Abstract

This research is a Government Science research that is in the realm of the Village Government System Study Field. The Village Fund is fully managed, in accordance with the laws and regulations, efficient, economical, effective, transparent and responsible by paying attention to a sense of justice and fulfilling and fulfilling the interests of the community. This research is important to provide an overview of Village Fund Management in the context of development both for physical development in this case, facilities and infrastructure as well as community empowerment in the village, especially in Ulak Patian, Kepenuh District, Rokan Hulu Regency. Planning, Implementation, Disbursement, Reporting and Control, Coaching, and Supervision. The management of ADD conducted by the District Government of Ulak Patian Village has fulfilled the technical regulations stipulated in the laws and regulations. But the process is still not optimal. This can be seen from the reporting and disbursement that corrects the delay. For the Realization Reporting process the use of ADD has not been in accordance with the predetermined schedule causing delays in disbursement. Likewise with the responsible responsibility for the use of ADD, the community cannot produce the work of the village government and accountability to local governments that do not carry out on time. Factors that influence the management of Village Fund Allocation in Ulak Patian Village add the quality of the Human Resources of the Village Government Apparatus in the District of Ulak Patian in Kepenuh which have an average high school / high school and junior high school education.Keywords: Management, Allocation, Village Funds

Abstract

This study aims to determine how much influence product innovation and product diversification have on customer loyalty. The sample in this study was taken as many as 90 respondents who were determined using the Slovin formula. Data collection techniques in this study using interview methods and questionnaires filled by visitors UD. Klindocare. Data obtained using simple regression analysis and multiple regression analysis. The results of this study indicate that product innovation has a significant effect on customer loyalty. Product diversification has a significant effect on customer loyalty. And simultaneously product innovation and product diversification have a significant effect on customer loyalty.Keywords: Product Innovation, Product Diversification, and Customer Loyalty

Abstract

This study aims to determine: (1) To describe the tourist attraction Waterfalls Upper Calf in District Kuantan District Singingi Singingi; (2) To identify the constraints of the management of Hulu Lembu Waterfall object in the Singingi Sub-district of Kuantan Singingi Regency. This research uses qualitative method with descriptive approach, the subject of this research using the key that is, the attraction of Hulu Lembu Waterfall object, the community around the object of tourism. The data collection is done by observation, in-depth interview and document study. Data analysis used in this research that is, data reduction, data presentation and conclusion. The result of the research shows that (1) the attraction of the Hulu Lembu Waterfall object becomes a new tourist attraction which is visited by many attractions that are presented by beautiful natural scenery and the flora and fauna around waterfalls are well preserved; (2) the obstacles faced are the lack of government attention to the facilities and infrastructure of the Hulu Lembu Waterfall object, therefore it is expected that the cooperation between the people and the government in order to realize the beautiful Hulu Lembu Waterfall and is expected more and more visitors visiting the Waterfall Hulu Lembu .Keywords: Hulu Lembu Waterfall, Attractiveness

Abstract

This research was conducted at Hotel Dyan Graha Pekanbaru, as for the purpose of this study was to determine the effect of integrated marketing communication and brand equity to costumer loyalty ( study at Hotel Dyan Graha Pekanbaru). Integrated marketing communication and brand equity as the independent variable (X1X2) while the costumer loyalty as the dependent variable (Y).The problem in this research is the sale of room service of Hotel Dyan Graha Pekanbaru fluctuated and tenden to decline each year, does not even reach the sales target. Seen from the presentation realization sale services of a hotel room in the last 5 years. The research sample was taken of 100 respondents of the population was calculated using the Slovin formula. The data was getting from the questionnaire and subsequently processed to then be tested with statistics through SPSS.From the results which shows that integrated marketing communications and brand equity have a positive and significant impact on customer loyalty (study at Hotel Dyan Graha Pekanbaru)Keywords: Integrated marketing communications, brand equity and customer loyalty.

Abstract

Natural Duri Private Primary School (SDS) is a nature-based school. This natural school does not use luxurious buildings but rather wooden stalls, the quality of student education is determined by the quality of the teacher, the method used during the learning process. The teacher's method of applying learning to students with the accelerated learning method, where students learn by involving all the potential that exists in students, then active learning, students are brought to learn in an active and fun way. The concept of the Alam Duri SDS school is based on the Qur'an and Hadith. The education curriculum of SDS Alam Duri which is the basis is that, prioritizing the 4 main points in the basic concepts of education, namely akhlakul karimah, scientific logic, leadership, and entrepreneurship.The purpose of this study was to find out instructional communication methods, media and obstacles during the learning process that the teacher used when teaching.This study used qualitative research methods. Informants from this study were principals, teachers, and students of Alam Duri Elementary School, Mandau District, Bengkalis Regency. While the object of this research is teacher instructional communication in the learning process of students in SDS Alam Duri, Mandau District, Bengkalis Regency. Data collection techniques used are observation, interview and documentation. Data analysis techniques are using interactive model data analysis. In achieving the validity of the data in this study, the authors used an extension of participation and triangulation.The results of the study indicate that instructional communication by the teacher uses problem solving, discussion, practice, and assignment methods. To support instructional communication to run smoothly, learning media is needed. The media used by teachers are visual media such as books, pictures, modules, worksheets, and media that are in nature, laptops, projectors, road boards, and blackboards. Audio visual media, namely using video or film screenings. Meanwhile, instructional communication barriers that occur in the form of psychological obstacles and technical obstacles.Keyword : Instructional Communication, Learning, Learning Process

Abstract

Every human being hopes for a normal physical condition from birth, but in reality, the physical limitations of an individual cannot be avoided, being born with an albino that does not have pigments to the skin, eyes, hair and all hair on the body makes albino people feel different from people in general, not only were they ostracized, they also had a discrimination experience that made them feel ashamed, angry and inferior.The purpose of this study was to determine the physiological aspects, psychological aspects, psycho-sociological aspects and experience of communication with albino persons in Riau Province. This study uses qualitative research methods with a phenomenological approach. The research subjects consisted of five albino people in Riau Province who were selected using exsidental techniques. This study uses data collection techniques of observation, interviews and research documentation.The results of this study indicate that people with albino in Riau Province when viewed from the physiological aspects of people with albino differ from people in general, not only different physical appearance but also have a weak body resistance. Judging from the psychological aspects of people with albino tend to have their own sadness in seeing themselves as people who are unhappy, pessimistic, unable to control themselves and feel inferior. When viewed from the psycho-sociological aspects, people with albino begin to accept the situation and communicate with the community even though there are those who choose to close themselves to avoid people's questions, and if seen from the experience of communication with albino people in Riau Province, they tend to have unpleasant communication experiences. one eye because of its physical appearance, but the pleasant communication experience experienced by albino people is seen as hardworking, friendly and socializing.Keyword:Albino people, Self-Concept, Riau Province

Abstract

The problem of import plastic garbage describes that there is interest conflict between Netherland (exporter) and Indonesian (importer). Netherland doesn’t tend to process the produced plastic garbage and industry wastes, because the processing budget is enough expensive, moreover if the garbage includes dangerous and poisonous material. The easiest way to solve the garbage problem is exporting it into the third world countries including Indonesia.The method of data collecting is done by collecting secunder data, then analyzed in qualitative to obtain the draft about the main problem by using deductive method. The method of this research is the method of qualitative descriptive. The data is obtained through secunder data such as, book, journal, magazine, newspaper and website.From the result of research, that the coping with the plastic garbage import from Netherland that is implemented by Indonesian’s government by determining the Government Regulation Nr. 101 Year 2014 and doing the research project in developing innovative technology to collect the garbage in the river and the estuary through river clean up mechanism and paid plastic policy control. Abstract

This research was carried out in the city of Pekanbaru. The purpose of this research is to find out what are the motivations of visitors to the Park City Point's learning Integrity in the city of Pekanbaru. The focus of this research topic is to know what are the functions of Integrity Teaching Point City Park in the city of Pekanbaru. The technique of determination of samples in Accidental Sampling. The number of samples in the study conducted is 13 people. The author uses descriptive qualitative methods and instruments of data are observation, interview and documentation. Research conducted to find: research finds the motivation of visitors to the Park City Point's learning Integrity is as follows: Leisure, visitors coming from different ages. But most who come are family who brought her son to play. Discussion, research found that visitors who come to the City Park in addition to the leisure they also come for the purpose of discussion. Learning activities, research found that the other thing that became the motivation for visitors to come to the Park City Point's learning integrity is for learning activities. For students in all schools, in addition they certainly also need places to learn outside of the room. Thus, they come to the Park to take advantage of the existing facilities as a place to learn. Trade, research found that visitors who come not only for leisure, learning and discussion but nothing came to trade. They sell food and drink, even renting out toys to visitors. Abstract

This research was conducted at the fishermen village of Kepenghuluan Sungai Nyamuk Subdistrict Sinaboi Rokan Hilir Regency. The purpose of this research was to know how to shape social relationships economy and the factors that cause the attachment to patron clients between tauke with fishermen on Kepenghuluan Sungai Nyamuk, Subdistrict Sinaboi, Rokan Hilir Regency. The theory is theory of the Patron client expressed James C. Scott consists of the provision of services marketing, subsitensi crisis in the form of a Loan Guarantee, and provide assistance in the form of collective services. This type of research uses qualitative descriptive method with approach case studies. The subject of this research totalled 6 persons namely, 1 original tauke in villages that have been working for more than 5 years, and 5 in the village of fishermen who work a minimum of 5 years. A determination informants to use a technique purposive sampling. The data sources used are primary and secondary data sources. The data collected by the data collection techniques used observation and interview. The analysis of the data used in this research with the techniques of data collection from various sources with the place theory is used in accordance with the social phenomena. The results of this research is the patron-client relationships that need each other and so the relationship of interdependence remains the relationship attachment to each other either in the form of economic and social ties. factors cause attachment to social economic relations tauke (patron) fisherman (client) is the existence of a relationship of cooperation, solidarity and kinship relationships that will last due to a sense of comfort, protected and reticent. The formation of the patron-client relationship between tauke with fisherman Kepenghuluan Sungai Nyamuk in the background of relationship selling, debt receivable and give aid help misfortune, help of the highway, help a celebration of money, nine basic materials and power. Abstract

This research is motivated by the many obstacles encountered in the Sidomulyo Public Hospital in Tampan District, Pekanbaru City, including: (1) not all doctors work every day, while nurses also enter alternately; and (2) the absence of pulmonary, child and neurologist specialists, even though previously there were.The theory used in this study is an indicator of public service according to Menpan Number 63 of 2003, namely: service procedures, service time, service costs, service products, facilities and infrastructure, and competence of service providers. This research is qualitative research, while the data collection techniques used are interview techniques.The results showed that public services at the community health center in Inpatient Hospital Sidomulyo Tampan District, Pekanbaru in 2017 were not optimal. Inhibiting factors for public services in community health centers (Puskesmas) in Tampan Subdistrict, Pekanbaru City In 2017 there was still a lack of human resources in Puskesmas, still lack of availability of Puskesmas facilities and infrastructure, not optimal maintenance, maintenance and inspection of infrastructure facilities, and not yet optimal supervision of Puskesmas facilities and facilities by the Pekanbaru City Health Service.Keywords: Public services, Puskesmas
