Abstract

Technological developments are becoming very fast in the current era of globalization, especially in telecommunication media. The process of exchanging messages becomes very easy to do with the support of the internet network. However, the development of information technology today raises things that have a positive and negative impact, especially on online media. This study aims to find out how communication strategies and implementation of AJI Pekanbaru in conducting socialization activities about news literacy in Pekanbaru City. This research uses qualitative research methods with 3 informants selected through purposive technique. Data collection is done through observation, interview and documentation. To test the validity of the data writer used the method of extension of participation and triangulation. The results of this study indicate that as an organization engaged in the press, AJI has an important role in providing an understanding of news literasi especially in Pekanbaru City. AJI communications strategies such as by determining the audience who became participants in the activities to be held, determine the media strategy to help disseminate information from the activities to be held, preparing strategy messages or materials that will be described in the activity and determine the communicator strategy that is choosing someone who are competent to deliver material in accordance with the activities that have been declared. Implementation of AJI Pekanbaru in socialization is divided into two types, namely formal and informal. Implementation of socialization on news literacy in the formal form conducted by AJI Pekanbaru in seminars or workshops held by AJI or other agencies that make AJI as a resource in its activities. Socialization in informal form conducted by AJI Pekanbaru in the form of relaxation discussion with citizen journalism and some journalistic organization that exist in school and at university in Pekanbaru City.

Abstract

This study dilator background by a phenomenon found in time do prasurvay field, which appear to have good maintenance service of a marriage certificate At the Office of Population and Civil Registration Pekanbaru. With the aim to identify and explain the maintenance of a marriage certificate services when At the Office of Population and Civil Registration Pekanbaru and what are the constraints. In line with the purpose of the study, the population in this study is the staff of Department of Population and Civil Registration section of Pekanbaru on marriage and society. Where sampling techniques to employees using census techniques and communities with incidental sampling technique. Types of data collected included primary data and secondary data. In this study the authors describe some of the indicators used are Procedure, Hours of Service, Cost Services, Product Services, Infrastructures and Services Provider Competency Officer. We then measured the Indicators variable, while the size of the variable in this study fall into three categories: Good, Pretty Good and Less Good. As a final conclusion in this research authors concluded that the Marriage Act Handling Services at the Office of Population and Civil Registration Pekanbaru city Categorized "Good Enough".

Abstract

Employees are one part of the company's internal public which becomes the main element in achieving the goals. Employee relations is influrnced by internal relations between internal employees between leaders and employees with other employees or the relationship between employees and effective company manajement. The phenomena that occur in the new area of the company are lack of employees ability to carry out task oriented tasks, absenteeism problems, lack of respect for employee creativity, lack of communication between leaders and employees and careers running bogged down, monotounos and boring work. One the offorts made by PT PLN (Pesrero) Area Pekanbaru is to foster employee work through the application of employee relations to continue to produce the best and quality employees. This study aims to etermine the form of employee relations communication in increasing employee work motivation at PT PLN (Persero) Area Pekanbaru.This study uses qualitative methods with deskriptive analisis. The subjects in this study were determided based on a purposive technique consisting of public relations supervisors and company employees. Data collection techniques use Huberman’s interaktive style and Miles with the validity of the data being checked using an extension of participation and triangulation.The result of the study indicate that the form of employee relations at the PT PLN (Persero) Regional Pekanbaru plays a role in increasing employee work motivation at PT PLN (Persero) Regional Pekanbaru. The form of employee relations program that is implemented is education and training programs, award programs, special programs, employee welfare programs. The four programs that have been implemented are effective programs to increase employee motivasion at PT PLN regional Pekanbaru.Form of employee relations communication that is communication down, communication upwards, parallel communication. This form of employee relations communication is very influential in increasing employee motivation at PT PLN Regional Pekanbaru.Keywords: Implementation Employee Relations, Work Motivation

Abstract

Infrastructure Development Environment is necessary for the community to support the life sustainability in the surrounding area. One of the tiered development program planning forum provided by the government to accommodate the aspirations of the community in terms of development is the Development Plan Council (Musrenbang). Musrenbang is a planning institutions in the region and as a mechanism to bridge the advance and necessity of the community (bottom up planning) with plan will be programmed by the government (top down planning). But through the process of development planning council in the district of Pekanbaru City, the results of the implementation of these activities is not in line with the expectations and advance of the society’s which is the genuine conditions and needs. The advance from the Pekanbaru Kota district can not be accommodated by the City government. The purpose of this study was to determine the decision making factors of Environmental infrastructure Development through Musrenbang in the Pekanbaru Kota district in 2014.The concept theory used to identify factors that exert influence is theory of decision making by Nigro and Nigro, which is: outside pressures, conservativeness, personality characteristics, influence from outside reference group, and other past conditioning. The research methodology used is descriptive analysis with qualitative approach. Method of data collection techniques in this study is observation, interview, and documentation by data analysis technique using Mies and Huberman model.The research result showed that the decision making process of environmental infrastructure development through Musrenbang in Pekanbaru Kota district in 2014 is ineffective due to overlook on community interest , not able to solve the existing problem in Pekanbaru Kota district, and not in the underlying interests of the communityKeywords : Decision Making, Musrenbang, Environmental Infrastructure

Abstract

This study aims to determine the Certificate Management Services to the Department of Population and Civil Registration (Disdukcapil) Pekanbaru. This type of research is descriptive qualitative problem solving investigated by describing the state of the subject and object of research at the present time based on factors that looked or how it is. This research was conducted at the Department of Population and Recording Sipi (Disdukcapil) which is located Pekanbaru City street Musatafa Sari No. 1, Pekanbaru. Samples are informants in this study is the Head of Population Registration and Population Movements Section Chief and the people who take care of the Certificate Coming at the Department of Population and Civil Registration (Disdukcapil) Pekanbaru. The technique of collecting data through observation, interviews and documentation. This study was conducted to investigate the implementation of public services in the manufacture of Certificate Come to identify any obstacles encountered in the implementation of the Certificate Management Service Comes at the Department of Population and Civil Registration (Disdukcapil) Pekanbaru. The formulation of the problem as follows: How the Public Service of the Regional Government Affairs of Population and Civil Registration Pekanbaru City Year 2014 (Certificate of Management Studies Coming). Results peneitian concluded that the Public Service Government Affairs Division of Population and Civil Registration of Service Certificate to the city of Pekanbaru in class pretty well, because there are indications of service is not good given servants to the public in the administration of Certificate Coming particular problem resolution time, and typing errors in the manufacture of the Certificate Coming.Keywords: Public Service, Management, Certificate Coming

Abstract

Universitas Riau is a state university located in Riau Province, the beginning of the establishment of Universitas Riau consisted of two faculties and one of them is the faculty of teacher training and education. Government attention to early childhood education marks its establishment of the department of eduacation teacher ECE in 2007 at the Universitas Riau. the department is considered to be more attached to women as a mother figure for children. the presence of men to be students at Department of Education Teachers ECE is a concern to knowing the background of choosing the department, the motivation of male students and their goals as male students in the majority of women. The theory used is George Herbert Mead, Self Concept (Symbolic Interactionalism), and the research method used is a qualitative approach method with in-depth interviews. The results showed that there was a background for male students who chose and took the Deprtment of Teacher Education ECE which was influenced by family and friends. After following the lecture process, the views of male students on the Department of Teacher Education ECE were influenced by lecturers and seniors who were the motivation for male students. The lowest need for appreciation is the recognition of status leading to the self-actualization of male students which results in achievement motivation to achieve self-activism that is related to expectations after graduating in Department of Teacher Education ECE. Keywords       :  Symbolic Interactionism, College Student, Department of Teacher             Education ECE

Abstract

In the Development of Border Area State, Karimun Regency is directly adjacent to Malaysia and Singapore. Health services in Kecamatan Kundur seen experiencing problems in health services that are not optimal in providing satisfaction services to patients, the lack of health personnel, facilities and infrastructure so that a constraint in health services. The purpose of the study is first, to describe how the institutional capacity in implementing health services in Kundur subdistrict. Second, to determine whether the strength dimension (Strength) and its scope or scope (Scope) based on the steat building framework in supporting health services. The type of research used is descriptive qualitative research method. The location of this research was conducted at Puskesmas Tanjung Batu Kundur sub-district Karimun regency. Technique of data collecting done by doing observation, interview, and documentation. Based on the results of the study, the authors draw the conclusion that in the Institutional Capacity in Health Services has not run optimally because of the health side of the lack of skill in the field of expertise and equipment of health facilities and infrastructure are not adequate. And in the Strength and Scope dimensions, it can be seen from the functions of the State that for minimalist function, the minimum is not fulfilled, such as the availability of pharmaceutical stock, the medical device becomes an obstacle in terms of health needs.Keywords: State Building, Health Service, Karimun District Health Office

Abstract

This research that the study of the international of economic political analyzes about the interest of canada to do trading free trade relationship with south korea. The purpose of this reasearch is to describe in general of the bilateral relations of canada and south korea in trading activities, explaining of the canada interests to do free trade agreement with south korea and also describe of cooperation does canada and south korea in the frame of the CKFTA's Agreement.This research used qualitative methods which is done by explanning the case based on existing facts. The techniques used to collects data to study the case to library research in the form of journals, books, an official document, articles, and websites. The theoretical framework applied in this research are liberalism perspective, international cooperation theory, and nation-state analysis. the international cooperation is a form of relations made by a country with another country, which has the purpose to sufficent the needs of life and the existence of a country in international social order, in addition to the creation of peace and prosperity of life that be desire of every human being and country in the world.The bilateral relations of Canada and South Korea have been well established for a long time, both in the political, economic and cultural fields. In addition, Canada and South Korea are both developed countries, located in different continents. Then, to further strengthen the relationship, these two countries to enter into free trade agreements contained within the framework of the CKFTA agreement. This CKFTA agreement framework represents the interests of both countries of economic, political and cultural. It's same with Canada who expects to benefit from the implementation of CKFTA agreement by through a reduction to eliminate tariffs policy and increase market access within the Asia Pacific region.Keyword: Interest, Free Trade Relations, CKFTA, International CooperationTheory, Liberalism, Political Economy Interest.

The implementation of program facilitation and stimulation the construction of housing among the less well-off is rehabilitation program to the roof, the floor and the walls of held by Tebing Tinggi city regional government given to low income people the effect on greater the condition of the poor. The purpose of this research to review and analyze The Implementation Of Program Facilitation And Stimulation The Construction Of Housing Among The Less Well-Off In Padang Hilir Sub District Tebing Tinggi City North Sumatra Province. The concept of the theory used is communication, resources, disposition and bureaucracy structure. Researcher used the theory George C.Edwards III. Researcher from is provided by way of qualitative research was conducted. Collecting data used the technique of observation, interviews and documentation. Informants chosen using a technique purpose of sampling the sample decided not randomly. The results of this research program has been done our best but in the implementation stage did not go entirely according to plan there is still going on a problem associated with factors obstacles in the field on a time of inaccurate, labor implementation and inaccurate development goals. Abstract

TPA Muara Fajar is the only one landfill in Pekanbaru city which is an economic area for scavengers. Not just adult scavengers, but child scavenger so many found in the region. Standart Operation Procedure (SOP) TPA Muara Fajar forbid childrens to scavenge in TPA area, but they are breaking. This research aims to see activity and division of time works, study and playing of child scavenger, and their motivations scavenge in TPAMuara Fajar. Research methods used is descriptive qualitative. The result is in addition to scavenging they are also a student in formal school. They scavenge every day during the day until night. They do not have free time to play because studying in the school and full works in TPA. Their motivation to work as a scavenger is internal motivation that comes from self, and eksternal motivation from others and the environment of parents and peers who are also scavengers.Keywords: child scavenger, internal motivation, eksternal motivation, family
