Abstract

Modernization can be used in the field of agriculture in Indonesia is marked with a fundamental change in the patterns of agriculture, from traditional ways to be in ways that are more modren. One of the types of changes that occurred in the village of Sirisirisi namely the changes in the use of organic fertilizer (natural fertilizer) become inorganic fertilizer (chemical fertilizers). This research aims to analyze how the modernization of the use of inorganic fertilizer affect social change the culture of the society tani. The impact of modernisation of social change the culture of the society tani is increasing agricultural productivity in Indonesia. The method used in this research is a descriptive quantitative method .The results of this research showed that the factors encouraging the public to accept the changes to the formal education system that developed, open system (open society stratification), the orientation to the future and the PPL (Agricultural Extension field). There are some of the impacts of modernization the use of inorganic fertilizer is the positive impact of the farmers planting pattern and increase the productivity of agricultural products and improve the living standard of farmers and the negative impacts of the use of inorganic fertilizer is the use of fertilizers affect the addition of the cost of treatment plant crops and the environment is changed. The success of the agricultural system can be seen to give better living conditions of the farmers in the village sirisirisi. Now the suggestions proposed by the author of the farmers to the use of inorganic fertilizer does not use excessive dose is due to the level of the fertility of the land will be reduced due to the lack of hara element in the land.Key Words : the impact of the use of fertilizer, living standard of farmers

Abstract

Parking management by the Pekanbaru City Transportation Agency is planning activities in preparing empty parking location determination materials, checking and monitoring the existence of traffic order in the form of regulating motorized vehicles in the parking location by the parking attendant in accordance with the parking attendant's obligations, as well as monitoring and cracking down parking attendants illegal (not registered). However, in the implementation of parking by a parking attendant in the field it was found that parking attendants did not have parking facilities, such as identification, identity and tickets in parking fees.The purpose of the study was to find out the parking management by the Pekanbaru City Transportation Agency (violation study of the implementation of tasks by parking attendants in Tampan District in 2017). The research method used is descriptive qualitative method with data collection instruments including interviews, observation, and documentation studies related to the research objectives.The results of the study illustrate that parking management by the Transportation Department of Pekanbaru City (violation study of the implementation of duties by parking attendants in Tampan District in 2017) has not run optimally, where planning begins with preparation of vacant parking location determination materials by surveying parking location determination or not yet there are still potential parking locations that have not been managed. The execution of duties by the parking attendant is found that the parking attendant is not in accordance with the provisions (parking attendant obligations) in carrying out tasks, such as parking without a ticket, parking attendant without parking (ID card and vest). The inhibiting factors that affect the management of parking by the Department of Transportation of Pekanbaru (violation study of the implementation of duties by parking attendants in Tampan District in 2017), among others; limited staff / personnel and operational resources of the Civil Service Office in supervising the implementation of parking attendant duties. Another factor is the behavior of parking service users who are less concerned about their rights and obligations. Keywords: Parking Management, Determination of Parking Locations, Parking Assistance Authority, Parking Control.

Abstract

Instagram as one of the social media, makes easy for everyone to have social interactions. In interacting, everyone certainly displays the image to others. As well as using Instagram, aside from being a medium for communicating or as an entertainment medium, Instagram can also be a medium for constructing a self-immage from the users. Self Immage that displayed on Instagram, of course prepared with careful planning. For the sake of making a good immage, Instagram users are willing to pay quite a lot for the sake of being seen on their Instagram. The immage thats constructed also has various meanings. However, there are differences between the appereance of Instagram and the reality of life from the Instagram users. So thats raises a dramaturgy phenomenon. This research aims to find out and analyze the process of constructing self-immage on the subject and knowing the meaning of self-immage that owned by subject. This research uses dramaturgy theory, self-immage and consumptive society and also self-actualization. The research subject is Instagram users in the city of Pekanbaru who were consistent in using a particular hashtag in caption when uploading photos or videos and their Instagram not a private account. This research uses the technique of determining subjects with certain criteria (purposive). This type of research is qualitative, with data collection techniques obtained by observation, in-depth interviews and documentation. The result of this research show that there is a process in constructing self-immage on Instagram, and then all subjects have the same pattern, namely perfecting the back stage so the immage looks good on the front stage (their Instagram). The meaning of the immage that is built is as self existence, self actualization and economic meaning.  Keywords: Instagram, self-immage and dramaturgy.

Abstract

This study discusses the influence of globalization on the development of LGBT (Lesbian,Gay, Bisex, and Transgender) in Indonesia. Indonesia has a history of LGBT development from year to year which is still spelled out surreptitiously. In 2015 the United States constitution adopts same-sex marriage, it becomes a momentum of international LGBT openess. The American decision has influenced other countries to make silimar constitutions and even pave the way for LGBT Asia’s struggle particularly. Indonesia as a member country of the UN is inseparable from the recomendations to accept LGBT. Today this community becomes lifestyle,economic value and trend. Five years back, araund the year 2010 LGBT in Indonesia is still in the concentration of the population as a key transmitter of HIV/AIDS virus, but then the sexual violence that emerged on the surface of children, street children conducted by adult, homosexual in Indonesia is still seen as a crime.This study uses the analysis of querr theory and globalization, which is a method of qualitative research.Key Words: LGBT, History of Indonesian’s LGBT, Globalization, Querr Theory

Abstract

Good development is rooted development and takes into consideration local wisdom that exist in society. Not only the tribal chief but also the role of customary local institutions are required for maintaining and conserving the local wisdom, so modern cultures cannot eliminate them. Moreover, it also need to be supported by the village government. In this paper, the researcher want to study collaborative efforts between village goverment and customary local institutions in conserving the local wisdom which is located at Bandur Picak Village, Koto Kampar Hulu District, Kampar Regency from 2014 to 2016.This research is intended to: (1) to describe the collaboration between village goverment and customary institutions on conserving the local wisdom that exist in Bandur Picak Village from 2014 to 2016, (2) to find out some causes that affect the collaboration between village goverment and customary institution on conserving the local wisdom that exist in Bandur Picak Village from 2014 to 2016. In this paper, the researcher use descriptive research and qualitative approach. This research is conducted in Bandur Picak Village, Koto Kampar Hulu District, Kampar Regency. The researcher uses interviews and documentations as collecting data. Qualitative analysis, on the otherhand, is used to analize the data.The finding of the research sums up that collaboration between village government and customary institutions in preservasing local wisdom at Bandur Picak Village can be seen from various things, that is face to face dialogue between village government and customary institutions is rare, lack of trust between village government and customary institutions, dominance by village government in decision making related to local wisdom conservation in the Bandur Picak Village. As for collaboration between village government and customary institutions influenced by external and internal factors. External factors in the form of lack of funds, the absence of traditional centers, and the dominance of village government. Whereas, internal factors are influenced by the lack of communication between customary stakeholders and the lack of knowledge of the customary institutions.Keywords: Collaboration, Village Goverment, Customary Institutions, Local Wisdom

Abstract

Indonesia is a country that has a very diverse culture. The intercultural interactions that occur among people of different cultures are not easy. This is because of differences such as language, tradition, customs, customs, moral values, ethics, religion, and so forth. Usually people living in different cultural communities tend to adapt or accommodate their opposite cultures. In the process of communications accommodation, there are three common strategies in society when interacting. Namely the strategy of Convergence, Divergences and over-accomodation. This study aims to determine the forms of these strategies in the interaction between cultures Ocu tribe with the Java Tribe in the Village South Pongkai Siberuang Koto Kampar Hulu District Kampar regency.This research uses descriptive qualitative method with symbolic interaction approach and using observation data collection technique, interview and documentation. Technique of examination of data with triangulation technique. Allows researchers to recheck their findings by comparing them with different sources, methods or theories.The result of the research shows that Convergence strategy done by citizens of Ocu and Suku Jawa tribe is using the native language of the speaker while speaking with the original dialect of the culture of the other person. In the case of this language, the Javanese tribe more often converges the Ocu tribe. not paying attention to the distance at the moment of communication with the opponent. In terms of cultural values, the tribe Ocu follow the customs of the Javanese people in making an event like a feast and a wedding party. Divergensi strategy is to use a different language with the language of his opponent. avoiding touch among the opposite sex. Not trying to learn the language of the opponent. Divergences in terms of cultural values, when the Javanese choose to keep the Javanese tradition in every event held even though Pongkai is famous for its strict customs. Last Form of excessive accommodation that is When they joke and mock each other's language.

Abstract

Members of Calistechnic which is becoming a unique phenomenon is a form positive lifestyle and modern which is many followed by many artist and communities who are very concerned about appereance and healthy. In the all gymanastics studio in Pekanbaru Calistechnic become the only one weight loss exercise in the Kencana gymnastics studio Pekanbaru and PACS ( Pekanbaru Adiicted Calistechnic & StreetWorkout) the official community. This research aims to figure out the motives members of Calistechnic in the expressing ideal body, define ideal body of members Calistechnic in the city of Pekanbaru and experiences members of Calistechnic for expressing ideal body in the city of Pekanbaru.The research using qualitative methods within phenomenology approach. The informans are 10 members of Pekanbaru Calistechnic members who selected based on a purposive technique. The data collection techniques are in-depth interviews, participant observation and documentation. This research uses techniques of interactive data analysis that includes three phases, namely the reduction of the data, the presentasion of the data and the withdrawal of the conclusion.The result of this research show that motives of Pekanbaru Calistechnic members in expressing ideal body are motive the past (Because Motives) such as an existing hobby for a long time in the life Calistechnic members, and friends persuade for a followed Calistechnic and next motives of the future (in order to motive) Calistechnic members to get ideal body, as well communication media to invite the community for a healthy life and change the negative thoughts about Calistechnic members. The defition of Calistechnic members the deffeniti is media to expressing hoby and Calistechnic as and effort get a idela body and healthy. The communication exeriences of Pekanbaru Calistechnic members in expressing ideal body are fun experiences (positive) covers acceptance and support of the family, increase friendship, adding relationship, and confidence. Abstract

The issues discussed in this thesis is the social capital in the Association of Family Harmony Toraja (Sangtorayan) and the efforts to maintain and strengthen social capital in the Association of Family Harmony Toraja (Sangtorayan). The subject of this study was 7 in which four core committee and three active members. Mechanical determination of informants in this research is by using purposive sampling technique. Purposive sampling is a technique of determining the informant to specific purposes only, where there is a tendency of researchers in selecting informants deemed informed and the problem in depth and can be trusted to be a source of data. The method used is qualitative research methods descriptive because this method explained in detail and depth of the issues examined. The theory used the theory of social capital consisting of the elements of trust, social networks and social norms proposed by Putnam. It can be concluded that social capital is very important in a group or organization, trust, social networks and the values and norms have a role in maintaining the relationship and continuity IKKT (Sangtorayan) in Pekanbaru who can be called a metropolitan city. Efforts to maintain and strengthen social capital in IKKT (Sangtorayan) in Pekanbaru is to uphold the values of unity and togetherness in IKKT (Sangtorayan). In maintaining a community or group is to increase social capital in which to build a network, increasing the confidence and discipline to the social norms that specify in an organization.Keyword : Community, Toraja, Social Capital

Abstract

This research was conducted in Pujud village District Pujud Regency of Rokan Hilir. The purpose of this research is to analyze the allocation of funds management accountability Pujud village fiscal year 2015. The method used in this research is descriptive qualitative method. To obtain the required data, the technique used in-depth interviews and documentation conducted by the researchers my self.The results showed that the management of the village allocation of funds in Pujud village from the planning process, the implementation process, and the process of accountability has yet to fully implement the principles of participation, of transparency, and accountability. This is because the government Pujud village not open access to information that can be seen communities. Headman of Pujud as mainly responsible for the management of the village allocation of funds also do not believe the people who have been designated as the implementation team. Then the government Pujud village from accountability tends only administratively. Direct accountability to the public through discussion forum evaluation is not implemented. This contrasts with the Regent of Rokan Hilir Regulation No. 8 of 2015 On Financial Management Kepenghuluan Rokan Hilir which requires the village allocation of funds management accountability in the overall responsibility directly to the public and BPK.Key Word: Accountability, Management, Village Funds Allocation
