Abstract

In repairing peatlands damaged by burning, the President forms a non-structural institution that is directly responsible to the President. For this reason, the President issued Presidential Regulation Number 1 of 2016 concerning the Peat Restoration Agency. The researcher wanted to see the Implementation of the Peat Restoration Agency Program in Kampar District in 2017 (Study of Rimbo Panjang Village).This study aims to describe the Implementation of the Peat Restoration Agency Program in Rimbo Panjang Village, Kampar Regency in 2017. This study used a qualitative approach. Research location in Rimbo Panjang Village. Data sources in this study are informants, documents and print media. Data collection techniques were carried out by interviews and documentation. While the data analysis technique is done by qualitative analysis which is descriptive type, which is trying to analyze using the theory of policy implementation.The conclusion of this study is that the implementation of the Peat Restoration Agency Program in Rimbo Panjang Village, Kampar Regency in 2017 has not been optimally seen from the rewetting program and the economic revitalization of the community. In the implementation of the Peat Restoration Agency program in Rimbo Panjang Village, the program has been carried out by building bore wells. Construction of drill wells is more effective for Rimbo Panjang Village which is located far from natural water sources. However, in the implementation of this program there was a lack of communication between the Peat Restoration Agency, the Rimbo Panjang Village Government and the Community Concerned Fire and the unclear operational funds that made the program not running optimally. In addition, the Peat Restoration Agency is also a community economic revitalization program. However, this program has not been implemented until 2017 in Rimbo Panjang Village.Keywords: Program, Peat Restoration Agency

Abstract

The background of the problem in this research is the Kampar seen from the geographical conditions has the potential land for agricultural development, it should Kampar own grand design development of the agricultural sector. Grand design is expected to encourage the development of Kampar regency which has the potential of wetland and upland area is promising, Kampar district has vast potential wetland rice fields where the vast potential in the Kampar area of 10 467 hectares. Potential dry land far greater extent than the existing wetland. Extensive dry land in Kampar regency is 197 346 ha. As an agricultural area that has the potential wetland and upland wide enough, either already or not yet in use, Kampar continually strive to cover the various needs of the community. Which became the focus of the problem in this research is how the Kampar District Government efforts to realize the development priorities in agriculture 2012-2013? and what factors inhibiting realize Kampar District Government development priorities in agriculture 2012-2013?. This type of research is a field research with qualitative approach. Pliers data collection techniques used were interviews primary data, in addition to observation and documentation as secondary data. The territories in which the research is Kampar and Stakeholders Department of Agriculture. The research findings indicate (1) upanya Kampar District Government Delivering On Agriculture Sector Development Priorities 2012-2013 through; Food Resilience improvement program, Program Increased production of agricultural / plantation, Program Improvement production of agricultural / plantation, Farmers Welfare Improvement Program, a program peningkatakn Marketing Results, program¬progam have been realized by the local government through the agriculture office Kampar Kampar, this program has been successfully implemented physical and non-physical, physical has been accomplished 100%, but non-physical claim on average this program has accomplished 75% .. (2). Factors resistor Regency of Kampar implement Priority Development in Agriculture, the natural resources are not a constraint in building in Kampar because each district has resources sufficient to manage menjai agricultural land, but that the limiting factor is the human resources and support facilities to boost agriculture in Kampar, for human resources in the field of agriculture is the generation of tau are not many young people are engaged in agriculture, while it supported agriculture seeds and fertilizer aid and the government sometimes often has been delayed until at the hands of the farmers.Keyword: Government Kampar, Agriculture, production, resource

Abstract

Rantih village is the only tourist village in Sawahlunto. Rantih touristvillage is managed and developed by the local community. Therefore, this studyaims to know the form of participation, communities in developing Rantih touristvillage and the encouraging&inhibiting factors of the in participating. This studyuser descriptive qualitative method. The key informant is business ownerscommunity, supporting informant is the headman, heads of organization and othercommunities. Data collection was taken by direct observation, interviews anddocumentation. Data analysis was done with data reduction, data display andconclusion. The result of this study concluded that: 1) The implementation ofbusiness activities by community has runs well althought not completely optimal.2) Implementation of the form of community participation directly, indirect andnon participant. 3) The obstacles include people’s mindset and tourist villageorganization.Key word : Community Participation, Implementation, Tourist village Rantih

Abstract

Social issues became topics frequently discussed, such as poverty, corruption, crime and social disparities as well, as well as with various cases of violence which often happens lately, is sexual violence against children. One of the non profit institutions namely the Pusat Pelayanan Terpadu Pemberdayaan Perempuan dan Anak (P2TP2A) city of Pekanbaru has attempted to provide guidance on child victims of sexual violence both in the psychological accompaniment and legal accompaniment even with minimal budget. This research aims to identify the target of the communication, the communication of the message destination, the selection of communication media, and the role of the Communicator is used in Pusat Pelayanan Terpadu Pemberdayaan Perempuan dan Anak (P2TP2A) city of Pekanbaru in mentoring child victims of sexual violence.This research uses descriptive qualitative research methods, with the selection of the informant using the technique of purposive sampling. Informants in this study is the Vice Chair of the 1, counselors, psychologists, lawyers, and two parents of children victims of sexual violence ever conducted by the Pusat Pelayanan Terpadu Pemberdayaan Perempuan dan Anak (P2TP2A) city of Pekanbaru. Using data collection techniques of observation, interview and documentation. To analyze the results of research that uses techniques of data analysis based on interactive models Huberman and Miles. Whereas the examination of the validity of the data using the technique of prolongation of participation and triangulation.The results of this research show that the communication strategy used in Integrated service centres review of women and children (P2TP2A) city of Pekanbaru in mentoring young victims of sexual violence, the first komunikan already know the children victims of sexual assaults are reported through the terms of reference of each of the victims, namely the background and chronology of events, as well as the situation and conditions of child victims of sexual violence were reported. The aim of the communication messages are informative, persuasive and educative. Communication media used in the media through face-to-face counseling and supporting media using the media of drawing and coloring. Abstract

MTC Giant Panam Pekanbaru brick shoe store is a company engaged in the field of shoes products. In order to face increasingly difficult competition, a company must pay attention to promotions and prices in order to attract buying interest from consumers. For this reason, this research was conducted, research with the promotion variable (X1) and Price (X2) and the dependent variable, namely Consumer Purchase Interest (Y). The problem in this research is that buying interest in shoe shops has fluctuated and tends to decrease every year.This study aims to determine, and can explain the effect of promotion and price on consumer buying interest in the MTC Giant Panam Pekanbaru Pekanbaru. The sample of this study was taken as many as 100 respondents from the entire population and calculated using the Slovin formula, where the method used in collecting questionnaires was the accidental sampling method. And data collection techniques used are questionnaires and interviews, while the data analysis techniques used are simple linear regression and multiple linear regression.From the results of research conducted, that the effect of promotion on prices has a significant effect, and prices also influence buying interest significantly, so does Promotion and Prices also have a significant effect on consumer buying interest. Abstract

Pekanbaru City is famous for having its religious tourism object, one of the religious tourism objects in Pekanbaru City is the tourism object of WDO (Da'wah Tourism Okura). This WDO tourism object is a horse and archery tourist attraction, which is that this sport is a sunnah sport of the Prophet Muhammad. This is one of the basic foundations and uniqueness for this WDO attraction. The reason is based on the development of WDO attractions from 2014 to 2019, it received positive responses from various groups, one of which was the Minister of Tourism of Indonesia himself gave an appreciation of these attractions so that Riau Province won an achievement in the form of third place halal tourism in Indonesia. Therefore, the Culture and Tourism Office of Pekanbaru City is intensifying in developing this WDO tourism object. The purpose of this study is to find out the communicator strategy, the strategy to determine the communicant, the message strategy and the media strategy used by the Culture and Tourism Office of the City of Pekanbaru in attracting visitors to the WDO tourist attractionThis research uses a qualitative method using the Lasswell model theory. The subjects in this study consisted of 4 informants and also of course data collection techniques using observation, interviews and documentation. The data analysis technique in this study uses interactive Miles and Huberman and also the technical validity of the data uses triangulation and an extension of participation technique.The results of this study indicate that the Department of Culture and Tourism of the City of Pekanbaru in attracting the interest of visitors to the WDO tourist attraction the communicator strategy used is through the concept of pentahelix. Which is that this concept is a synergy with 5 elements to enhance the development of tourism. Then the strategy to determine the communicant used is through organizing events so that future tourists are more interested in becoming interested in WDO attractions and the segmentation of the communicants themselves, namely local tourists and Muslim foreigners. The message strategy used is to attract visitors to this attraction prioritized through studies of preachers although other messages related to the reality of the WDO attraction will also be pinned to other tourists. and the media strategy used is that all media will be used as one of the supporting factors in optimizing this WDO attraction.

Abstract

The development of health in Indonesia is aimed at raising awareness, willingness, and healthy living capability for every person in order to realize a degree of health level. Demam Berdarah Dengue (DBD) is an infectious disease caused by Dengue virus. The spread of this disease in Indonesia is widespread almost evenly in all major cities, including Pekanbaru City. In 2015 an explosion of dengue fever patients so that Pekanbaru City should be set the status of Extraordinary Events (KLB).The purpose of this study is to find out how much responsiveness of Pekanbaru city government in the prevention of Demam Berdarah Dengue (DBD), related to the non-stipulation of the status of Extraordinary Occurrence (KLB) in 2015. Type of research used is descriptive research type with qualitative analysis method. This research was conducted in Pekanbaru City. Technique of data collection is done by observation, interview and documentation. While the data analysis is done by qualitative analysis. Researchers use triangulation techniques as a technique to check the validity of data.The results of the study based on service user complaints indicator, bureaucratic apparatus attitude in responding to service user's complaints, the use of service user's complaints as a reference for improvement of public services, government action in providing service and placement of service users in the prevailing service system indicates that government responsv less in facing DBD . This is evidenced by the non-stipulation of the status of Extraordinary Events (KLB), in addition to preventive efforts undertaken by the government is not optimal and evenly distributed throughout the region as well as the government's new actions felt after the fall of human lives.Keywords: Responsiveness, Demam Berdarah Dengue (DBD)

Abstract

This research was conducted at Pasar Senin of Rantau Panjang Kiri Village Rokan Hilir Village. The issue of family welfare through small traders at pasar senin Rantau Panjang Kiri Village was chosen as a background for this research baecause welfare was not a goal of a particular society, buat all societies need prosperity to sustain life in terms of economy, development, mental and physical. The welfare of the family can be seen from 8 indicators, which were: Revenue, Housing / Housing, Clothing, Food, Education, Health, Recreation, and Savings. The purpose of this research was to determain the walfare of small trader family at Pasar Senin of Rantau Panjang Kiri Village and to know the factors that affect the welfare of small traders families in Pasar Senin Rantau Panjang Kiri Village. Qualitative method was used as research method by applaying interview technique, observation, and documentation to collect data and information. The results showed that traders who earned a living in Pasar Senin Rantau Panjang Kiri village helped the economy and improve their family welfare. It can be proved the increase of family income, owning a home, the fulfiment of food, the clothing is fulfilled even if only purchased when the need only, education of children who have been fulfilled, good health and recreation is fulfilled even if only a year only once and no savings for family needed. Internal factors that determine the level of family welfare the number of family members, shelter, social circumstances, and financial condition. Abstract

Study aimed to describe the influence of job satisfaction on organizational citizenship behavior banking employees with organizational commitment as a moderation variable (study in Bank Nagari branch Pekanbaru). Job satisfaction as variable (X), organizational citizenship behavior as variable (Y), organizational commitment as variable (Z). The menthod in this research is descriptive and quntitative using SPSS 21, where the sample use are 45 employees performed byproportionate stratified random sampling method and data collection technique through questionnaires. From the results of the data analysis that includes a test of validity, reliability, normality, multicolinearity, heteroscedasticity, autocorrelation, simple linear regression, moderation regression analysis, determination, test t, and test f. So it can be concluded that job satisfaction has a significant effect to organizational citizenship behavior of banking employees in Bank Nagari branch Pekanbaru, job satisfaction has a significant effect to organizational citizenship behavior of banking employees with organizational commitment as moderation variable in Bank Nagari branch Pekanbaru.Keyword : job satisfaction, organizational citizenship behavior, and organizational commitment

Abstract

This research conducted in SLB Pelita Hati in parents who have children with disabilities. The purpose of this study was to determine parental characteristics and parents' motivation to send children with disabilities in SLB Pelita Hati kecamatan Tampan Pekanbaru. This study was conducted on 4 parents, 4 teachers, and 1 psychologist. Data collection techniques used using observation and interviews. This study uses qualitative descriptive analysis techniques. The research found that the motivation that encourages the four parents who have disabilities to send to school consists of intrinsic motivation and extrinsic motivation. Intrinsic motivation is that they are not pessimistic about the condition of their children motivated to send their children to school in the special school, and for the extra-physical motivation researchers found some parents' motivation to send children with disabilities in SLB Pelita Hati that is; (1) advice from friends, (2) advice from psychologists, (3), (4) motivated school fees that are affordable for parents. this study found the role of the teacher who taught at SLB Pelita Hati namely (1) able to provide teaching that is appropriate to the needs and abilities of children with disabilities This study also looked at the motivation of parents from the role of psychologists in children with disabilities, where psychologists have a very important role in diagnosing children with disabilities namely diagnosing to know what children have needs and helping parents to send their children to school, and psychologists find parental obstacles in sending children with disabilities, parents who still do not want to send their children to SLB, because parents feel ashamed of themselves and the community.
