Abstract

High abrasion in the beach area to conflict in Desa Permai Meranti District Subdistrict stimuli. The conflict this time located in Desa Permai Meranti District Subdistrict stimuli that area there are informants who know the information even directly involved in the conflict in accordance with the subject under study. Data retrieval research conducted by interview, observation and documentation. Interviews were conducted is a structured interview where researchers first prepare interview guidelines. Abstract

This research was conducted in PT.Wahana Karsa Swandiri Mandau District Bengkalis Regency with the problem that is (1) What are the elements of work contract system that has been agreed by management company with employees at PT.Wahana Karsa Swandiri Sub Mandau Bengkalis Regency? (2) How employee's perception on work contract system at PT. Wahana Karsa Swandiri Mandau District Bengkalis Regency and what factors affect the employee's perception of the implementation of the contract system? The purpose of research to determine the elements of the system of employment contracts and to determine employee perceptions of the implementation of the contract system at PT. Wahana Karsa Swandiri. This research is a quantitative research. Sampling technique used in this research is to use Simple Random Sampling, with 93 respondents. To collect data, researchers used questionnaires, interviews and documentation. Data obtained from the results of this study were analyzed by using quantitative method dekskriptif. The results showed that employee perceptions of the implementation of the contract system on PT.Wahana Karsa Swandiri in Good category. Elements of work contract system such as company regulations, social security, wages, and termination of employment is well executed as well as factors affecting the employee that is internal and external factors form of employee perception in the form of positive. Abstract

Environmental pollution caused by natural disasters and also human activities, resulting in the decline in environmental quality both in the city and in the village. Environmental pollution that occurs can not be burdened on one side only, but there must be collaboration between society and also government. One of Payakumbuh government's efforts in dealing with pollution that occurred in Payakumbuh City, namely by creating a healthy city program called Payakumbuh Sustainable Healthy City. This study aims to determine the process of communication planning in making Payakumbuh Healthy City program.This research uses descriptive qualitative research type by using Assifi and French communication planning model. The subjects of the study consisted of four persons involved in the making of selected programs using purposive techniques. This study uses data collection techniques through in-depth interviews, observation, and documentation. To achieve the validity of data in this study, the authors use triangulation.The results showed that first, the targeted audience in this healthy city program is the whole Payakumbuh community that is in the process of building a clean attitude. Second, the message delivered in this healthy city program is a message that is informative and also persuasive where the message invites the public to keep the cleanliness of the city. Third, the media used in the dissemination of the message is by way of communication in interpersonal, group communication and also media communication. Fourth, evaluation is done by determining the monitoring point to be evaluated, view the field condition, see the program implementation. After that, the government summoned the OPD through the Mayor as the person in charge, then the Mayor will define the deficiency to OPD and OPD here who will be tasked to meet the deficiencies that occurred in the field.Key Word: Planning, Communication, Government

Abstract

This research is a contemporary study which explain the efforts from a non-governmental international organization that operates as a charity foundation called Comic Relie f to improving healthiness in Ghana at 2013. Comic Relief was established initially in Britain in 1988 by the English-born New Zealand scriptwriter Richard Curtis and Alexander Mendis in response to the famine in Ethiopia. After that, Comic Relief becomes a charity that stands with a vision of the world to be just, free from poverty and with a mission to encourage positive change through the power of entertainment.This is qualitative research which used descriptive methods, and collecting datas from some resources like books,journals, official publications and relevant websites. This paper used the pluralism perspective and International Organizations written by Clive Archer. The object in this research is Comic Relief as an main actor in International Relations.The result of this research shows that Comic Relief creates some programs and efforts that involving several parties such as international organizations, corporations, UK Government, medias, and public figures in social aspect. The programs and efforts such as making television programs, visiting marginalized country to get to know how to help them and donate the funds to the British and African countries.Key words : Comic Relief, Red Nose Day, Sport Relief

Abstract

Earth is only one, while behavior is not appreciated cohabitation is a violation of morality that adhering to the norms of human rights as a guide, more specifically, to the recognition and implementation of children's rights as an integral part of human rights.In the protection of human rights, children are also included in it should be protected basic rights as human beings. and as a citizen. The real form of government efforts to ensure child protection is to realize the development of the Regency / City Eligible Children (KLA) in the regions of Indonesia. In 2011, the Ministry of Women's Empowerment and Child Protection (KPPPA) initiated Regency / City Eligible Children (KLA) as a child rights-based development system at the level of district / municipality.The purpose of this study was to determine (1) the government's strategy in the development of Pekanbaru City Pekanbaru City Proper Child in 2014. (2) The obstacles that affect the government's strategy in the development of Pekanbaru City for Children in Pekanbaru.This research is a qualitative approach. This research was conducted in the city of Pekanbaru. The technique used to collect data in this study were (1) interview, (2) Documentation; and (3) Study Library.The conclusion of this study: (1) Strategy adopted by the Government in the development of Pekanbaru City Pekanbaru City Proper Child in 2014 was over three (3) strategies, among others diverfikasi first strategy, innovative strategies, and preventive strategies. (2) The constraints affecting Pekanbaru City Government Strategy in the development of the City Proper Child in Pekanbaru. First, the lack of dissemination to the public. Abstract

Riau branding The Homeland Of Malay is selogan or branding that can be analyzed i.e. Land Spilled Blood. The branding on the critical limits stretcher the Riau Provincial Government to promote tourism potential flagship (the best) that had become the main tourist attraction of Riau with the hope of being able to increase levels of tours visit foreign countries or overseas in moving the wheel of economic society, improve the image of the area of regional competitiveness, and national and international dikancah. This research aims to know the meaning of Branding Riau The Homeland Of Malay In Riau Province to promote tourism. Branding is the name, Logo, and other Visual Identity. This study uses qualitative methods with the descriptive approach to discuss the issue. As for the subject Researches in this study as many as three people, taken using Key Informant. While the data collection technique in the research of using observation, documentation and interviews. With a variable into sub main component Branding (Temporal) is divided into easy to Spelt, easy to pronounce, unusual and unique, Memorable, protected, and recognized in General. Abstract

Lesbian is terms of women who have a sexual orientation towards same sex. Lesbian is a sexsual behavior that deviates from the norms and values that apply. Nowanday, the lives that of people in big cities such as Pekanbaru, homoseksual phenomenon is growing and become unique to urban communities tend to be permissve (open-ended) against lesbian coples. This research aims to determine the physical and social characteristics as well as deviant sexual behavior in the city of Pekanbaru. the theory used in this reserch is the theory of deviantions, Theory of Behavior distorted (Deviant Behavior) by Robert K.Merton ( Elly M.Setiadi,2011). This study used a qualitative method, because the life of a lesbian couple is a social phenomenon that is unique in the life of society. Data is deone by using the technique of participant observation and in-depth interviews. Determination of informants is with Snow ball sampling to be recognized in depth the lives of lesbian couple. Qualitative data analysis is more emphasis on the meaning and symbols that arise from the behavior of a lesbian couple in their daily lives. From the findings of the field can be seen that in terms of the age of the dyke is only 19 years old to 23 years, the majority of students and Islamic religion. In this study, informants of six people, three men and three femme butch, in this study, they have a different experience in the prosess of becoming a lesbian. Factors affecting the informant into a dyke that is the pure sense of itself as a result of being hurt by a boyfriend or traumatized by men, because of the influence of poor families, and also influenced by the environment and the wrong friends so that bandwagon trying to be a lesbian.Keywords : Lesbian, Wrong Sex, and Diseases Society

Abstract

The research analyzes cooperation influence of ASEAN China Free Trade Area (ACFTA) towards Indonesian’s batik competition. One of product that now a days dominates local market is textil product of China’s batik . Batik is one of popular product of Indonesian. By ACFTA, Indonesian’s batik must compete with textil product of batik from China. The competition is controlled by price competition, where Indonesian’s batik has relative more expensive price than China’s batik. If the cooperation of ACFTA is not based by the preparation facing the import products, so it will be threat especially for Indonesian’s batik.The research teoritically has been built by using Liberalism perspective. The kind of this research is qualitative research. The data is based on secunder data through literature study such as book,website, and each other.The final result of this research is by the cooperation of ACFTA, Indonesia is able to increase batik’s product export value into the countries that are joined in this cooperation. Many ways are implemented by Indonesian government in order to increase batik’s competition to be able to compete both in local market and international market. The effort of government makes good result because every year, Indonesian’s batik export to ASEAN and China increas. Abstract

The research about " Dawn Education of the As-Salam Madrasah Diniyah Takmiliyah Awaliyah (MDTA) in Pekanbaru." Formulation of the problem that how the dissemination of religious values through education of the dawn of Madrasah Diniyah Takmiliyah Awaliyah (MDTA) As-Salam in Pekanbaru? How the influence of religious values in the activity patterns of children behaviour in Madrasah Diniyah Takmiliyah Awaliyah (MDTA) As-Salam in Pekanbaru? This research aims to explain about how the process of socialization and the effect on the child's behavior, students after graduating from MDTA As-Salam. The research used Qualitative methods. The subject in this study is as much as eight children. There are some techniques of Data collection that document, observation and interview. The result of this research shows that there is no problems of process of socialization in MDTA As-Salam, everything went smoothly and easily. But, only the problem of the children in the study, and the effect on what brings the child against the behaviour, be it in terms of implementing the prayers, the Qur’an, as well as akhlaq, memorizing prayers/surah read taught. Whether it was all digested and aplicated? or only practiced just in school surroundings while out of school is no longer in practise. In accordance with the theory of socialization, religion, and values that can affect the child's behavior.Keywords: Socialization, MDTA, Dawn Education, Behavior, Children

Abstract

This present research describes the politics and economics policy of Indonesia toward global economic crisis in 2010-2016. Global economic crisis was happened since 2008 when economic crisis in United States of America. The crisis in United States of America have impact for the world and one of the states that have impacts are Indonesia. Inflations and good price in Indonesia was influenced by this crisis.The research method used was a qualitative with descriptive as a technic of the research. Writer collects data from books, encyclopedia, journal, mass media and websites to analyze the politics and economics policy of Indonesia toward global economic crisis. The theories applied in this research are merchantilism perspective with the decision making theory by Richard Snyder about foreign analyze factors.The conclusion of the research that the politics and economics policy of Indonesia toward global economic crisis are have done by some policy. In economics scope the policy of Indonesia are have done a moneter policies like moneter stimulations, banking system and balance payment. And in politics policy were done by some policy likes tax allowance and tax amnesty policy and free vissa policy.Key words: policy, economics, politics and global crisis
