Abstract

This study relates to the Village based on Law No. 6 of 2014 concerning Villages, then based on Government Regulation No. 43 of 2014 concerning the implementation of Law No. 6 of 2014 the implementation of village escort duties in Deluk Village Bantan District, Bengkalis Regency based on Ministerial Regulation Village No. 3 of 2015 concerning Village assistance, as an activity to carry out community empowerment actions through village assessment, organization, direction and facilitation. This study discusses how the implementation of mentoring tasks in Deluk Village, Bantan District, Bengkalis Regency in 2015-2016, what are the inhibiting factors Village assistants in carrying out community empowerment programs, the purpose of this study is to find out the implementation of mentoring tasks in the Village of Deluk, Bantan Sub-District, Bengkalis Regency in 2015-2016, to determine the inhibiting factors of village assistance in carrying out community empowerment programs. This type of research is qualitative, to describe the real conditions in the field systematically and accurately related to the field based on certain facts (information). The method of data collection is done by interview, documentation, and observation in the field. The results of the study explained that the village bureaucracy in the Delux Village was quite clear regarding the task of implementation both for the PLD (Village Local Companion) through the SOP (Standard Operating Procedure) from the Center and Village Facilitators from the District through the Technical Guidelines, in terms of fieldwork there are Village facilitators who are not optimal in carrying out their duties. For communication Village Facilitators in Desa Deluk have coordinated well which can be seen from the attendance of the coordination meetings conducted. For Village Assistance Resources, they have understood the main tasks and functions, but specifically for PLD, they have not played an optimal role in the Village. Factors that can be a barrier to Village facilitators in carrying out their tasks are the lack of support from the community and the Village Government and the quality and quantity of Village Facilitators themselves. Abstract

Corporate social responsibility (CSR) is basically a need for corporations to interact with local communities. Corporate needs to adapt in order to get social benefits from their relationship with the local community, namely in the form of trust. In implementing CSR, a culture that is based on adaptive ethics is needed. This study aims to determine the implementation of Corporate Social Responsibility. PT. Partnership Program Angkasa Pura II (Persero) Pekanbaru Branch in Increasing the Success of UMKM in Pekanbaru City, knowing the mechanism for implementing the internal CSR partnership program of PT. Angkasa Pura II and knowing the implementation of the external CSR partnership program of PT. Angkasa Pura II (Persero) Pekanbaru Branch in increasing the success of UMKM. This study uses qualitative research methods using the Symmetrical Two Way Model. The research subjects consisted of 7 informants who were selected through a purposive technique. Data collection is done through interviews, observation and documentation. To do data analysis using interactive models Miles and Huberman. As well as checking the validity of the data using triangulation techniques The results of this study indicate the implementation of CSR in the PT. Angkasa Pura II runs smoothly starting from the initial concept of CSR in partnership programs specifically for UMKM players whose businesses are developing, have business licenses and are located in the city of Pekanbaru and its surroundings. First, the internal implementation mechanism of CSR on the PT. Angkasa Pura II in increasing success begins from the stage of submitting proposals by UMKM actors, then surveying the business location by the PKBL unit. Furthermore, after being accepted for the submission and decided to become a fostered partner, a loan agreement is signed from the UMKM actor and PT. Angkasa Pura II. Second, the external implementation mechanism of CSR in the PT. Angkasa Pura II in increasing success, will be conducted seminars and entrepreneurship training, mentoring and then some of the fostered partners will be included in exhibitions as promotional media in the city of Pekanbaru. The determinants of the success of the program are inseparable from local community support and community participation in this program. There were no significant obstacles in the implementation of the program but there were still people who did not know about this program.Keyword : Implementation, Corporate Social Responsibility, UMKM, Success

Abstract

Stimulus response is a simple learning principle, where effects is a reaction to a particular stimulus. Thus it can be understood there is a connection between the message to the media and the reaction of the audience. Based on data taken from Taylor Nelson Sofres (TNS), a research and analysis from the UK. In addition to the number of users instagram, TNS revealed 45 percent of users in Indonesia admitted often buy things they encounter in instagram. TObjective of this study was to determine how much influence the motives instagram social media entrepreneurship.Reserch using quantitative research methods, techniques collecting data through questionnaires make use of a questionnaire and meet with the respondent by the number of respondents, 96 people were determined through accidental sampling technique, using a formula unknown population.The results of this study indicate that social media instagram significantly affect entrepreneurship motive Riau University students. This is evidenced by tcount of value is 5.900 with significance tcount 0,000. Tcount greater than ttable namely 5.900> 1.985. The value of the coefficient of determination(R2) obtained by 0.520 and the coefficient of determination (Rsquare) amounted to 0,270 the result of squaring the correlation coefficient of 0.520 x 0.520. The figure shows that the influence of social media understanding of the motives instagram Riau University student entrepreneurship by 27.0% in the low category. The independent variable (Social Media Instagram) contributed 27.0% of the dependent variable (Motive entrepreneurship) while the remaining 73.0% is influenced by other variables that are not incorporated into this study as well as conventional sales.Keywords: Entrepreneurship, Social Media Effect, Motive

Abstract

This research was conducted in Labuh Baru Barat Sub District, Payung Sekaki District, Pekanbaru City. Issues of the research are (1) how the social network forms between scavenger, used containers, and factory agent? (2) what factors influence the closeness of relationships in social network between scavengers and container used goods and container used goods with factory agent? The purpose of researc is to determine the form of social networks that occur between scavengers, container used goods, and factory agent. To find out the relationship of closeness that occurs between scavengers with container use goods and container use goods with factory agent. The sample determination technique was determined by purposive sampling because the author had determined a number of subject criteria to be carried out as many as 5 second hand containers and 5 scavengers. The author uses qualitative research conducted by the author is descriptive qualitative research with data collection technique namely observation, interviews, documentation, and literature study. The type of research conducted by author is descriptive qualitative research. The result from field say that the form of a social network that holds used goods in Labuh Baru Barat Sub District of Payung Sekaki District is a horizontal and vertical network. The form of attachment in social network is the production relationship, relationship between accounts receivable debt, personal relationships, relationship in freight forwarding, payment relationship, hospitality relationship, and solidarity in used goods collection.Keyword: Social Network, Second Hand Container

Abstract

This research aims to analyze the Business Enterprise Development Bank Trash On Micro small medium (case studies On Waste Bank Mastermind Collection at Pekanbaru). In the Business Development Bank Trash Mastermind Collection, has undergone various changes the pattern of business development. Changes in the pattern of business development is done because some of the efforts the mastermind Collection not previously in accordance with the long-term business needs. Source data obtained directly from the key informant interview process to get accurate information.In determining the subject will be examined, researchers using a purposive sampling technique. Purposive sampling technique of sampling means intentionally. That is, the researcher determines its own samples taken since there are certain considerations. So, the sample taken randomly, but not determined by researchers. The method in this research is descriptive analysis that describes an overview of research on the variable, and then accompanied by a decipherment based on research results, data reduction stage, the presentation of data, as well as the withdrawal of the conclusion to further sharpen the writing of the results of this research.The study concluded that development of the mastermind collection focused on the renewal of the product. Where every product will be tailored to the needs of consumers. To support the development of long-term, Puppeteer also collaborated with various agencies concerned. The cooperation efforts rated as one of the driving factors are very good for the development of the mastermind Collection. The driving factors of business development the mastermind collection lies in the participation of the community and the availability of raw materials, as well as government support. Still the existence of public participation provide a positive influence for the continuation of the process of recycling the garbage container. Factors that hinder the development of the mastermind collection lies in the limitation of production time, awareness of the environment and mission of the mastermind collection of low as well as the commitment of the workers is very low.Keywords: Product, Human Resources, Network Marketing

Abstract

Social Security Administrator (BPJS) is a Public Legal Entity that is tasked with organizing National Health Insurance for all Indonesians. National Health Insurance (JKN) is a Government program that aims to provide a comprehensive guarantee of health insurance for all Indonesians to be able to live healthy, productive and prosperous lives. The low participation of National Health Insurance is recognized by BPJS. Because the number of participants is still low, a strategy is needed to increase the participation of the National Health Insurance. Theoretical concepts used is SWOT Analysis in the Strategic Management book by Sondang P. Siagian to determine the right strategy to overcome the problem. This study uses qualitative methods with descriptive data assessment. In collecting data, researcher used three types of activities in qualitative data analysis, namely : data reduction, data model, drawing/verification conclusions. The results of the study show that the Social Security Administrator (BPJS) in its entirety has not been able to increase number of participants the National Health Insurance in Siak Regency. Factors that influence are the economic condition and awareness of the society. It is expected that the BPJS of Siak Regency will apply more strategies to attract the interest of the society.Keywords: Strategy, Health Social Security, Program

Abstract

This research was conducted in Bagan Batu, Bagan Sinembah, Kabupaten Rokan Hilir. The problem studied was the form of cooperation carried out by the Chinese community with the local community in Bagan Batu and how the adaptation between the Chinese community and the local community in Bagan Batu. The purpose of this study was to find out how the form of cooperation carried out by the Chinese community with the local community in Bagan Batu and to find out how the adaptation between the people of Tionghoa and the local community in Bagan Batu. The sample in this study is 9 (nine) where the local community 5 (five) people and 4 (four) Chinese communities. In this study researchers used the theory of cooperation and adaptation. The author uses descrivtive qualitative research method, namely, describes the phenomena that occur in the field according to the actual situation with the procedure of problem solving based on circumstances as it is. Simple random sampling writing technique is a data collection technique suitable for this study, where Simple Random Sampling is technique chosen randomly, this method can be taken if the analysis of research tends to be descrivtive or general in nature. From the results of this study the form of cooperation in Bagan Batu is in the form of cooperation in the field of economics, especially in the field of trade and social field.Keywords: Cooperation, Chinese Community, Local Community

Abstract

This research was conducted at , as for the purpose of this study was to determine the effect of service quality and corporate reputation to patient statisfaction at Mother and Child Hospital Eria Bunda Pekanbaru. Service quality and corporate reputation as the independent variable (X1X2) while the cost patient statisfaction as the dependent variable (Y). The problem in this research was the patient that expirience fluctuation. Seen from the presentation the list of the development of a patient in the last 5 year. The research sample was taken of 100 respondents of the population was calculated using the Slovin formula. The data was getting from the questionnaire and subsequently processed to then be tested with statistics through SPSS. From the results which shows that service quality and corporate reputation have a positive and significant impact on patient statisfaction at Mother and Child Hospital Eria Bunda Pekanbaru.Keywords: Service Quality, Corporate Reputation and patient statisfaction.

Abstract

Supervision is the way of company to inprove the quality of employess work result. This research aimed to describe the application of supervisory task of the housekeeping department at Fave Hotel Pekanbaru. Related to supervision and performance avaluation and coordinate work for employees. Supervisor must strive to maintainthe stability of employees relations within management so as to create a conducive environment and also the communication with employees. In this research uses a qualitative method. Data was collected by using observation, interviews, and documentation. Here the researcher conducted an inteview with a housekeeping supervisor. The results show that the supervisory at Fave Hotel Pekanbaru is fair on the division of work tasks. And it can be concluded that supervisor must be able to provide good examples of their employees and able to solve a problem quickly and accurately.Key words : Supervision, Coordination, Evaluation, Briefing

Abstract

Siak Hulu Subdistrict is the region with the highest target of receiving land and building tax in Kampar Regency in 2016, but in reality the land and building tax receipts in the area are still relatively low. Pangkalan Serik Village is one of the villages in Siak Hulu Subdistrict with the realization of the lowest land and building tax revenue in 2016 so that it can be said that the Kampar Regency Regional Regulation No. 11 of 2011 concerning Rural Land and Building Taxes and Municipalities is not well implemented in the region. The purpose of this study is to describe the implementation of the Kampar District Regulation No. 11 of 2011 concerning Rural and Urban Land and Building Taxes in Pangkalan Serik Village in 2016 and the factors that contribute to the implementation of the Kampar District Regulation Number 11 of 2011 concerning Land and Building Taxes in Rural Areas and Urban in Pangkalan Serik Village in 2016. The method used in this study is a qualitative approach with descriptive analysis method. The results showed that the implementation of the Kampar District Regulation Number 11 of 2011 concerning Land and Building Taxes for Rural and Urban Areas in Pangkalan Serik Village in 2016 had not been effective. Although in terms of communication, resources, the attitude of the implementor, and the organizational structure has supported the policy, the clarity of information for the community has not been achieved. The inhibiting factor in the implementation of this policy is the limited facilities and infrastructure as well as the low public awareness in paying taxes.Keywords: Policy Implementation, Public Policy
