Abstract

In the process of the wife pregnancy, the husband's concern is important. The attention given by the husband will affect the physical and psychological condition of the wife. The attention given by the husband can be seen from the husband's knowledge relating to pregnancy. The focus of the problem in this study is how the husband's knowledge of the response must be made when the wife is pregnant. The benefits of this research are expected to be the development of science, especially the sociology of health. This study used a quantitative approach, look at human behavior can be predicted and social reality, objective and can be measure, this study has a type of quantitative descriptive research that aims to describe systematically, factually, and accurately about the factors and nature of the population. In this study, 814 populations and sample collection used the Slovin formula and a sample of 89 respondents. Response Theory, Response is defined as a behavior or attitude that is tangible both before detailed understanding, influence or rejection, like it or not and the use of a particular phenomenon. Abstract

This study aims to determine how much influence the compensation and organizational commitment on turnover intention. The sample in this study was taken as many as 52 respondents and the technique used was census technique. The data in this study used the survey method through questionnaires filled out by employees. Data obtained using simple regression analysis and multiple regression analysis. The results of this study indicate that Compensation has a negative and significant effect on turnover intention. Organizational commitment has a negative and significant effect on turnover intention. And simultaneously compensation and organizational commitment have a negative and significant effect on turnover intention.Keywords: Compensation, Organizational Commitment, and Turnover intention

Abstract

UKM development is a Corporate Social Responsibility program carried out by PTPN V Pekanbaru to help UKM entrepreneurs in regencies and cities in Riau Province in order to develop their businesses.This study uses an explanatory quantitative approach with a questionnaire approach. The location of this research is Pekanbaru City, Riau. Sampling was done by Saturated Sampling (Census Sampling) where all population members were sampled and obtained a sample of 87 respondents.The coefficient of determination (R2) obtained is 0.030 and the coefficient of determination (Rsquare) is 0.030, meaning that the Effect of the UKM Program on Image of PT Perkebunan Nusantara V Pekanbaru is 3%. While the remaining 97% is influenced by other variables not included in this study. This means that the influence of the 3% UKM Program on Image of PT Perkebunan Nusantara V Pekanbaru has a very weak influence and based on the results of tcount (-1,628) <t table (1,988) with the resulting significance value of 0,107 still above 0.05, then H0 be accepted. This means that the regression coefficient is not significant. From the information, it can be concluded that the SME Program does not affect the Image.

Abstract

Communication information about Dangue Hemorrhagic Fever (DHF) is a routine activity carried out by the Pekanbaru City Health Service. Counseling was held both in the lecture method at the puskesmas in Bukit Raya District and by using the mobile method. The theory used in this research is Effectiveness theory. The purpose of this study was to find out how much the effectiveness of Dengue Hemorrhagic Fever (DHF) communication by the Pekanbaru City Health Service to the community in Bukit Raya sub-district. This study uses a quantitative research method with a descriptive approach, with data collection techniques, namely through distributing questionnaires to the people of Bukit Raya Sub-district who participated in DHF counseling with a sample of 166 respondents determined through Accidental Sampling techniques caused by accidental nature. While the data analysis technique in this study uses desktiptif statistical techniques. The results of this study indicate that the level of Communication Effectiveness of DHF Counseling conducted by the Pekanbaru City Health Office is very effective with a scale of 3.27. The message receiver indicator (receiver) has a scale of 3.70, a scale of 3.48 on the message content indicator (content), a scale of 3.00 on the channel indicator (media), a scale of 3.20 on the indicator indicator, a scale of 3.13 on the indicator source message (source), and scale 3.17 on the indicator of timeliness (timings). Based on the results of the calculation of the effectiveness of DHF counseling communication obtained the results of 3.28 which shows a Very Effective scale. Thus it can be concluded that the Pekanbaru City Health Office has very effective communication in delivering and providing information on dengue counseling to the Bukit Raya District community.

Abstract

The phenomenon of elderly people in nursing homes has become a phenomenon and social movement. With a variety of reasons behind the elderly to live in nursing homes such as the elderly who do not have children who are unable to find their own food who have asked to eat with their closest neighbors, abandoned by children, want to live in nursing homes because they do not want to trouble children and conflict with family. Elderly people in nursing homes have a strong spirit to survive. Elderly really appreciates the life that is being lived now while in the Technical Implementation Unit of the Social Services of Tresna Werdha (UPT PSTW) in Khusnul Khotimah, Pekanbaru City. The aim of this study was to find out the meaning of the life of the elderly in the Technical Implementation Unit of the Tresna Werdha Social Service (UPT PSTW) of Khusnul Khotimah in Pekanbaru City, to find out the meaning of elderly nursing homes and elderly communication experience.This study uses qualitative research methods with a phenomenological approach. The research subjects consisted of six elderly people in the Khusnul Khotimah nursing home in Pekanbaru City who were selected using a purposive technique. Data collection is done through in-depth interviews, observation and documentation. To do the validity test the author's data was used to extend the participation and triangulation method.The results of this study indicate that the elderly (elderly) interpret the meaning of living in the Khusnul Khotimah nursing home in Pekanbaru City as (1) life is a test, (2) life is a struggle and (3) life is a choice. The elderly who were in the Khusnul Khotimah nursing home in Pekanbaru City interpreted nursing homes as (1) nursing homes as their own homes (2) nursing homes as a favor of Allah SWT (3) nursing homes in return from Allah SWT. The experience of elderly communication in the Khusnul Khotimah nursing home in Pekanbaru City is divided into verbal communication experiences and pleasant and unpleasant non-verbal communication experiences.Keywords : mean, elderly, nursing home

Abstract

Based on information gathered from detik.com YouTube is the second most used site in the world and according to data from Techinasia Youtube controls 43% of the world's video provider market. About 70% of Youtube users are related to music, but as time goes on, specifically for comedy-themed video content and tutorials, there are the most types of videos. The video tutorial is very diverse, according to Google Indonesia Head of Marketing, Veronica, one of the most watched videos is the make up tutorial video. The presence of a make up review video tutorial is very helpful for female students to appear with makeup especially for beginners. The high number of YouTube viewers and the large number of videos on tutorials and make up reviews uploaded on this video site have created an impact of buying interest as a result of exposure to various information. The purpose of this study was to determine the magnitude of the influence of exposure to tutorials on make up on YouTube tutorials on buying interest of Riau University Communication Studies students.The method used in this study is quantitative explanatory. While the theory used in this study is the Stimulus theory Response which contains an understanding of the impact or influence that occurs on the first party is a certain reaction of a particular stimulus. Data collection techniques using questionnaires both in the form of online forms of google docs or directly distributed. The population in this study were students of the University of Riau Communication Science class of 2012-2018, which numbered 502 people. The sampling technique used is random sampling. To find out how much influence between variables X and Y variables, the author uses Simple Linear Regression Analysis. Data processing is done using SPSS Windows version 20.The results of the study obtained a correlation coefficient of 0.469 while the significance of 0.000 <0.05, which means that there is an influence between exposure to tutorials on make up on Youtube tutorials on interest in buying University of Riau Communication Science students. The value of the Determination Coefficient (R²) is 0.220 or 22%. From the calculation of SPSS obtained above shows a value of 22% which states that it turns out that the exposure of Youtube media produces a weak influence on the interest in buying products contained in the video tutorial and review of make-up on Youtube.

Abstract

A good attitude and understanding of religious tolerance in adolescents will foster a good attitude of tolerance as adults. The theory used in this study is the theory of TRA (Theory of Reasoned Action) and the theory of S-O-R (Stimulus-Organism-Response). The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of news on religious tolerance in online media on the tolerance attitude of class III students in Pekanbaru.This study uses quantitative experimental research methods, with data collection techniques, namely through questionnaires. The population in this study amounted to 529 students with a sample of 84 respondents using the random sampling method. The data analysis method used is simple linear regression analysis. Data processing is carried out with the SPSS version 23 program.The results obtained from a simple linear regression analysis in this study is that there is a news effect of religious tolerance in online media on the tolerance attitude of class III students in Pekanbaru at 0.05 which means that religious tolerance has an influence on tolerance with a positive relationship due to coefficient amounting to 0.430. The results of this study also explain the contribution of variation from the independent variable, namely the news of religious tolerance to the dependent variable, namely the attitude of tolerance of 0.140 or 14%. While the contribution of other independent variations that can explain the dependent variable is 86% excluding the variables used in this study.

This research describes the strategy of PT Sritex in exporting military uniforms to the United States and European countries. Comoditi non oil and gas exports that sed a in mainstay the Indonesian economy is textil . Value of textile comodity export is increasing year by year. As the largest textile company in Southeast Asia, PT Sritex is trusted to supply military uniforms to NATO, European countries and the United States. And also supplies for another 31 countries in the world. The research is descriptive quantitative method. All data and information are obtained from telephone interviews, journals, books, documents, company reports and online media. The focus of this research is how the strategy of exporting Indonesian military uniforms to United States and European countries by PT. Sritex . This research uses the perspective of liberalism and export theory and the theory of international cooperation.Strategies undertaken by PT Sritex in m export uniform military to America Union and Countries Europe is with enhancing capacity production and fixing planning system as well as the production process, availability high quality raw ingredients as important in the production process, scaling up diversification product, scaling up network with customers, approaching the destination of country export, increasesing efficiency of product, and developing of human resources.Keywords: Strategy, Exports, Military Uniforms, PT. Abstract

This research aims to explain, out government policies in developing the tourism sector of Sawahlunto City and the efforts made to increase Malaysian And dutch Tourist in the city of Sawahlunto. Sawahlunto is a city in the province of west sumatra that has historical tourism dutch heritage. With the existence of historical tourism that is still maintained, it becomes an atrraction for tourist.This research uses the Perspective of Globalization, the level of analysis of nation states, Theory of Public Policy and the concept of international tourism. The method used is a qualitative research method. This analysis is based on data obtained from literature studies and field studies by conducting interviews directly with informants who are considered capable of providing information regarding the problem under study.The results of the research in this paper are that in visiting of Malaysian And dutch Tourist to Sawahlunto City has increased from 2013-2017. The increase in foreign tourist visits is inseparable from the policies of the central government and regional governments that are mutually sustainable. One of the efforts promotion in Netherlands, cooperation between Sawahlunto and Malaka, carried out was by carrying out international events, promoting Sawahlunto as a world cultural heritage, and increasing tourism support facilities.Keyword : Sawahlunto, Malaysian, Dutch, Foreign Tourists, Tourism, Government Policy, Tourism Promotion.

Abstract

The implementation of good governance in terms of service and fulfillment of needs for the community is an agency is an indicator of achieving a more directed goal of bureaucracy. One of them is through basic health services provided at Batu 10 health center so that the community can meet the highest level of health that can be seen through the performance of health workers in any matter related to public services, health checks, treatment, and prevention of disease to patients or communities who are required to provide the best service, through technical work which is based on the suitability of SOPs, legal provisions, application of work culture and minimum service standards that apply. This research is to see how health services at Batu 10 health center through the UKP and UKM aspects and to see how far Batu 10 health center it can be said that agencies have implemented good governance indicators. The theory used in this study is good governance and service. The research method used is a qualitative research method using descriptive methods.Based on the explanation above, then this study found that; first health service at Batu 10 health center can be said to be optimal, but it still needs a lot of evaluation in services related to discipline, responsibility, coordination, and must communicate more frequently to the community in order to reduce the form of complaints and avoid losses to other parties or Own health center; second Batu 10 health center can be said to have implemented indicators on good governance, both from the aspects of participation, transparency, accountability, effective and efficient as well as strategic vision. But before accreditation, Batu 10 health center still experienced quite a number of fatal problems, then after the accreditation it could be said that the Puskesmas did a lot of repairs. In the aspect of legal certainty there is still an injustice in providing services that are not equal.Keywords: Health Servive, Good Governances, Health Center
