Abstract

The purpose of research is to comprehend the influence of endorser’s in television advertisement toward product image of Jamu Tolak Angin Sido Muncul. The result of research showed that endorser has a positive influence towards product image, significant with level of confidence 95%. The coefficient correlation is 0.638, means positive and strong correlation. The average of eight items of questionnaires for endorser’s performance is 4.49 in five Linker’s scale. Abstract

This study aims to determine the influence of store athmosphere and store location towards impulse buying on U.D Syafa Marwa. The sample in this study were taken 100 respondents and the technique used accidental sampling. The data in this study used survey method through questionnaires filled by consumers.The data obtained of questionnairetested through SPSS 21.0 program. The results of analysis used multiple linear regression analysis, determination test (R2 ), individual significance test (t test) and simultaneous significance test (F test) so it can be seen that store athmosphere variable had a positive effect on consumer impulse buying variable, stor location variable influences variable impulse buying, and a significant influence between store athmosphere and store location variables on impulse buying. The results shows R Square is the coefficient of determination and obtained R Square value of 0.700. That is, store athmosphere and store location affect impulse buying by 70%. Abstract

Culture has been an important element in nations' relations, so it is often exploited as a tool of diplomacy. Cultural assets have now been introduced in many international forums or events. This study aims to describe cultural diplomacy by Indonesia through an exhibition of Subak and spice routes at the event of the 10th World Water Forum hosted by the nation. This research applied the qualitative method and the concept of cultural diplomacy. The findings suggest that Balinese values and cultural norms turned to soft power that Indonesia’s administration used as cultural diplomacy to gain recognition of the culture. In addition, the study suggests that participating in and hosting the event demonstrates Indonesia’s commitment and role in the global water crisis. Indonesia showcased the best practice of water mangement integrated local wisdom and proposed inititives embolding global collective actions.

Abstract

ABSTRAK Kesehatan masyarakat di Kelurahan Bukuan menghadapi berbagai tantangan, termasuk tingginya kebiasaan merokok di dalam rumah, konsumsi makanan cepat saji berlebihan, kasus ISPA dan hipertensi, rendahnya pengetahuan remaja tentang kesehatan reproduksi, serta praktik pembakaran sampah yang belum optimal. Kondisi ini menunjukkan perlunya intervensi komprehensif untuk meningkatkan kualitas hidup masyarakat. Kegiatan ini bertujuan untuk merencanakan dan melaksanakan program intervensi kesehatan masyarakat yang sesuai dengan permasalahan dan sumber daya yang tersedia di Kelurahan Bukuan. Metode pelaksanaan melibatkan ceramah, diskusi, demonstrasi, dan roleplay, serta sosialisasi dari pintu ke pintu. Mitra sasaran utama adalah warga Kelurahan Bukuan, khususnya orang tua (ayah dan ibu), ibu rumah tangga, dan remaja. Total peserta yang terlibat bervariasi untuk setiap program, dengan rata-rata sekitar 10-20 peserta per kegiatan intervensi. Hasil kegiatan menunjukkan peningkatan pengetahuan yang signifikan pada peserta setelah intervensi. Program "INGAT NASAR" (Lingkungan Sehat Tanpa Asap Rokok) menunjukkan peningkatan rata-rata nilai pre-test ke post-test dari 76,36 menjadi 98,18. Program "RAMU NASEHAT" (Cerdas Mengonsumsi Makanan Sehat) menunjukkan peningkatan dari 62,22 menjadi 86,67. Program "CAPER" (Cegah Hipertensi) menunjukkan peningkatan dari 73,33 menjadi 95,56. Program "KUKIRA AKU" (Kurangi Risiko Infeksi Saluran Pernapasan Akut) menunjukkan peningkatan dari 76,36 menjadi 90,91. Program "RAJA LISAN" (Gerakan Remaja Peduli Masa Depan) menunjukkan peningkatan dari 71 menjadi 92. Terakhir, program "GITAR MESRA" (Gerakan Pintar Mengolah Sampah Rumah Tangga) menunjukkan peningkatan dari 62,67 menjadi 85,33. Data ini menunjukkan bahwa program-program yang dilaksanakan efektif dalam meningkatkan kesadaran dan pengetahuan masyarakat mengenai masalah kesehatan yang ada, serta memicu perubahan perilaku positif. Kata kunci: isi piringku; senam hipertensi; demonstrasi asap rokok; pemberdayaan masyarakat.   ABSTRACTPublic health in Bukuan Village faces various challenges, including high rates of indoor smoking habits, excessive fast food consumption, cases of acute respiratory infections and hypertension, low knowledge among adolescents about reproductive health, and suboptimal waste burning practices. This condition indicates the need for comprehensive interventions to improve the quality of life of the community. This activity aims to plan and implement public health intervention programs that are appropriate to the problems and resources available in Bukuan Village. The implementation methods involve lectures, discussions, demonstrations, and role-play, as well as door-to-door socialization. The main target partners are residents of Bukuan Village, particularly parents (fathers and mothers), housewives, and adolescents. The total number of participants involved varies for each program, with an average of around 10-20 participants per intervention activity. The results of the activities show significant knowledge improvement among participants after the intervention. The "INGAT NASAR" program (Smoke-Free Healthy Environment) showed an average increase in pre-test to post-test scores from 76.36 to 98.18. The "RAMU NASEHAT" program (Smart Consumption of Healthy Food) showed an increase from 62.22 to 86.67. The "CAPER" program (Prevent Hypertension) showed an increase from 73.33 to 95.56. The "KUKIRA AKU" program (Reduce Risk of Acute Respiratory Tract Infections) showed an increase from 76.36 to 90.91. The "RAJA LISAN" program (Youth Movement Caring for the Future) showed an increase from 71 to 92. Finally, the "GITAR MESRA" program (Smart Movement for Household Waste Management) showed an increase from 62.67 to 85.33. This data indicates that the implemented programs were effective in increasing community awareness and knowledge regarding existing health problems, as well as triggering positive behavioral changes. Keywords: fill up my plate; hypertension exercise; cigarette smoke demonstration; community empowerment

Abstract

This Community Service Program (PKM) aims to enhance the understanding of the staff at the Environmental and Sanitation Agency (DLHK) of Depok City in utilizing information technology through socialization and training on the development of a waste classification website. The website is designed to assist the public in identifying types of waste and to encourage more responsible and integrated waste management practices. The implementation methods for this program include socialization sessions, technical training workshops, and system usage demonstrations. Participants were introduced to the functionalities of the website, including how to classify various waste types and its role in supporting environmental sustainability. The program also provided hands-on training to ensure the staff could effectively use the website and incorporate it into their daily tasks. As a result, the staff’s understanding of the concept of digital-based waste classification has significantly increased. Additionally, the potential benefits of using such technology to support sustainable environmental management programs were clearly recognized. The program not only enhanced the staff's technical skills but also contributed to a deeper understanding of the importance of waste classification in the broader context of environmental conservation. The outcomes of this initiative are expected to encourage the staff to actively promote the use of the website to the public, thus fostering a more responsible and efficient waste management system in Depok City. This program demonstrates the effectiveness of integrating technology in supporting local government initiatives aimed at improving environmental management and sustainability. Furthermore, it underscores the importance of digital tools in modernizing waste management systems and enhancing public awareness and engagement.

Abstract

Dalam proses produksi komponen elektronik, terutama pada bagian connector, ditemukan berbagai jenis cacat (defect) yang mempengaruhi kualitas akhir produk. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengidentifikasi jenis-jenis cacat yang sering terjadi serta menganalisis akar penyebab dari masing-masing cacat menggunakan pendekatan statistik berupa histogram. Beberapa jenis cacat yang dianalisis antara lain Missing Cover Cage, Missing Screw, Screw Stuck, dan Screw Unproper Position. Setiap jenis cacat memiliki penyebab yang berbeda, mulai dari kegagalan dalam pemeriksaan dimensi, kurangnya perawatan mesin, hingga kesalahan dalam pemasangan oleh teknisi maupun pengawasan dari Quality Control (QC). Hasil analisa menunjukkan bahwa cacat paling dominan adalah Missing Cover Cage, yang disebabkan oleh tidak dilakukannya pemeriksaan ulang terhadap dimensi komponen secara menyeluruh. Sementara itu, Missing Screw lebih sering terjadi karena mesin tidak dirawat dengan baik sehingga kehilangan akurasi dalam proses pengukuran dan pemasangan. Cacat Screw Stuck dan Screw Unproper Position umumnya disebabkan oleh ketidaktepatan teknisi dalam melakukan pemasangan serta lemahnya kontrol pengukuran dari pihak QC. Dengan mengetahui penyebab utama dari masing-masing jenis cacat, perusahaan dapat mengambil langkah-langkah perbaikan seperti meningkatkan sistem inspeksi, melakukan perawatan mesin secara berkala, serta memberikan pelatihan lanjutan bagi teknisi dan QC untuk meningkatkan kualitas proses produksi.

Abstract

Pengabdian ini bertujuan untuk merekam narasi kecil masyarakat yang tinggal di Jalan Banggeris Kota Samarinda 1980-1990. Permasalahan pengabdian ini adalah visi Indonesia Emas 2045 dilandasi kisah sejarah bangsa yang penuh makna. Namun, sejarah selama ini menjadi milik “orang-orang besar” dari peristiwa yang dianggap penting. Kisah-kisah kehidupan sehari-hari belum banyak diperhatikan. Kisah-kisah yang seharusnya menjadi bagian masyarakat semakin dilupakan. Masyarakat terancam hidup dalam kondisi amnesia sejarah atau lupa dengan sejarahnya. Pengabdian ini menggunakan metode aksi dari teori kritis atau pedagogi kritis. Subyek pengabdian adalah penduduk di sekitar Jalan Banggeris Kota Samarinda yang mengalami masa 1980-1990. Hasil pengabdian adalah rekaman kisah sehari-hari para penduduk, benda-benda masa lalu, dan pameran sejarah di sekitar lokasi pengabdian. Pengabdian ini penting dilakukan karena dapat meningkatkan rasa percaya diri masyarakat terhadap sejarah di tengah zaman yang penuh ketidakpastian. Hal itu juga berarti mengatasi hambatan-hambatan mentalitas dari masyarakat di Kalimantan Timur. Kata Kunci: Narasi Kecil, Kisah Kecil, Sejarah Mikro, Samarinda 1980-1990.

Abstract

One area that has the potential for capture fisheries and aquaculture in Indonesia is Sukabumi Regency. This study analyzes the amount of fishery production in Sukabumi Regency using non-linear regression methods. The data used in this research is fishery catch production data from the Palabuhanratu Archipelago Fishing Port during 2020-2022. The results of this study show variations in fishery production from month to month in 2020-2022. This research makes an important contribution in understanding the factors that influence fishery production, so that it is hoped that it can help manage fishery resources and develop the fishery sector in a sustainable manner in Sukabumi Regency. This study has the main objective, namely to identify significant environmental factors in influencing the amount of fisheries production in Sukabumi Regency. Based on the graph and the percentage of total fishery production in the 2020-2022 range in Sukabumi Regency, there are several things that need attention, such as a decrease in the amount of fishery production in 2022. Abstract

Indonesia is a country rich in culture and local wisdom of its people, it is not surprising because Indonesia is blessed with many tribes and ethnic communities. This diversity makes Indonesia more colorful and remains intact under the guise of Bhinneka Tunggal Ika. One of the unique cultures in the Indonesian capital region is the local wisdom of the Paser people, namely Mayar Sala. This tradition is part of the community's traditional conflict resolution ceremonies and has been carried out for generations. This research is a qualitative research method that describes the local wisdom of Mayar Sala and its contribution to conflict resolution in the IKN area. Data collected through in-depth interviews with the community and traditional actor as well as collection from written sources from articles, books and archives in the regional library of East Kalimantan Province. During the research process, researchers discovered many new things, such as the meaning of Mayar Sala, which means paying wrongly. Furthermore, researchers also discovered how this tradition began to exist as well as the types of Mayar Sala ceremony traditions. Researchers also discovered the inheritance from generation to generation of this tradition and its contribution to maintaining peace in the East Kalimantan region so that ideally the region was chosen as part of the new National Capital (IKN) because of the lack of conflict in the region.

Abstract

Advances in information and transportation technology have occurred so rapidly that they have driven globalization in the field of intellectual property, as this requires protection of intellectual property rights. Intellectual property plays an important role in the economy of a country in realizing the welfare of a society. Through a juridical approach, this research is carried out by relying on reading materials in the form of books, scientific research journals and social realities that occur in society, so as to get answers to what is the formulation of the problem. In the context of South Kalimantan, all the efforts made by the Directorate General of Intellectual Property through its various programs, seen from 2019 until now are quite significant, and to realize the achievement of prosperity in society as the goals to be achieved in the concept of maqashid al-syariah, the role of all parties is needed. involved in the protection of intellectual property rights, including the public.
