Abstract

This research is motivated by the emergence of one of the programs that harness the power of community empowerment as a partner building company that had the talent and Small and Medium Enterprises (SMEs) in Pelalawan. The program is called program Entreprenuer's Small Medium (SME's), one of the Community Development program of PT. RAPP-related assistance in micro-scale enterprises, small to medium-sized. Program Entreprenuer's Small Medium (SME's) is a partnership mutually beneficial business between small businesses and large businesses along with the coaching and development by large employers, mutual need, benefit and strengthen. Until now, SME's program is still running and growing rapidly.          The method used in this research is descriptive qualitative. The data in this study is divided into two primary data, in the form of interviews and observations. And secondary data, in the form of documentation, archives, as well as a general overview of the location of research in getting from PT. RAPP. Data collection uses interviews, observation and documentation. In this study, there were 5 people whom the authors took as informants to provide the data that the authors needed. Data analysis techniques in this study are using the Milles and Huberman models and data validity checking techniques that extend participation and triangulation.The results showed that the strategies implemented by PT. RAPP has been quite successful because it has a big impact for the community, especially community development partners of the company. However, in the application of innovation strategy still needs development of creative ideas in order to create a superior program and is better known by the public. Factors supporting the implementation of the program Entreprenuer's Small Medium (SME's): Management, Access Capital and Marketing, Cooperation with the Government, as well as family support. While the inhibiting factors in the implementation of the program Entreprenuer's Small Medium (SME's), namely: Human Resources (HR) and the number of SMEs who do not have a legal operating license.

Abstract

Due of the Pondok Patin HM. Yunus Restaurant in Pekanbaru that capture this opportunity is Pondok Patin HM. Yunus Restaurant. The aims of this sturly are identify the implemented marketing strategy, idendify the determinals of marketing strategy forfulation, formulated new marketing strategy. Pondok Patin HM. Yunus Restaurant uses 4 p marketing mix : 1) Product 2) Price 3) Promotion 4) Place. Pondok Patin HM. Yunus restaurant was one of restaurant who providing the signature main course of Pekanbaru city. This study aims to describe how their marketing strategy working regarding the tradisional signature main course of Pekanbaru called “Asam Pedas Ikan Patin”. The Data were obtained through direct interview with the owner of Pondok Patin HM. Yunus restaurant as well as direct observation and documentation: The result obtained from this study that Pondok Patin HM. Abstract

The problem in the research is the indiscipline becomes the factor of decreasing the work performance of employees, where there are still many less appreciate the time such as coming late to the company in accordance with the provisions of the discipline of working time set by the company, late return to work during the day after the end of the break, and employees who goes home before office ends. As a result, the execution of activities may be less productive or become impeded by the time that was previously wasted. Other conditions, found work environment, such as cafeteria facilities that are less comfortable, so some employees choose to enjoy lunch outside the company area. The purpose of the study is to determine the effect of work environment and work discipline on employee performance at PT. Karet Andalas Agrolestari.The method in this research is quantitative descriptive, by using SPSS program to analyze the influence of every work environment variable and work discipline on job performence. In the sampling method used census, which is as much as 40 respondents or all employees at the office of PT. Karet Andalas Agrolestari with data collection techniques through questionnaires. Abstract

This Study aimed to describe the influence of leadership style transformational and organizational culture to job satisfaction at the RSI Ibnu Sina Pekanbaru. Leadership style transformational as variable (X1), organizational culture as variabel (X2), and job satisfaction as variabel (Y). The menthod in this research is descriptive and quntitative using SPSS 21, Where the sample use are 68 nurses performed by proposional sampling method and data collection technique through questionnaires.From the results of the data analysis that includes a test of validity, reability, determination test, simple linear regression, multiple linear regression, test t, and test f.So it can be concluded that leadership style transformational has significant effect on job satisfaction on RS Ibnu Sina Pekanbaru, organizational culture has significant effect on job satisfaction on nurse RS Ibnu Sina Pekanbaru, leadership style transformational and organizational culture have significant effect to job satisfaction on nurse RSI Ibnu Sina PekanbaruKeyword: Leadership Style Transformational, Organizational Culture, and Job Satisfaction

Abstract

This research was conducted in South Nagari Tiku, Tanjung Mutiara Sub-District, Agam Regency, West Sumatera Province in order to obtain informations about the stakeholder's role in maintaining the cleanliness of Tiku Beach as tourism attraction. Some of issues in this research are (1) What is the role of stakeholders in maintaining the cleanliness in Tiku Beach as tourism attraction? (2) What are the obstacles that the stakeholders face in order to maintain the cleanliness in Tiku Beach as tourism attraction? The title of this research is "The The Role of Stakeholders in Maintaining The Cleanliness in Tiku Beach Tourism Object of Tanjung Mutiara Sub-district, Agam Regency of West Sumatera Province." This research aims to find out how the role of stakeholders in maintaining the cleanliness of Tiku Beach as a tourism object in Tanjung Mutiara Sub-District, Agam Regency, West Sumatra Province. To know the obstacles faced by stakeholders in maintaining the cleanliness of Tiku Beach in Tanjung Mutiara Sub-District, Agam Regency of West Sumatera Province, the subject of this research are the South Tiku Nagari Government, the Sadar Pesona Mutiara Putih group, the Merchants and others who take important roles in Tiku Beach, as many as 16 subjects. Datas were collected through observation, interview, and documentation. Qualitative analysis will be used to analyze the problems in this study and will be described descriptively on my paper. After the research, the results of this research is going to be about the role of stakeholders in maintaining the cleanliness of the Tiku Beach by socializing hygiene, inviting/encouraging traders to maintain the cleanliness, traders paying dues/hygiene retribution, traders clean the place of selling. While the obstacles that the stakeholders face in maintaining the cleanliness in Tiku Beach are the lack of awareness from the merchants to maintain the cleanliness of touring places and trash bins, transportations.Keywords: stakeholders, role, obstacles

Abstract

The capacity of Pemulu in mobilizing social capital in village development in Bangko Pusaka is an attempt by the author to look at the extent of the role of the village head or headman in carrying out his duties in building community resources and in the development of the Bangko Pusaka Village infrastructure. In this case, to see the capacity of the Bangko Pusaka Leader, the writer uses a social capital approach that consists of several principles, namely: Trust, Network, and Norm. The aim of the research is first, to describe the capacity of the first managerial in mobilizing social capital in development in Bangko Pusaka village. Second, Describe the political capacity of the prince in mobilizing social capital in development in Bangko Pusaka Village.The type of research that I use in this case is a type of descriptive research with qualitative analysis methods. Research location in Bangko pusaka village. Interview data collection techniques and documentation. While data analysis is done by qualitative analysis. The author uses triangulation as a technique to check the validity of data. The results of this study indicate that the Managerial Capacity and political capacity of the Bangko Pusaka leaders in general are not good enough. Due to the low level of education and experience of the prince. Likewise social capital (Network, Trust and Norms) The potential is in the Kepenghuluan Bangko Pusaka, except that in this case there is a failure of the leader in mobilizing social capital in the community resulting in problematic development, and community distrust towards the person of the headman.Keywords: Governability, Social Capital, Development.

Abstract

This study aims to determine what strategies are used by the Coalition of Political Parties in the winning pair Zulkifli AS and Eko Suharjo at the General Election in Kota Dumai 2015. This study is an analysis of the offensive strategy (attack) and defensive strategies (last) used by the coalition of political parties supporting the Zulkifli AS and Eko Suharjo in Kota Dumai Election 2015. This research was conducted during a three -month high of May until the month of July 2016 in Kota Dumai precisely in Dumai Care Coalition Team Post Office and Branch Council (DPC) each Party Coalition. This study uses qualitative research is research that is descriptive and tend to use the analysis and based on the theoretical basis as a guide so that the focus of research in accordance with the fact the field. Data analysis techniques to analyze data is the data obtained and set forth in writing and developed through the theory to obtain a conclusion in accordance with the purpose of research.Research shows that the coalition parties supporting the pair Zulkifli US and Eko Suharjo has implemented several political strategy for pemengan at the General Election in Kota Dumai 2015 were divided into Strategic Offensive and Defensive Strategies.Keyword: Strategy, Coalition, Election.

Abstract

The number of public transportation in society environment is increasing day by day. It can be seen from the increasing of the number of vehicle’s on the street as one of transportation means for human to go somewhere to fulfill their needs. This can give effects to the traffic safety, especially in traffic accidence. In order to follow up the victims of accident, government has made an insurance institution that has the program of giving sympathetic care services. The name of this institution is PT. Jasa Raharja (Persero) that also exists in Riau..The theory that is used in this service is told by Agus Dwiyanto that has seen services as 5 categories, they are: official behavior, procedure, time, facility, and the implementation of the services. The aim of this research is to know how the implementation of care services of traffic accident in PT. Jasa Raharja (Persero) Branch Riau and the factors that affect it. The method of this research is qualitative method by descriptive investigation. The data collection technique is interviewing, observation and documentation by using purposive sampling method as a source of information and the data analysis techniqueis triangular technique.The result of this research shows that the implementation of care services of traffic accident in PT. Jasa Raharja (Persero) Branch Riau has been well done as what has been expected. However, the facility is unequal to the expectation. Moreover, the implementation of the care service is affect by the shortage of identity data of society in reporting the claims. In order to make the implementation of care services can be maximal and comprehensive, PT Jasa Raharja (persero) is expected to improve the services and give the transparency to the victims of accident to report the problem to PT. Abstract

This research was conducted in Kenegerian Cengar Village, Kuantan MudikSubdistrict, Kuantan Singingi Regency with the aim to obtain information aboutthe conflict between Farmer Group and KUD Prima Sehati. The several problemsin this research are (1) How are the forms of conflict between members of FarmerGroup and KUD Prima Sehati? (2) How is the process of resolving the conflictbetween the Farmer Group and the KUD Prima Sehati? The title of this study is": Conflicts Between Farmer Group and KUD Prima Sehati". The researchundertaken aims To find out how the forms and how the process of conflictresolution that occurs between the Farmer Group with KUD Prima Sehati inKenegerian Cengar Village, Kuantan Mudik Subdistrict, Kuantan SingingiRegency. In research, the subject of the study amounted to eight people. Thesubject are those who know how the conflict is going and involved in the conflictdirectly. The data were collected by interview, observation, and documentation.The interviews conducted were in-depth interviews. After doing this research, theforms of conflict that occurred in the village of Kenegerian Cengar KuantanMudik Sub-district Kuantan Singingi Regency are a demonstration, blocking ofroads and mass harvest, burning the field house KUD Prima Sehati, and there aredivisions within the community. The settlement efforts are done by mediating withboth parties and questioning how the management of KUD Prima Sehati for thenext and found the decision by vote caounting that administrators of KUD PrimaSehati must be replaced.Keywords: Conflict, Farmer Group, KUD Prima Sehati Management

Abstract

This research explains the role of international organizations in dealing with HIV / AIDS that occurred in Nigeria in 2010. One of the countries with highest HIV / AIDS transmission rate is Nigeria. Joint Nations Program On HIV / AIDS (UNAIDS) has the task of handling HIV / AIDS in accordance with the mandate given by the United Nations.This research uses descriptive analytic research method. Data obtained by books, journals, articles, dictionaries and websites. The theory used in this research is the theory of international organizationsThis research demonstrates UNAIDS's efforts in dealing with HIV / AIDS in Nigeria and has made an active role in providing its aid in Nigeria in the form of facilities and funding to Nigeria. With the cooperation of UNAIDS and the Nigerian government have a direct positive impact on HIV / AIDS in Nigeria.Keywords:UNAIDS,Nigeria UNAIDS
