Abstract

This study was conducted with the aim to know the workload waiters and to know of employe waiters ideal, based on the workload than handled in Hotel Aston and Conference Center Tanjung Pinang. Methods used in this study is a method quantitative. The content of this research is obtained by observations and interview against 3 of the responden into a sample. Using a method exponential smoothing, with two exponen in the planning of human resources consisting of exponent workload in produces a product as the work load and exponen time/cyle time to find number of employee who ideal. The result concluded that : 1) based on the observation and interview thas was been done, the authors concluded that the result of calculation work load waiters is 3.648 hours 2) From the whole calculation and the result of observations in the Hotel Aston and Conference Center Tanjung Pinang especially the Food and Beverage Service Department to the number of employees based on work load to be addressed it needs sixth people.Key Word : Workload, Waiters, Number of employees ideal

Abstract

This study examines Indonesia's efforts to export sago to Malaysia in 2010-2016. The first time the two countries signed the Memorandum of Understanding in February 2009. The purpose of this cooperation is to strengthen, promote and develop bilateral cooperation between the two countries based on mutual benefits in the fields of food, horticulture, animal husbandry, agribusiness and other fields agreed by both parties. Malaysia's position adjacent to Indonesia provides an advantage for Indonesia. The easy transport links make the cost of production low so that the greater benefits are gained by both countries.This study uses a pluralism perspective which assumes that the state is not the only actor who plays a role in international relations, including in international trade transactions. As a directive in this study, the authors set the nation-state as the level of analysis in this study. In accordance with the fact that the main object of international relations is the nation-state. And the theory used in this study is the theory of comparative advantage. This research uses field research methods (Field Research) and research and literature (Library Research). Data in this research consist of primary data and secondary data. Primary data is done by interview and observation. Secondary data is obtained from a collection of readings, namely: books, documents, internet and other reading related to the issues discussed.The first time Indonesia cooperated with Malaysia on February 26, 2009 in Kuala Lumpur, the Indonesian and Malaysian parties held a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU). Abstract

The purpose of this study analyzes the political economy aspects of the implementation of the financial assistance of local government at Desa Tasik Juang Jaya subdistrict of Lubuk Batu Indragiri Hulu in 2011 - 2015. The village is the basis of economic and political power that needs serious attention from the government. This makes the development planning for rural development as the object and not as a subject of development again. Political arena of local budgets is happening now continuously shown local government. At least through the third paragraph of Article 212 of Law 32/2004 (substitutes Law No. 22/1999), local governments are given wide space to perform budgetary policy to the village. The discretion of local governments (counties) in the budgeting to the villages, stagnated against Law No. 22/1999. Despite the progress editorial in describing the source of village income (note Article 212 paragraph 3 point c of Law No. 32/2004), still create an impression of the village's financial fate handed to local governments / districts. Construction of thought believes that the village has not been able to be independent, have limited human resources, and weak financial management. Results showed a significant difference between the required amount of funds available on the RKP village in the Medium Term Development Plan Rural (RPJMDes) prepared by the Village Government and the elements of society with a number of Budget Village (APBDes) each year is indications of problems in financial planning and management in Desa Tasik Juang. The condition indicates the intervention of local government in the planning and preparation of particular postal APBDes Financial Assistance Provincial / District / City. The politicization of the budget has already occurred in the village of Tasik Juang. One eye revenue budget very strategic financial help local governments to target politicization, apparently showing an impressive amount of decline in 2015. Even the likelihood that the role of community participation through Musrenbang just sham and a pretense (Camouflage). This led to the development programs implemented by government Desa Tasik Juang do not correspond to the Village Government Work Plan (RKPDes).Kata kunci : Budget Political Economy, Rural and Regional Government Financial Assistance

Abstract

The consumption patterns of high society will impact on the amount of production waste generated, no exception to that occuring in the District North Padang. The District North Padang as one of the District in the Padang City lot of rubbish both derived from household waste and non-household. The trash are not managed properly will lead to a variety of diseases that can be contracted in the community and reduce the beuty of the city. Therefore, the Padang municipality passed a law number 21 of 2012 on waste management, which regulates how to manage waste that is good and right and provide sanctions for Rp.5000.000 to the public who are caught littering. Purpose of this research is to investigate the implementationn of regional regulation number 21 of 2012 on waste management in the district nort padang of the padang city. Used theoretical concepts using theories Edward III that covers aspects of communication, resources, disposition and bureaucratic structure . this study uses qualitative research methods to study descriptive data. In the data collection reseachers use interviewing techniques, obeservatio and documentation. By using purposive sampling method in that sample is designed by researches and triangulation techniques as a source of data authenticty. The results of this research showed that the implementation of legislation waste is still not running optimally because there are still some obstacles. Factor - inhibiting factor in the implementation of Regional Regulation No. 21 of 2012 on waste management in the district of Padang Padang Utara is Policy Implementor of Garbage Worker Performance remains low, Fasilities and infrastructure that is trash, Motor Tricycles that is still not enough and Public Participation is still low.Key Words : Communication, Resource, Disposition, Bureaucratic Structure

Abstract

The purpose of the study based on the problems described above is to see the influence of social media instagram @princessyahrini account against hedonic lifestyle followersnya. The population in this study is followers account instagram @princessyahrini. Based on data that researchers found followers account instagram @princessyahrini as of March 28, 2017 as many as 17.6 million followers. The sample in this research is 100 people. In this research Model and Technique Data analysis using Simple Linear Regression Analysis approach with computer aid through SPSS programThe results of this study show that Social Media Instagram @princessyahrini Account positive effect on Hedonis Lifestyle. This is evidenced by the value of titungnya dalah 11.056 with t count significance of 0.000. The value of tcount obtained is bigger than ttable that is 11,056> 1,984. The value of coefficient of determination (R ²) is 0,593. This indicates that the independent variable Social Media Instagram @princessyahrini (X) account contributes to Hedonis Followers (Y) of 59.30% while the rest of 41.70% is influenced by other variables not included in this study.Keywords: Social Media Instagram and Hedonis Lifestyle

Abstract

This study was conducted at Hospital Lancang Kuning Pekanbaru. This study aims to determine how the influence of the Marketing Mix (Product, Price, Promotion, Location, People, Physical Evidence, customer service) to the Patient Interests (Awareness, Knowledge, preferences, options, Confidence, Purchasing) in Hospitals Lancang Kuning Pekanbaru.The problem in this research is the decline in the number of outpatient and inpatient in hospital Lancang Kuning pekanbaru so that the target does not correspond to what was targeted by the company.The population in this study were patients seeking treatment at the Hospital Lancang Kuning Pekanbaru. With 100 samples, sampling using the formula slovin. The data collection of primary data research, with questionnaires as an instrument of research and secondary data from company archives, data analysis used is by using simple linear regression, test of determination and t test with SPSS. From the results of data analysis include validity, reliability, and simple linear regression, t-test research results show the calculation of the t (14.058)> t table (1.984) and Sig. (0.000) <0,05.Artinya variable significant effect Marketing Mix to the patient's interest.Keywords: Marketing Mix, Patient Interests

Abstract

This research was conducted on married couple in Desa Karya Indah Kecamatan Tapung Kampar regency. The purpose of this study is to analyze the conflict in the Batak Toba Christian family in the village of Karya Indah Tapung district Kampar regency. The focus of this study is to analyze the triggers of conflict in the household, conflict resolution efforts and couples pushing factors to maintain households in the Batak Toba Christian Batak couple in the village of Karya Indah Tapung district, Kampar regency. Sampling technique in this study is purposive sampling and set the number of samples of 5 pairs. The author uses qualitative methods and Instruments data is observation, interview and documentation guide. Result of research that factors causing conflict for Toba Christian Batak Tribe, (1) Child (2) Economy (3) Family (4) Environment. The study found there were several attempts to avoid the conflict of the Batak Toba Christian family, namely: family wisdom and customary stakeholder policy.Keyword:Conflict, Household, Family

Abstract

This research analyzes the factors and strategies of street vendors against the reform undertaken by the Government of the city of Pekanbaru. It is a social phenomenon that occurred in the community who have low economic income such as street vendors who sell in tuanku tambusai street sidewalks.The theory used in this research is the theory of Rational action, the concept of social capital, the concept of trust, and Government policy regarding public order and frame.Data analysis used in this research was qualitative with descriptive way. The technique of data collects in this research is Purposive, where informants as many as 10 people consisting of street vendors. The results of the research showed the real perception of street vendors who sell on jalan tuanku tambusai sidewalk gave positive responses. The government reform was done properly and well. However there is a small percentage that gives negative response by saying reform was not done nicely.In conducting the activities of trading, the street vendors have cause factor and also the strategy of maintaining the place when the reform is being done, such as doing resistance and building a network. Abstract

The government is responsible for meeting all the needs of decent health services for the community. The government's policy to meet the needs of the community in health services is the existence of the Social Security Administering Agency (BPJS) Health. In Kuantan Singingi Regency there is the only hospital with type C that is District General Hospital (RSUD) Teluk Kuantan which is a regional technical institution as health service provider in cooperation with Social Security Administering Body (BPJS) Health.The purpose of this study is to determine (1) Quality of service for participants BPJS Health at Regional General Hospital (RSUD) Teluk Kuantan Year 2016. (2) Factors that affect the quality of service for participants BPJS Health at Regional General Hospital (RSUD) Teluk Kuantan Year 2016. Type of research used is descriptive research using qualitative approach. Data analysis used is qualitative data analysis.The results showed that the quality of service for participants BPJS Health at Regional General Hospital (RSUD) Teluk Kuantan in 2016 can be said not good. Facts found in the field are facilities and infrastructure and medical support equipment is still inadequate, drug supply is also very limited, in providing services Doctors and Nurses are not friendly and still found differences in service provided by the hospital to patients BPJS Health. Service is also not timely and officers are still less responsive in serving patients. Factors affecting health services for patients BPJS Health in this hospital is the availability of facilities, human resources, funds and knowledge of the community.Keywords: Quality of Service, Hospital Service, BPJS

Abstract

Social mobility is the movement from a social class to another social class consisting of vertical mobility and horizontal mobility. The character of an open stratification system gave members of the community the opportunity to move or livelihood position as happened in the community of Desa Pangke Barat , Karimun regency that switches to livelihoods from fishermen or farmers to private empolyees. This research aims to analyze as well as researching the transition of livelihoods of people who originally worked as fishermen or farmers into private company employees in Desa Pangke Barat, Karimun regency. This research uses the method of observation, questionnaires and documentation with quantitative analysis described descriptively and the theory used is the theory of social change. The results of the analysis that has been done in this research indicate that the entry of industry in Desa Pangke Barat greatly influential on the development of the region itself, starting from the aspect of development, economy, education and even culture. One of the impacts of the industry in the middle of Desa Pangke Barat was the change in livelihood where there was a shift of orientation from agriculture sector to industrial sector and entrepreneurship. This industrialization process brought drastic changes to the people who live in Desa Pangke Barat, Karimun regency. As the livelihoods of those who originally lived by farming or as fishermen have now turned into laborers at the company in the local village. After the establishment of the company in Desa Pangke Barat there was a livelihood transition this is caused by people who see the existence of business opportunities. The alteration of the profession does not happen suddenly, surely the transfer of profession occurs because of problems in the old profession before. In this research people saw the opportunity after the establishment of the company in the Desa Pangke Barat so, make them did over the profession of this matter certainly have an impact on their lives as the income of respondents that was increased.Key word: Social, Changes, Jobs, Social Economy
