Abstract

This research will explain about the benefit to be achieved by Indonesia in RCEP negotiations initiated within the framework of ASEAN upon its leadership in ASEAN. Negotiations is to discuss the free trade agreements between ASEAN and ASEAN cooperation partners who were previously part of the ASEAN Plus 1trade cooperation. The negotiations initiated because the WTO has failed in formulating multilateral trade rules in the Doha round. This study will also be discussed on how the challenges and opportunities for Indonesia RCEP. This research is a study using research methods literature study. This study uses perspectives and theories of liberalism and the concept of national interest expressed by Jack C. Plano and Olton Roy.The results of this study indicate that Indonesia RCEP initiated in 2011 is to increase trade Indonesia because RCEP high economic potential and Indonesia wants to increase cooperation, especially in the field of small and medium enterprises (SMEs). Opportunities provided by RCEP is the ease in obtaining industrial raw materials more efficiently and quite promising.Keywords: Regional Cooperation Economic Partnership, Cooperation, National Interest

Abstract

This reasearch explains about The Impact of Pope Francis’s Policy on normalization of the United States and Cuba. This research also describes of Pope Francis’s policy in the proccess of US-Cuba normalization. The diplomatic relations between US-Cuba have been frozen since US break off diplomatic relations with the Island Nation in 1961. The impact of this frozen relations has harmed people of the both sides, particularly the Cuban people who suffered from embargo of the United States. Pope Francis is the first pontiff of Latin America who played key role in the proccess of US-Cuba normalization.This reasearch theoretically has built with behavioralism perspective on International Relations and supported by individual behavior analysis, foreign policy and diplomacy theories. Data collection techniques using library research in the form of journals, books, official documents, articles and websites. Formulation of all arguments, facts, and theoretical framework on this reserach is guided by qualitative explanation methods. Scope of this research is about the impact of the Pope Francis’s policy on normalization of the United States and Cuba 2013-2015.This research also proves that Pope Francis’s policy affects to the relations of two countries untill normalization happened on December 17th, 2014. Pope started his step by writing forceful letters to Obama and Raul Castro, and then on October 2014, Vatican hosts the final negotiation between two delegations to reach the final agreement.Keywords: Pope Francis, Normalization, United States, Cuba

Abstract

Communication is the key to the success of integrating in the teaching and learning process, the motivational aspect largely determines the intensity of the learning effort and encourages students to carry out certain activities related to learning activities. Motivation is also one of the factors that will later influence achievement. Optimal learning outcomes are influenced by various components of teaching and learning, including effective interpersonal communication by the teacher. So that interpersonal communication skills possessed by the teacher are able to influence students in the form of motivation and enthusiasm in following the learning process and supporting learning success. This study aims to determine the effect of teacher interpersonal communication on student motivation at open junior high school 9 in Pekanbaru city.The method used in this research is quantitative method. Data collection techniques using questionnaires and documentation. The population in this study were students of grades VIII and IX open junior high school 9 in Pekanbaru city. The sampling technique used is a census of respondents. To determine the effect of these two variables, researchers used simple linear regression analysis. And for the processing of the questionnaire test data is carried out by using the version 24 of the Windows Product and Service Solution (SPSS) Statistics program. Based on the results of simple linear regression in this study, the regression coefficient value is Y = 2.11 + 0.682 X with a significance level of 0.00 and smaller than α = 0.05. While based on the determination test, the results obtained were 32.4%. This means that there is a weak influence between interpersonal communication of teachers on learning motivation of students at open junior high school 9 in Pekanbaru city.

Abstract

Everyone wants to keep their health for the sake of fitness. Therefore, for many healthy lifestyles that choose sports activities in the gym. Fitness is the place of choice to be able to form a healthy body, maintain a healthy lifestyle also foster relationships with friends and people in the gym. Relationships are not only between members but also a close relationship between the instructor and the members. Interpersonal communication is dyadic communication that only two people, such as husband wife, two close friends, teacher-students, as well as instructors and fitness members. The characteristics of communication dyadic with parties who communicate are at close range and parties who communicate and receive messages simultaneously and spontaneously both verbally and nonverbally. This study aims to find out how the interpersonal communication of instructors and members in running the lifestyle of fitness at Grand Elite Hotel Pekanbaru.This research uses qualitative descriptive research method. Informants in this research are 2 instruktur and 5 member by using purposive sampling technique. Data finishing technique using participant observation, interview and documentation. In achieving the validity of the data in this study, researchers used extension of participation and triangulation.The results of research indicate the existence of interpersonal communication of the instructor and the members are running well. Firstly, the openness of the instructor and the members does not take long to get to know each other and the members in an average time of 14 days can already feel comfortable and confident the problems associated with physical problems. They. Secondly, empathy is when members give an opinion that the instructor has a good sense of empathy in the perceived problems of the members and in the training. Third, the attitude of support with the attitude and behavior of instructors while motivating members and communication styles they use are easy to understand and not offend members. Fourth, the positive attitude is proved by the absence of complaints from members of the attitude, character and style of instructors At the Grand Hotel Elite Hotel Pekanbaru. Fifth, the equality is more dominated by the instructor of the members, but the instructor is still open to accept suggestions and feedback from members..Keywords: Interpersonal Communication, Running Healthy Lifestyle, Instructor and Member

Abstract

R. Enny Irawanti, 1301156939 management of regional assets in the representative of representative country of indragiri region period 2009-2014. Supervisor Dra. Hj. Wan Asrida, M.Si In the current era of regional autonomy, there is a heavy burden on the local government and the House of Representatives, the burden is an effort to accelerate the growth and regional development, prosperity, absorb and run the expectations of the community. DPRD is an element of local government as a vehicle to implement democracy based on Pancasila. So in carrying out its duties and functions, the DPRD holds to the principles of regional autonomy within the framework of the Unitary State of the Republic of Indonesia. Based on the results of the BPK-RI audit of the Local Government Financial Statements, various issues concerning the fixed asset account which are commonly among them are fixed asset values presented in the balance sheet not yet supported by adequate records, fixed assets unknown, fixed assets held by other parties, fixed assets are not returned by former members of parliament. The purpose of this study is to describe the management of local assets and obstacles in Indragiri Hilir Regency DPRD Period 2009-2014. This research is a qualitative research. This research was conducted in Indragiri Hilir Regency DPRD Period 2009-2014. Techniques used to collect data in this study are (1) Interviews, (2) Library Studies, and (3) Documentation. The conclusions of this study indicate that 1) the management of regional assets in Indragiri Hilir Regency DPRD Period 2009-2014 has not been maximized. 2) Lack of DPRD members who really understand the process of asset management. 3) Limited capacity of DPRD members in the management of income, finance and regional assets. 4) The incomplete system and procedures of financial management and regional assets in Indragiri Hilir Regency DPRD. 5) There is still a lack of experts in the Indragiri Hilir Regional House of Representatives who is professional, namely in the management of regional assets (Regional Property).Keyword: management, assets

Abstract

Implementation is an activity carried out by an agency or organization in a planned, organized and directed manner in order to achieve the expected goals. Therefore the Kuantan Singingi Regent issued a decree Number: Kpts.107 / V / 017 regarding technical guidelines for the distribution of oil palm seedlings in Kuantan Singingi Regency Government 2017 budget year. The purpose of this study was to determine the Implementation of Oil Palm Seed Assistance Program in Kuantan Singingi District (case study of standard operating procedures) and to find out the factors that constrained the Implementation of Oil Palm Seed Assistance Program in Kuantan Singingi District (case study of operational standard implementation procedure). The concept of the theory that the author uses is the theory of program definition by Charles O. Jones in Suryana (2009: 28) with organizing, interpretation, application or application. This study uses qualitative research methods with descriptive data review. In collecting data, the authors use interview and documentation techniques using the purposive sampling method as a source of information and use interactive models of analysis as a source of validity of the data. The results of this study indicate that the implementation of the Oil Palm Seed Assistance Program in Kuantan Singingi District (a case study of implementing standard operating procedures) is seen that the organization has not been optimal, the interpretation of the Department of Agriculture has not run effectively, and its implementation has not been able to overcome the implementation of the program. Factors that constrain the implementation of the Oil Palm Seed Assistance Program in Kuantan Singingi District (case study of standard operating procedures) are the Limitations on Human Resources and Budget Limitations. Keywords: Management, Actuating, Program Implementation in SOP

Customs institutions malays riau or LAM Riau has founded on 06 june 1970 with the spirit of to maintain and preserve customs malays riau. This study attempts to knowledgeable about customs institutions malays riau 2012-2017 period in enforcing collective riau identity community.This research using 7 the key informants comprising the government riau , council members riau, the DPH LAM Riau and LAM district , the private perusaahaan, the civil organitation of malays in riau and host of an organization students .This research see what customs institutions malays riau 2012-2017 period in enforcing the identity of collective riau and see faktor-faktor an impediment to enforce collective riau identity people .This research result indicates activity undertaken by lam riau in upholding collective identity masrakat riau.From this research result can be inferred customary malay institution riau saw efforts to enforce collective identity this must be supported by all parties in the form of a conservation done in direct interaction , its cultural experience , and in the form of information center that could difungsionalisasikan into the form of organising events malay culture .Keyword : Customary Malay Institution Riau, Society Collective Identity Riau

Abstract

City Post Office Pekanbaru in the postal service has not done well users of postal services increasingly in decline, as well as delivery service parcel post still tend to wait for delivery of packages simultaneously, which is known delivery postal packets that will be sent must wait for the fulfillment of the capacity of the car that would bring the package post so that it is experiencing delays in delivery as well as the lack of precision of acceptance parcel post which is known in the service time that is later than the delivery until the receipt of postal parcels. The purpose of this study was to determine the service provided Post Office Jalan Sudirman Pekanbaru in the delivery of postal parcels and determine the factors that affect the implementation of the Parcel Post services at the Post Office and for the city of Pekanbaru.The type and method of research is descriptive research, which is defined as the process of solving problems investigated by presenting or describing the state of the subject and object of research at the present time based on the facts that appear or as it is. In the data collection authors conducted in-depth interviews and searches documents and archives post office.The results showed that the delivery service Parcel Post with a set of standard operating procedures in yet sustainability post package delivery has not been seen in the achievement of optimum service, it is the post office is still slow in providing services due to the lack of the number of employees in providing services and lack of infrastructure available so that the service provided is not timely, the community in the delivery of postal parcels.The type and method of research is descriptive research, which is defined as the process of solving problems investigated by presenting or describing the state of the subject and object of research at the present time based on the facts that appear or as it is. Abstract

The photography community is a social group that occurs in modern society. In this case we need to know the profile of photography community, photography community activity and photographer style towards determining object. This type of research is descriptive qualitative research. Qualitative research is a study that intends to understand the phenomenon of what is experienced by research subjects such as behavior, motovation, actions and others holistically and with descriptions in the form of words and language, as well as will be done by the author that is describing or making a description of the subject about the activities and style of photography art in the city of Pekanbaru, where the number of informants amounted to 6 people. From the results of the research Pekanbaru Photography Community (KFP) has activities or activities that are fositive to them and the environment. Pekanbaru Photography Community Activity (KFP) is more oriented towards togetherness, sharing knowledge and hospitality. Photographic community activity is displayed through its activities, such as regular meetings, hunting, exhibitions, seminars and workshops, and social activities. In the style of the photographer to the individual object has a tendency of each, in addition to all items there also like young women, landscape (nature), human, miniature and product. Abstract

Monetary situation and macroeconomic variables movement are things that must be considered by an investor in doing stock trading activity in a country. The state of the economy and the fluctuation of macro variables in a country can affect the stock price, including in the banking sector. This study aims to examine the effect of macroeconomic variables namely exchange rate (exchange rate) and inflation rate to stock price. This research uses quantitative method. The population in this study are all banking companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (BEI) inthe period 2011-2015.This study uses secondary data from the company's financial statements. Samples and sampling using purposive sampling technique. Based on predetermined criteria, 9 banking companies were selected as samples in this study. The classical assumption test in this research includes normality test, multicollinearity test, heterokedastisity test and autocorrelation test. Data analysis using multiple linear regression analysis, t test, F test, and test of coefficient of determination.Data analysis using multiple linear regression analysis with SPSS 16.The results of this study indicate that the variable exchange rate (exchange rate) and partial inflation rate (t test) does not affect the stock prices of sub-sector companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange. Simultaneous test results (f) show no influence of variables exchange rate (exchange rate) and inflation rate on stock prices in the banking sub-sector listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange.Keywords: Exchange Rate, Inflation Rate, Stock Price.
