Abstract

The government of agriculture as a institution who give the some field at the worl, and some many things to atheror than a rice field. Many people in Medan City has a land to the agriculture and how to make the sand as a needly to our life. The simple our agriculture in this contrueiron, and how to the thaenme in the Medan City. As usully many things in other than our contry to add mire the agriculture.This research is to begin the government science to get the rice field and soon. Government of Agriculture has a program BLBU. In this research how to make the simple of agriculture of sand and land of the other in Medan City. As a student and research the simple of agriculture giving some reason to lay them publik of interst. The agriculture not giving to them. Abstract

Subak is a community organization which specifically regulate irrigation system used in rice cultivation in Bali, Indonesia. Subak usually has a temple called Pura Uluncarik or Pura Bedugul, specially built by farmers and is destined for the goddess of prosperity and fertility goddess Sri. This irrigation system is governed by an indigenous leader who also is a farmer in Bali. The purpose of the program is as an arrangement Subak irrigation when there is water shortage, as well as for communication and structural coordination. As each Subak it has a membership as well as the division of the Regional Budget / Bylaws respectively. This study aims to know the progress and constraints to maintain water control system in Indonesia.This study uses a qualitative research approach (International Politic). Data was collected by means of a research library (Library research), data is said to be from books, journals, magazines, newspapers and other sources (document analysis). I also use the internet facilities in the process of collecting data related to and relevant to the issues discussed in this study. The data analysis technique based on the cycles Huberman and Miles in the form of data collection, data reduction, organizing data, and conclusions.Jatiluwih as a World Cultural Heritage (World Cultural Heritage) due to the potential form of Subak actualized by paddy terracing very unique and very different from other Subak and supported by the agrarian society of religious life in support of or as the spearhead of the community Subak Jatiluwih. This is the plus points of UNESCO to establish Jatiluwih as a World Cultural Heritage. In the process, people Jatiluwih have not yet benefited from the establishment of Jatiluwih as a World Cultural Heritage, so that the public be less responsive to the rights and obligations as a consequence designated as the World Cultural Heritage. To that end, it is necessary to look for a way out for the World Cultural Heritage status -Right correctly perceived by the public Jatiluwih positive benefits, especially the Subak. Consequences Jatiluwih as a World Cultural Heritage is that Jatiluwih started much visited by tourists, both foreign and domestic tourists to see firsthand the beauty of the fields terracing and the subak system. With the creativity of Jatiluwih Subak communities will be able to contribute to tourism in general in favor of Jatiluwih as a World Cultural Heritage. Thus, local communities feel they have benefited from the development of tourism in Jatiluwih and their status in the World Cultural Heritage. Abstract

In this research theres intersting phenomenas in leadership succession at Riau KNPI 2014th. i.e, the leader KNPI choosen by acclamation. The history proving that belongs 3 years of period, this is the first time the election of leader KNPI choosen by acclamation. This because the recession one of candidate of leader KNPI from 2 candidates that pass the verification. The recession was doing by Nasaruddin. The reason of recession was illogical, that he’s going vacation to the other towns and thats not ethical if Nasaruddin keep forward in that succesion. Afterward theres an other intersting facts that presence of Pancasila Youth Society Organisation in the forum implementation of DPD KNPI Riau Province XIII. Need to know that Youth Pancasila was not included in the participant invitation or participant observer in forum Riau Province KNPI 2014.Theory (approachability) that the writer using as a analysis tools in this research is the theory about Lobby and authorities. Whereas the method that writer use is qualitatively method and type of research is description, i.e sought to analysis the dynamics and giving explanation data that get from observation result. Which aim to emphasize and substantive an theory so get the information about current situation. The technique collecting data in this research is using interview technique and documentation study.Based on the research results and analysis the writers get three basic conclutions. First, democracy process in period XIII of KNPI 2014 not showing a good process and ideal. Second, KNPI of Riau Province, in this case committee of MUSPROV XIII KNPI Riau Province does not do public transparency to information of actual cause by the Nasaruddin recession from second candidates of election. And third, in leadership succession of Riau KNPI, purely the result of kongkalikong between Ari Nugroho side and Nasaruddin.Keywords : Dynamics, Leadership Succession and KNPI

Abstract

Adiwiyata program is a program that implemented in school to actualize caring attitude and environment cultured on student. This program launched for the first time on 2006 by government through ministry of environment. SDN 6 Pekanbaru was success achieve three Adiwiyata awards in just two years period.AdiwiyataTeam running this program by using persuasive communication toward students by giving encouragement and example of impelementationabout caring attitude and cultured environment. This research aims to find out persuader credibility, persuasive message, and effect that camefrom the persuasive communiacation of SDN 6 PekanbaruAdiwiyata Team on actualizeAdiwiyata School.This research using qualitative research method with descriptive approach. The subject of this research was choosing by purposive technique who consists of Head Master, Chief of Adiwiyata Team, student guardian who are joined in Adiwiyata Team and students of SDN 6 Pekanbaru. Data was collected through interview, observation and documentation. Data was analyst using Interactive model of Miles & Huberman. To achieve the validity of the data in this study, researcher used the triangulation technique.According to the research’s result, SDN 6 PekanbaruAdiwiyata Team has credibility as communicatorwhich is expertness that get from socialitation and workshop with another school and also their knowledge about environment. AdiwiyataTeam also has trust worthiness by implement caring attitude and environment cultured. Persuasive messege consists of verbalmessege that includes clarity, simplicity and accuracy. Meanwhile nonverbal messege includes giving example of environment caring behavior such practice how towashing hands correctly, saving water and electricity, and also utilize second stuff that recycle into vase, pensil case and screen.Effect that produced consists of three parts, first is cognition, there are increasing, understanding, and awareness on students about environment from information that given by Adiwiyata Team. Second is affection, students start to have caring attitude of environment. Abstract

Promotion is part of marketing, namely to encourage, persuade, inform, explain, and their recalling a product both goods and services. With the implementation of the promotion is done in an attraction make the object easier to be known and recognized by potential visitors, so visitor are easy to reach tourism object. This research used a descriptive quantitative method to examine the problems. For first goals, used triangulation technique and for second goals used percentation technique. The samples in this research were 100 respondents, who were taken by using accidental sampling. While data collection techniques in this research using observation, interview, and questioner. The results of research Promotion Implementation via Social Media in Wisata Dakwah Okura Object Rumbai Pesisir District Pekanbaru City is managers have used 3 social media which are fanspage facebook, twitter, and instagram for promotion. Based on respondent respons, promotion mix or sub-variables on promotion via social media (Sunyoto, 2012) are divided into the Advertising 75,7%, Sales Promotion 51,4%, Public Relation 78,3%, and Word of Mouth Marketing 60,8%. Abstract

This study aim is to identify and analyze the performance of Dinas Bina Marga dan Pengairan Rokan Hulu Year 2015. The location of this research is at the Dinas Bina Marga dan Pengairan Rokan Hulu. Informants are formal leaders and informal leaders. Formal character is the head of the Dinas Bina Marga dan Pengairan Rokan Hulu, while the informal leaders that employees who are knowledgeable about research problems. In analyzing the data used descriptive method that analyzes the data by formulating and decipher and interpret based on the basic theories are closely related to the existing problems. The study states the performance of employees at the Dinas Bina Marga dan Pengairan Rokan Hulu in general can be said is good, based on the final value of the performance of each employee with the accumulated value of Target Employee Work and conduct overall job so that it can be concluded at the level " good". However, there are some shortcomings in some aspects that need to be addressed. There are also some shortcomings in the system of assessment under Regulation No. 46 of 2011 as in some aspects Appraisal that do not have clear criteria for measuring in the aspect causing a less accurate ratings, and the ratings are very subjective because it is only rated by the supervisor alone and does not involve other elements related. These ratings only measure individual performance rather than team performance, while at present more work is charged on teamwork, not on indvidu alone.Keywords: Performance, Employee, Rokan Hulu

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of corporate social responsibility (CSR) and capital structure on the value of the company in Mining companies in Indonesia Stock Exchange. Ratio of Corporate social responsibility (CSR) as independent variable using Corporate disclosure corporate social responsibility disclosure index. The ratio of capital structure used as independent variable is debt to equity ratio (DER) and debt to asset ratio (DAR). While the value of the company as a dependent variable is measured by the ratio of price book value (PBV) and price earnings ratio (PER). The method used to observe the effect of corporate social responsibility and capital structure on company value is by using multiple linear regression.The data used in this research are secondary data, financial report and annual report annual report. The data are listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) for 3 years from 2012 to 2014. Sampling is done by purposive sampling, which is used is 16 companies from 42 mining companies in Indonesia Stock Exchange. Data analysis using simple linear regression analysis, multiple linear regression analysis, t test, f test and coefficient of determination test. Data analysis using multiple linear regression analysis using SPSS 21.The result of the analysis shows that corporate social responsibility variable has no significant effect on corporate social responsibility towards the value of mining companies in Indonesia Stock Exchange. While the variable of capital structure does not affect the value of mining companies in Indonesia Stock Exchange. Results of simultaneous testing no significant influence of corporate social responsibility and capital structure variable to the value of mining companies in Indonesia Stock Exchange.Keywords: Corporate Social Responsibility, capital structure, corporate value

Abstract

World Trade Organization (WTO) is an International organization that specializes in trade between countries. In 2007, the Australian government had stopped importing New Zealand apples because they had some harmful bacteria there upon New Zealand reported it to the WTO organization.The method used in this research is qualitative research. The data obtained comes from books, journals, theses, documents, articles, internet sites and other sources related to this research. The research accentuation is how the mechanism WTO resolving the trade disputes of New Zealand’s apples. This study using the perspective of neoliberalism by Tom Paine, Clive Archer’s theory of international organizations and also using group level analysis.Many procedures that New Zeland proposed has been issued to WTO in hope to allow New Zealand’s apples to reenter Australia. The settlement lasted for approximately 4 years under the supervision of the Dispute Settlement Body (DSB). On examination of Appellate Body didn’t found fire blight, European cancer and apple leafcurling midge (ALCM) in New Zealand apples. This, New Zeland won over the issue and Australia ready to give an entrance for New Zeland apples after 8 months of break time.Keywords: Perspektif of Neoliberalism, Theory of International Organizations, Dispute Settlement Body.

Abstract

The studies aims to determine and analyze the meaning of the boy in town Sidikalang Dairi. This study is qualitative study that analyzed descriptively. The theory used in this research is the theory of structural functional by the Parson. In this study the number of respondents as many as seven people. A sampling technique is Purposive samplin. The results of the field say that the child is gift from God that is in forward,especially those in the public Batak Toba highly preferred boys because the boys are bearres of the clan and descendant successor to the family Batak Toba. Child is the pride of the community Batak Toba .Batak Toba children in the community as well as additions (sahala) authority for the parents so that the Toba Batak people do not have the boy felt like there was less because if it does not have the boy's family line will be extinct Keywords: Custom,Meaning Boy,Batak Toba.
