Abstract

This research was conducted in residential Griya Savana Sukaramai Desa Tarai Bangun Kecamatan Tambang Kabupaten Kampar. With the aim to know the community participation in siskamling activities in housing Griya Savana Sukaramai. The problem in this research is 1. How the level of community participation in siskamling activities in housing Griya Savana Sukaramai 2. What factors influence the community participation in siskamling activities in housing Griya Savana Sukaramai. This research is a descriptive quantitative research. As for the population in this study is the residential community Griya Savana Sukaramai who do siskamling. Because the number of people who carry out siskamling activities have been know then in this study the author in the sampling technique used is the census. For data collection of researchers using interview methods, documentation and questionnaires. Data analysis of research result used quantitative analysis and in the writing described descriptively. Base on the result of the study can be concluded that community participation in siskamling activities is still high because most people are very active in activities siskamling. Factors influencing community participation in siskamling activities are the factors of awareness and willingness, age and work.Keywords : Participation, Siskamling, Tambang, Kampar

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of Compensation and Working Environment Employee Loyalty (Case Study PT. Capella Dinamik Nusantara Cab. Kandis). Compensation as a variable (X1), Environmental Working as a variable (X2) and employee loyalty as a variable (Y).The method in this research is descriptive and quantitative with program SPSS, where samples were used that all employees as many as 25 respondents. To determine the sample, this study used census techniques. Data collection through questionnaires.The study concluded that the variable compensation positive effect on employee loyalty, work environment positive effect on employee loyalty and significant influence between compensation and work environment on employee loyalty.Keywords: Compensation, environment work and employee loyalty

Abstract

Instagram is a social media that not only allows users to interact with other users, but can also be used as a spreader of various information. One form of social media used by netizens to spread information is Instagram. Exposure to messages on social media becomes a medium for disseminating information that has the potential to influence the awareness of behavior without going out among followers. The theory used in this study is the S-R (Stimulus-Response) theory. The purpose of this study is first, to determine whether there is a relationship between independent variables (information exposure) and dependent variables (behavioral awareness). Second, to find out how much influence the exposure to social media information is Instagram @indonesiatanpapacaran account towards awareness of behavior without dating among followers.This study uses quantitative research methods, with explanatory research types. Data collection techniques are through questionnaires using Google docs online to followers of @indonesiatanpapacaran Instagram account with a population of 691,000 and the number of samples is 100 which is determined by random sampling technique. Data analysis techniques in this study use simple linear regression analysis techniques and test determination, using SPSS 17 software.The results of this research showed the value of regression coefficient is Y=16,339 + 0,834X + e . The constant number (a) is 16,339 and the variable coefficient X is 0,834. Meanwhile t count 8.101, is higher compared to t tabel is to 1,660, with significance level 0,000 is smaller than α = 0,05. According to the statistical calculations obtained, the hypothesis for this research is Ha there is a medium effect between exposure to information (X) to the awareness of behavior without dating (Y). Then it means Ha accepted Ho rejected. Based on the tabel shows that the value of R = 0,633 and the coefficient of determination (Rsquare) is 0,401 result of the quadrate of coefficient correlation 0,633 x 0,633. This number indicates that the contribution of information exposure variable (X) to the awareness of behavior without dating (Y) is 40,1% which it can be conclude medium category. While the remainder is 59,9% influenced by other variables not included in this research.Kata Kunci: Exposure, Instagram, Behavior Awareness

Abstract

Game of sondok-sondok-an is traditional game of society go abroad Kuantan precisely traditional game of country of Sentajo. Game of sondok-sondok-an much the same to with game of petak umpet. So that game of this sondok-sondok-an is progressively enthused and do not be forgotten by children of ought to redefined traditional game to children so that them know any kind of traditional game exist in its area each. This research aim to to know social system elements and perception of old fellow to traditional game of sondok-sondok-an. Research location in Countryside of Muaro Sentajo District Sentajo Raya Sub-Province Kuantan Singingi. Analysis date in this research is analysis of desriptif qualitative. Result of research is social system elements at traditional game of sondok-sondok-an which consist of from 10 element that is knowledge or confidence, feeling, target of and target, norm, role and status, rank and level, influence or power, sanction, tension pressure and medium. the social system The tenth can at game of sondok-sondok-an. Perception of old fellow to game of sondok-sondok-an very good, where old fellow perception of game give influence which good to children if seen from way of game of sondok-sondok-an, role which is played in game of sondok-sondok-an, benefit game of sondok-sondok-an, and values exist in game of sondok-sondok-an so that the continuity of permianan of sondok-sondok-an require to be fought for by all side.

Abstract

This study aims to look at the Effect of Corporate Reputation and Quality Service Patient Satisfaction (Case Islam Ibn Sina Hospital Pekanbaru). The study was conducted with descriptive analysis method, by collecting 100 questionnaires data then tabulated into a table that is further described systematically and to determine which variables are most dominant in determining patient satisfaction by using SPSS 21:00 as data processing tools. Rated R Square of 0.667 which indicates that customer satisfaction is able to be explained by the company's reputation and the quality of services by 66.7% while the remaining 33.3% is explained by other causes. The influence of the company's reputation and quality of service to positive patient satisfaction, which means that every increase in the implementation of the company's reputation and the quality of service it will cause an increase in the patient satisfaction.Keywords: Corporate Reputation, Quality Service, Patient Satisfaction

Abstract

The Reforestation Fund in accordance with Government Regulation Number 35 of 2002 concerning the Reforestation Fund aims to finance the implementation of Forest Rehabilitation activities. The existence of the Reforestation Fund in the regions actually raises problems, from the beginning until 2017 it is not able to be utilized optimally, this is evidenced by the budget that always settles in the regional treasury. Not optimal absorption of Reforestation Funds has led to negative SiLPA, one of which is due to the limitations of local governments to use it. This study rests on theoretical analysis of Effectiveness, Efficiency, and Inhibiting Factors for Policy Implementation. Done with a qualitative approach and descriptive analysis.This study shows that the Reforestation Fund intended to finance the implementation of Forest Rehabilitation activities was not able to be utilized properly by the Pelalawan District Government. On the other hand the condition of the forest continues to be alarming and requires an effort to restore (Forest Rehabilitation). The Reforestation Fund should be potential enough if it is able to be used properly to finance these activities. In Government Regulation Number 35 of 2002 concerning Reforestation Funds, it is stated that the Reforestation Fund area is used only to finance reforestation and rehabilitation activities and supporting activities. The series of implementation of Forest Reahabilitation is not only at the reforestation stage, including the cost of procuring equipment, accessing locations and so on. Reforestation funds are not allowed to be used other than reforestation activities for which the government needs to provide other budgets. Strict rules and no technical instructions for using them in detail are also often a source of problems for regions in using the budget. By reason of not wanting to take risks and lack of effort and regional commitment, the Reforestation Fund was allowed to settle into a large number of SiLPA.Keywords: Reforestation Funds, Utilization of Reforestation Funds, Forest Rehabilitation

Abstract

This research is a study of the constraints of Indonesian areca nut exports to Singapore with the Jambi case study in 2013-2018. This study aims to explain the causes of the problem of areca nut exports to Singapore. This has caused the export of areca nut to decline.                This research was developed based on the framework of a neomerkantilism perspective which is supported by the theory of international trade, and also the level of analysis that uses a nation state. In accordance with the fact that the main object of international relations is the nation-state. And the theory used in this study is the theory of international trade. This study uses field research methods and research and literature.            The export constraint factors are the decline in the quality and quantity of betel nuts is the government's efforts have not been optimal in overseeing agricultural production, lack of effectiveness of export promotions at international exhibitions, speculators monopoly, government control of illegal trade / smuggling, the export chain of betel nut infrastructure , the role of exporter companies has not been maximized due to unclear regulations.Key words: Areca nut, Perspective of neomerkantilism, International Trade

Abstract

Child is a best gift that given by God. But sometimes, there are some children who looks different from children in general, such as tunagrahita children. Tunagrahita is a mental disorder that occurs in a person who has an IQ below average. Some of tunagrahita children have the opportunity to get the same education as children in general, such as studying at Sekolah Luar Biasa(SLB) Negeri Pembina Pekanbaru. The role of teachers for children with disabilities is very important to support the development that occurs to them. So this study aims to Describe the role of teachers in Sekolah Luar Biasa Negeri Pembina Pekanbaru to children with a tunagrahita in accordance with teacher competency standards. The research method used is quantitative method. The theory in this study consists of the theory of stages of socialization by George Herbert Mead, role theory by Glen Elder, and the theory of dramaturgy by Goffman. In this study the number of subjects as many as 27 teachers classroom tunagrahita. Technique of collecting data by observation, documentation, and spreading of questionnaire.The results of this study is to see how the application of the role of teachers in Sekolah Luar Biasa Negeri Pembina Pekanbaru to the development of children tunagrahita both academically and non academic. With the provision of special teaching patterns owned by teachers are expected to make tunagrahita children better in receiving teaching, which tunagrahita children are considered weak to understand something. In addition, teachers are also required to be able to introduce the social world to tunagrahita children so they are able to perform its role well in the community. Here also want to see how teachers are able to establish closeness to tunagrahita children to create a more conducive teaching patterns.Keywords: Teacher-specific teaching patterns, development of tunagrahita children

Abstract

Intranet is an internal media owned by PT. Pertamina (Persero) Refinery Unit II Dumai based online. Within the Intranet there is information and news about the company's policies and activities which in the process are carried out by Communications and Relations Section, Team Media Support exactly. News published is the result of coverage by Team Media Support. Thus this study aims to find out how Implementation of Jurnalistic Values in News Writing at Intranet as Internal Media PT. Pertamina (Persero) Refinery Unit II Dumai.This research uses descriptive method qualitative, data collecting technique using observation, in-depth interview and documentation. The informants were chosen by purposive sampling by selecting informants based on certain characteristics, the informant consisted of Head of Communication and Relations, Junior Officer Communication and Relations, Personnel of Team Media Support, and three employees as news reading on Intranet. Data analysis technique using data analysis by Miles and Huberman models.The results of this study show that : 1). Team Media Support has implemented reports/ direct observations in the coverage, but not all coverage is accompanied by interviews and there is also no literature research. 2). For news writing, Team Media Support has not fully understood how to writing a news with news values. 3). For news editing techniques that have been done by the right people and competent, but the efficiency time of editing is still not right because only the Head of Communications and Relationship can does, so that there are some news that has been written can not be published on the same day. 4). The main constraining factor in the implementation is the lack of competent human resources in the field of journalism, while the supporting factor is the Intranet has played an appropriate role as the company's internal media, because with the Intranet dissemination of information more effective and environmentally friendly.Keywords: Journalistic, News Writing, Internal Media, Intranet

Abstract

This research explains about the export cooperation of mandailing coffee to South Korea in 2016. The demand, consumption and many coffee shop in South Korea become a change for Indonesian’s coffee to be exported to that country for filling the coffee need. South Korea imports coffee from various countries of main coffee producers in the world such as Brazil, Colombia, Vietnam and Indonesia. The consumption trend of coffee drinking in South Korea that makes coffee is admired especially mandailing coffee that is exported to South Korea.The method that is used in this research is qualitative research. The datas come from book, journal, thesis, article, website and other sources that are involved with the research. This research focus is how the export process of mandailing coffee to South Korea happens. This research uses liberalism perspective and international cooperation theory.The export cooperation of Mandailing Arabica coffee to South Korea uses the facilitation of third country. The export cooperation of Mandheling Arabica coffee produces cooperation partnership in period of 3 years f2016-2019. The export cooperation partnership in 2016 with import value USD 1 Million. The export of Mandheling Arabica coffee is in the shape of green bean.Keywords: Mandailing Coffee, Exports, International Cooperation
