Abstract

This study berjudul Social and Environmental Responsibility (TSLE) Energi Mega Persada MALACCA STRAIT S.A. in the villaga district of Merbau the pacific gulf islands district meranti. This study aimed to decribe the characteristics of families that Energi Mega Persada MALACCA STRAIT S.A trahid up communoties in the pacific bay village district Merbau district Kepulauan Meranti. Methods of data analysis quantitatively tells the results of studies used in this study is the menthod census inused as a sample in order fo get 20 samples. Research was conducted in the village of bay islands of the diistrict Merbau Meranty. Resultsof the study characteristics of families who get help from the CSR program is being study level, ie the religion of islam, the number of dependents average 3-6, the results obtained for himselft or his family and kept unutuk capital loan respoyment (capital bagi meminjam di LKM). Middle economic levels. Then the parents want their children to school are at the highest.parents conssider the child and the caregiver also provide axcitement when all the children’s needs are met, childrents feel burdened because of the greater costs incurred after having chidren, elderly people feel freedom possessed reduced and parents become more tored parents become more tired whentaking care of children because many karena additional. The impact of CSR programs conducted Energi Mega Persada Malacca Strait S.A yaitu peningkatan in improving the living standatd of their economic income can rise of the target CSR havng respective fields of expertise such as brownies membuat sago, sago noodles, crackers sago, sago dry cendol, sago cake dry and has a small shop. Abstract

One of online media’s strength that is compared with conventional media, like newspaper, is its fastness in reporting news. Meanwhile, news release tendency of online media as same as conventional media is influenced by Ideology and importance of the media. This research was aimed to find out the framing analysis of football news release especially Champions league final in 2013-2014 season at Okezone.com online media. This research is a qualitative research that used framing analysis approach of Pan and Kosicki model (in Eriyanto, 2008).The data collection techniques were documentation, interview, online data collection (internet searching) and study of related literature. There are five news that were analyzed in this research. These news represented about everything happened before, during and after the final match. Based on the study that used agenda setting theory, media politic economy and framing elements of Pan and Kosicki model, the research findings show that news release framing of Okezone.com media online tended to side with Real Madrid than Atletico Madrid. It could be seen from the number of headline that often show off Real Madrid’s other side, including condition of players and Real Madrid’s ambitious target to obtain La Decima. Besides, Okezone.com also placed Real Madrid in media product as the main commodity that proposes entertainment side which had trade value in order to gain the readers’ attention.Keyword :Online Media’s, Analysis Framing, Media Politic Economy

Abstract

This study analyzes the strategies used to increase to export of Indonesiancrude palm oil (CPO) to Pakistan. Indonesia signed a preferential trade agreement toPakistan in 2012. The main reason that prompted Indonesia to sign a tradepreference is to optimize the export of CPO and for better cooperation.This study would also explain the trip Indonesia began negotiationsFramework for Comprehensive Economic Partnership (FACEP) by Indonesia andPakistan signed in 2005, both from the development and scope negotiations. Inaddition, this study also discusses the barriers, opportunities and challenges of whatis in the can from the cooperation between Indonesia and Pakistan.Keywords: Export CPO, Strategy, Preferential Trade Agreement.

Abstract

The problem in this study is the decline in revenue service motorcyclePT. Ahmad Yani Riaujaya II Shining in the last five years, the lack of marketingefforts undertaken and the high prices of my services and spare parts whencompared to general workshops. The purpose of the study was to assess andanalyze the implementation of marketing at PT. Riaujaya Shining II Ahmad Yani(Case Official Workshop Suzuki Motorcycles Ahmad Yani Pekanbaru). Thecollection of data through questionnaires to 97 people who come to serve theirbikes in the PT. Riaujaya Shining II Ahmad Yani. Respondents to theimplementation of marketing at PT. Riaujaya Shining II Ahmad Yani (CaseOfficial Workshop Suzuki Motorcycles Ahmad Yani Pekanbaru) assessedrespondents had good execution. Implementation of marketing at PT. RiaujayaShining II Ahmad Yani which includes indicators of product, price, promotion,location, people, process and physical evidence. Indicator of product, location,people and processes considered to be very good, the price is good enoughindicator, the indicators are not good and the promotion assessed for indicators ofphysical evidence is considered to be good.Kata Kunci : product, price, promotion, place, people, process, physical evidence

Abstract

Today the symptoms of children with autism increasingly found. Autism has asense as the conditions experienced by a person which can affect the berhubunagn andcommunicate, especially in interpersonal communication. Autism is not a disease, butrather aimed at a genetic disorder that is associated with the development of the brainbefore, during, and even after birth.This study was conducted in an Sekolah Dasar Swasta Khusus Autis AnakMandiri Jalan Kutilang No. 5 Sukajadi Kota Pekanbaru. Subjects in this studyconsisted of teachers, parents, and students. While the object of research is the ParentCommunication Patterns in Autistic Children Communicate Overcoming Adversity(Studies in Autistic Children Parents in Sekolah Dasar Swasta Khusus Autis AnakMandiri Jalan Kutilang No. 5 Sukajadi Kota Pekanbaru.Holders important role in dealing with cases of autism, particularly in children,are the parents themselves. Parents are the ones who determine whether children withautism can develop properly or it gets worse. Parents are encouraged to think two timesmore astute in dealing with children with autism.Methods This study used a descriptive method with data collection interview.Therefore, it will be obtained a picture of the interpersonal communication betweenchildren with autism with parents.This study resulted in the conclusion that, parents who have children withautism experience many obstacles in her life dealing with autism. Parents havedifficulty in communicating both verbally and non-verbally, as well as interpersonalcommunication. Therefore, the role and support of parents is necessary in dealing withchildren with autism and the key word is merely a consequence.Keyword : Parents who have children with autism,Autism, Helping Autism.

Abstract

The issue regarding the implementation of local government policy of Kampar Regency is due to the rapid of job demand to the work world of the society as the field could not cover it all. The problems following the issue emerged as many of companies did not notify the job vacancy to the Social and Labor Affairs and make no priority to the local labors; the Official did not have information about the availability of job vacancy and could not control the placement of the local labors at those companies. As this implementation of the policy undertaken to the industrial society properly, it is intended that the society of Kampar Regency can manage their own revenue and increase the prosperity of environment particularly to the local inhabitants. The objective of this research is to find out how the implementation of local government policy no 5 year 2009 about the provision of local labor is. This kind of research is descriptive design precisely quantitative method with triangulation check and cross check to the given responses of the informants. The result of this research indicates that the implementation of local government policy no 5 year 2009 about the provision of local labor in Kampar Regency has not yet been implemented extensively. Based on the research finding, the factors affected this kind of policy are the lack of communication, resource, disposition, and structured-bureaucracy.Keywords: Policy, Implementation, Local Labor, Local Government Rules

Abstract

Building Fish Landing Places (TPI) that ther stimuli are buildings constructed for thefishermen land their catch of fish. These buildings have been built but not yet enabled bythe local government, especially the Department of Marine and Fisheries Meranti IslandsRegency. This is because the Department has the authority to regulate and supervise theactivities of marine and fisheries. Peneliitian purpose of this is to know the problemsfaced by the Department of Marine and Fisheries in the functioning of Fish LandingPlaces (TPI).Arrangement is to create a way to make a pekerjan have goals, direction to be achieved,sby knowing the existing procedures. This study used a qualitative descriptive method.Data were obtained from the interview data, documentary studies, and field observations.Informants in this study are those relating to the discussion of the function of FishLanding Places (TPI) is.The results showed that in the discussion of the function of pemanfaataan Fish LandingPlaces (TPI) is not able to function because of the absence of directives from the centralgovernment to the regions, and because of inadequate facilities. Abstract

This research was conducted in KUD Tani Makmur Sejahtera Faithful Districtof Mount Sahilan. The purpose of this research is to know and analyze theimplementation of the distribution of KUT in KUD Tani Faithful and to determine theimpact of the development of farmer cooperatives Faithful.For a sample taken from a population of 91 people or as many as 1020 thenumber of members of the cooperative. Data required in the writing of this manuscriptobtained by distributing questionnaires to the respondents who use the services of thecredit cooperatives and Bukopin using simple random sampling method is samplingof all members of the population was randomly without regard to existing strata in thepopulation members.Data analysis technique that I use in this paper is a descriptive statisticalanalysis techniques. Where once the data is collected, the data can be classifiedaccording to the indicators used in this study was then made a frequency table andthen interpreted. While the discussion is followed by the descriptions to better clarify.From the research that has been done, it is known that the implementation ofKUT and distribution and its impact on the development of the Faithful Farmercooperatives in collaboration with the overall Bukopin already categorized " GOOD "and are in accordance with prescribed standards. Abstract

The question of violence against women, discrimination , marginalization, subordination and dual role has been the experience of women in any country and social class with anywhere . So the issue of women can be categorized as strategic issues . therefore keputrian department presence is not enough to do it then takes an own organization , known under the name HMI KOHATI .KOHATI as one of the specialized agencies of the board HMI is the most often suffer from structural dynamics , among which are: to issue liquidation compared to other specialized agencies . The argument is usually acute moment of moments HMI to the congress and the National Consultative KOHATI . Beyond the issue of dissolution , KOHATI also stained with various issues KOHATI function in the body HMI , is related to the function ex officio KOHATI in the structure of the management of HMI .Therefore, based on the phenomenon should probably take title author " Organizational Dynamics of Female Rock, Arkansas Pekanbaru Branch Period 2008-2011 in the Struggle for women's issues "where the purpose of the present study that is to know the dynamics KOHATI and purpose until the author can sharper analysis in the presence KOHATI HMI to be able to be more objective in answer to the questions above .This study uses qualitative research methods , namely the collection of data by doing in-depth interviews with the informants , the results of these studies evidently found a few obstacles in the process of collecting historical information Branch KOHATI Pekanbaru.
