Abstract

Waste is a wasted or intentionally disposed material derived from the results of human and natural activities that do not have economic value. Pekanbaru city is one of the city that does not escape from garbage problem. The waste management of Pekanbaru City includes the final collection, collection, transportation, processing and disposal. Current waste management has not solved the problem optimally. The concept of waste management conducted by urban community Pekanbaru at this time mostly only in the context of transporting waste from waste sources to landfills (TPA) which then will have an impact on the environment and health around the TPS are supported also with the behavior of people who are still mixing between dry waste and wet garbage. Type of research is done by qualitative approach with descriptive method. Based on field facts with data collection techniques include observation, interviews, documentation studies related to research objectives.The results of research conducted by researchers can be concluded that waste management Pekanbaru not yet maximal, this is based on the concept of waste management that is still not running optimally to change the old waste management concept to the new management concept using 3R concept (reduce, reuse and recycle) conducted by the government. This is influenced by the lack of public awareness and kuranngnya infrastructure facilities as a tool in the process of waste management.Keywords : Waste, Waste Management, Integrated Management

Abstract

This researce was carried out at Jorong Kubu Anau Kenagarian Manggopoh districts Lubuk Basung by taking the data in the office Kenagarian Manggopoh. The purpose of researce to know implementation of mutual cooperation in raditions of marriage until baretong. The topic of this research is the result of baretong the implementation of the marriage. The study used qualitative research methods. This study consisted of six informants, of them as key informants and two as informants selected by using purposive sampling technique. The data instruments are observations, in-depth interviews, and documentation. From the researce done , the authers faound that intradition mutual cooperation in the implementation of marriage in the Jorong Kubu Anau is as follows: custom marriage and the marriage process stage starts from, rapat pusako, maantaan asok, tibang tando, duduk mamak, mengundang, batagak pondok, baralek, and the last is baretong. The custom of baretong as tradition of mutual cooperation among others is the implementation af baretong, arrangement of baretong implementation activities, tools or facilities used when baretong, baretong participants and their functions and when the show is baretong and when in society. The difference between mens and womens, the result of tradition of profit or loss, factors affecting baretong results, as well as the types of donation given when baretong. The purpose of mutual cooperation in marriage is to alleviate the costs borne. Each stage of the tradition of marriage contains elements of mutual cooperation. Abstract

Local governments set policies to regulate and control the used of foreign workers that working in Riau province and make the retribution of extension of employment license of foreign worker to become the local revenue through Riau Province Regional Regulation No. 1 of 2015 About Retribution of Extension of Employment License of Foreign Workers. Along with the implementation of this Regional Regulation, related problems that are still found in foreign workers are their work permit period has been exhausted but still can work in Riau province. Other than that, the application of all aspects that exist in the Regional Regulation still can not be applied maximallyThe purpose of this study is to find out how the application and the factors that influence the implementation of Riau Province Regional Regulation No. 1 of 2015 About Retribution of Extension of Employment License of Foreign Workers. This research uses the concept of policy implementation theory according to Riplay and Franklin in Tahir (2015: 95) about the success of policy implementation based on three perspectives, that are: level of bureaucratic compliance, smooth routines, no problems and performance. This research uses qualitative method with descriptive data assessment. In collecting data, researchers used interview techniques, observation, literature study and documentation by using purposive sampling method as source of information and data analysis. Results of research related to the implementation of Riau Province Regional Regulation No. 1 of 2015 Retribution of Extension of Employment License of Foreign Workers that known not yet running maximally, which is caused by influencing factors, namely the distribution of authority of the implementor is less tailored to the division of tasks, socialization that has not been maximized and the lack of human resources of employment controller, so that the implementation of retribution of extension of employment license of foreign workersi is not running maximallyKeywords: Policy Implementation, Retributions of Permissions, Foreign Workers

Abstract

This study aims to determine how much influence the performance assessment and reward to employee performance at PT. Pekanbaru Nugraha Ekakurir Line. The sample in this study were 43 respondents and the method used by census method is that the entire population is used as a sample. The data in this study uses the survey method through a questionnaire filled by employees. Data obtained from the questionnaire and then processed to then be tested using SPSS statistics. The results of analysis using simple linear regression analysis, multiple linear regression analysis, determination test (R2), individual significance test (Uj t), and similtan significant test (F test) so that it can be seen that the performance appraisal variables affect employee performance variables, reward variables effect on employee performance, and performance appraisal variables, reward variables simultaneously affect the performance variables of employees. The calculation results are known as R Square is the coefficient of determination and the R Square value is 0.770. This means that performance and reward assessments affect employee performance by 77%Keywords: Performance Assessment, Reward, Employee Performance

Abstract

Terap Village one of the villages located in the district of Kuok is a village that is still strong customs, religious and agrarian. The role of the informal leaders seemed so real in building public awareness in development, this is because the villagers Pulau Terap comes from the same tribe or homogeneous so that the role of informal leaders are needed to strengthen unity in the community. The formulation of the problem in this study how informal leadership roles in the development in the Pulau Terap village of Kuok District of Kampar Regency. This study aims to identify and explain the role of the Informal Leaders in Development in Pulau Terap Village istrict of Kuok. This study uses qualitative research methods with descriptive research, which can be interpreted as a problem-solving process was investigated by describing the state of the research subjects were based on the facts that appear during the study were then followed by the popularity of existing theories.Based on this research, seen the role of informal leaders in rural development is very important amongst the people but not very effective in terms of informing and inviting the public to participate in development activities. In addition informal leaders often become donors in every building in the village. Abstract

This research was conducted in Desa Salo Kecamatan Salo Kabupaten Kampar. The purpose of this study was to identify the profile attractions sungai hijau di Desa Salo Kecamatan Salo Kabupaten Kampar. The research titled “Impact of Socio economic and Cultural Community Attractions Sungai Hijau in Desa Salo Kecamatan Salo Kabupaten Kampar”. Topics focus of this research is the socio-economic impact and cultural Community attractions Sungai Hijau in Desa Salo Kecamatan Salo Kabupaten Kampar. The sample in this study amounted to 67 people. The author uses descriptive quantitative method and the data were analyzed quantitatively and using the decision-stratified sampling technique. Instruments of data are observation, questionnaires and documentation. From research conducted, the authors found that Attractions Sungai Hijau mpact either directly or indirectly on people's lives Desa Salo. The resulting impact is: the impact of economic and social impacts. With the opening Attractions Sungai Hijau and managed by the community Desa Salo jointly provide economic impact on the community one is opening up new job opportunities for people who previously did not have a job. He opened Attractions Sungai Hijau directly contributed to the increase in incomes of the population Desa Salo. The opening of new jobs since Attractions Sungai Hijau means the largest contribution to the decrease in the number of unemployment in Desa Salo. People's habits change with the rise and development of Attractions Sungai Hijau as a preferred tourist destination bustling audience. Changes in social values is felt by the public because the number of socio-cultural values brought by various visitors. The diversity of socio-cultural values that visitors a spectacle for young people who are still in the stage of developments the search for identity. Abstract

Forest fires and land that often occurs in the province of Riau, Riau Province because it is one of the areas that have the largest peat in Indonesia. Land and forest fires occur in the dry season caused by natural factors or non nature, however 99% are caused by the behavior of a human hand that intentionally opening land by burning. Badan Penanggulangan Bencana Daerah (BPBD) province of Riau were present in order to cope with the disaster, one of which is land and forest fires. Course related this Badan Penanggulangan Bencana Daerah (BPBD) region of Riau Province requires a strategy for tackling and preventing the occurrence of forest fires and land in Riau. The purpose of this research is to know the communication strategy of the Badan Penanggulangan Beencana Daerah (BPBD) of Riau Province in preventing forest fires and land in Riau. This research uses qualitative descriptive method. The technique of determining the subject using a purposive technique. Informants in this study is Kabid Prevention and preparedness, the head of the Sub fields of prevention, the head of the Sub areas of preparedness, one person Staffs the field of Prevention and preparedness, and two fields of Information and communication. Data collection techniques were interviews, observation, and documentation. Interactive data analysis techniques Miles and Huberman. To achieve the validity of the data in this study, the authors used an extension of participation and triangulation.Based on the results of the research are already writers do then obtained the results of research to identify issues that the first result is a strategy determining communicators in preventing forest fires and land are the people (employees) BPBD views in terms of his credibility, well rounded, has the experience, the training and has the certificate. Second, to determine the target audience is all society Riau Province especially people who live in areas prone to fires. Third, there are three types of messages i.e. the message informative, persuasive message and a message threatening. Abstract

This research was conducted at SMK Negeri 4 Kota Pekanbaru. The purpose of this research was to find out the characteristics and motivation of students taking part in a savings program at the Dalang Collection Garbage Bank. The focus topic of this research is the motivation of students to join the savings program at the Pekanbaru Dalang Collection Garbage Bank. This study uses the Rendom Sampling Technique in Sampling. Respondents in this study were students of SMK Negeri 4 Pekanbaru who were actively saving at the Dalang Collection Garbage Bank of which there were 57 people. This research uses quantitative methods with observation instruments, questionnaires and documentation. The researchers found that in this study: (a) Overall respondents or 100% of respondents had a high level of awareness to save the environment from waste (b) Level of Motivation for students Self-study early on by participating in the "High" Garbage Bank Program with a percentage of 50.9% (c) Motivation levels of students form innovative self-character by participating in the "Low" Garbage Bank Program with a percentage of 52.6%. Keywords: Motivation, Garbage Bank

Abstract

Saudi Arabia is a rich country whose source of income is almost 90% comes from oil and gas. However, since December 2014 world oil prices plummeted to US $ 40 per barrel, previously had felt the world oil price above US $ 100 per barrel. In addition to the phenomenon of the world oil price drop caused by rising production of US Shale oil, the constellation of politics in the Middle East continues to heat up also trigger Saudi Arabia to reform its economy for Saudi Arabia off its dependence with oil by diversifying its economy and become a middle power country in the Middle East region And Arab countries. The Saudi Arabian Reform effort is contained in Saudi Vision 2030.Indonesia is one of Saudi Arabia's vital partners in realizing Saudi Vision 2030. The Saudi Arabian focus on economics in Saudi Vision 2030 is the Foreign Direct Investment Agenda (FDI). In analyzing the influence of Saudi Vision 2030 on the Saudi Foreign Direct Investment Agenda in Indonesia, this research uses a perspective of liberalism supported by the concept of the nation state and FDI theory. Abstract

Institute socialization is a collective organizational implementer representing organizations in and out, in carrying out the task of community empowerment in the village / kelurahan responsible to Village Deliberation / Village. The Village Innovation Institution is also the lowest organization in the organizational structure as the implementer of the community empowerment policy at the village / kelurahan level so that the board is required to have the knowledge and skills and positive attitude especially in carrying out its duties and functions in community empowerment. However, when viewed from the activities of each institution in the village of the river has not been running in accordance with the objectives of its formation, has not run things that are encouraging.The purpose of this research is to know the role of Community Empowerment Institution in Community Empowerment in Sungai Pagar Village Kampar Kiri Subdistrict of Kampar Regency and to know the inhibiting factor of Community Empowerment Institution in Community Empowerment in Sungai Pagar Village Kampar Kiri Sub-district Kampar Regency. When viewed from its type, this research belongs to qualitative research.The results of the research show that the role of Community Empowerment Institution in Community Empowerment in Sungai Pagar Village Kampar Kiri Subdistrict Kampar Regency as Facilitator, Mediator, Motivator and Dinamisator get different result which the role of LPM Sungai Pagar Urban Village has not done its job according to LPM reference. Inhibiting factors The role of Community Empowerment Institutions Village in Community Empowerment in Sungai Pagar Village Kampar Kiri Subdistrict Kampar District is the lack of human resources and the ability of human resources and the absence of sources of funds that can stimulate motivation and provide opportunities LPMK board to work.Keywords : Role , Community empowerment, LPMK
