Abstract

District is part of the district / municipality government in carrying out its duty to obtain the delegation of some authority of Regent / Mayor for the portion of regional autonomy. Governmental science is an applied science because it prioritizes the aspect of use in practice, namely in the relationship between the former (people) (the Hamasaki, Citizenship Education). This research was conducted in subdistrict Tapung Kampar District, with problem formulation, Why is the Authority of Camat in Implementation of Village Governance and Supervision Not Optimal?. To know and explain the authority of sub-district head in the administration of village administration in Tapung Sub-district, Kampar Regency in 2016 and to know the factors of not yet optimal authority of sub-district administrator in the village administration in Tapung District Kampar regency. This research uses descriptive explanatory method using Qualitative research design. Primary data types: data on security factors and data on authority constraints, informants in this study are Camat, Camat Secretary, Head of Village Government Affairs, Village Deliberation Agency, Village Head, Village Secretary. Technique of completion of this research data use Interview, Observation, Documentation, and Literature Study. So this result of this research: Camat in coaching in fostering governance is enough role in its implementation. The obstacles to village governance in the tapung dap kampar are the low level of education and the thought of the village administration in the management and maintenance of the village so that it is difficult to improve the quality of the existing human resources management and management of the village, so what are their duties and responsibilities abandoned, village officials are also less budget in the implementation of coaching. Abstract

This study aims to examine the persial and simultaneous influence of capital structure and firm size on firm value. Where independent variable in this research is capital structure and company size while dependent variable is company value. The sample used is secondary data derived from the financial statements of pulp and paper companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) period 2011 to 2015.This study uses secondary data from the company's financial statements. Samples and sampling using purposive sampling technique. Data analysis using multiple linear regression analysis, t test, F test, and test of coefficient of determination. Data analysis using multiple linear regression analysis with SPSS 20.The results of this study indicate that the variable of capital structure in persial (t test) does not affect the company value, while the firm size variables affect the value of the company in the pulp and paper companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange. The simultaneous test results (F) show the effect of capital structure variable and firm size on firm value on pulp and paper companies listed in Indonesia Stock Exchange.Keywords: capital structure, firm size and company value

Abstract

This study aims to find out how far a film that is one of the art products, can serve as a container to represent social reality that exist in society. This study used a qualitative approach to discuss Toba Dreams film as a film that represents patriarchal culture which identical with male superiority and masculinity. In this research, the main thing that becomes the most important thing is the relationship between the actors in the film that describe through the dialogue, scenes and storyline. The above will create a social structure that reflects the reality which exists in society. In addition, cultural aspects are also part of this research because this aspect is considered to be influential in the film. This aspect is a form of the values or ideology made by the director into the film. The cultivation of this value has the motivation to describe the ideal situation in society or can also be used as a director's view of a particular social context of society. The results of this study indicate that the Toba Dreams film is not only a part of the art but can be used as a scientific by using the sociological view by describing of life people in Indonesia. The scene in the film reflects the patriarchal attitude that has become a culture in some societies.Keywords: Film, Patriarchy, Toba Dreams

Raja Muhammad Rasid (1201112415). Duties Head Of The Issuance Agreement Port Officer Sail (SPB) On Harbour Master Office In The City Of Pekanbaru. Supervisor : Dra. Ernawati, M.Si.Under Article 6 of Law No.17 of 2008, the type of transport in the waters consist of sea transport, river and lake transport and ferry transport. In accordance with Article 219 of Law No.17 of 2008, to conduct any ocean freight shipping (vessel) shall require approval Sailing / Anchored (SPB) is issued by the harbormaster to be sailing or docked. In order to obtain a Certificate of Approval Sailing/Anchored (SPB), the ship will sail must meet the requirements that the terms seaworthiness ship.In theory Duties, Simanjuntak explained that the implementation of the duty of each individual is influenced by several factors which can be classified into three groups: individual competency, organizational support and management support .The method used in this research is qualitative research. With the technique done of snowball sampling, the key informant in this study. In this study, the informant is the Head Office and the Port Authority Harbour Master Class III In The City Of Pekanbaru, Head of Sub. Administration, Head of Legal Status and certification of ships, Kasi Kesber, Guard and Patrol, and Kasi Enterprises Lala and Ports and then analyze and process the data .Based on the research and discussion that researchers do in the field, it was found that the execution of tasks of the Head of the Harbor Master in the Issuance of Approval Sail (SPB) At Office Harbor Master in the city of Pekanbaru has not been implemented to the fullest, it is in because of limited support infrastructure in the field, the lack of human resources and lack of awareness of the laws that affect the execution of tasks Harbor Master.Keywords : Individual competence, Organizational Support, ManagementSupport

Abstract

The image is very important for a tourist attraction, that is to know exactly what is in each individual mind on an object, how they understand and what they like or dislike of the object. So as to increase tourist arrivals in tourist attraction. This research aims to know the visitor's perception about image of King Admiral trusted in the Sea Bengkalis Regency Riau Province. This research used a qualitative method with descriptive approach to examine the problems. For first aims use the interview, and for the second aims use Cross Tabulation techniques. The sample in this research were 60 respondents, taken by using accidental sampling. While data collection techniques in this research use observation, questionnaire, documentation and interviews. By using a Likert Scale as a measure to determine the length of the short interval. With sub-variables that are components of the main image (Kennedy 1977) is divided into Values History, Hygiene, Sanitation, Heritage Collection, Conditions Object, Spatial, amenities, Consistency, Accessibility, Security,, hospitality, and comfort. From the results of research conducted in the field of research on Citra attraction King Admiral trusted in the Sea Bengkalis Regency Riau Province was included in the average category.Keywords: Image Tourism Attractions, The heritage, King Admiral at Sea.

Abstract

This research describes the impact of Indonesia-Tiongkok cooperation on the economy of Riau ( study case : China ASEAN Expo 2015). Many sectors owned by Indonesia that have a big role in the Indonesian economy as a foreign ax and create jobs. Indonesia has regions that are rich in economic potential that can push the economy of the country, one of which is Riau. Riau has a lot of potential, in addition to the export commodity sector is now the provincial government of Riau is building the tourism sector and creative economy as supporting regional PAD in the long term.The method used in this research is qualitative. All the data and informations obtained from book, journals, articles, internet, and another media. The focus of this research is how the impact of cooperation between Indonesia and Tiongkok to economy of Riau. This research use liberalism perspective and international cooperation theory.The impact of that cooperation for economy of Riau is increasing PAD riau from 2015-207, that is Rp. 3.476 Trilions on 2015, Rp. 3.496 Trilions on 2016, and Rp. 4,535 Trilions on 2017.Key words: cooperation, liberalism, economy of riau

Abstract

The purpose of research to known charateristics voters and response of regional head election 2015 at desa pulau padang kecamatan singingi kabupaten kuantan singingi. This research is located at desa pulau padang. The study using the research methods quantitative descriftive with how to use a list of data the selection remains in desa pulau padang. To know how the charateristics of the people to selection bupati and deputy bupati and how the response of againts the results of regional head election at desa pulau padang kecamatan singingi kabupaten kuatan singingi. For the data collection of respondent and used methode observasi and for processing data used a quantitative deskriftive method to the people or someone in voters bupati and deputy bupati cnaraterististic in the regional head election is also very needed, and how to respons to the society against the regional head election because previously of the former bupati is a family of kondidat numbers 1, as bupati and deputy bupati has been designated now how to response of the results of this research of the election for people who are not choise while voters. The results of the research is that as charateristic voters in the desa pulau padang kecamatan singingi kabupaten kuantan singingi of obtained by 78,61%. It shows that the characteristies of voters against the selection is good and the response of against the reseluts of the regional head election then be seen from the rekaputation response and attaced of 75,61%, that the response of against the results of regional head election 2015 in desa pulau padang is good.Key word: Characteristics, Response, Society, Voters

Abstract

PDIP’s decision to carry Ahok showed the long journey of Ahok in Jakarta Governor Election 2017. In reporting of Ahok’s news is the result of framed construction by media’s reporters in accordance with the ideology and policy of Tempo.co and Detik.com. This research was conducted to see how Tempo.co and Detik.co construct Ahok’s news when carried by PDIP and how ideology in the news media. This research aims to determine the construction and the news media in reporting Ahok ideology when carried PDIP in online media Tempo.co and Detik.comThis research is using the qualitative method with data collecting technique are documentation, book study and interview. Subjects of this research are the journalists and the editorial of Detik.com and Tempo.co. Objects of this research are the news about Ahok in Jakarta’s Governor Election 2017 from 20 September until 22 September 2016. Data is analyzed by using framing analysis with Zhongdang Pan and Gerald M.Kosicki’s model.The results of this research indicate that: (1) Detik.com news frame by taking the viewpoint of one of the parties who supporting Ahok, which is PDIP. (2) Tempo.co framing news from the perspective of responses and attitudes in decision of PDIP. Abstract

This research was conducted at Capture Studio Pekanbaru which is located on Marsan Sejahtera Street, Sidomulyo Barat, Tampan, Pekanbaru. The problem in this study is that in the last five years the company has only reached one target and even a decline in income in the last two years. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of service quality and digital marketing on consumer buying interest in capture studio Pekanbaru. In this study the method used was quantitative descriptive with the SPSS program. The population in this study were consumers who used services from capture studio Pekanbaru, which amounted to 408 consumers. Samples taken based on the method using the Slovin formula are 80 respondents. Hypothesis testing uses a simple linear regression analysis method and multiple linear regression analysis with the results showing that the quality of services and digital marketing have a significant effect on consumers' interest in buying capture studio Pekanbaru. With a simple calculation of the coefficient of determination (R2) of service quality on consumer buying interest, the value of R Square of 0.646 or 64.6% and digital marketing towards consumer buying interest obtained values of 0.666 or 66.6% and the calculation of determination (R2) was obtained R Square of 0.756 or 75.6%. This shows that the quality of services and digital marketing have an influence of 75.6% on consumers buying interest in capture studio Pekanbaru, while the remaining 24.4% is influenced by other variables not examined in this study.Keywords: Service Quality, Digital Marketing, Consumer Buying Interest.

Abstract

The rising tide of money politics is very dangerous implications for the strengthening of democracy and the nation state. Through money politics, sovereignty is not there at the hands of the people but the sovereignty is in the hands of "money". Therefore, the sovereign is "the owner of money", no longer a majority of the people. If there is any doubt about the political correctness of money in Meranti Islands District in the elections in 2015, should be respected because: first, post-election was not a dispute of money politics of electoral participants from both institutional and individual Political Parties (candidate); secondly, the absence of evidence of the voting public reporting documents that can be justified; Third, the findings nihilnya Election Supervisory Authority about the practice of money politics.This study uses qualitative research methods with an assessment of descriptive data. In collecting the data, researchers use interviewing techniques, observation and studikepustakaan. By using key informants and informant as a supplementary source of information.These results indicate that the lack of public trust in government is also one of the factors that lead to high politics of money in society. Factors that lead to jobs or economic society can not avoid the occurrence involved money politics. Lack of socialization prospective head region and the lack of nearby party to the public conducted by candidates and political parties bearers resulting lack of public knowledge of who and what the vision-mission to be carried out if the candidate won the election. The dominant factor affecting the high politics of money people in the District of Kepulauan Meranti is apathy, which was influenced by the apathy of political awareness and public confidence in the government. Apathy is also related to factors which the administration of the public should be able to use their voting rights by using an ID card.Keywords: Money Politics, Regional Head Election
