Abstract

The district government Indragiri Hulu is one of 303 local governments have partnership with service of aspiration and complaints of the people online program (LAPOR) central and And it’s the first district that socialize and conducted LAPOR in province of Riau. People using program LAPOR in district of Indragiri Hulu were amount of 725 users from throughout the community. The purpose of this research is to know the communicators election strategy, message, media, an effect or feedback, and the completion of the LAPOR systems of the implementation program LAPOR in district of Indragiri Hulu.This research used qualitative approach. The subject of research determined base on technique purposive that comprising head office of Diskominfo Inhu, head of management ICP, head of section for public information management, head of section partnership ICP, functional general staff, and two people students that has been received socialization of LAPOR program. Technique data collection is interview, onservation, and documentation. Technique analysis data is data of reduction, presentation of data, and conclusion. Technique is the extension of participation and triangulation.The research result showed that strategy Diskominfo Inhu in the implementation of program LAPOR is the communicators or the source of information that convey information about the program LAPOR work at the LAPOR central and administrator district that has been received training of program LAPOR. The message was using sentence informative, persuasive, educational, and obvious. The media that in use is the printed media, electronic media such as radio, and new media like online media and social media. An effect or feedback is being able to benefit and help people in doing repert dan reduce the abusing status. The settlement of the problem have been carried out with verify report and disposing to administrator of regional device organization.Keywords: strategy communications, LAPOR

Abstract

This study aims to find out how to implement the marketing strategy at Pekanbaru Eye Center Eye Hospital. The sample in this study was taken as many as 4 respondents consisting of Key Informants, namely Marketing Managers and 3 supplementary information, namely patients Eye Center Pekanbaru Eye Hospital. The technique used is Snowball Sampling Technique. The data in this study using the Triangulation method through interviews with consumers. Data obtained from the results of interviews with Key Informants were then cross-checked with complementary informants and then processed to be tested with qualitative methods. The results of the analysis using qualitative data analysis, because the data obtained in the form of information. The results of this study indicate that the implementation of the marketing strategy of Pekanbaru Eye Center Eye Hospital has been successful.Keywords : Marketing Strategies, Marketing Implementation, Qualitative Research

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to provide an overview of the public response to the presence of café remang-remang and give a description of the factors that make café remang-remang remained in existence until today. Basic research is the survey in desa kasang. As for the type of research is descriptive quantitative research that is working with numbers in subsequent statistical analysis used in describing the reality. Collecting data through obsertion. And direct interview to the respondents. Sampling techniques in this study using methods purposive sampling. Taking samples 42 respondents (10.29%) from 408 head of family. Data collected from the research results were processed using frekuansih table with presentation. Research shows that most people assume the existence of a dimly lit café is negative and the impact on the younger generation. But here relatively negative negative light because no decisive acion from the government or society to café remang-remang which had stood for a long time. Whereas the factors that make the café remang-remang remained in existence until now in the weak level of religion, low levels of education, lack of skills, economic status, and lack of social control. Among the factors that most makes eksis café remang-remang economic factors and social control. To reduce the presence of café remang-remang which exist in kasang expected to community, government and community leaders would be willing to supervise and provide decisive action to those who founded the café remang-remang, and provides guidance to adolescents so that the teens can develop into young people who have insight. Abstract

This research using the concept by applying the role conduct of the programs to see how is the effects in tackling deforestation and emission issue in Kalimantan during 2010-2014 in three focus area. This research using the role theory and International Organisation level analysis. These concept pointing to quantitative method dan library research as source of information.Some of contents in FORCLIME program in tackling id of the core issue are strategic approaches, by monitoring Forclime in three scoope area: Kapuas Hulu, Berau and Malinau. So far these efforts gave good contribution of reducing emission in Kalimantan during 2010-2014, and open eyes of citizen to act proactively in Kalimantan for the good future.Keywords: FORCLIME, deforestation, GIZ, emission, program

Abstract

Pekanbaru City has several interesting and unique tourist objects to visit. Therefore, there is a need for a pattern of tourist trips that are arranged to attract tourists visiting the city of Pekanbaru. This research was conducted to uncover tourist objects in the city of Pekanbaru and arrange them in the form of tourist travel patterns.The purpose of this study is to identify the objects and tourism potential in the city of Pekanbaru as well as uncover the cluster of travel patterns and recommend patterns of tourist travel in the city of Pekanbaru. This research uses descriptive qualitative method with data collection techniques, namely theory, observation, interview and documentation.The results of this study are to uncover the tourism objects and potential in the city of Pekanbaru, and recommend patterns of tourism in the city of Pekanbaru.Keywords: Travel Pattern, Tourism, Pekanbaru City

Abstract

This research describes the Indonesia‟s diplomacy in a UNIFIL. The United Nations Interim Force in Lebanon (UNIFIL) was established by United Nations Security Council Resolutions 425 (1978) and 426 (1978) of 19 March 1978 and mandated to:  Confirm the withdrawal of Israeli forces from southern Lebanon, Restore international peace and security and Assist the Government of Lebanon in ensuring the return of its effective authority in the area.  This research will focus on how Indonesia‟s diplomacy in contributing Country in UNIFIL mission. This study interesting because describe about the diplomatic efforts of Indonesia  as developing country and the world‟s biggest peacekeeper troops in UNIFIL get a significant role.  This research was prepared using the perpective of Neorealis, the theory of Defence Diplomacy and the concept of national interest. This research used descriptive qualitative  research methods which the reseacrh data was obtained throught literature review.Indonesia’s Diplomacy in UNIFIL mission has resulted establish confidence  building measures by conducting joint military exercises, establish democratic civil and military relations  and increase the capability of the tool and troops especially martime task force Keywords: Diplomacy, Indonesia, UNIFIL, Peacekeeper, Maritime Task Force

Abstract

Makan bajamba is a vernacular tradition from Minangkabau, for example  it be held often in wedding alek (party). The  process of makan bajamba in wedding party often see the combination to other culture. But, the  process is still the same, it is just the combination is not out of context of makan bajamba. Like, recitation of pasambahan by juaro, how  to put down the dishes and the dishes that will be delivered to ninik mamak and invited guests. Purpose of this study was to find out the process of makan bajamba in Nagari Magek  and moral value we get after makan bajamba ends. This study used method of  qualitative descriptive with 9 people as subject. Result of this study was  process of makan bajamba is still ongoing in Nagari Magek with custom  procedures that is still match the ancestors rules. Implementation of the process is still match with custom rules that applied in Nagari Magek, like recitation of pasambahan at before and after makan bajamba, participation of juaro to arrange the dishes and how to put down the dishes in the middle of ninik mamak and other invited guests matched the rules, and seat positions in makan bajamba which is different between ninik mamak and other invited guests. On process of makan bajamba also found few of moral value or positive implication like appreciate and respect the older with let them to take the food first, habituate ourselves to  sharing, also to establish the rope of unity to make it stronger and tighten the relationship. Makan bajamba gives inner satisfaction after doing it because it be held with praying together afterwards.  Keyword: The Tradition,Makan Bajamba, Pasambahan, Juaro.

Abstract

This Research is being conduct in Jalan Naga Sakti Stadion Utama Riau Pekanbaru with purpose of gaining an information about the informal sector at the end of the day. The problems are (1) How is a profile of a street roasted corn seller in Jalan Naga Sakti, Pekanbaru Riau ? (2) How is the behavior of roasted corn visitor in Jalan Naga Sakti Pekanbaru Riau? The title of this research is " The Activity of Informal Sector At Night ( Legal studies of Buyer and Roasted Corn Seller in Jalan Naga Sakti Stadion Utama Riau Pekanbaru ) . This research is a qualitative research which being analyzed descriptively. Theory being used in this research is informal sector, street vendors, behaviours and social action. In this very research there is approximately 9 respondents. The technics that being used to get a sample are Purposive sampling and Accidental sampling. The results from the field say that the profile of roasted corn merchants differ from each other, ranging from selling, selling hours to facilities provided by traders and the behavior of visitors also show deviant behavior in which visitors come to kiss with their partners.Key words : Roasted Corn Seller, Visitors, Deviant Behaviours

Abstract

Where election of regional head is used as a place of society to learn how real democracy and how to realize a good election of regional head for all parties, both win and lose. In this election In the election of Regional Head and Deputy Head of Region in Rokan Hulu Regency every candidate nominating is supported by their respective supporting parties. In the behavior of the people of subdistrict Kepenuhan Hulu, there are three theories: sociological approach, psychological approach and rational approach. The result of behavioral research of the people of districts is influenced in sociological approach because the people are choosing the ethnic candidate pair from the community using sociological approach. To find out the reason people do not choose the pair H. Syafaruddin Poti, because people are disappointed with the figure of H. Syafaruddin Poti less socialize with the community Kepenuhan Hulu Subdistrict, besides H. Syafaruddin Poti socialize less evenly, because H. Syafaruddin Poti only socialize in village Melayu.

Abstract

This research was conducted in the Hidayat Village, Kuala Indragiri District, Indragiri Hilir Regency. The purpose of this research is to find out how rational the social actions of the people that occur around the tomb. The actions of rationality include the number of people who make pilgrimages to the tomb, the number of people who open businesses by selling accessories and the high interest of buyers to have these accessories or antidotes. The focus of this research is to find out the activities and benefits that occur around the tomb until now. As for the theory, the author uses Max Weber's Social Action theory in this case and the number of samples in this study amounted to 6 people. The author uses qualitative methods and uses purposive sampling technique. Data instruments are observation, interviews and documentation. From the research conducted, the authors found that this village was also of less concern than the Inhil Ministry of Tourism, seen from the existing infrastructure in the village. While the tradition of pilgrimage that took place in the village of Hidayat according to the native villagers was only limited to the traditions of the surrounding community because Tuan Syekh Abdurrahman Shidiq's teacher during his lifetime was very meritorious, plus he was buried right in Hidayat Village. While rumors about sacred tombs are usually highly trusted by pilgrims from outside the area. But thanks to the tomb the people who live around the tomb have a very positive impact on social, religious and economic aspects. Keywords: Religious Tourism, Tradition, Rationality of Action
