Abstract

 This research is an analysis of how Pematang Jaya BUMDes in Pematang Berangan Village develope the economy of the community in improving the economic welfare of the community. The purpose of this study is to find out how BUMDes empower the economy of the community in improving the welfare of the people of Pematang Berangan Village through a savings and loan program. Then how to use the loan funds by the community, as well as the factors that influence the return of loan funds from BUMDes Pematang Jaya. This research was conducted in Pematang Berangan Village, Rokan Hulu Regency, Riau Province.This research use desciptive quantitative approach. Data collection is done through interviews, observation and documentation. Sampling was done by purposive sampling, namely the sample used was residents who used loan funds with a total of 10% of 834 people, as many as 83 people. The results of this study, namely BUMDes Pematang Jaya, have greatly helped the community in the economic movement in Pematang Berangan Village. However, the use of community loan funds has not been maximized in using the funds so that it is not in accordance with the wishes of BUMDes and has resulted in the return of the loan being choked up.    Keyword: BUMDes, Community Economy, Pematang Berangan Village.

Abstract

This study aims to determine how much the influence of product quality and pricing to consumer satisfactiont. Sampels in this study were taken as many as 100 respondens and techniques used was pusposive sampling approach. The data in this study using survey method through questionnares filled by consumers. Data were obtained by using simple regression analysis dan multiple regression analysis. The result of this study show that product quality has a significant impact on consumer satisfaction Pricing has a significant impact on consumer satisfaction. and then simultaneously product quality and pricing have a significant impact on consumer satisfaction. Subsequent research is suggested to use other methods in researcing consumer satisfaction, for example through in-depth interviews of respondents. Keywords: Product Quality, Pricing And Consumer Satisfaction

Abstract

One-sided claim by the Chinese Government through the Nine-Dash Line and illegal fishing by neighboring countries such as Malaysia and Vietnam justify an obvious threat to Indonesian sovereignty with all the potential contained in it. Considering the emerging intensity of these illegal actions, several securitization attempts were needed for North Natuna Sea. This research was prepared using the perspective of Neorealism, the theory of securitization and the concept of maritime security. This research used descriptive qualitative research methods which the research data was obtained through literature review and interviews with relevant stakeholders. This research had been carried out in Jakarta for 4 months. The results of this research indicates that Indonesia had done a variety of securitization efforts e.g developing military and non-military aspects as well as conducting field operations. These attempts succeeded in enhancing the level of compliance, thereby reducing illegal actions in Indonesian waters and indirectly increasing the welfare of the people.Keywords: Sovereignty Claim, Illegal Fishing, North Natuna Sea, Military and Non-Military Development, Field Operations.

Abstract

The rise of drug trafficking in Rokan Hilir Regency is marked by the inclusion of Rokan Hilir Regency in the red zone of the danger of drugs, p stipulated by the National Narcotics Agency based on visible cases and local people who do not understand drug use against drugs, economic crush is also a factor to get a bigger income. In addition, it is easy to access drug entry through rat ports. The Rokan Hilir District BNK records that drug trafficking in Rokan Hilir is very worrying, because it not only targets the general public but also extends widely to children and school students, so Rokan Hilir Regency is currently classified as a drug emergency area. The purpose of this study was to determine the actions of the government of Rokan Hilir Regency in drug prevention and to know the inhibiting factors of the Rokan Hilir District Government in the prevention of drugs. The theory used in this study is the theory of Government Action. The research method used is a qualitative research method using descriptive methods. Based on the results of this study, 1) Rokan Hilir Regency does not yet have a regional regulation on drugs, 2) establishes BNK to carry out prevention in drug trafficking, 3) the government has not made a circular about drugs to ASN, but references to the dangers of drugs are included in the regulations Regent No. 21 of 2015 concerning the discipline of ASN employees, 4) there is no written planning through assignment letters, but the instruction is carried out informally such as the socialization of the dangers of drugs, 5) all forms of licensing including prevention of drug trafficking are made by DPMPTSP through delegation of authority from the Regent. Keywords: Government Actions, Drugs

Abstract

This research is entitled "Cultural Commercialization in the Context of Lumping Horse Art (Study in the Krido Turonggo Mulyo Circle) in Tarai Village, Build Mine District in Kampar Regency". The study was conducted in Tarai Bangun Village, Tambang Sub-District, Kampar Regency, which aims to find out the community profile on the Krido Turonggo Mulyo Horse Arts and the form of commercialization at the Seni Kuda Lumping Krido Turonggo Mulyo association. The method used in this research is Descriptive Qualitative research method, namely the discussion of this research is presented and analyzed in the form of a description of the words (descriptions) with a qualitative approach. This research is also supported by the implementation of in-depth interviews with informants (informants) that have been determined in advance by researchers. So from the results of the interview obtained information that is very supportive for the validity of the data that became the focus of this research. Based on the results of research in the art of Krido Turonggo Mulyo lumping horse, uniqueness and change has been found from time to time and has been able to establish a good relationship by being able to collaborate with one of the motorized vehicle products, namely Yamaha. Among the uniqueness is that there were found six members of the Batak and Minang horse lumping arts community totaling six people, one Minang tribe, then five Batak tribes. These changes can be seen in the possession aspect experienced by dancers who once looked terrible now are more entertaining and humorous. The collaboration with Yamaha is meant to carry out cooperative relations aimed at producing economy and services. So this is the form of commercialization between lumping horse art and Yamaha, even though the contract is in the form of (verbal). Keywords: Commercialization, Profile, and  Lumping Horse Art

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of product quality and prices on purchasing decisions of Honda Scoopy motorcycles (Study at PT. Mitra Pinasthika Mustika Motor Pekanbaru). Product quality as a variable (X1), Price as a variable (X2) and Purchase Decision as a variable (Y).The method in this study is quantitative with the SPSS program, where the sample used is motorcycle consumer Honda Scoopy at PT. Mitra Pinasthika Mustika Motor Pekanbaru as many as 98 respondents. Techniques for collecting data through questionnaires and secondary data. The results of the analysis used the validity test, reliability test, determination test, simple linear regression test, multiple linear regression test, t test and F test. The results showed that product quality partially affects purchasing decisions, prices partially influence purchasing decisions, so product quality and prices simultaneously have a positive effect on Honda Scoopy motorcycle purchasing decisions at PT. Mitra Pinasthika Mustika Motor Pekanbaru.  Keywords: Product Quality, Price and Purchasing Decision

Abstract

This research is entitled “Batak Women Palm Farm Workers in Dayun Subdistrict Siak Regency. This study describes the life of the Batak Women Farmers who carry out all their activities with a strong spirit in carrying out their roles in their lives. Being the head of the household or as an addition to the needs of the family, Batak women do not feel burdened what they have been given. The method used in this research is Descriptive Qualitative research method, which discusses this research presented and analyzed in the form of a description of words (descriptive) with a Qualitative approach. In addition, this research is also supported by the implementation of in-depth interviews with informants (informants) that have been determined by the researchers first. From the results of these interviews, the information obtained is very supportive for the validity of the data that is the focus of the research. Based on the results of the study, that the profile of the Batak Women Farmers run their roles like women as usual. However, Batak women who work as farm laborers apply differently to their families in carrying out their roles, in terms of persistence to work so that they can better send their children to school. In addition to working, Batak women also have high solidarity with their fellow Batak ethnic groups, when there are those who need help. Keywords : Batak Women, Farm Workers, In Dayun District

Abstract

This research aims to analyze organizational culture and work involvement and its effect on nurse organizational commitment at RSJ Tampan Pekanbaru. Organizational culture as a variable (X1), Job Involvement as a Variable (X2), and Organizational Commitment as a Variable (Y). The method in this study is descriptive and quantitative using the SPSS 23 program.the total population in this study was 127 nurses, the sample used was 56 respondents who choosen  by simple random sampling. Techniques for collecting data through questionnaires and interviews. The results of the analysis use validity test, t test and F test. So it can be concluded that organizational culture has a significant effect on nurse organizational commitment at RSJ Tampan Pekanbaru, work involvement has a significant effect on nurse organizational commitment at RSJ Tampan Pekanbaru, organizational culture and involvement work had a significant effect on nurses' organizational commitment at RSJ Tampan Pekanbaru. Keywords: Organizational Culture, Work Involvement, and Organizational                            Commitment

Abstract

Development is one of the most important aspects in a country. Development here is not only physical such as office buildings or physical infrastructure. But the intended development is various aspects of life, such as physical development, social development, economic development and many other developments. Likewise for city development which has not much different definitions for national development in general. In the development of settlement construction, precisely in the city of Pekanbaru, so far there have been many complicated problems. The purpose of this study was to determine the effectiveness of supervision of settlement development in Pekanbaru city and to find out the factors that influence the effectiveness of supervision of settlement development in Pekanbaru City. The theory used in this study is the effectiveness of supervision, settlement construction, spatial concepts. After conducting research, it was found that the effectiveness indicators of the supervision of settlement construction in Pekanbaru City were input, process, output, outcome. The factors that influence the effectiveness of supervision of settlement development in Pekanbaru are human resources and infrastructure inadequate as well as limitations and budget. The conclusion of the effectiveness of development supervision is that supervision by the office of spatial planning and building in carrying out its duties and functions is still not fully implemented, because there still need to be some improvements that must be considered. Abstract

The background of this research comes from the author's observation of the rampant drug abuse among women, the author looks at women who are serving a sentence in the Class IIA Women’s Penitentiary.  The formulation of the problem in this study is the factor that causes women to take drugs and awareness of drug-abusing women after being detained in Pekanbaru Class IIA Women's Penitentiary. The purpose of this study was to determine the factors that cause women to take drugs and to find out the awareness of women who use drugs after being detained. This study uses descriptive quantitative research methods, the population in this study were all women who were inmates aged 18-60 years with cases of drug abusers in Pekanbaru Class IIA Women's Penitentiary. The sample in this study amounted to 67 determinants of the sample obtained from using Slovin formula. The results showed that the factors that caused women to take drugs were the biggest factor causing women to take drugs were family environmental factors or by 76.1%, awareness of drug abusers women was quite large, as evidenced by the desire to stop taking drugs at 97.0% the awareness and deterrence of drug abusers after being detained at Pekanbaru Class IIA Women's Penitentiary. Keywords: women, drugs, women’s penitentiary
