Abstract

This resesearch describes the separatism conflict between Moldova and Transnistria which European Union since 2002 came and use their power to reduce and minimalize Transnistria conflict since 1992. EU main objectives are to provide greater understanding between Moldova and Transnistria to minimalize their ego with settlement and MoU which the result is a win win solution to Moldova and transnistria.This research uses strategic theory. Qualitative method and library research are applied in this research. The sources of information that used in this research are taken from book, journal, news, and internet.This research explains the efforts of European Union as international organization to reduce and minimalize conflict in Molodva, especially Transnistria. There are some hypothesis’ to describe the efforts which implemented by EU. This research also describes the progress from European Union to minimalize the conflict since intervention from 2002. The results of this research show that UNODC’s efforts can reduce the separatism conflict in Moldova.Keywords: European Union, Moldova, Transnistria, Conflict, Separatism

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to understand This research will discuss about why Indonesian stopping defense cooperation temporary against Australian. In the last 2016, Indonesian Government based Ministry of Defense agree to stop defense cooperation against Australian. It is between Indonesian Armed Forces by Kopasus and Australian Defense Forces, both Joint training, joint military operation temporary stopped as a respon to an issue of humiliate of Pancasila by Australian Defense Forces. This research theoretically has built with Realism perspectives on International Relations and supported by Foreign Policy theory of James N.Rossenau. Formulation of all arguments, facts, and theoretical framework on this research is guided by qualitative explanation methods. Technique in this research is through by the study of library. Data which is gotten and collected through the journal books, the last thesis and then from internet has related to the problems. Researcher has formulated answered-hypothesis whic reveals the fact that Indonesian foreign policy that stopping a defense cooperation temporary just caused by a bad relation between countries that always on conflict. It is caused a confidence building measure too. There is nothing a mutual trust each other. Australy been always look Indonesia as a threat from North. So, that’s make sense when Australy was always countering Indonesia as a threat not a companion. Abstract

This research is in the background by migrants from Pacitan Regency who are in Pekanbaru City. migrants from Pacitan district incorporated Organization Anak Rantau Pacitan in Pekanbaru City in the activities of their organization show the form of social solidarity among members of the organization, in life in the city of Pekanbaru. With the problem formulation to know the role of Organization Anak Rantau Pacitan to the members of the organization and to know the role of social solidarity created in Organization Anak Rantau Pacitan in Pekanbaru City. The theory used is the theory of social groups, and Durkheim Emile theory of social solidarity. The research uses descriptive qualitative research method so that the emerging analysis is the words arranged in expanding text. With the technique of taking research subjects based on Pourposive Sampling is the technique of selecting informants based on certain considerations. From the results of research in the field can be seen that Organization Anak Rantau Pacitan has a role as a family in the city of Pekanbaru. Organization Anak Rantau Pacitan as a social event to the home village, as a controller and adaptation in a new environment, and as a pioneer of attitude adjustment in the new environment. From the social solidarity created among the members of the organization is the nature of mechanical solidarity characterized by low division of labor, strong collective consciousness, dominant repressive relations, the importance of consensus on the normative pattern, the relative interdependence is low and rural. The result of the establishment of social solidarity among Organization Anak Rantau Pacitan members is the success of building the economic life, the success of maintaining ethnic identity, the success of creating social solidarity among fellow community originating from Pacitan Regency in Pekanbaru City Keywords: immigrants, social groups, social solidarity

Abstract

Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) is a social responsibility for a business organization against its stakeholder group. PKBL is a form of BUMN social responsibility. According to Law No.19 of 2003 on BUMN, where one of the purposes and objectives of BUMN establishment is to actively provide guidance and assistance to weak economic entrepreneurs, cooperatives and communities, as well as policies that state that BUMN can set aside a portion of their net profit for the purpose of business development small, cooperative as well as community development around BUMN, then PT Jasa Raharja (Persero) is committed in the implementation of Partnership Program. Partnership Program is a program to increase the ability of small business to be tough and independent. The purpose of this study, namely to determine how much influence CSR program PT Jasa Raharja (Persero) branch of Riau to the success of UMKM in the city of Pekanbaru.The theory used in this research is Stimulus-Organism-Response (S-O-R) theory. The method used in this research is explanative quantitative method. Technique of collecting data in this research using direct questionnaires distributing to UMKM which have become Partners of PT Jasa Raharja (Persero) Branch of Riau with sample 68 determined by random sampling technique. To know the influence of both variables, the researcher use simple linear regression analysis.Based on the results of research on the influence of CSR program PT Jasa Raharja (Persero) Riau branch on the success of UMKM in the city of Pekanbaru, obtained regression coefficient value in this study is Y = 8.282 + 0.577 X with a significance level of 0.000. Of course smaller than α = 0.05. This means that there is influence CSR program PT Jasa Raharja (Persero) branch of Riau to the success of SMEs in the city of Pekanbaru by 75.7% and enter the category strongly influenced. The percentage indicates that the PT Jasa Raharja (Persero) branch of CSR program is very influential towards the happening of UMKM in Pekanbaru city. Abstract

This research explain about Impact of International Tripartite Rubber Council policy in limiting rubber export quota to Indonesian economy limiting export quotas and rubber production during October 2012 until March 2013. The implementation of quota restrictions aims to increase the price of natural rubber that has dropped dramatically since December 2010.In this research the authors use the perspective of pluralism. International Relations is a study of the interaction between several actors participating in international politics that include countries, international organizations, non-governmental organizations, sub-national entities such as bureaucracy and the domestic government as well as individuals. Given the pluralist perspective that has been put forward, the level of analysis used by the author is the level of group behavior analysis. In this study the authors use the theory of international organizations. International organizations in the economic field that can be defined as a sustainable formal structure whose formation is based on agreements between its members (government and non-government) from two or more sovereign states with the aim of achieving the common goals of its members. It can be concluded from this research that the impact of International Tripartite Rubber Council's is not able to increase long-term rubber price, rubber price can only increase when the policy is running because of low demand of export destination country.Keywords : ITRC (International Tripartite Rubber Council), Natural Rubber, Quota restrictions, Increase the price of rubber

Abstract

Realizing a condition of peace and public order are both needed arrangement of maintenance and control of all aspects of social life including a ban on removing animals that may interfere with or affect the activities of daily life of society itself. This phenomenon raises many malasah among which damage the environment. farm animals eat the plants and damaging the courtyard and garden owned by residents to residents suffered losses. debris scattered in the streets also pollute the environment and interfere with the beauty of the city. even farm animals let loose this causing an accident to cause fatalities. Camat as leader of the Lingga district responsible for the implementation of peace and order assisted by Satpol PP as manager of control in field.The theory used in this research is the theory of organization by Subekhi & Jauhar (2013), are: planning, organizing, reporting and controlling. The research was conducted using qualitative descriptive method which is a description of the subject and the object, a system of thinking systematically about the fact description. Sampling technique used was purposive sampling with the collection of data are observation, interview and documentation. Informants in this study is Camat Lingga and Satpol PP Lingga Regency.The results of this research concluded that The Function of Lingga District Government have not been maximal running as expected local regulation. This can be seen from the presence of cattle owners still let their cattle wandering in the streets without controlling. Factors that influence the reform of farm animals is the lack of communication of the parties associated curbing farm animals, total resources are not accordance with the implementation of the reform activities, the absence of a budget, infrastructure and facilities to carry out reform and cultural community that ranching is not in accordance with the legislation.Keyword : the function of district government, peace, order

Abstract

This research explains how activism efforts of Transnational Advocay Network conducted by several Malaysian local NGOs and international NGOs that seeks to dismiss a proprietary installation project Lynas Corporation in Kuantan, Malaysia. This movement considers that the actions taken by the Government of Malaysia is not appropriate for allowing the operation of one of the Lynas refinery Lynas Advanced Materials Plant (LAMP).Lynas is considered detrimental to the environment and public health around because the radioactive waste produced by the manufacturer. New York Times article also sensitize local communities to stop the LAMP. Local NGOs such as Save Malaysia Stop Lynas and other coalition groups continue to campaign to pressure the government not to grant operating licenses over these companies, they seek to enlist the support of the international community to form a coalition together with international NGOs such as Greenpeace and Friends of the Earth Australia to build up pressure from international community against the Malaysian government to immediately stop the Lynas in Kuantan.Keywords: Transnational Advocacy Network, Non-Govermental Organization, human security, rare-earth, radioactive waste

Abstract

This research to explain interest of Russia with Snowden. Edward Joseph Snowden is a former Central Intelligence Agency (CIA) employee and a former contractor for National Security Agency (NSA) who leaked classified information to The Guardian and The Washington Post. Snowden who leaked classified information have Surveillance program doing by United State of America. The Surveillance Program is a cooperate between 9 big companies from United States, which: Yahoo!, Facebook, Google, Apple, Skype, Microsoft, PalTalk, YouTube, and AOL. After leaked classified information, U.S put a label to Snowden as traitor and spy. And today, Snowden lives in Russia and granted asylum and protection from RussiaThis research uses qualitative research method. Data obtained from books, journals, articles, dictionaries and websites. The concept used in this research is the role concept and using the theory of international organization.This research shows the interest of Russia in dealing and granted asylum request from Snowden. Russia given permission to Snowden for live in Russia and he already lives for 4 years. United State of America ask Russia to extradite Snowden back, but Russia reject that proposal.Keywords: Snowden, Extradition, and Surveillance Program.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to know the performance of Lingga Restaurant waiters at Hotel Ladiva Pekanbaru, to know what factors affect the performance of waiters Lingga Restaurant, and efforts in improving the performance of waiters.This research uses descriptive quantitative method to analyze the problem. The sample used was 30 respondents and the data obtained through questionnaires, observations, and interviews. By using Likert scale as a measuring instrument to determine the length of the interval.Based on the results of research, the performance of waiters at Lingga Restaurant at Hotel Ladiva Pekanbaru consisting of six indicators are: ability, motivation, attitude, situatation, knowledge, skill. The performance of the most unfortunate waiters is on the ability of waiters.Keywords: Performance, Waiters, Restaurant

Abstract

This study entitled "Utilization of Women's Savings and Loan Revolving Fund (SPP) in Batu Bersurat Village of XIII Koto Kampar District of Kampar District". Researchers are interested in this theme because of a problem in the society about how to use the women's credit revolving fund (SPP). The purpose of this study was to determine the characteristics of the recipients of the women's credit (SPP) in the Village of Stone Inscribed and to examine the use of women's credit revolving fund (SPP) in the Village of Stone Inscribed. This type of research role in this research is quantitative descriptive which describe the results of research and analysis in order to obtain the results and then concludes. The unit of analysis in this study were all members of the women's credit (SPP) in the Village of Stone Inscribed as many as 40 people. Data collection techniques in this research is observation, interviews and documentation from the parties concerned. So as to obtain results that the use of a revolving fund women's credit (SPP) in the Village of Stone Inscribed 45% is used for productive activities and 55% is used for consumption. While the repayment ability of 55% of respondents were able to repay the loans and 45% are not able to repay the loan, so there is influence on the utilization of loan funds repayment ability.Keywords: Utilization, revolving funds, SPP
