Abstract

In Indonesia, art performance is one of culture which must be preserved by every people. One of the examples is society in Bagan Batu where transmigrant people are always preserving Jaran Kepang. Jaran Kepang Turunggo Putro art has verbal and nonverbal communication aspect which has various meaning. The purpose of this research is to know the messages of kinesics meaning, artifactual meaning and smelling meaning in this show of Jaran Kepang Turunggo Putro in Bagan Batu.This research was used qualitative method in symbolic theory. Subjects of this research are players, trainers, and some figures of Jaran Kepang Turunggo Putro in Bagan Batu who have choose by using Purposive technique and also audiences by using Accidental way. The collecting data technique was done by using observation, interview and documentation.The result of this research was showed the kinesics meaning of players in Jaran Kepang Turunggo Putro in Bagan Batu. It consists of facial messages which has seriously meaning and focus on showing, and in gestural and postural meaning, it has movement of kuda kepang dance which has meaning of a soldier in a horse for war, reog and ganongan movement which has meaning of king entertainer in a kingdom, and petilan puppet movement has meaning of two puppets in fighting a kingdom. Artifactual meaning of Jaran Kepang Turunggo Putro is in clothing and cosmetics. Clothing has character signed meaning for every player in Jaran Kepang show and cosmetics have unknowing signed meaning (pangling) for audiences to hide players real face and showing a strong and characterized a good player. Smelling messages is as a media of sending messages to God for permission to ancestors in doing their best performance.Keywords: Jaran Kepang, Nonverbal communication, symbolic interactions

Abstract

This is a political economic studies in international relations which describes about the impact of land reform policies towards foreign loans to the IMF in 2008.Robert Mugabe's land reform policies have a negative impact on the economy in Zimbabwe. Land reform policy are made to take land owned by white farmers forcibly and given to supporters political party of Robert Mugabe. Land reform policies decrease economic growth and suffered hyperinflation and the result IMF suspended aid to Zimbabwe's foreign loans. This researchpurpose to explain the impact of land reform policies towards foreign loans to the IMF in 2008 and describes the effect on the economy Zimbabwe, the object of this study is the policy of land reform in Zimbabwe. This is qualitative research which used descriptive methods, and collecting data from books, journals, official publications and relevant websites. This paper used the behavioralist perspective and international economic cooperation theory proposed by Anne Kruenger, Deepak Lal. The result of this research shows that Hyperinflation in Zimbabwe bring bad influence on society and the IMF decided to make economic aid to Zimbabwe Zimbabwe is getting worse. However zimbabwe tried to growby making changes such as dollarization, and use of loan funds to effectively lead the IMF to revoke suspension of aid funds to Zimbabwe.Keyword : Land Reform Policy , IMF, Economic of Zimbabwe

Abstract

Implement program Family Welfare Empowerment (PKK) study of social capital in the implementation of health and education skills program PKK Kelurahan Simpang Baru Kecamatan Tampan of the city of Pekanbaru. PKK is a movement of people who have been actively involved as a partner of the government in the implementation of community development programs. PKK have an essential role that is driving an empowering women to actively participate in development and as an institution with the primary mission of the family realize prosperous, advanced and independent with a growing number of job performance, has won the recognition of its existence amongst the people. With regard essentially have and implement 10 programs PKK institutionalized and accepted by society because in accordance with the demands of life and livelihood in improving public welfare and unseen seen from the social capital of the execution of health, education and skills. The aim of the study is to examine social capital as measured by indicators of norms, networks and trust and know the benefits of the program PKK health and education skills Simpang Baru PKK. The method in this research using descriptive quantitative research methods, probability sampling design, using simple random sampling technique, sample is 96 to the formula slovin, respondents who are part of all members of the PKK. Researchers in data collection using observation, a questionnaire (questionnaire) and documentation. These results indicate that the PKK program implementation in health, education and skills high social capital as measured by indicators of norms, networks and trust. The norms make the program run properly. The program runs well in a network. A network has been formed to create and build trust. This continues to occur continuously and repeatedly so that the PKK programs in health, education and skills is going well. The perceived benefits of members is the result of applying the PKK programs in health, education and skills. The perceived benefits are closely related to improving the quality of health and education quality and skills of PKK members in accordance with the government's program of human resource empowerment and improving social welfare. Abstract

Children is eighty yearl old, it is mean still in womb. The protection child is everything activity to ensure and protection child and participants. His night to service, grow, and to participants as optimal with the harkat and dignity. The concept of theory is used according to van meter van horn (2008), state that, there are some variabel which given effect performance implementation the policy of public. This research is used qualitative method with the analyzeddata. As descriptive. Data collection technique was be done in observation, interview, and documentation. The parties muolved in this research as informen. The results of of research showed that implementation of policy about cchild protection (Study Case The children beggar in Mandau district) it is not correct and maximum appropriate because many obstruction was be done in implementation. Abstract

Education staff is one of the most important elements in improving the quality of education educators are community members who are devoted and appointed to support the implementation of education, which includes the management of educational units, researchers, civil servants, supervisors, researchers, developers, librarians, laboratory staff and technical technicians. learn. One of the problems that often occurs in the recruitment of educators is the problem of implementing inadequate teaching staff so that there is often irregular acceptance because a lot of work is done in a non-serious manner. Which is the focus of the research on the implementation of teaching staff who are received by the headmaster who does not do as in the acceptance. The Pelalawan district education office has not been maximal in carrying out teaching staff acceptance.This can be seen from the roles of the school principal in carrying out the report after the receipt for the procedure is regulated by the education office but the implementation is carried out by the principal so that many of the teachers in SD Teluk Meranti still have high school diplomas while in law Law No. 74 of 2005 all teaching staff must be S1. The results of the research on teacher recruitment policies in improving the quality of education in SD Meranti sub-district are: (first) the process of receiving teachers in improving the quality of education at Meranti Bay, (second) through the planning of new teacher admissions conducted systematically, organizing by placing appropriate and competent people, standardized structured implementation and supervision carried out during the teacher acceptance process conducted with the aim of improving the quality of education in SD Teluk Meranti (third) the committee always coordinate with all personnel to always emphasize the importance of quality reception so that education at SD Teluk Meranti is increasing. Keywords: Implementation of Educator Recruitment Policy

Abstract

 The problem of energy cannot be separated from the geopolitical conception that looks at the geographical position of a country as a component of its capabilities in the international political order. The energy context if analyzed in the perspective of International Political Economy is based on the interdependence relationship between countries within the scope of economic dependence between countries. The form of interdependence between countries is the export-import activities between countries, cooperation between countries in finding new energy sources and securing energy supplies in other countries.The need of energy supplies in Indonesia, especially on diesel demand is increasing every  year. However, this increase could not be fulfilled by national oil based energy supply due to the decrease of oil production and there has not been significant increase in term of oil fractionation plants. As a consequence, diesel import could not be avoided resulting an additional burden in nation budgeting.To overcome this problem, LNG might be an alternative. Thus, diesel imports can be eliminated further, domestic industries can be more competitive. Indonesia is one of the leading LNG producers in the world, most of the LNG production is exported to China, Korea and Mexico. Abstract

Nowadays, diplomatic activity has increased rapidly along with the increasingly diverse issues in international relations. International relations are no longer seen as relations between countries, but also include international public relations. Thus traditional diplomacy, or what is known as "First track Diplomacy", which only involves the role of government in carrying out diplomatic missions. Of course it will not be effective in order to convey messages of diplomacy to a country. Therefore, public diplomacy activities involving public participation will be needed in order to complement traditional diplomacy activities. China conducted public diplomas to achieve its economic and national interests through the 2008 Summer Olympics in Beijing and Paralympics in 2008. However, various issues in China also affected the interests that China wanted to achieve in the 2008 Beijing Olympics. That through the momentum of the 2008 Summer Olympics in Beijing, China seeks to do its public diplomacy for its economic and national interests and build a positive image of China as an international tourist destination. Abstract

The simultaneous elections held on February 15, 2017 were a party of Indonesian democracy. election of regional headwas held simultaneously in one hundred regions with seven provinces, eighteen cities and seventy-six districts. Of the eighteen cities, Pekanbaru includes being a city that organizes election of regional head simultaneously with five candidate pairs. Pekanbaru election news attracted attention, especially the biggest newspaper in Riau and Pekanbaru namely Tribun Pekanbaru and Riau Pos. Both media have different ideologies because they have their respective interests, to see that it takes a study of framing analysis of Pan and Kosicki. This study aims to determine the elements of news structure and representation of media ideology Tribun Pekanbaru and Riau PosThis research is a qualitative research with framing analysis approach. Subjects in this study are editorial tools and journalists news authors Selection of Pekanbaru Mayor selected with purposive sampling technique. This study uses data collection techniques with observation, interview and literature study. To view the validity of data, the author uses an opt-in extensionThe results obtained are, first News in Tribune Pekanbaru Title, the news terrace has described the contents of the news. The balance of the news is visible with relevant sources. News Riau Pos puts the title that attracts the reader's attention, the news is also no doubt his balance. Abstract

The study is done in the environmental and cleanliness ( dlhk ) city pekanbaru.The department of environmental and cleanliness ( dlhk ) city pekanbaru is weak support to the operation of the waste management.Today handling of the waste problem in urban area pekanbaru could not going well.This is because the area of service with greater number of heap of garbage high and supporting facilities and infrastructures hygiene inadequate.Research purposes: ( 1 ) to know the effectiveness of waste management by the environment and the city cleansing pekanbaru; ( 2 ) to know the barrier driving and factors affecting the effectiveness of waste management by the environment and the city cleansing pekanbaru.Informants research was taken from the head of waste management, head of reducing and the use of garbage, handling and processing of the trash, gives the infrastructure, and the city pekanbaru.This research using research qualitative descriptive to technique data collection covering interview, observation and study documentation.Based on the research done , that the effectiveness of waste management by the environment and cleanliness the city of pekanbaru done using indicators ( 1 ) clarity the purpose to accomplished; ( 2 ) clarity strategy the achievement of a goal; ( 3 ) process of analysis and the formulation of policies that steady; ( 4 ) programs established proper; ( 5 ) the availability of facilities and infrastructure .Factors - factors affect the effectiveness of waste management by the environment and cleanliness the city of pekanbaru is: ( 1 ) of human resources ( 2 ) facilities and infrastructure ( 3 ) the role of the people ( 4 ) communication. Abstract

The study uses 3 variables which are supervision, work environment and employee performance. In supervision variables have 4 dimensions of standard work, supervision activities to request work result, comparison of job implementation and taking corrective action. In variables work environment have 2 dimensions which are physical work environment and non physical work environment. In variables employee performance have 4 dimensions which are work quallity, employee knowladge, ability and cooperation.As for the population in this study are employees of the sorting section PT. Citra Riau Sarana Dua Kabupaten Kuantan Singingi which amounted to 42 people and the population in this study used as sample by using census method to all employees, the analisis used in this research is the Validity Test, Realibility Test, Simple Linearregression, Multiple Linear Regression, Determination Test (R2),Individual Significant Test ( t Tes), and Significant Test (F test).The result of research show that the implementation of supervision and work environment has a significant effect on employee performance on PT. Citra Riau Sarana Dua Kabupten Kuantan Singingi. The result can be obtained from the questionnaire that is in though and tested with statistic through the SPSS program.Keywords: Supervision, Work Environment, Employee Performance
