Abstract

The Office and Customs Service Type B Dumai present provide assistance to remove service users from the current conditions through the CVC Program (Customs Visit Customer). This study aims to determine the stages of Program Implementation CVC and to determine the impact of the implementation of CVC Program to service users as a recipient.This research uses qualitative methods by using Lasswell Model. The subjects consisted of five informants selected through purposive technique. Data collection is done through observation, interview and documentation. Data analysis using huberman interactive model. And to achieve the validity of data in this study, the authors use the method of extension of participation and triangulation.The results of this study indicate that CIS (Counseling and Information Services), which acts as public relations KPPBC TMP B Dumai perform several stages in implementing CVC program (Customs Visit Customer) such as: First is preceded by the selection of service users. The selection is in the form of data and information that will be processed. Second, communication with service users, at this stage public relations PR is demanded to communicate information to service users about the implementation of CVC Program. Third, , administration. At this stage make the administration in writing in the form of a letter that contains information. Fourth, introduction of the institution, at this stage public relations or concerned from both sides should introduce themselves to represent from their intansi. Fifth, delivery and problem solving, at this stage the occurrence of good lead communication (feedback) which where the representative intansi convey the problem and directly solved by the relevant sections. Sixth, handover of the eye cendra, symbolizes the communication symbol. To see the impact received by service users on the implementation of CVC program seen from two aspects namely Performance and Economic (People and Profit).Keywords: Implementasi, Program, Customes

Abstract

One of the factors supporting marketing is promotion. Along with developing technology, the promotion media is increasingly diverse from day to day one of them is through the internet media. In this research the internet media used is social media instagram.The purpose of this study is the influence of creative advertising of its effectiveness as a media promotion of sales through social media instagram.the population that is determined is all followers account @batiqahotels which amounted 1385 people, who then using the technique of sampling simple random sampling and 93 respondents obtained the respondents. The type of data used is primary data, obtained through questionnaires and interviews.The analytical tool used is a method of measuring the effectiveness of AIDA(attention, interest, desire and action) based on Paulus theory.The results of this study is there is a positive influence between attention (X1), interest (X2), desire (X3) and action (X4) on the responses of respondents that led to the effectiveness of instagram as a media campaign. This can be interpreted that if attention (X1), interest (X2), desire (X3) and action (X4) increases then the more effective instagram as a media campaign. Otherwise if decreased then the effectiveness of instagram as media campaign also decreased.Keyword: Promotion, Instagram, Efecctiveness

Abstract

Adopting children is nothing new in our lives. Each marriage couple would want the presence of a child as the successor of his family that will be educated and raised in the best way. Indonesian people since the past have never been separated from the chinese race people, in this case they lives in harmony as citizens of Indonesia. In Pekanbaru can be found some marriage couples who adopts a chinese race child even though they are also have a biological child in the family. This study aims is to reveal the experience of communication in these families that adopt chinese child. The type of research is descriptive qualitative with phenomenology approach. Based on field facts through observation, in-depth interviews documentation. The research subjects of the families who adopted the chinese race child were from 3 families who also had their biological children from their marriage. This study focuses on exploration in the informant's communication experience. For the purposes of this study are proposed the following three questions: (1) what is the motive of the couple adopting chinese race children (2) How does this family interpret the adoption of chinese children (3) How do they experience their communication in the family with different adopted race children. The results of this study indicate the motives of the family who adopted chinese race child in Pekanbaru consists of because motive which is they are familiar to the chinese race, feel able to educate and raise, having sympathy and empathy. While the motive for in order to motive is to be a muslim chinese, to avoid conflict with the adopted native family, gives love and affection. The meaning given by the growing families who adopted chinese children they live in is destiny to be grateful and add diversity in the family. While the meaning that the perpetrator given generally is differences of religion is something that is only done by capable families and something that can be emulated. The communication experience is categorized into two, which is a fun communication experience and unpleasant communication experience from relatives and the family environment it self. Abstract

The indicators of problems in the implementation of Duri-Pinggir ring road construction are as follows: The construction of Duri-Pinggir ring road has not been realized 100 percent even though it has entered the year 2015, AKuri Duri terminal becomes not functioning due to Duri-Pinggir Ring Road has not been realized, the number of inter-city bus And between provinces and trucks passing through urban areas causing congestion due to Duri-Pinggir ring road has not been realized. Problem formulation: how is the Implementation of Duri-Pinggir Bengkalis Road Roundabout Policy ?, what factors are the obstacles to the Implementation of Duri-Pinggir Range Road Policies Bengkalis Regency ?. Research Objective: to know the Implementation of Policy of Duri-Pinggir Ring Road Development of Bengkalis Regency, to know the factors that become obstacles of Implementation of Duri-Pinggir Road Development Policy of Bengkalis Regency. The data obtained in this research are analyzed descriptively qualitative. According to Edwards III (1980), the implementation of the policy is influenced by four variables, namely: Communication, in addition to the communities affected by the construction of Duri-Pinggir ring road, communication is also carried out by the local government of Bengkalis Regency with Bengkalis District House of Representatives. Resources, in the construction of Duri-Pinggir Bengkalis Ring Road is filled by experienced and qualified human resources. As for the finances of the Bengkalis Regency government and the Regional House of Representatives (DPRD) of Bengkalis Regency have included the construction of Duri-Pinggir ring road within Bengkalis District Budget (APBD) for fiscal year 2013, fiscal year 2014 and fiscal year 2015. Disposition, There is no problem that all involved have the desire to advance Bengkalis Regency, warm atmosphere, kinship, and complement each other happened in the discussion. The bureaucratic structure, in the preparation of the organizational structure, the filler of positions in the structure, the task of the structure filler must be in accordance with the legislation. Factors that hampered the implementation of Duri-Pinggir ring road policy of Bengkalis Regency: not yet obtained the permit from PT Chevron Pacific Indonesia, land acquisition.Keywords: implementation, policy

Abstract

This research aimed to describe the factors which make deviatebehaviorism on hotel’s employee. The Method used in this research is qualitativeresearch which analized descriptively. The theory used in this research are theoryof Robert K.Merton with the tipology of adaptation ways on deviate behaviorism,theory of anomie and theory of Differential Association. In this research there are7 subjects, the techniques of collecting data are observation,interview anddocumentation.The result of this research shows that the deviate behaviorism at the hotel’semployee caused by less control from the management and the wrong procedureswhich done by the hotel’s guests such as; the of alcoholic and free seks. The twofactors which have big effed to make the employee do the deviate behaviorism areinternal factor and eksternal factor. Abstract

Indonesian state based on God guarantees the freedom of each citizen to profess their own religion. There are six recognized religions in Indonesia, which is being debated is a flow of trust/ religion locally outside the religion is marginalized as experienced by the original religion Batak Parmalim. Fellow group Batak themselves say that the teaching is parbegu ganjang, misguided, incorrect, sipele begu, an abominable act carrier and the allegations that can not be accounted for so that the issue Parmalim get a hard life in the community. To the researchers sought to discover the existence of Parmalim by knowing how Parmalim local religious belief systems and the factors driving exist Parmalim in the Village Air Kulim Mandau Bengkalis with descriptive qualitative method. The results showed a belief system Malim grouped into two parts: (1) the doctrine that governs the relationship with God Debata Mulajadi Nabolon through the rites Mararisabtu, Mardebata, Martutuaek, Pasahat Tondi, Mangan Napaet Sipaha Sada, Sipaha Lima meaningful as thanksgiving and ask for blessings of life that being said through Pelean (offerings). (2) the doctrine that governs human relations as embodied the values, norms and guidelines of life and meaning. The factors that make Parmalim exist is the loyalty of followers Parmalim to keep running its religious activities, use of technology, coordination with the government and the Minister of Religious Affairs. Parmalim local religion is not the religion of wild stands without the knowledge of government and troubling the people, and never disturb public order. This religion is protected by the government of Indonesia, Directorate Faith Against the almighty God and Tradition. Parmalim also registered in the Department of Education No. I.136 / F.3 / N.1.1 / 1980 then duly people began to accept and coexist peacefully.Keywords: Existence, Religion, Parmalim, Batak.

Abstract

The times are always followed by lifestyle changes that exist in society. The proliferation of cafes that have become one of the icons lifestyle in Pekanbaru lately resulted in people flock to visit, especially in adolescents. Teenagers who tend to like to get together with friends make the cafe as a means to fill his spare time. The cafe has become a part of urban life, always seen a few people whose work relaxing in the cafe to lose track of time. With the times, now to relax in the cafe is no longer just for entertainment or recreational needs alone. However, it has become a lifestyle of teenagers in the city. The phenomenon of lifestyle relax at the cafe that occurs in adolescents is the purpose of this study. In this study, the research subjects amounted to seven people, those who become the subject is teenagers teens who have considered going to cafe as part of their lifestyle. Retrieval of research data by observation, interviews, and documentation. Interviews were conducted in-depth interviews where the researcher asking questions verbally and directly with the subject in full and in-depth. According to the research that has been done can be concluded that the habits of teenagers in Pekanbaru fill his spare time at the cafe because they feel that the cafe has become needs. Facilities such as wi-fi, live music, and they enjoy the game can simply order food and drinks are available in the cafe.Keywords: Lifestyle, Teenagers, Cafe

Abstract

A group is an interaction and communication from people who have planto achieve a common goal. One of them is a communication group of scoutenforcer in coaching patriot characteristic of twig quarter Ujungbatu of RokanHulu regency. They do interaction and communication to achieveing success incoaching They do interaction and communication to achieveing success incoaching scouts in twig qwarter of Ujungbatu. The purpose of this research is tofind out the function of communication group of scout enforcer in coachingpatriot characteristic of twig quarter Ujungbatu of Rokan Hulu regency ,as wellas how to pattern of communication group of scout enforcer in coaching patriotcharacteristic of twig quarter Ujungbatu of Rokan Hulu regency.This research uses qualitative methods with descriptive approach.Subject of this research consisted of two scout couches SMK Pemdes Ujungbatu,one people council chif work the twig, and two chif support or scout leader. Datacollected through in-depth interviews, observation, and documentation. Toachieve the validity of the data in this study, the authors used the extension ofparticipation and triangulation.The results of this reserch function communication group used in scoutcoaching is a function of social relations, education, persuasion and problemsolving. Than this communication paternt of scout enforcer twig quarterUjungbatu is done through a one way and two way, and interaction whichoccured with anyone among trainers and coaches, with using a communicationnetworks of star or all pattern shapping channe. Abstract

This research was conducted in Limapuluh district of Pekanbaru city with problems that is (1) What are the factors that affect the rate of adoption of household gas in Limapuluh district of Pekanbaru city? (2) How is the rate of adoption of household gas in Limapuluh district of Pekanbaru city?. The purpose of this study was conducted to determine the factors that influence the adoption of household gas innovation and socio-economic community towards the existence of new innovations in the form of household gas fuel in Limapuluh district of Pekanbaru city. This research is a descriptive quantitative research. The population in this study is the community that installed the household gas in Limapuluh district of Pekanbaru city. With a total sample of 44 respondents and using cross tabulation to test the indicators affecting the adoption of household gas. In the data collection of research using observation techniques and questionnaires. The result of this study indicate that the factors that affect the rate of adoption of household gas that includes the nature of innovation adn socio-economic community by using cross tabulation. Factor of nature of innovation toward adoption of natural gas have positive relationship and very influence of good innovation character then adoption of innovation in society hence will follow good, but socio-economic factor to household gas adoption show less influence because not always having socio-economic status high then it would be good also in adopting new innovation, it is evident in tabulation table cross. While the rate curve adoption of household gas in Limapuluh district there is no visible innovator and pioneer group.The keyword : Nature of innovation, Socio-economic, Level of adoption of household gas

Abstract

The existence of the rural tradition of bathing safar Tanjung Punak Bengkalis District of North Rupat. The purpose of this study to Know the existence or the existence of the tradition of bathing safar annually and for mengertahui effort of people in keeping the tradition of bathing safar, tradition that has lasted for a long time to be conducted every year, precisely in the month of Safar Wednesday Recently within the Hijra year. Tradition bath Cape Punak safar village is dignity and a custom made by those who passed and should be preserved. safar bathing ritual has been made into a more modern, but does not leave a long tradition, in this modern era that most teenagers will not know again the tradition of bathing Safar if they are not given the knowledge about the importance of the ritual bath safar that every year they commemorate.
