Abstract

At present the condition of Nopi Garden Nopi is no longer good due to the damage to the embankment that collapsed on Lake Nopi Lake. So the minimum number of visitors who come to Nopi Garden Lake. Therefore the study aims to describe Lake Nopi Lake as a place for Family Recreation. This study uses descriptive qualitative methods. The subjects of this study were key informants, namely Nopi garden Lake Manager, Head of Destination for Culture and Tourism of Kuantan Singingi Regency, the Community around Nopi Garden Lake, and additional informants, namely Nopi Garden Lake Visitors.Data collection techniques used are observation, documentation, and interviews.The results showed that the Nopi Garden Rustic Hill Village Mudik Quantity District, Kuantan Singingi Regency as a place for family recreation was no longer functioning. For the attraction activities at Lake Nopi Garden, it is no longer good, as there are no more activities to play bicycle water, due to damage to Nopi Garden Lake. Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of Organizational Culture and Organizational Climate on Employee loyalty (Case Study at PT. Bank Negara Indonesia KCU Pekanbaru).Organizational Culture as a variable ( X1 ) Organizational Climate as a variable ( X2 ) and Employee Loyalty as ( Y ).The method in this research is descriptive and quantitative using SPSS 20. The samples used were 69 employees. To determine the sample using census study . Data collection through questionnaires .Results of analysis using multiple linear regression , t test , and test f . Abstract

This study was conducted in the city of Pekanbaru province of Riau. The purposeof this research is To know how the consumption of the life of the student City’sPekanbaru. This study titled “Pola Konsumtif Life Student City’s Pekanbaruprovince of Riau”. The focus of this research is How the impact of the behavior ofkonsumtif students against the value of academic as well as the lecture bersistemactivities in the city of Pekanbaru. The writer just taking a sample of Researchtake as much as 5 people students. The writer use a technique Snowball Samplingin determine the respondents in the study. Students who studied is students whohave a tendency to make fun of as the purpose of life (hedonism), make acollection of personal as the primary (shopaholic) and the pattern of who knowsno bounds (seksualisme). The writer using the thedescriptive kualitatif.Instruments data is observations, the interview, and the documentation. Theresults of research suggests that In research conducted the researchers foundsome patterns behavior konsumtif students Riau University namely PolaKonsumtif Shopaholic (On this pattern student is an individual who is veryexcessive in the use of money, time and of them. Informants dreadfullyextravagant in shopping. Not only in belana, informant also involved in the ofyoung people who waste of time for the sake of personal pleasures. The patternKonsumtif Hedonisme (On this pattern the researchers found that the informantdeliberately looking for fun in continuous in order to eliminate the burden ofthem. Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of the conduct promotions on employee job satisfaction PTPN V Pekanbaru. Promotion as an independent variable (X) has been formulated that is viewed from the aspect of honesty, discipline aspect, the aspect of job performance, loyalty aspects, educational aspects, aspects of leadership and communicative aspects. While employee satisfaction as the dependent variable (Y). This study was conducted on all employees of the Head Office PTPN V Pekanbaru 83 people.Data obtained from questionnaires and subsequently processed to then be tested using statistical analysis as a simple linear regression analysis, t test, and correlation analysis and determination using SPSS.The results showed that the results of hypothesis testing t greater than t table that is 14.098 > 1.66. This shows that the implementation of the promotion effect on employee job satisfaction. The magnitude of the effect of the implementation of the promotion on employee job satisfaction PTPN V Pekanbaru Head Office is at 71%.Keywords: Job Of Promotion, Employees Performance

Abstract

Indra Mugiono, NIM 1001134918, Monitoring the effectiveness of the Broadcasting License Subscribe Cable Tv By the Regional Indonesian Broadcasting Commission Riau in Pekanbaru, supervisor : Dr. Harapan Tua R.F.S, M.SiCable TV channels network presence began in the spotlight Dishubkominfo Pekanbaru. Based on data Dishubkominfo none of the cable TV network in Pekanbaru permit the implementation of the cord. Meanwhile Transportation Department officials also met officials technicians were installing cables cable TV networks that do not have an operating license for its cable. Illegal practices immediately rose stopped a team of officers. The development of cable TV in Pekanbaru very rapidly this time we can read in the press that the proliferation of cable TV company in Pekanbaru, with so much needed oversight conducted by the Indonesian Broadcasting Commission of Riau.The theory used as the analysis in this study is Handayanigrat (2005; 32) said that effective supervision can help businesses to organize work in order to conform with the plans related to the problem Effectiveness Monitoring Permits Broadcasting Cable TV Subscription By Regional Indonesian Broadcasting Commission (Commission) Riau in the city of Pekanbaru.The results of this study indicate, Effectiveness Monitoring Cable TV Broadcasting License Subscription by the Indonesian Broadcasting Commission of Riau in Pekanbaru City should be supervised broadcasting license. However, in practice there are still many who do not have cable TV broadcasting license by broadcasting commission Riau. Abstract

            This study aims to determine the effect of organizational support and employee empowerment on employee performance partially and simultaneously. This study uses a questionnaire as a tool for collecting data distributed to 49 respondents to the employees of the General Section of Arifin Achmad Hospital in Riau Province. The data is then processed using descriptive analysis and statistical analysis using SPSS 17.0 by conducting validity tests, reliability tests, simple linear regression analysis, multiple linear analysis, analysis of determination (R2) and hypothesis testing by testing t test (partial) and F test (simultaneous ). The results showed that the first hypothesis testing was organizational support for employee performance, t count (5,762)> t table (2,011), meaning that organizational support had a significant effect on employee performance. Second, employee empowerment is t count (5,206)> t table (2,011), meaning that employee empowerment has a significant effect on employee performance. The results of the F test count (29,191)> F table (3,20), meaning that organizational support and employee empowerment simultaneously have a significant effect on employee performance. Keywords: Organizational Support, Employee Empowerment, Employee Performance

Abstract

Companies use promotions to convey expected messages to audiences and may influence public perceptions and actions. The function of Public Relations in achieving the company's goal is to increase the hotel guest's visit, a PR must have a Marketing Public Relations strategy as a priority plan to achieve the company's goals, one of which attracts customers to continue to use their services. Seeing the business competition in the field of hospitality makes the businessmen have to think hard to create the best Marketing Public Relations strategy in order to attract customers. It takes a marketing strategy to increase the guest's visit at the Marina Beach Hotel. From the data the researchers get in the field on pre-observation, the researcher is interested to conduct this research with the aim to see the marketing strategy of Public Relations used in improving the guest's visit at this hotel.This research is a descriptive research using qualitative approach as a tool of its analysis. This researcher informant is from Hotel Pantai Marina is Manager, Assistant Manager, Secretary HRD Hotel Marina Beach as well as hotel visitors as many as 8 people. Observation data collection techniques, interviews and documentation. Technique of data analysis writer use in this research is descriptive qualitative. The result of the research is Public Relations Marketing Strategy through Information in improving guest visit of Marina Bengkalis Beach Hotel done by giving information through media in the form of facebook, spreading a brochure or pamphlet installation, Marketing Public Relations strategy through public service in increasing guest visit Hotel Marina Bengkalis Beach done By providing good service and being hospitable, Marketing Public Relations Strategy through publication in improving the visit of Marina Bengkalis Beach Hotel is done by intensifying promotion in print media and social media, deploying special promos related products and services offered by the Hotel.

Abstract

Mass media plays an important role in providing both information and entertainment for public. The Radio Republic of Indonesia (RRI) Pro 2 88,4 FM, as one of the mass media which available in Pekanbaru, aired Pro 2 Goes To School program that expose talent and creativity of the students. The RRI also had an interactive dialogue which discuss various topics regarding activities and achievements of the schools in a fun and informative way. The objective of the study is to observe the effect of the Pro 2 Goes To School program on students creativity at SMA Negeri 7 Pekanbaru.The study used explanation quantitative methods. The data was collected by using Negeri 7 Pekanbaru with 565 students in total. In determining the size of the sample, slovin formula was applied and resulted in 85 samples. The proportional random sampling technique was used to select the respondents. To analyze the association between the variables, the researcher applied simple linear regression analysis by using statistical software, statistic product and service solution (SPSS) Windows version 16.Based on the simple linear regression analysis, the coefficient of the regression was Y = 22,051 + 0,765 X with significance level of 0,00 smaller than  = 0,05. The determination test resulted in 17,5%. The results suggested a low effect of Pro 2 Goes To School program on students creativity at SMA Negeri 7 Pekanbaru. The 82,5% was determined by other factors which were not observed in this study.

Abstract

The aim of this research to find out how to socialiszation the Batak Toba culture values in Batak Toba family in Sail district and what the family measures to legate the Batak Toba culture in family.Data analysis to answer the problems in this research was qualitative with descriptive approach and the analized by theory of this research. Purposive sampling of this research was the informant as 7 people with one coustum chairman, four old sters, and two childs. The result of this research in field the Batak Toba culture values still exist among others the principle of kinship in dalihan na tolu and the life aim of Batak person. The family level of unerstanding of Batak Toba culture values most of the only parents side. While the others fellow of family c’childs only as a matter of fact. To instill and to promulgate the Batak Toba culture values still minim. The result of this research shown that parenting communication patterns, and fellow family members have changed. Most of the family in Sail district used indonesian languange in home. The child interest in learning Batak Toba culture values in Sail district was wear off and the child more like modern things.Keyword: Values, Culture, Family, Batak Toba

Abstract

This research is to know about the quality of service guides in Istano Basa Pagaruyung Tanah Datar regency of West Sumatra Province. The study aims to know how the quality of service guides in Istano Basa Pagaruyung District Tanah Datar West Sumatra Province. This research uses a descriptive method quantitative to examine the issues raised. The sample used in this research is 100 respondents taken by accidental sampling. While data collection techniques in this study using observation, questionnaires and interviews. Based on the results of research that has been done, that the quality of service guides in Istano Basa Pagaruyung Tanah Datar regency of West Sumatra Province still low and needs to be improved again. Viewed by five dimensions, namely dimensions tangible, reliability, responsiveness, assurance and empathy.
