Abstract

The research conducted at Distro Jenawi Oblong Riau Pekanbaruwhere located in Jl. Durian No. 2D, Simpang Pepaya, Sukajadi. The problem in this study is number of buyers has decreasing, percentage of target achievement has decreased, and  the failure of the company’s sales target has not been achieved, this study aims to determine the effect of store location and promotion on consumer buying interest at  Distro Jenawi Oblong Riau Pekanbaru. In this study use quantitive descriptive with SPSS program. The population in this is are consumers at  Distro Jenawi Oblong Riau Pekanbaru. The sampling technique chosen is slovin Formula with a sample 86 respondents. Hypothesis testing uses a simple linear analysis method and multiple analysis with result showing that store location and promotion have a positive and significant effect on consumer buying interest at  Distro Jenawi Oblong Riau Pekanbaru. With the calculation of the coefficient of determination (R2) store location on consumer buying interest the value of R square is 0,299 or 29,9% and promotion on consumer buying interest the value of R square is 0,278 or 27,8% and coefficient of determination (R2) store location and promotion on consumer buying interest the value of R square is 0,360 or 36%. This show that the location of store and promotion gives an effect of  36% on consumer buying interest at Distro Jenawi Oblong Riau Pekanbaru, while remaining 64% is effected by other variables that aee not examined in this study.                                    Key words: Store Location, Promotion, Consumer Buying Interest

Abstract

        The problem of garbage has become a public problem in Pekanbaru. Pekanbaru is the capital of Riau Province, which acts as the center of government, education, industry and trade. thus, giving birth to urbanization. Furthermore, the high urbanization flows and rapid growth in living standards in urban areas, caused the city of Pekanbaru to always experience an increase in population, result an increase in the quantity and complexity of waste. Therefore, in order to reduce waste in Pekanbaru, one of the efforts of Pekanbaru Government through the Office of Environment and Cleaning of Pekanbaru by recycling is managing waste into organic fertilizer (compost), the waste management site is known as the Compost Houses. This study aims to describe the implementation of waste management in the Compost Houses by the Department of Environment and Cleaning of Pekanbaru, then also to find out the factors that have not been optimal in the implementation of waste management in Compost Houses by the Department of Environment and Cleanliness Pekanbaru in 2017. The location of the study conducted in Pekanbaru, first at the office of the Environment and Cleaning Office Pekanbaru, second in 5 units of the Compost Houses. Furthermore, the technique of data collection is done by interviews and documentation. The results of this study are the implementation of waste management at the Compost Houses conducted by the Department of Environment and Cleanliness in Pekanbaru as an effort to reduce waste in Pekanbaru has not run optimally. This caused by several factors such as the lack of facilities and infrastructure in the Compost Houses and some of the conditions were not good, the attitude of the Implementers was not good, the budget was limited and the supervision from the Environment and Cleaning Office of Pekanbaru was responsible for waste management at the Compost Houses. Keywords : Waste Management, Compost Houses, Communication, Resources,   Disposition, Bureaucratic Structure

Abstract

 This research has intention to determine effect of religious education on the behavior of adolescent in mulya subur village pangkalan lesung distric pelalawan regency. Tenagee behavior is prayer and fasting, the behavior will be seen in three proportions namely the proportions of succes, the proportions of stimulus and the proportions of value. The theory used is a social axchange theory of George C. Humans. In this research the sample is some parents who have teenagers aged 12 – 21 years. The research design is descriptive quantitative with systematic random sampling approach. Data collection method is questionnaire, interviews and direct obsevasion. The analysis method is quatitative descriptive analysis presented in tables and then described in detail. From the result of the research conducted it is know that religious behavior in mulya subur village still enaogh. Religious education obtained by teenagers from parents and from TPA. Sometimes parents submit full child religious aducation to teacher at TPA, because of their look of understanding of religion. But with the teacher TPA can only provide education without being able to control the development of childrens nehavior at home. Keyword :Religious  Education, Teenage Behavior.

Abstract

             This research was conducted in Simpang Baru Urban Village,, Tampan Subdistrict, Pekanbaru City, with the aim of knowing parents' understanding of sex education and knowing how the application of sex education by parents in the Simpang Baru Subdistrict, Tampan District, Pekanbaru to children to prevent sexual harassment and crime in the city. Pekanbaru. This research is a quantitative descriptive study. The population in this study amounted to 1201 people, by counting samples using Slovin formula so that the number of samples obtained in this study were 92 respondents. The researcher used the Cluster Random Sampling method to determine the location of the sample and the determination of the sample was done by Snowball Sampling. To collect data, researchers used data collection of observational information, documentation, and interviews with questionnaires as interview tools. To analyze the research data, quantitative analysis was used and described descriptively. Based on the research that has been done, it can be concluded that of the 92 respondents in this study 70 of them had high levels of knowledge about sex education, which means that the majority of respondents already knew sex education well. And for the application of sex education from 92 respondents in this study 80 respondents among them had a high level of sex implementation. This proves that most respondents are aware of the importance of sex education and have applied this to children well Keywords: sex education, family

Abstract

This research was conducted at PT. The Indonesian Trade Company concerning Pesticide Products located on Jl. Nuri No. 19, Sukajadi Pekanbaru Riau. The problem in this study is not achieving the company's sales target in the fourth year and the percentage of achievement of sales targets has decreased in the last three years, this is thought to be influenced by interest in repurchasing. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of service quality and prices on the interest in buying back users of Pesticide products at Pt. Indonesian Trade Company. In this study the method used was quantitative descriptive with the SPSS program. The population in this study were consumers who had purchased pesticide products, amounting to 1320 consumers. Samples taken based on the method using the Slovin formula are 93 respondents. Hypothesis testing uses simple linear analysis method and multiple linear analysis with results showing that service quality and price have a positive and significant effect on buying interest in pesticide products at PPI. With a simple calculation of the coefficient of determination (R2) of service quality on repurchase interest obtained the value of R Square of 0.664 or 66.4% and the price of interest in repurchase obtained a value of 0.517 or 51.7 and the calculation of determination (R2) obtained by the value of R Square amounting to 0.665. This shows that service quality and price have an effect of 66.5% on the interest in buying back pesticide products at PT. PPI, while the remaining 33.5% is influenced by other variables not examined in this study Keywords: Service Quality, Price, and Interest in Repurchasing.

Abstract

 Based on the instruction of Kapolri Juklak/05/V/2003 dated 29 May 2003 concerning public education in the field of traffic that the education Program undertaken by the police in Riau, among other school security patrol, Police Goes To School and Goes to Campus, Sahabat Anak Police and Police Goes To Community as well as unorganized communities conducted by Polda Riau but in reality there are still many violations that occur especially students and students who Aged 16-30 years. The purpose of this research is the first of how the implementation of public education Program by Riau Police in 2017. Second to know the factors that affect the implementation of community education Program by the Riau Polda year 2017. The concept of the theory used by the authors is the implementation of the researcher Program using qualitative research with descriptive study. In collecting data, authors use interviews and observation techniques. Authors use informant as information as a source in the validity of data. The results of this study showed that the implementation of community education Program by Polda Riau in 2017 is still not maximal, evidenced increasing each year casualty accident and traffic violations. Factors affecting the implementation of community education programs include communication, resources, disposition and bureaucratic structure.  Keywords: Program implementation, community education

Abstract

This research was conducted at Jalan Cipta Karya Ujung District of Tampan, Pekanbaru City. The purpose of this study was to find out activities and analyze people's perceptions of Pasar Kaget activity  at Jalan Cipta Karya Ujung District of Tampan, Pekanbaru City. The focus of this research is about people's perceptions of Pasar Kaget at Jalan Cipta Karya Ujung District of Tampan, Pekanbaru City. Proporsional technique for sampling and determined a total sample of  30 traders and 87 buyers. The author uses quantitative descriptive methods and data instruments in this research are observation, questionnaires, and documentation. The study found that the Traders's Perception of Pasar Kaget activity on Cipta Karya Ujung Street which was higher was a negative perception with a percentage of 73.3%. And the buye’sr perception of the Pasar Kager activity on Cipta Karya Ujung Street wich was higher was a negative perception with the percentage of 79.3%. Keywords: Perception, Pasar Kaget

Abstract

This research was conducted in the bay village of  Meranti, a bay in Meranti Pelalawan District. The purpose of this study was to determine the characristics of Bono  river tourism and the socio economic impact of local communities, the  sample in this study amounted to 48 respondent. The outher uses the data instrument is questionnaire observation and documentation. From research conducted by authors found that socio economic income was minimal before the existence of the Bono River, and we can compare it after the existence of the Bono River. And the people in the Teluk Meranti Village rose 75% after  the Bono River.  And the Bono River, and the increase in visits of tourists from outside the city and from within the city, therefore the traders from outside the city and from within the city, therefore the traders and business owners of the community’s socio economic income are increasing  their social economic income.  Keywords: Social Economy Impact River Bono Tourism

Abstract

Tanjak Traditional Home Industry (Home Industry) in Batu Ampar Village, Kemuning District, Indragiri Hilir Regency. The purpose of this study was to find out how social capital and the conditions that support and inhibit the development of the Malay tanjak industry in Batu Ampar Village, Kemuning District, Indragiri Hilir Regency. The theory used is the theory of social capital proposed by Coleman consisting of kepaan, networks, social networks, values and norms. This type of research uses a descriptive qualitative approach with a case study method. This sub-research consisted of 7 people consisting of entrepreneurs and consumers who participated in the traditional Malay tanjak craft business. The data sources used were primary data sources and secondary data. Data collected by data collection techniques in the form of observation (Observation) and Inteview interviews. Analysis of the data used in this study with data collection techniques from various sources by including the source of the theory used in accordance with the phenomenon of social phenomena The results of this study are very important social capital in a company engaged in small industry or. networks, beliefs and norms that play a very important role in the construction of traditional crafts in Batu Ampar Village, Kemuning District, Indragiri Hilir Regency. The network is a link that connects one individual to another or between groups with other groups, has a positive impact moreover in supporting the acquisition of raw materials and marketing of traditional tanjak Melayu handicraft businesses. Trust is the basis for the intertwining of relationships between actors. others in the world of commerce. Relations based on trust will create good conditions in trading activities. Abstract

This paper is a study of economy policy that America takes in response to face up the crisis “Supreme Mortgage” which is caused by bankruptcy of the central bank due to lowering interest  rates at the lowest level, and it used by companies to build and sell homes to middle-class people who do not have adequate collateral to get housing loans, the impact arises when a lot of bad credit directly impacts the bankruptcy of several financial institutions. Quantitative Easing was created as a form of anticipation of the supreme mortgage crisis that occurred in America. This policy has a significant impact on countries that have economic relations that are close to America such as India.This study uses a liberal perspective which is then supported by the theory of  international cooperation. In international cooperation, an economic policy created by a country can affect the economic situation in other countries. The Quantitative Easing policy conducted by America as a solution to the situation of the Supreme Mortgage crisis in America also has an impact on the economic situation in India as one of the countries that has strong economic cooperation relations with America.The American Quantitative Easing policy is to overcome the Supreme Mortagage crisis. This policy is a monetary policy issued by a central bank, where the central bank pumps money into banks and financial institutions below it to encourage them to lend as much money.
