Abstract

Role is an attitude or behavior which is intended in this study is the role of parents and teachers. This study aims to find out how the role of parents in the home and the role of teachers in the school in educating the mentally retarded children, and also find out how motivated mentally retarded students to get achievements. The informants in this study are 8 persons, consisting of 3 mentally retarded children. 3 parents of the children, 2 teachers who taught and guided mentally retarded children and 1 principal as supporting data. In this study a purposive technique was used to determine the research subject with certain criteria, and for the data collection techniques, researchers use observation, interview and documentation. The results of the descriptive analysis show that mentally retarded children perform activities when they are going to participate in the competition by means of training that is guided directly by the teacher concerned and experts who have been appointed by the school. The appointment process of these children was chosen based on the classification of the mentally retarded children that was determined by the school and on the willingness of the mentally retarded children whitout coercion from any part. But, that does not mean the role of parents and teachers is not develop, because with encouragement and cooperation between parents and teachers can make this mentally retarded child get achievements at the Sri Mujinab extraordinary school Pekanbaru city. The role of parents at home is inseparable from providing moral, materil and creative support and supporting children when going to the race. While the role of the teacher in the school is to educate, guide, train and give motivation these children. The motivation from mentally retarded children to obtain achievement is they want to booast of their parents, teachers and also to boast of the name of the school, namely Sri Mujinab extraordinary school Pekanbaru city.Keywords: Mentally Disabled, Role, Motivation, Achievement

Abstract

This thesis is titled The Parental Supervision of Children Riding Motorbikes in Junior High Schools 40 Pekanbaru City. This study aims (1) to determine the characteristics of parents of children who ride motorbikes. (2) to find out the supervision of parents in children riding motorbikes. The method used in this study is quantitative descriptive with techniques with data collection techniques namely questionnaire, observation and documentation, with a population of 96 people and a sample of 49 respondents with a sample collection technique that is Simple Random Sampling . The results showed that the age of parents who allowed children to ride motorbikes aged 36-40 years with the highest level of education was high school and his work as a housewife (not working). Parental supervision of children riding motorbikes is that parents always give advice and direction to children, parents are always responsible for violations committed by children, parents provide action to children who ride motorbikes during school hours and parents also separate pocket money and money oil against children. Violations that have been committed by children such as fighting the flow, riding motorbikes at high speed, violating traffic signs, not completing vehicles and not wearing helmets.Keywords: Supervision , Parents, Motorcycle Riders

Abstract

Pakistan has applied for a financial loan from an IMF institution backed by deteriorating economic conditions. The IMF approved the request for assistance after going through various discussions and certain considerations. Financial assistance from the IMF is accompanied by the terms of the policies needed for these conditions. One of them is liberalization of the agricultural sector.This research was analyzed using a structuralism perspective and supported by dependency theory and neoliberalism theory within the scope of international political economy studies. The formulation of all arguments, facts, and theoretical frameworks in this research is guided by the method of qualitative explanation. The data collection technique in this study is through literature study. Data is obtained and collected through journals, books, research papers, news articles, official publications, conference papers, and later from internet pages that have been related in this case research.One of the implementations of the liberalization policy by Pakistan was done by removing subsidies. Such as subsidy of agricultural inputs and domestic food prices. Liberalization also requires that the government's role in controlling food supply be reduced. With various factors influencing, the policies taken by Pakistan on the recommendations of the IMF, they have a negative influence on the problem of Pakistan's food security.Keywords: IMF, agricultural liberalization, food security, Pakistan

Abstract

This study aims to determine the social network between furniture craftsmen and distributors of rattan raw materials in Rumbai District, pekanbaru city. The design of this study is descriptive qualitative using observation techniques, in-depth interviews and documentation of informants. This research technique aims to determine the shape of social networks and the process of forming social networks among rattan craftsmen and distributors. The results of this study indicate that social networks are formed because in the background with honesty, good norms and trust between actors in them. Based on the results of this study, trust, honesty and good social norms greatly influence the establishment of a social network of furniture craftsmen with rattan distributors in Rumbai Pekanbaru District.Keywords: Social Networks, Furniture Craftsmen, Rattan Distributors

Abstract

This study aims to determine the diplomatic relations between Germany in Turkey which caused Germany to accept asylum aplications for Turkish. Then find out why Turkish military offecers apply for asylum in Germany. And also out what interest behind Germany accept asylum aplications for Turkish military. Turkish Military Officers who have been convicted or sought for being considered as rebels who carried out the coup on 15 July 2016. They are accused of being a military faction trying to overthrow Erdogan. Therefore, massives depuration took place in Turkey, and many Turkish citizens fled and sought harborage in other countries.The formulation of the problem from this research is why Germany accepted the asylum application. The purpose of this study is to find out the history of the Turkish military coup and the reason Turkish military officers applied for asylum in Germany. This research uses security theory. Where security is seen as a system into a mutually benefical relationship, where some countries are formed by themselves and so are formed by a competitive and fierce anarchy environment. This study also uses qualitative methods that are descriptive analitical, recapitulating the data recorder not as numbers.Germany has an interest behind its attitude to accepting harborage applications for Turkish military officers. Germany did this mainly because it wanted to maintain the stability of its regional security after its country was accused of not being able to fulfill the NATO mission. Germany does not arbitrarily accept harborage applications for Turkish military officers, he mostly accepts harborage applications that have diplomatic passports and those with a military background to be easily placed in NATO bases in Germany. Moreover Germany and Turkey have a bad relationship in recent years due to several reasons, even though both are NATO partners. Therefore, Germany accepts applications for Turkish military harborage which holds a diplomatic passport and is assigned to the NATO military base in Germany.Keywords: Interest, Military Officer, Asylum

Abstract

This research is about bilateral relations between Indonesia and China within the Five Years Development Program.Indonesia-China has enjoyed economic and trade cooperation for a long time. Like the other cooperation, Indonesia - China Five-Year Development Program aims to expand and deepen comprehensive cooperation between Indonesia and China. Both sides have identified areas of cooperation for the next five years: agriculture, fisheries, energy, mining, transportation, infrastructure, public works, communications, manufacturing, services and industrial parks.The purpose of this research is to explain how the implementation of the Indonesia China Five-Year Development Program towards Indonesia agriculture sector in 2013-2017. This study used qualitative research methods. In this study, the author uses a liberal perspective with the theory of international cooperation with an analysis of levels in the nation-state. And the technique of collecting data through library researchThe results shows that there is the implementation of Indonesia-China Five Year Development Program towards Indonesia Agriculture Sector in 2013-2017 runs well or in the sense of being implemented. This can be seen from the results increase in rice production national, the increase in the value of Indonesian CPO exports to China year (2013-2017), the increased investment of investors from China who invested in Indonesia.Keywords:Implementation, Indonesia-China, hybrid-rice, CPO

Abstract

This study is a contemporary study that provides an analysis of the role of UNEP in addressing marine plastic debris pollution in the East Asian Seas (EAS). This study aims to explain the causes and impacts of marine plastic debris pollution in the EAS. The excessive use of plastic and poor waste management systems are common factors causing marine plastic debris pollution in the EAS. These have caused a lot of damage and losses to the marine and coastal environment of the EAS. UNEP as the leading global environmental authority is concerned to address marine plastic debris pollution in the EAS.This research was developed based on the framework of pluralism perspective that is supported by the theory of international organization and environmentalism, as well as the level of analysis using international organization as the main actor in international relations. The concept leads to qualitative methods and the study of literature as a source of information.The roles of UNEP are as a catalyst, advocate, educator and facilitator. Abstract

Wonosari is a village in Bengkalis district who get free internet facility, or better known as integrated broadband villages.Integrated broadaband village (DBT) is a government program to help villages with certain characteristics such as fishing villages, farming villages and remote villages to optimize the information and communications technology in the region. The central government through the ministry of communications and information technology related to the program responsible for this integrated broadband village. The purpose of this study was to determine thesystem management and use of the Internet in realizing Rural Broadband in Wonosari Bengkalis.This study uses descriptive qualitative research. This research was conducted at the Head Office of Wonosari Bengkalis. Selection of informants by using purposive. Data collection techniques used for this research is by interview, observation and documentation. Meanwhile, data validity checking techniques that researchers use is an extension of participation and triangulation.The results showed in the management of rural broadband internet use management system by utilizing human resources, method, money, and machine. In managing this broadband village guided by three admin manager, ie as a data penginput village, journalists or search information about the village, and part of the public service. Broadband internet management process carried out through four stages: Planning, Organizing, Actuating, and Controlling. For Internet use village is divided into three areas of utilization. The first field of the economy, local communities use the internet through a broadband rural village official website to promote their business results such as farming of pineapple and dragon fruit. The second field of education, the local community, especially students villages broadband network utilizing the Internet to look for references of their college assignments. And the third field of business, one of the benefits of broadband internet in this area is the village they can make buying and selling online.

Abstract

Senyap Film is a documentary film that takes the theme of the viewpoint of the families of victims of the 1965 events in North Sumatera. The main actor in this film named Adi who is the younger brother of one of the victims of the massacre at that time named Ramli. This study aims to determine how the representation of humanism is shown in the film by using Roland Barthes semiotics analysis consisting of the meaning of denotation, connotation meaning, and semiotic myth. This research method is semiotics analysis Roland Barthes. Technique Data collection used is documentation study, observation study, literature study, and search data online. The object being analyzed are scenes contained in the movie Silent (The Look of Silence) that is as many as nine scenes. The results showed that Representation of humanism through the meaning of denotation that comes in the film Silent is how the incident at 1965, an effort to disenchant for what they have made, paranoid attitude and hatred towards PKI members. The connotations that represent humanism in the film are sadism, arrogance, egocentricity, discriminative attitudes, intimidative behavior that symbolizes very unhumanist behavior among principals. While the semiotic myths contained in the scenes are the stories circulating among the people behind the conflict that occurred between groups accused as members of the PKI and non-PKI groups in carrying out their lives today.

Abstract

This research was conducted at the Satlantas Polresta Pekanbaru, Kecamatan Senapelan, Pekanbaru. The purpose of this study is to analyze the role of Traffic Police in dealing with violations of the use of motorcycle in junior high school students in Pekanbaru, especially those who take their motorcycle to school. The sampling technique is done by purposive sampling because the writer has set a number of criteria in the selection of subjects as many as 5 people and 3 of them have a special duty in handling traffic violation cases in school students such as elementary, junior high, high school, and college. Data collection methods in this study are observation, in-depth interview and documentation. The results of the study found that traffic violations are carried out by junior high school students who often do not use safety equipment and do not have a driver's license. The acts of prosecution of violations include prevention and eradication. Preventive actions in reducing violations in the use of motorcycle for students in Pekanbaru such as providing good information or counseling to schools from elementary, junior high, high school, also for parents. In addition, Satlantas Polresta Pekanbaru also provided demonstrations regarding Safety Riding in schools, as well as providing information through mass media. As for repressive act, raids were held at certain times by checking the completeness of vehicles and driving licenses and giving tickets as proof of violations.Keywords: middle school students, violation, motorcycle, traffic police
