<![CDATA[The plantation sector is one of the most strategic agricultural sectors to be developed. For Indonesia, oil palm crops have important significance for the development of national plantations because they are able to create employment opportunities that lead to the welfare of the people and as a source of state foreign exchange earnings. The author is interested in researching farm workers as harvests in PTPN III Sei Meranti in Kecamatan Bagan Sinembah because the majority of farm workers in Kecamatan Bagan sinembah are still categorized in the middle to lower class and many also among the farm workers to meet the needs of their family is still less than the producer. The formulation of the problem (1) How socio-economic conditions of oil palm farmers (2) How the farm labor strategy in meeting family needs. (3) What is the reason and socio-economic background of farm laborers in choosing family fulfillment strategy. The purpose of this study is to describe the socio-economic conditions of oil palm farmers, to find out the farm labor strategies in meeting family needs, and to find out the reasons and socio-economic background of farm workers in choosing family fulfillment strategies. The theory used is a survival strategy. The research method used is descriptive quantitative. The location of this research in PTPN III Sei Meranti in Kecamatan Bagan Sinembah Rokan Hilir Regency. The population in this study amounted to 326 people. Samples taken amounted to 65 people. Data analysis techniques used descriptive quantitative percentage. The result of this research is seen from socio-economic characteristic of family of palm oil farmer of PTPN III Sei Meranti that is majority of education graduate of elementary and junior high school, while in view from amount of family income equal to Rp. 1,500,000-Rp. 3,000,000. The strategy of fulfilling the needs of the family of the farming workers that have been employed are among others: (a) Active Strategy by the family of the palm oil workers is the role of the members of the family. (b) A passive strategy is a survival strategy by applying a frugal pattern. (c) Network Strategy by the families of oil palm farmers generally borrows money to BANK, families and cooperatives.Keywords: Strategy, Palm Farmer, Fulfilling Family Life.]]>

The concept of the theory is the management of according to George R. Terry, the researcher uses the method of descriptive qualitative. Kind of the data is used the primary and secondary. The data collection of the researcher is use the techniques by observation, interviews, and documentation. By using techniques purfosif as an informan for the research. The conclusion of the results of this researchthat the management of Air Terjun Tujuh Tingkat Batang Koban in Kuantan Singingi regency.it is can be seen from the facility which is already a lot a damaged and didn’t do maintenance by department of culture and touristm of kuantan singingi regency. This research was conducted in the village of Rokan Koto Ruang District of Rokan IV Koto Rokan Hulu, the formulation of the problem how to Government Supervision Rokan Hulu on Priority Setting Use of the Village Fund at the Village Rokan Koto Ruang District of Rokan IV Koto 2015 and whether the factors that affect Supervision the government of Rokan Hulu on Priority Setting Use of the Village Fund at the Village Rokan IV Koto Koto subdistrict Lounge 2015.The result of this research is on Government Oversight Rokan Hulu on Priority Setting Use of the Village Fund at the Village Rokan Koto Ruang is size and standard in the management of the Village Fund is not optimal, Assessment Work performed by the inspectorate has given the evidence that the management of village fund Rokan Koto Ruang, the village government is not ready to manage the Village Fund, and the absence of correction of deviations. <![CDATA[This study aims to determine effect of profitability and investment decisions on the value of pulp & paper company listed in indonesia stock exchange (IDX). Profitability ratios were used as independent variables is Return On Investment (ROI), Return On Equity (ROE) and the ratio of investment decisions are used ad independent variables is Book Value of The Asset (BVA). While being used as the dependent variable is measured by the value of the company Price Book Value (PBV) listed in Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX). The methods used to observe the effect of Profitability and Investment decisions on the value of company is by using multiple linear regression.Data used in this study is a secondary data, financial reports (annual report). As for data listed in Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) for 6 years from 2009 to 2014. Sampling was done by purposive sampling, used are 5 companies. Analysis data using multiple linear regressions analysis, t test, f test and coefficient of determination test. Analysis data using multiple linear regressions analysis with SPSS 21.The analysis showed that the variable profitability does not significantly affect the value of pulp & paper company listed in the Indonesia Stock Exchange. Whereas investment decision variables did not significantly affect the value of pulp & paper companylisted in Indonesia Stock Exchange. Simultaneous research results showed no significant effect of variable profitability and investment decisions on the value of pulp & paper company listed in Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX).Keywords : Profitability, Investment Decision, The Value of the Company]]>

<![CDATA[The purpose of this study is to determine the extent of operational supervision of orphanages in Pekanbaru City and to find out what factors are hampering the operational supervision of orphanages in Pekanbaru City. The problem of this research is that there are still many orphanages that do not provide monthly activity reports to the Pekanbaru City Social Service, the lack of supervision of the Pekanbaru City Social Service on the existence of orphanages in Pekanbaru City. The selection of informants uses Purposive Sampling techniques with data collection techniques including: observation, interviews and documentation. The results of this study can be seen that the Oversight of Orphanage Operations in Pekanbaru City is not optimal. Operational oversight of orphanages in Pekanbaru City has not run optimally, this is because there are still orphanage owners who have more than one orphanage by using one name and supervision schedule should be done once a month but, in fact Pekanbaru City Social Service is sometimes not go down to the institution to conduct surveillance for reasons that are not clear. In addition, the deadline set by the Office is too close or fast, that is, once a month the orphanage must report the activities of the orphanage to the Office, consequently making the orphanage owner in Pekanbaru feel overwhelmed, therefore the orphanage does not fulfill its obligation to report activities every month to the Social Service City of Pekanbaru. <![CDATA[The United States’s economy crisis because of housing subprime mortgage cause decrease of economy world 2008 that still continues until 2009. For the developed countries and emerging markets, this situation can damage economy fundamnetal and trigger economy crisis. the rubber cause becomes research object, first rubber becomes one of export commodity that gives chance to Indonesian for expanding the market. Second, rubber is the biggest donation from agriculture sector. Third, rubber is one of important farm commodity, both as income source, job chance and devisa, economy development for new centrals in surrounding and evironment and natural resources and as country with the biggest area and the second production in the world.The research methode that is used by the writer is the analyze descriptive methode. It is research methode that is used to describe sistematicaly a moment or problem that become study topic sistematicaly and rely on analyze against the events from consequence perspective and data arrangement. In the implemention, this methode limits not only in collecting and data arrangement, but analyze and interpretation against those datas.The United State’s economy crisis causes Indonesian’s rubber export. The rubber export value influences decrease in 2009, the rubber price in domestic and international also influences decrease. Not only price and value of rubber export but also rubber production of Indonesia. <![CDATA[Choir is a kind of sound art that developed in Indonesia and have many achievements international level. The development of choir in Pekanbaru City also began seen since last five years and with many choir attend national and international choir competitons, one of them is Cantabile Choir Pekanbaru. In choir practice led by conductor who give instruction to the singer with instructional communication. The instruction provided by conductor with purpose teach and develop singing techniques identified in research objectives to see the methods, media and instructional obstacle that occurred in the Cantabile Choir exercises.This research uses qualitative research method with symbolic interaction approach. Informants in this research amounted to seven people with purposive technique. The data collection technique was used by observation, interview and documentation. In order to get data validity in this research, the researcher used the extension of participation and triangulation.The result of this research indicate that instructional communication in Cantabile Choir Pekanbaru singing technique exercises using five methode, training method, demonstration method, solfegio (listening method), imitation method and lecture method accompanied by question and answer. All of these methods are very effective in giving singers an understanding of singing techniques. In conveying the instructions the choach also uses verbal and nonverbal symbols to support his communication process. The media used are audio media, audio visual media, visual media and print media. The media used to help choach to give understanding of singing techniques and audiovisual media is very effective media. The obstacles which happened in instructional communication are the source’s obstacle, the channel’s obstacle and the communicant’s obstacle.Keywords: Art, Choir, Instructional Communication]]>

<![CDATA[Instagram is a social media where can upload photos, videos and information can be accessed quickly by other people in bulk. Many of the content presented by Instagram users is about da'wah, this is used by the da'i to spread preaching messages to the public such as the @hanan_attaki Instagram account which is now followed by 6.2 million Instagram users. Instagram account @hanan_attaki can help followers get information about religion that can affect their religiosity. Religiosity is a benchmark of a person's religious quality. This study purpose is to analyze how much the effect of @hanan_attaki Instagram account towards the level of religiosity of its followers.This study uses a quantitative method with an explanatory approach. The data collecting technique uses is by questionnaire distributed through links to 100 respondents. This study uses simple ramdom sampling to determine the sample. Data processing using are done with SPSS 2.0.In this study obtained t count 14.765 is greater than ttable, which is equal to 1.987, with a significance level of 0.000 smaller than α = 0.05, so that it can be stated that the variable X affects the variable Y, it can be stated that there is the influence of da'wah messages on Instagram accounts @hanan_attaki on the level of religiosity of the followers. the coefficient of determination (R2) obtained is 0.8312 and the coefficient of determination (Rsquare) is 0.690 resulting from the squaring of the correlation coefficient 0.831 x 0.831. This figure shows that the influence of the @hanan_attaki Instagram account message on the followers' religiosity level was 69.0% with a strong category.Key Word : Media Social, Instagram, Religiousity, @hanan_attaki, Da’wah Massage]]>

<![CDATA[The research analyzesthe impact of Indonesian mangosteen fruit exports to Vietnam on Indonesia. One of the export commodities that now dominate the horticultural export market from Indonesia to Vietnam is the mangosteen fruit.Mangosteen fruit is oneof Indonesiafeatured product. With the trade cooperation between the twothis country then the mangosteen fruit of Indonesia must compete with other exporters. With Indonesia natural resources, Indonesia is able to compete with exportersThe research teoritically has been built by using Liberalism perspective. The kind of this research is qualitative research. The data is based on secunder data through literature study such as book,website, and each other.The final result of this research is that Indonesia can increase the export value of mangosteen fruit to Vietnam. Indonesian mangosteen fruit exports have increased significantly, Mangosteen fruit becomes one of the mainstay in Indonesian horticultural export commodities. Mangosteen fruit has the largest amount of export in horticultural export commodities. Various efforts were made by the Indonesian government to increase the export power of horticulture so as to be able to compete in the domestic market to the international market. The government efforts are producing good results because every year the export of Indonesian mangosteen fruit to the country of Vietnam has increased.
