Abstract

This research is entitled “Utilization Of Saving Loan Money In Village Owned Enterprises (Bumdes) In Rawa Sekip Village, Kuala Cenaku District, Indragiri Hulu Regency”. The researcher was interested in raising this theme because of how the use of loan funds was used by the community for business capital or daily necessities. Data analysis conducted to answer the problems in this study is quantitative analysis that provides an overview of the actual condition of society, concerning the use of borrowed loans from BUMDes Rawa Mapan Savings and Loans units which are then analyzed based on the theories in this study. The following are the formulation of the problem: (1) How is the system of borrowing money at BUMDes Savings and Loans unit in Rawa Sekip Village, Kuala Cenaku District, Indragiri Hulu Regency, (2) What are the benefits of loan funds for beneficiaries of BUMDes Rawa Mapan Savings and Loans units in Rawa Sekip Village, Kuala Cenaku District, Indragiri Hulu Regency. Data collection techniques in this study are Questionnaire, Interview, and Documentation. The method of population collection and samples with Slovin techniques from 104 populations obtained 51 populations. From the findings in the field it can be seen that the loan fund program is not appropriate in the use of loan funds, which should be used as business capital but are used as daily necessities. This is due to the failure of the verification process to run optimally and the supervision of the business carried out and the existence of abuse and bad behavior by people who borrow loan funds. Abstract

Hospitality Bussiness competition is blooming nowadays especially in Pekanbaru. More hotels emerging could effect the bussines that direstly influence Tourism Industry. This increases the competition between hotels. Other than facility, service is also one of the many charms of a hotel. The more stars that a hotel have, the more quality the facility and service given by the hotel. As the forefront of service providing, Pekanbaru Grand Zuri’s have communication stategies on incerasing the proclivity rate to visit and providing good Hospitality Service experience from front office. The purpose of this research is to know the front office communication strategy on increasing the proclivity rate, determining communication target, to know the media used in communicating and forms of messages that is used.Researcher used quantitative method with fenomenology approach in this research. Data gathering method are through observation, interview, and documentation. Informant on this research are seven people taken by porposive sampling technique and consist of; 1 HRD officer, 4 front office members, and 2 hotel guest. Reseacher used analysis and interactive model to describe the results of this research and triangulation technique to check the validity of the data.The results of this research shows that the communication stategy implemented by the front officer of Grand Zuri Pekanbaru consist of; communicator stategy, target people, forms of messages, and communication media used. Comunicator strategy is the skill of communicator, experiences, and standart grooming as appealing factor. Target people are blue collar employee and corporate agreement with corporations, Messages to convey are mostly situational, informative and persuasive, and media used are face to face, electronics, social media, and ZHM.

Abstract

PT. The P & P Bangkinang is engaged in the rubber industry. The company's activities will produce products and waste, the product will be profitable for the company but waste can be detrimental to the surrounding community. Waste produced by PT. The Bang Pang P & P is solid, liquid (polluting the river ecosystem) and air pollution. The community is very disturbed by the company's operations because it produces a stinging rubber odor. Thus the research conducted aims to determine how communication management is carried out by PT. P & P Bangkinang in Handling Community Complaints Regarding Industrial Waste.This study used qualitative research methods. The subject of this study consisted of Management Representatives of PT. Bangkinang P & P 1 informant and 2 representatives from the community living around PT. The Bangkinang P & P was chosen by using Purposive Sampling techniques, data collection was used through interviews, documentation, and observation. And for checking the validity of the data the authors took part in and also tringulated. The results of the study show that (1) the planning of PT. The Bangkinang P & P for handling community complaints through internal company discussions, where the company establishes an approach process must be a priority in response to community complaints. (2) the implementation of complaints handling provided by the community on the operations of the PT. P & P Bangkinang Company, the direction of the process goes from top to bottom, namely the leader gives instructions to the Public Relations to negotiate community complaints regarding industrial waste. Abstract

The Department of Industry and Trade has the task of carrying out regional government affairs based on the principle of autonomy and assistance in the field of Industry and Trade and can be assigned to carry out the authority delegated by the government to the regions in the context of decentralization. Based on the data the researchers got when conducting research at the research location of the Department of Industry and Trade of Indragiri Hilir Regency regarding supervision regarding the prohibition of the sale of used clothing carried out by the Department of Industry and Trade, in the Manullang Supervision model theory, there were three variables that formed the link between Supervision and performance. namely Setting Standards, Conducting Measures of Assessment and Conducting Corrective Action, The research method used in this study is qualitative research. With the technique carried out, namely snow ball sampling, to the key informants in this study. In this writing, the informant was the Head of the Trade Department of the Department of Industry and Trade of Indragiri Hilir Regency, Secretary of the Department of Industry and Trade of Indragiri Hilir Regency. Then analyze the data and manage it. Based on the research and discussion that the researchers carried out in the field, it was found that Second hand Clothing Surveillance in Indragiri Hilir District had not been carried out optimally. This is because various factors that influence Supervision of this Regulation are difficult to carry out optimally.Keywords: Supervision, Used Clothing in Inhil District

Abstract

This research aims to determine the coordination system of work between receptionists and order takers in preparing room sales at Tjokro Pekanbaru Hotel. Coordination is the process of integrating activities that aim to produce an action to achieve a common goal in an organization.This research uses qualitative methods to examine the problems studied by making key informants as many as six people as resource persons, namely one Front Office Manager, one Housekeeping Manager, two Order Takers, two Receptionist people. While the data collection techniques in this study used observation, interviews and documentation.Based on the results of the research that has been done, for the whole of the results of the interview answers said that the coordination of work between Receptionist and Order Taker is sufficiently implemented, but still needs to be improved.Keywords : Coordination, Receptionist, Order Taker

Abstract

This research was carried out in the Mansionkids Daycare in Pekanbaru. The background of raising this issue of modernity shifts the role of mothers who should be housewives into career women whose time is more outside than at home with children. the number of working mothers and the rise of urban child care parks is interesting for writers to examine. This thesis aims to analyze whether the mother's role has been replaced by caregivers when the child is in a day care center after the parents' motivation in entrusting the child there. this research is a qualitative research with a descriptive approach. The data used are primary and secondary methods. Data collection techniques were carried out by the method of observation, interviews, and documentation all of which answered the problems of researchers regarding the role of child care parks for working women. The informants of this study were four caregivers and four mothers who left their children based on a class that was opened for children. based on the results of this study, it was found that the role of socialization and protection proved to be able to replace the role of mothers at home. It's just that the affective role is judged to be lacking because of the lack of caregivers to care for children. as for the motivation of mothers to leave their children at Mansionkids Daycare is a place that is close to work and home, works 8 hours and no one takes care of, a safe and comfortable day care park, better socialization of children, and a menu that fulfills nutrition for child.Keywords: Role, Motivation, Child Care Center

Abstract

Internet technology is growing, all internet-based average orientation activities, and many applications began to be developed and utilized in everyday life. Relating to the development of the internet and communication technology currently affects all fields, including the opening of channels of information and communication in all aspects. One of them is within the scope of the Police, this is very important to be applied as a means of delivering information and improving services through an android-based application. Crime in Pekanbaru is a problem that will never end. In order to overcome the problem of criminality and as a way to increase service, Polisi Resor Kota Pekanbaru created the Zapin Police application that serves to provide complaints information services. This research aims to determine the strategies of communicators, audience strategy, Message planning and media selection Polisi Resor Kota Pekanbaru in socialize Zapin Police application.This research uses qualitative research methods with the presentation of descriptive analysis, namely by describing the state of the subject or object of research based on the facts that appear. The informants in this research were 6 people taken based on purposive techniques. The data collection technique used is semi structured interview, non-participant observation and documentation of drawings, notes and photographs of activities carried out by the Polisi Resor Kota Pekanbaru relating to this research. The interactive data analysis model the author uses to describe the results of the research in data analysis techniques and for checking the validity of the data the researcher uses the triangulation technique and the extension of participation.The results of the research showed that the communication strategy of the Polisi Resor Kota Pekanbaru chose a communicator in disseminating the Police Zapin application, which had credibility and power. Determination of the target audience, namely the entire community of the city of Pekanbaru, especially those who have an Android smartphone and have a resident card (KTP), the placement of the target audience is divided into 3 segments, namely institutions / agencies, youth and the general public. Message planning is used directly to the core of the message, and through 2 message organizing formats namely topical format, spatial format and problem solving. Then the media selection is divided into media personally, namely directly and nonpersonally through mass media and group media.Keyword : Communication Strategy, Criminality, The Police Zapin Application

Abstract

This research was conducted at Sanggar Bina Tasik, Pangkalan Kerinci District, Pelalawan Regency. The background of raising this research is because Sanggar Bina Tasik is an art community that exists in Pangkalan Kerinci, has been established for 10 years and has participated in national and international events. The researcher is interested in seeing the relevance of this with social capital consisting of trusts, networks and norms. This thesis aims to describe the social capital in the Bina Tasik studio, and to find out the elements of social capital in maintaining the existence of the Bina Tasik studio. This research is a qualitative research with a descriptive approach. The data used in the form of primary and secondary data, as well as data collection techniques carried out by the method of observation, interviews, and documentation of all things that answer the problems regarding social capital research in the Bina Tasik studio. The informants of this study consisted of members and parties who had a cooperative relationship with the Bina Tasik studio. Based on the results of the research, social capital plays a role in maintaining the compactness of members of the Bina Tasik Studio, maintaining Existence, building Networks, and improving the quality of the Bina Tasik Studio. The existence of elements of social capital (trusts, networks and norms) makes the Bina Tasik studio capable of binding its members to a compactness, so that this community is able to maintain and maintain its existence. The element of social capital that has the most role in the development process of the Tasikmalaya studio is the element of trust.Keywords: Social Capital, Trust, Network, Norm

Abstract

This study is an elaborate study of the Influence of Investment PT Aquafarm Nusantara for North Sumatera Economic Growth (2008-2010). The purpose of this study was to clarify the effect of foreign investment on economic growth in North Sumatera . According to Krugman is the Capital of Foreign Direct Investment is the flow of international capital from a country where companies establish or expand his company in another country. PT Aquafarm Nusantara is a multinational company from Switzerland engaged in the fisheries sector. PT Aquafarm has expanded its business in Indonesia since 1988 and decided to expand its business to North Sumatra since 1998.This research was developed based on the framework of neoliberalism perspective that is supported by the theory of foreign direct investment, as well as the level of analysis using multinational coorporationi as the main actor in international relations. The concept leads to qualitative methods and the study of literature as a source of information.The results of this study found investment by PT Aquafarm Nusantara to influence several sectors of economic growth in North Sumatra, among others, the development of investment value in the fisheries sector, increasing North Sumatra's economic growth by increasing foreign investment, reducing unemployment, reducing poorness in North Sumatra. Abstract

This research was conducted in Sungai Linau Village, Siak Kecil Subdistrict, Bengkalis Regency with the aim to find out the Village Consultative Body Partnership with the Village Head in Accelerating Development as well as the factors that influence the partnership between the Village Head and BPD Sungai Linau Village, Siak Kecil District, Bengkalis Regency. The type of research used was descriptive qualitative, researchers used informants with informant retrieval using purposive sampling technique, the informants in this study were the Village Head of Sungai Linau, Head of the Sungai Linau BPD, Sungai Linau Village Head, and village communities. Research data collection techniques through observation, interviews, documentation and literature review. Analysis of data from the results of interviews and observations obtained are then recorded and collected so that it becomes a field note. The results of the study concluded that the village head with his device and BPD with residents in his area partnered with each other in developing the village. The BPD brings the aspirations of the community and together with the village head makes village regulations in realizing aspirations while overseeing the running of the village administration. Factors influencing the partnership between the Village Head and BPD of Sungai Linau Village, Siak Kecil Subdistrict, Bengkalis Regency, namely lack of transparency, lack of involvement of the BPD, lack of communication from Chief Village. For this reason, it is recommended to review concerning the system of accountability of the Village Head, increasing the capacity of individuals and organizations for BPDs, Village Heads and Village Secretaries and other village officials through continuous training. Good cooperation between the Village Government and other village institutions is needed, such as the Village Consultative Body and also with the community involved in it.Keywoard : Partnersip, Village Developme
