Abstract

This research aims to explain about the Implementation of Denmark Environmental Support Programme phase III (ESP3) in Harapan Rainforest (Jambi Province and South Sumatera Province). ESP3 is the third Environmental Support Programme implemented in Indonesia by Government of Indonesia and Government of Denmark (DANIDA) and Harapan Rainforest is the first forest in Indonesia to be managed under an ‘Ecosystem Restoration’ License which mandate the concession holders to manage the forest for restoration instead of logging. This research uses the Perspective of Green, the level of analysis of nation states, Theory of International Cooperation and the concept of Sustainable Development Goals. The method used is a qualitative research method. This analysis is based on data obtained from literature studies. Writer uses data drawn from collection of Journals, Book, and Internet. The results of the research in this paper are implementation of ESP3 in Harapan Rainforest (2013-2018) is with support from DANIDA to Harapan Rainforest in the form of technical support and funding grant. The support Danida to Harapan Rainforest is for helping infrastructure, Forest and biodiversity Restoration, agroforesty practices, research and development, law enforcement, collaborations with communities borders and support for Batin Sembilan communityKeyword : Environmental Support Programme phase III (ESP3), Danish International Development Agency (DANIDA), Harapan Rainforest.

Abstract

In an effort to conserve the Lake Maninjau area the Regional Government stipulates the Regional Regulation of Agam Regency Number 5 in 2014 concerning the management of preservation of the Lake Maninjau Area. Agam Regency Government conducts 6 stages and has 10 priority agendas to preserve the Lake Maninjau area and many regional device organization involved in the implementation, but in the implementation abstacles and problems area still found. The aim of this study was to find out how the implementers and the factors that inhibited the implementation of Agam Regency Regulation Number 5 in 2014 concerning the management of preservation of the Lake Maninjau area. The theoretical concept used is Public Policy Implementation according to Grindle. This study uses qualitative research with a phenomenological approach. In data collection, researchers used interviewing, observation,and documentation techniques. By using a purposive sampling technique as a source of information and data analysis. The results of this study indicate that the process of implementing Agam Regency Regulation Number 5 in 2014 concerning the management of preservation of the Lake Maninjau area has not run well as evidenced by still many Floating Net Cages (FNC) found on Lake Maninjau. it requires a lot of funds for the preservation of the Lake Maninjau area, and the absence of Lake Maninjau zoning issued by the provincial government, and the growth of floating net cages at Lake Maninjau funded by investor. Whereas in Regional Regulation of Agam Regency Number 5 in 2014 concerning the management of preservation of the Lake Maninjau area, Article 7 stipulates how many Floating Net Cages (FNC) can be used on Lake Maninjau.Keyword: Policy, Implementation, Sustainability of Lake Maninjau Area

Abstract

Controlling Building Permit is one of the problems that often occurs in the city of Pekanbaru. Shophouse building owners are found to have no Building Permit. Although the government of Pekanbaru City gave authority to the One Stop Investment and Integrated Service Service to supervise the Shop Houses building, but the supervision of Building Construction Permits was still well implemented. The purpose of this study is to find out how the supervision of Building Shop Houses Permit for 2017-2018 in Pekanbaru City and the factors that become obstacles to the supervision. The theory used in this study is the Manullang theory which has an indicator that is setting standards, making judgments and making corrective actions. The research method used is a type of qualitative research with a case study method with data collection techniques through interviews, observation, and documentation. The selection of research informants used a purposive sampling technique. The results of this study indicate that there are factors that influence the Supervision of Building Permits for Shop Houses in Pekanbaru City. These factors are inadequate human resources and low community participation in building construction permits.Keywords : Controlling, Building Permit, Shophouse

Abstract

As an organization engaged in the field of public services, especially registration and identification of motorized vehicles, payment of motor vehicle tax and donations of compulsory traffic accidents and office roads with Samsat also need to be monitored and controlled in order to always provide excellent service to the community as service users. Therefore researchers want to see institutional governance in the service of paying tax and transfer fees for motorized vehicles in the Pasaman District Samsat Office. The formulation of the problem from this study is how is institutional governance in the service of paying tax and transfer fees for motorized vehicles in the Joint Office of SAMSAT (One Roof Single Administration System) of Pasaman Regency in 2016-2017? and what factors are hindering institutional governance in the payment services for motor vehicle tax and transfer fees in the Joint Office of SAMSAT (One Roof Single Administration System) of Pasaman Regency in 2016-2017?. This study uses a qualitative research approach with a type of descriptive research. Data collection techniques used were interviews and documentation. Data analysis is limited to data processing techniques or facts obtained by developing categories that are relevant to the purpose of research and interpretation by referring to appropriate theories. The results showed that governance in the Pasaman regency samsat office was well-run, but there were only a number of obstacles, namely the use of information and communication technology that was not optimal, community participation was still lacking, work units were interrelated, and the image of the community in samsat it is convoluted and takes a long time.Keywords: Governance, Services, Vehicle Taxes

Abstract

This research was carried out in the village of Indragiri Hulu Regency Gutter Jerinjing. The purpose of this research is to know the role of customs in the implementation of dance fabrics in the implementation of the gadget in the village of Talang Jerinjing. Topic the focus of this research is to know the meaning of each of the symbols used on the dance fabrics in the implementation of the gadget in the village of Talang Jerinjing. The sample in this research totalled 5. The author uses qualitative methods and use techniques the taking of purposive sampling. Data instruments are observation, interview and documentation. From the research that is done, the author finds there are several meanings of Dance Fabrics On Gawai Talang Mamak Tribes i.e. Marriage as follows: motion, movement in the dance of the fabric means that all existing in motion dance fabrics, cannot be separated from elements the beauty and also the cultural values of the indigenous Talang Mamak tribes especially for brides who marry. In the property, property in dance Fabrics should be equipped, namely: cloth Gloves, cloth themselves aprons/Off/Tarap and Headband/head of Tapas. If the third object does not complete then it's effect on the bride. Many of the result obtained and felt on this custom event if the bride does not comply with the established customs that his life ntah not harmony. In music, dance Fabrics For the use of this instrument only as a counterpoint to the dance. However, in the procession of the second use of the Gadget's own instrument effect on brides who are getting married. One of them at a time when food named this sdah arise from migration is finished cooking, and was about to be brought into the home is obliged to emit music. Therefore the last historically otherwise sounding music, later susatu the moment the bride have children, children belonging to them that no hearing/sensitive. Abstract

Industrial development is now increasingly rapid which is followed by the advancement of science and technology. developments in the industrial sector also have a negative impact, namely in the form of industrial waste which if not managed properly in accordance with the SOP that has been determined will have an impact on environmental balance. Can be seen from the occurrence of problems of air pollution, water pollution, and land pollution. Considering the high potential of pollution caused by the waste of the oil palm industry, which if not properly managed by the waste, supervision is needed on the management of this industrial waste. Monitoring of industrial waste is carried out so that there are no deviations that can cause environmental pollution. The supervision at the Environmental Agency in Indragiri Hulu Regency is still not optimal. The purpose of this study is to see how the environmental pollution is monitored (a case study of palm oil industry waste in Indragiri Hulu Regency) and what are the factors that become obstacles to supervision in the Indragiri Hulu Regency Environmental Agency. This research was conducted in Indragiri Hulu Regency. The theory used in this study is the Manullang theory which has three supervisory indicators, namely setting standards, taking assessment actions, and carrying out corrective actions. The results of this study indicate that the supervision of the Department of Environment is still not optimal, the lack of socialization and the standard time in conducting direct supervision of the field which is still considered ineffective and also the factors that inhibit supervision by the Environmental Agency of Indragiri Hulu Regency are human resources, funds or costs and community participation.Keywords : Supervision, Environmental Agency

Abstract

Thish research was conducted at Rumah Makan Sinar Muda Cabang Panam. This business is engaged in culinary Padang food. The purpose of this research is to formulate a competitive strategy formulation on Rumah Makan Sinar Muda Cabang Panam using SWOT analysis techniques. This research is a descriptive research with a qualitative approach, where in this study only uses key informants to get the information needed. The types of data sources used in this study are primary data, namely data obtained through direct interviews. From the results of the analysis it can be seen that there are several alternative strategies that can be used as a tool to win competition in the culinary business of Padang cuisine. Abstract

Penelitisn aims to determine the effect of Profitabolitas and Leverage on Stock Price at automotive sub-companies and Components listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange. Profitability is used as independent variable (X) that is with indicator Return On Asset (ROA), and Leverage with indicator that is Debt to Equity Ratio (DER). While used as the dependent variable (Y) is Price Earning Price Earning Ratio (PER). This research used secondary data that is financial report of Automotive and Components sub sector that listed in Indonesia Stock Exchange (BEI). Sampling was done by sampling the samples used were 12 Automotive and Component sub sector. The technique used is simple linear regression, multiple linear regression, coefficient of determination test, t test, and f test. Data analysis using linear regression analysis with SPSS 21 software. From result of research indicate that variable of Profitability and Leverage partially (t test) does not have an effect on Stock Price in Automotive sub sector and Component company listed in Indonesia Stock Exchange (BEI). The result of simultaneous research (Test f) shows that there is no influence of Profitability and Leverage variable on Stock Price in Automotive and Component sub sector companies listed in Indonesian Stock Exchange.

Abstract

Tourism is very popular with all people including parents because by traveling, everyone gets their own satisfaction and comfort. The beach is a tourist destination that is suitable for recreation with family, for that it is necessary for groups to develop coastal attractions. Pokdarwis or Tourism Awareness Group formed by the government aims to develop and explore the tourist destinations of Tanjung Lapin Beach. Pokdarwis carries out its duties in accordance with government regulation number 10 of 2009 concerning developing tourism. This study aims to determine the development of Tanjung Lapin Beach Tourism Objects supported by Pokdarwis, to find out the tourism communication strategies carried out by Pokdarwis and government communication in empowering Pokdarwis. This study used qualitative research methods. The research subjects were five people selected using purposive techniques, informants in this study were three people from Tanjung Punak Village Office North Rupat District, Tourism Awareness Group and from the adat institution Tanjung Punak Village Rupat Utara District, Tourism Office, culture , youth and sports as well as from the community as supporting informants. Data collection is done through interviews, observation and documentation. Data analysis techniques by reducing data, collecting data, presenting data, drawing conclusions and evaluations using the technique of checking the validity of the data, namely the extension of participation and triangulation. The results of this study indicate that the tourism communication strategy of Tanjung Lapin Beach, Tanjung Punak Village, North Rupat Subdistrict, Bengkalis Regency, is to make people aware of the importance of maintaining and cleaning the natural environment around the coast, socializing coastal destinations, making tourism objects superior in North Rupat and developing processed snacks. Tanjung Punak as a tourist souvenir, and use the media as a place for tourism promotion. Empowerment carried out by the Regional Government of the Bengkalis Regency Tourism, Culture, Youth and Sports Office by conducting training, fostering Pokdarwis, taking on the role of beach owner, hiring beach cleaners and promoting the beach through websites and social media.

Abstract

The development of technology and information in modern times makes people not free to use technology in their lives, one of them is for trading business. The use of technologies such as the internet can make it easier to introduce the products or services of target audiences. In conducting online promotions through the internet, social media is the most widely used media to promote products or services because it is easy, fast, and efficient. One of the most widely used social media is Instagram. Bogas Delivery Service is one of Pekanbaru's local online motorcycle taxi services that uses online promotions on Instagram. The purpose of this research is to find out how much influence online promotion on Instagram @bogardeliveryservice social media accounts for purchasing decisions on the use of the online motorcycle taxi service Bogar Delivery Service.This research is a quantitative research using regression analysis. The independent variable in this study is online promotion while for the dependent variable is the purchase decision. The population in the study are all followers of @bogardeliveryservice accounts totaling 7,195. According to the Isaac and Michael sample tables with an error rate of 10%, the number of samples is 261 people. The sampling technique in this study used a random sampling technique. The technique of collecting data using questionnaires and documentation. Feasibility test of each instrument using validity and reliability test. Meanwhile, for processing data using the SPSS Windows version 23 program.Based on the results of research on the effect of online promotion on purchasing decisions in the use of the Bogar Delivery Service motorcycle taxi service, the regression coefficient value is Y = 2.619 + 0.607X, with a significance level of 0.000 which is less than 0.05, meaning online promotion through media @bogardeliveryservice Instagram social has a big influence on the Bogar Delivery Service's online motorcycle taxi service purchase decision variables. The magnitude of the effect that occurs is equal to 53.8% and the remaining 46.2% is influenced by other variables not included in the study. With these results, in this study it was found that Ha was accepted and Ho was rejected.Keyword: Online Promotion, Social Media Instagram, Purchase Decisions
