesia in Pekanbaru City in 2014 was through the mass bases of the party cadres from Koalisi Merah Putih, the wings of the party, community leaders, community organizations and volunteers by offering products via paid media and without paying (pull marketing), disseminating the program to the community candidate (push marketing), and make the community leaders, community organizations and volunteers as an influencer (pass marketing) .Keywords : Elections of the President, Base Masses, Political Marketing

Abstract

Urban community is a modern society. A developing urban society always creating an innovation as a city facilty. Coffee shop is a facilty which created by a new change caused by life style in city, its context was different from an usual coffee shop dan only found in cities. As a city facility, coffee shop can be enjoyed by anyone from any commnunity in a city, starting those from high class, middle class, and even still affordable by low class community. Because of this different context of a coffee shop made a coffee shop worth to be enjoyed by people of the cities, basically this kind of coffee shop sell different services, from facility, atmosphere, and extraordinary product from an ordinary coffee shop. Because of the nature of urban community, they tend to have an open mind so they would like to try new things and new people, primarily in coffee shop. The increasingly growth phenomenon of Coffee Shop in Pekanbaru city is the purpose of this research. Theory used in this research is urban growth and modernizations theory. In this research, there are six sources, those who become source for this research are customers who enjoy coffee shop facilities which basically grouped as coffee lovers and people who only following the trends of coffee shop. Research data mining in this research are done by interviews, observation, and documentation. Interviews done in this research are structured interviews where researcher prepared an interview handbook. According to past research, it can be concluded that in Pekanbaru city, customs of visiting coffee shop made this activity as daily routines such as visiting every day even more than once or twice a day to release fatigue from daily activity in the city, this is innovation from new lifestyle of grwoing urban society.Keywords: coffee shop,lifestyle.

Abstract

Information Commission of Riau Province is an independen institution formed by the law No.14 of 2008 on public disclosure, Riau Govenor regulation No. 72 of 2012 on information commission province formation. But Information Commission of Riau Province is not maximized in realizing the public disclosure particulary with regard to buged and finace of public institution information because of blocked imitations member, buged and operationa finance. The problem in this study is how the effectiveness role of Information Commission of Riau Province on finished pubic information dispute and factors effecting effectiveness role of Information Commission of Riau Province on finished public information dispute. Purpose from this study is to know effectiveness role Information Commission of Riau Province on finished public information dispute an factors effecting effectiveness role information commission riau province on finished pubic informastion dispute.The concept of the theory is that organization, information disclosure, and organization effectiveness. This study use qualitative resarch methods to study descriptive data. The collecting data, the resarcher used interview,observation and documentation.The result of this study indicate that the effectiveness role Information Commission of Riau Province on finished public information dispute has not been effective, visible from stage of effectiveness are not fulfilled. The factors that effecting effectiveness role Information Commission of Riau Province on finished public information dispute is ability to adapt, productivity, job satisfaction, resource utilization, the ability to produce. Abstract

Administration building is indispensable in making a country's development it is veryimportant for the State IndonesiaDevelopment issues of water resources conservation by environmental agency in Pekanbaru City case study tributary siak very difficult to find a solution to stop the pollution in every tributary siak that by comparing the domestic waste and environmental agency to reduce contamination of creens siak environmental agency management of the program times net (PROKASIH) one program intended to improve the water quality of the river so that meets its functions.To analyze these problems the author uses the theory of Thompson, which corresponds to these problems the administration building is the organization's ability to "innovate" (resource upgrade) orientation of this approach is a change in the future a better and promising. The orientation towards change and upgrade means showing action-oriented development administration - real activities in achieving objectives. In making changes and upgrade in the future must be balanced with real involvement activities in the present as a springboard to achieve better success in the future.This research is a descriptive qualitative approach, data collection techniques are observation, interviews, documentation and interviews with key informants as a key resource.These results indicate that not maximal implementation of development conservation of water resources by the environmental agency contamination of creeks siak carried out by the environmental agency in this case looks much pollution as a result of the domestic diposal waste are carried out by people who live in the watershed tributary siak.Keywords: Administrative Development, Pollution Environmental, Conservation Of Water Resources

Abstract

This study aims to find out about the Greenpeace efforts in save the arctic from interestd oil and gas drilling russia. Type of this research is descriptive analysis. The decades of the environment is a new issue and the most hotly discussed issues in the international world. Global warming and climate change has threatened the world for causing extreme changes in weather to natural disasters. Earth's polar axis and has an important function for the earth. Behind the threats, the Arctic have a source of potential oil and gas reserves of the world. Russia became a very ambitious country on this potential, to issue a policy to get this potential by drilling for oil and gas in the Arctic through the international oil and gas company's russia. Greenpeace is one of the largest NGO in the world and a vision for the environment, issued a petition rejection of oil drilling in the Arctic or the north pole undertaken by the Russian oil company because impact of global warming and climate change.The writer try to describe and explain about Greenpeace efforts to save the arctic region from the Russian oil and gas drilling and its impact on the environment in the Arctic ecosystem good nor bad in the world. Sources that will be presented in this study is a secondary source.
