Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of the level of working capital turnover on profitability in food and beverage industry companies listed in Indonesia Stock Exchange (BEI) in the period 2009 - 2013. The independent variables it is working capital turnover while its dependent variable is profitability, measured by using Return on Assets ratio (ROA), Return On Investment (ROI) and Return on Equity (ROE).The sample in this study were selected with certain criteria with menngunakan method sampling.Diperoleh purposive sample of five companies with the financial statements of the period 2009 – 2013 that was obtained by 25 observations.The results showed that the results of hypothesis testing t test, the result is a working capital does not significantly affect the Return On Assets (ROA), Return On Investment (ROI) and Return on Equity (ROE).Keywords: Working Capital, Return On Assets (ROA), Return On Investment (ROI) and Return on Equity (ROE).

Abstract

This study discusses the social capital within the Association of Students Pelalawan (HIPMAWAN) Pekanbaru. Social capital within the Association of Students Pelalawan (HIPMAWAN) Pekanbaru can be seen through some of the indicators of which is the notion of social capital, social capital within an organization, the elements of social capital, social interaction and social networks. The subjects were students who are members of the Association of Students Pelalawan (HIPMAWAN) Pekanbaru. The method used in this research is purposive sampling and analysis of the data used is descriptive and qualitative analysis. Data collected by using interviews and documentation. The theory used is the theory of social capital. This study aims to determine what kind of social capital and what activities are carried out by the Association of Students Pelalawan (HIPMAWAN) Pekanbaru. Results of this study is the social capital that exist within HIPMAWAN is based on the equation, namely the area of origin of students Pelalawan and all activities undertaken by HIPMAWAN is based for the progress and welfare of society and Pelalawan.Keywords: Social Capital, HIPMAWAN

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh lingkungan kerja terhadap Kepuasan kerja karyawan bagian Produksi pada PT. Sekar Bumi Alam Lestari. Dalam penelitian  ini 57 Karyawan telah di ambil sebagai  Sampel dari 136 Populasi dan dipilih secara Random Sampling kemudian diwawancarai sebagai Responden. Analisis Validitas dan Reliabilitas telah dilakukan sebagai alat ukur pada 57 Responden. Hasil dari pengujian alat ukur tersebut  menyatakan bahwa data yang di ukur Valid dan Reliabel. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode Deskriptif dan teknik Analisis yang digunakan adalah Analisis Kuantitatif. Setelah di uji dengan uji Validitas dan Reliabilitas selanjutnya data di Analisis menggunakan Analisis Statistik Regresi Linear Sederhana, Uji Koefisien Determinasi (R²), dan Uji t dengan menggunakan bantuan SPSS 17. Hasil penelitian ini menujukkan bahwa diketahui t hitung (6.868) > t tabel (2,005) dan Sig. (0,000) < 0,05. Artinya Hipotesa dapat diterima dan  menyatakan bahwa lingkungan kerja berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Kepuasan kerja Karyawan.   Kata kunci  : Lingkungan Kerja, Kepuasan Kerja, Karyawan Bagian Produksi Pada PT. Abstract

This study aims to investigate and analyze the stress of work, management support and job satisfaction of employees in the production of PT. Duta Palma Nusantara Pekanbaru as well as to determine the effect of work stress and management support on employee job satisfaction in the production of PT. Duta Palma Nusantara Pekanbaru. Production employees at PT. Duta Palma Nusantara Pekanbaru have high levels of job stress high enough. Management support to the production employees at PT. Duta Palma Nusantara Pekanbaru rated still many shortcomings. This causes a lack of job satisfaction of employees in the production of PT. Duta Palma Nusantara Pekanbaru. The results of the analysis with SPSS, showed that the relationship between Work Stress (X1) and Management Support (X2) with Employee Satisfaction Part Production (Y) have a very strong relationship level. In addition work stress variable (X1) more dominant production employee job satisfaction (Y) at PT. Duta Palma Nusantara Pekanbaru compared with management support variable (Y).Keyword : job stress, management support, job satisfaction.

Abstract

All associated with social norms, religion, customs, so clothing developed with the meaning of varied. Riau especially the City of Pekanbaru, ranging from the building to the street name indentik with malay, especially government buildings and museum. Malay clothes must be used by all levels of the start of the level of education from kindergarten to Senior High School private and state that is clothed in the Malays that the model is determined by the school and used on Friday. Malay clothes using some unique motifs malay, until the Malay batik. The purpose of this research is to know the implementation of Perda No. 12 2001 at the office of Regional Income City of Pekanbaru.Research method that will be used is a research survey. The location of this research is in the office of Regional Income City of Pekanbaru located in the way the Lotus, because they see government officials have not maximum of implementing Perda No. 12 The year 2001 about malay fashion consumption in the educational environment, Civil Servants, Private/Enterprises area. The reason for the taking of research in this location is because there is no scientific research reveals the problem as noted in this research.The results of research on the implementation of the Perda No. 12 2001 at the office of Regional Income City of Pekanbaru Years 2014, including the category of good, this shows that the policy of Malay fashion consumption in the City of Pekanbaru still needs to be repaired and improved again. Should the leaders of increasing positive influence to the officials with how to give an example of an example or a good example, has authority in front of civil servants in order to grow their sense of withheld or respect.Key Words : Implementation, Perda No. 12 2001, of Regional Income City of Pekanbaru.

Abstract

Integration Course emerged as an integration course program which is the renewal of the license under the Migration Act related to the National Migration Integration as steps to improve the conditions of immigrants in Germany. But there are several obstacles in the Integration Course that immigrants who come from different corners of the world and immigrated in Germany will be the acculturation effect on social life in Germany, the lack of protection of all immigrants of all religions, and there is a shift in the demographic features native German speakers ,Qualitative research method is descriptive that will describe, record, analyze and interpret the condition or event associated with the problems posed and to develop the data obtained from various sources. The qualitative research to understand an issue or social phenomena are presented descriptively or with an explanation.The purpose of this paper is, in order to determine the condition of immigrants, knowing the background of the formation Integration Course, determine the effect or against immigrants in Germany. Abstract

Research on the phenomenon of homosexual gay in the city of Pekanbaru is motivated by the existence of the airings of homosexuals in recent years past. The research looked at from the point of view of the background sociological to form a pattern of homosexual gay behavior, which in socialization both of the family and close associates, socialization environments outside the home and friends play, and also personal experience gay actors itself there is socialization or parenting wrong so instrumental in shaping his homosexual behavior. From the above phenomena can be seen some of the research problem, namely: how the background of the formation of gay behavior patterns and how the view of the behavior of the gay community itself.This study uses a method or approach exploratory qualitative case study design with the primary data source as much as six respondents which of the six respondents, there are two gay actors respondents, two respondents significant other, and two respondents reference group. Then secondary data sources derived from the literature through books, print and Internet media and institutions or other relevant bodies. The technique of collecting data through observation, interviews, and documentation. While the sampling technique used was snowball sampling with key informants set previoiusly. Then the data obtained and presented descriptively so that it can be drawn a conclusion.The results showed that: 1) The process of internalization and socialization is wrong both in the family and the surrounding environment and bad personal experience is the background causes of homosexuality on a person, and not innate, but occurs because of the learning process so as to form a pattern that became habit. 2) Basically, gay actors see themselves as good people who do not want to disturb or be disturbed by others (the general public), because the path they chose. Then view of significant other to his family members who are gay positive enough and wanted to see his family members who are gay live a normal life, while the reference group's view of the behavior of gay friends of the ordinary although the views of the public in general is quite negative towards gays.Keywords: Background, Pattern of Behavior, Gay.

Abstract

This study was conducted in Ritonga Doorsmeer thorns. This business is engaged in vehicle wash services. The purpose of this study is to formulate business strategies in Ritonga Doorsmeer.This research is a descriptive qualitative approach which in this study did not use the sample population only uses key informants to obtain the required information. The data used are primary and secondary data.From the analysis it can be seen that there are some alternative strategies that can be used as a tool to win the competition in the industry doorsmeer Ritonga. Abstract

Guidance given by the Agricultural extension officers in district Bangkinang to farmers must comply with the general principle of extension so that it can give good service. The performance of the Agricultural extension officers in increasing the production of rice plant results in district Bangkinang can be said either because the agricultural extension officers in the porch of the Bangkinang Sub-district agricultural extension has provided guidance in accordance with the principle of the extension so that it can assist and improve the production results of the farmers. Facilities owned by the Sub-district agricultural extension Bangkinang Hall is indeed not enough adequate but the agricultural extension officers possesses the ability of considerable quality. Agricultural extension officers give their time to do outreach with supervision and routine monitoring with farmers and farmer groups. Then the agricultural extension officers are always friendly and polite in doing outreach. The purpose of this research is to analyze the performance of the agricultural extension officers in increasing the production of rice plant in the subdistrict of Kampar Regency Bangkinang and aware of the factors that affected it.This research uses theories of umar where performance is determined by the indicator of reliability, initiative, presence, quality of the work. This research uses qualitative, descriptive methods, techniques of collecting data through observation and interviews where the parties involved in this study as an informant.The results of this research show that extension officers in Pertanain Sub-district agricultural extension Bangkinang Hall has good performance in doing outreach to farmers and in accordance with the expectations and the needs of farmers. Starting from the reliability of the farmers who believe in by farmers, extension officers initiative in resolving the problem, often visiting the farmers into the field, the quality of a good job and serve the community with a friendly attitude. Factors – factors that affect the performance of the agriculturalextension officers in increasing the production of rice plant in the subdistrict of Kampar Regency Bangkinang is infrastructure, work environment, work and passions.Keywords : performance, agricultural extension officers, the production of riceplant

Abstract

Unilateral activity conducted by Ghana has given impact to their relation with Ivory Coast. Ivory Coast as a country which directly border with Ghana has concerns with expanding exploration and exploitation of Ghana’s petroleum industrial in disputed area. Ghana and Ivory Coast have adjacent coast in the Gulf of Guinea. The parties hold their opposing positions over delimitation of maritime boundary which caused a disputed area in the Gulf of Guinea. This research is aimed to explain the foreign policy of Ghana in disputed area.This research theoretically has built by using Behavioralism perspective on International Relations and supported by Foreign Policy theory from Graham T. Allison. Formulation of all arguments, data, facts, and theoritical framework in this research using qualitative explanation methods.This research also using subnational group as the level of analyze, the focus on this research is explain the causes of Ghana’s foreign policy unilateral exploiting petroleum over Ivory Coast in the Gulf of Guinea. Reseacrher has formulated answer-hypothesis which revealed the fact that petroleum industrial helps boosting Ghana’s revenue is causes Ghana establish their foreign policy exploiting petroleum in the disputed area unilaterally.Keywords: UNCLOS, Petroleum Industrial, TEN Block, National Interest, Foreign Policy, Unilateral Activity
