Abstract

The research is an analysis in social phenomena which occours in the implematation Uang Panaik on society Sanglar village. Uang Panaik is the main requirement in stepping into the marriage procession. Therefore the research aims to determine position bride price in the marriage of the Bugis tribe. And to know the implementation bride price the happened in society bugis tribe said. The research do sanglar Sanglar village Kecematan Reteh Kabupaten Indragiri Hilir which is a resident the larges ethnic Bugis in Provinsi Riau. Theory used Radcliff-Brown that is function concept and social structure. Data analysis done by way of approarch qualitative descriptive, data retrieval techniques in the research using purposive sampling the number of these 7 people is traditional adat, humanist, society directly involved bride price in the implementation. From the field research result that bride price has shifted to its true meaning who used to be is a form of appreciation against women function party money,but this has shifted be social prestige and longer Uang Panaik the higher it is. In the case impact on a individual or group as social prestige, social psychology, wedding canceled and silariang. Abstract

LPPOM MUI was established on January 6, 1989 based on the Decree of Majelis Ulama Indonesia Number: Kep./18/ MUI / I / 1989, with the main activity plan to carry out inspection of halal product which then called halal certification. This halal certification activity is intended to obtain a halal product guarantee. Catering entrepreneurs in Pekanbaru are still many who do not have halal certificate and are still concerned with the interests of the tender solely than the interests of consumer health, halal certification process is done so that people in Pekanbaru more intelligent to choose and consume foods that are clearly halal according to the teachings of Islamic Shari'ah. LPPOM MUI Riau will go down the field directly with a deep search to know exactly whether the materials used in the manufacture of a food product and its production process has been guaranteed to be halal and consistent or not.This research uses qualitative research method with descriptive approach. The subjects consisted of five catering entrepreneurs who were selected by using Purposive Sampling. Data collection is done through in-depth interviews, observation and documentation. To perform the validity of data, the authors use extension opt-in techniques, observational persistence and triangulation.The result of the research proves that the lack of awareness level from catering businessman in Pekanbaru to take care of halal certificate, because not yet out of Law RI 33 Year 2014 about the guarantee of halal product. The law itself already exists, but the derivative of the Act itself is not yet. For now this LPPOM MUI is still just fostering how Muslims can produce everything good food, toyiban stuff. If the Act is already officially signed out and executed then the catering entrepreneur must have halal certificate.

Abstract

This study aims to explain the issue of Recruitment of child soldiers in Somalia 2012-2016, explaining the role of the International Committee Of The Red Cross (ICRC) in handling the recruitment of child soldiers in Somailia Year 2012-2016, as well as to know the obstacles or constraints International Committee Of The Red cross (ICRC) in performing its role.The method applied in this research is the description, which will illustrate how the war of a Non-Governmental Organization (NGO). This research is structured using International Organizational theory, and the concept of the role of international organization, pluralist perspective.Level of behavioral analysis of organizational groups with traditional institutional and legal approaches to the approach to empirical dynamics. The technique of data collection is through Library research technique.The results of this study indicate that the ICRC plays an important role in humanitarian law in dealing with the recruitment of child soldiers that are very much found in Africa, especially the Somali State. The ICRC carries out its functions as an implementer of humanitarian operations, regulators, , and disseminators of norms, and acts as a socialization agent for humanitarian principles concerned with the recruitment of child soldiers in both war and after the war.Keywords: Somalia, child soldiers, ICRC

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the performance of village officials in the implementation of the Poor Rice Program (Raskin) in Tanjung Gading Village, Pasir Penyu Subdistrict, Indragiri Hulu Regency in 2016 and to describe what factors influence the performance of the village officials in the implementation of the Poor Rice Program (Raskin) in Tanjung Gading Village Pasir Penyu Subdistrict, Indragiri Hulu Regency in 2016. To measure the performance of the village officials in the implementation of the Raskin program, three indicators were used, namely Effectiveness, Responsiveness and Accountability.The research method used is descriptive qualitative. The data sources include primary data that is done through interviews to the source of data sought using purposive sampling techniques. In addition to primary data is also supported by secondary data obtained from documents and documentation relating to the research theme.Based on the results of the study, it can be seen from the three focuses of this study that the performance of the Village Government in the Poor Rice Program (Raskin) is not yet optimal in Tanjung Gading Village, Pasir Penyu District, Indragiri Hulu Regency in 2016. Furthermore, factors affecting the performance of the Village officials in the implementation of the Raskin program other than internal factors and external factors.Keyword: Effectiveness, Performance, Raskin Program

Abstract

Peoples Movement Maghrib Qur’an in Kampar regency in the last 3 years has not been effective. The availability of teaching staff and public participation in the Community Movement Maghrib Qur’an is one of the causes of the ineffectiveness of the implementation of the Regional Regulation No. 2 of 2013 on the Community Movement Maghrib Qur’an. Interest Regional Regulation No. 2 of 2013 on the Community Movement Maghrib enable Muslims learn the Qur’an and read the Qur’an at the time of maghrib and make the religious community and to get used to reading the Qur'an and had a strong religious character in Kampar regency. From the analysis it was concluded that the Regional Regulation No. 2 of 2013 which is concerning about the Qur’an categorized Maghrib Society Movement has not been successful. This is evident from not achieving the desired goals and objectives of Regulation No. 2 of 2013. As to enable Muslims to learn and read the Qur’an in maghrib time and make the religious community and to get used to reading the Qur’an and has a strong religious character in Kampar regency. Found factors that affect the evaluation of the policy, namely: the availability of faculty and community participation.   Keywords : Evaluation, Community Movement Maghrib Qur’an

Abstract

This study aims to implement community based tourism in the tourism object of pati soni waterfall, kuantan mudik subdistrict, kuantan singingi regency. This study uses a qualitative approach with subject of research is the surrounding community that manages tourism object, trades and village UKMs. Data Collection is done by in depth identifying characteristics, identifying elements of tourism systems and developing community based tourism.The results of this study show that Pati Soni Waterfall has potensial of water tourism which is still preserved. But the management is not good enough. The information of community based tourism management is very nesessary. The community must play an active role in providing facilities such as lodging, parking, foods adn drinks, souvenirs and tour guides. Abstract

This study aimed to analyze and determine the effect of working capital management and capital structure on profitability. Where the independent variable in this study is the management of working capital (turnover of working capital) and capital structure (debt to equity rati) the dependent variable is an indicator of profitability with a return on investment (ROI).The sample used is secondary data derived from the financial statements of pulp & paper listed in the Indonesia Stock Exchange (BEI) in 2010-2014. Samples taken by purposive sampling and sample that met the selection criteria. The samples used were as much as 6 industry. Analysis of data using multiple linear regression analysis with statistical test of hypothesis testing and statistical tests f t-assisted software SPSS 21.These results indicate that management of working capital and capital structure simultaneously no significant effect on profitability. And partially working capital management and capital structure also has no significant effect on profitability. This indicates that the variable X does not affect the Y either simultaneously or Parsian.Keywords: Management of working capital, capital structure and profitability

Abstract

The Rise Of Case Criminal Forestry make the central government collaborate with Ministery of Forestry create the Forestry Police High-Speed Squad on 2005. Through this Organization, Forestry Problems can solve goodly, However, this organization Walk without no problems. From this problems it created conflicts. This conflicts causes Low-Coordination between Employee in Forestry Police High-Speed Squad (SPORC), during in the running main tasks and functions Forestry Police High-Speed Squad can’t solve the problems about Forestry Cases.The Purpose of this research is to know and analyze how the conflict management of the Forestry Police High-Speed Squad (SPORC) of Brigade Beruang Riau Province and also the factors which influencing that conflict Management. This research is using a research-qualitative method which it'd explore the problem ,Identify causes of factors, and Composing theory which it has basically investigate.The theory of this research is Theory of Conflict Management by Wirawan with Five Purposes of Conflict Managament , which is : Preventing from disturb to members organization, Understanding others and honoring differentials, Increasing Creativity, Increasing Decision through Opinions, and Facilitating realization of activity. And the technical analyze data using qualitative method.After the research it found that Conflict Management at Forestry Police High-Speed Squad (SPORC) Of Brigade Beruang Riau Province causes by Un-compatible Employee Placement, Un-Optimal Resources whom following the jobs, and Low-Coordination with Local Government.and the factors of incluiding conflict according to Forestry Minister Regulation Num.75 Year 2014 is : Physical Body, Discipline, Moral Integrity, and Technical ability enchancement.Keyword: Conflict Management, Forestry Police High-Speed Squad

Abstract

Juvenile delinquency at the Bnb internet cafe game center in Pekanbaru city. This research was carried out in the city of pekanbaru further at Bnb internet cafe game center, Tuah Karya Sub-District, Tampan District. The purpose of this study was to find out what kinds of juvenile delinquency in the Bnb internet cafe game center were to find out the whole factors that caused adolescents to commit delinquency. The subjects in this study is 5 teenagers, who were 12-18 years old who were met in internet cafes who were addicted to playing online games. The author uses qualitative methods and the data is analyzed qualitatively and uses observational data collection techniques which include documentation and interviews. From the results of the research conducted the authors found that the 5 informants had the same hobby of playing online games to addiction and they were also smokers which resulted in them doing other delinquents such as skipping school, stealing and extortion. It can be concluded that the very basic factors that cause teenagers to do delinquency are invitations and incitements from their playmates. As well as several other causative factors, namely parents who are indifferent or not paying attention to their children, weak self-control that causes the teenagers easily influenced by the invitation of friends and the surrounding environment, and the mass media that have brought them into a new cultural pattern and mindset of teenagers.        Keywords:Mischief,Teenager

Abstract

This study aims to explain “the role of the World Health Organization(WHO) in tackling the outbreak of the zika virus in Brasil.The Zika virus originally appeared in 1947 and was found    in a rhesus monkey in the Zika Forest.Viral zika in brasil began to spread to parts of latin America from Asia.This Virus spread when there was a race to paddle canoes in 2014 ago in the south pacific areaThe research data obtained from books, journals, official documents, theses, and websites. The author uses the pluralism approach and the analysis of the roles of the international organization. The method of the research is qualitative which is the data obtained from the literature related to the research topic.                 The result of the research shows there is a significant role of the World Health Organization in tackling the outbreak of zika virus in reality first, WHO conducts Supervision by tracking and detecting zika infected areas quickly. So that it can be known quickly the extent of the spread of the zika virus. then, Advancing research in the prevention, control and control of Zika virus infections and related complications.
