Abstract

Management of Riau Main Stadium (SUR) has many obstacles and constraints. The obstacles can be seen from the ownership status of SUR that unclear from year 2013 – 2015, in 2012 after the implementation of PON in Riau Province. The ownership of SUR due to uncertainty of regarding the status of the debts helps by the Provincial Government to the contractor building in the stadium. Consequently have an impact on not managed of SUR, resulting SUR be groomed and well maintained. It can be seen from the surrounding area of the stadium which is already covered by bushes, and damaged several other supporting infrastructure such as building toilets, ticket purchases, and so on, by November 2016.This study uses the concept by theory Yusuf (2015), which states that in relation to the rules - the rules that limit, at least - there is at least three factors that need to be considered in the optimization of the regional asset value of the asset, the asset functions, as well as asset management systems and procedures. This study uses qualitative research with an assessment of descriptive data. Data collection techniques were collected by the researcher through observation, interviews, and documentation.This results indicate a conclusion that the factors that hinder SUR management deals with three problems with the environment of space. Namely the limited authority of Dispora manage, not the allocation of budget funds to meet development needs and repayment of debt, and also the scope of time to complete the stage-by-stage problems that stadium, because it is the next necessary seriousness for the government in managing the assets that exist in Riau including SUR, one of them with a good understanding in managing assets - public assets in an integrated and strategic by considering environmental aspects, sustainability, and the demands of society.Key Words : Regional Autonomy, Asset Management, Riau Main Stadium

Abstract

Along with the erosion of indigenous culture and music as calempong Kampar Riau Province, causing some of the music group's desire to exhume and promote it, such as one conducted Riau Indonesia Rhtym Chambers. Chambers Rhtym Riau Indonesia stood on June 17, 2001, with a 9 personnel. Chambers rhtym Riau Indonesia heavily promoting calempong Kampar with packaged with the album "Sound of Svarnadvipa" containing material calempong Kampar. Therefore, this study aims to determine the Communication Strategy Rhtym Chambers Riau Indonesia In Promoting Calempong Kampar in Riau Province. This study uses descriptive qualitative research, with the selection of informants using purposive, consisting of one chairman and composers Riau Rhtym Chambers Indonesia, the personnel, 2 Management team Riau Rhtym Chambers premises and 2 music fans Riau Rhtym Chambers Indonesia and society general who has been following the development of Riau Indonesia Rhtym Chambers. Data collection techniques using observation, interviews, and documentation. For the data analysis, refer to the interactive model of Miles and Huberman. For checking the validity of the data using the extension of participation and triangulation techniques. The results of this study indicate Riau Indonesia Rhtym Chambers, the first in the strategy of targeting the audience by finding out who the target in order to establish an appropriate message. Second, in the delivery of this message Rhtym Chambers Riau Indonesia always carry cultural messages to the preservation and development of native culture Riau province that is based on direct observation of the obvious originality. Third, in determining methods Rhtym Chambers Riau Indonesia not only promotes well as providing information, education and to persuade the general public to Calempong Kampar. Fourth, Riau Indonesia Rhtym Chambers also use social media (instagram, twitter, facebook, youtube and I-Tunes), print media (newspapers) in order to promote calempong Kampar. Abstract

Death is a thing that can not be rejected, but death is fear by everyone. Generally,theTionghoa belief is based on the belief that the world of people's life is a reflection of theuniverse. Any death that happens to a family member of the heir or any other family memberwill perform a death ritual as a form of last respects. The death ceremony in this Tionghoacommunity can be done by being buried or cremated.Cremation is the application of the release of the corpse by burning. This ceremony is doneat the heirs home or in the house of grief which held by a foundation. In addition, this funeralwith a cremation is not only done by ethnic Tionghoa who are Buddhists. Tionghoa Ethnicwho are Catholic, Christians also perform the funeral ceremony by means of cremation. Forthat researchers tried to address how the implementation procedure of the cremationceremony. The results showed that the implementation of cremation rituals through severalstages: (1) Family meetings attended by close family. This meeting was conducted to find amutual agreement on where the corpse was located, the length of the body was held and theelection of a good day for each ceremony process. (2) Preparation by the family in the formof cleaning the body, wearing clothes on the corpse and some offerings. (3) Preparation bythe funeral home in the form of room decoration, (4) Ceremony before entering the crate. (5)The end of the deceased. (6) Tutu ceremony crate. (7) Funeral / cremation ceremony. (8)Taking ashes made one day after the cremation ceremony. This cremation ceremony isperformed in order to fulfill the last request of the deceased or a hereditary tradition that isbelieved in the community group itself. In addition there are several factors behind thecremation ceremony conducted on the community itself, one of the main factors is theeconomic factor.Keywords: Ritual, Cremation, Tionghoa

Abstract

The research was conducted at the Giant Panam MTC Bata Shoe Shop located on Jl. HR. Soebrantas Km. 12.5 Panam, Pekanbaru. The problem in this study is that for four consecutive years there have been fluctuations that have tended to decrease and have never reached the sales target set by the company. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of product quality and brand image on the decision to purchase Bata shoes. In this research the method used is descriptive quantitative using the SPSS program. The population in this study were consumers who had bought Bata brand shoes at the MTC Giant Panam shoe store, totaling 18,410 consumers. Samples were taken based on the method with Slovin formula that is 100 respondents and the method of data collection using a questionnaire. Hypothesis testing uses simple linear analysis and multiple linear analysis with the results showing that product quality and brand image have a positive and significant effect on the decision to purchase Bata shoes. With the calculation of the coefficient of determination (R2) simple product quality on the purchase decision obtained R Square value of 0.682 or 68.2% and brand image of the purchase decision obtained a value of 0.532 or 53.2% and the calculation of determination (R2) multiple R Square values obtained amounted to 0.683. This shows that product quality and brand image have an influence of 68.3% on the decision to purchase Bata shoes at the Giant Panam MTC Shoe Shop, while the remaining 31.7% is influenced by other variables not included in this study. Keywords: Product Quality, Brand Image, and Purchase Decisions

Abstract

The role of the State through Batam Indonesia Free Zone Authority (BIFZA) as the Central Government in the are of Batam City in the context of creating an invesment climate and increasing economic growth in Batam, the Riau Island and the national. Batam Indonesia Free Zone Authority (BIFZA) has a strong legal basis and this is stated in Government Regulation Number 46 of 2007 concerning the Free Trade Zone and Batam Free Port. This research uses a qualitative approach. Data was collected using stakeholder elements in Batam Island in 2017. Data were collected through informants purposively. Data collection techniques using field research, interviews and documentation studies. While data analysis uses the process of reducing, presenting and verifying data.                The results of the discussion show that first, the dualism of authority between the Batam Indonesia Free Zone Authority (BIFZA) and the Batam City Government in legal uncertainty in Batam City, where Batam is currently being discouraged as initially a Free Trade Zone (FTZ) or Free Trade Zone towards a Special Economic Zone (KEK) . This causes doubts about the investors who will invest their capital in Batam. So this will have an impact on economic growth both in Batam City, Riau Islands and National. Secondly, the role of the State through the Batam Business Entity in managing the increase of foreign investment in the City of Batam in 2017. In this case the Batam Indonesia Free Zone Authoruty in creating a good investment climate so as to realize economic growth in the city of Batam. Keywords: Dualism of Authority, Foreign Investment, Batam City

Abstract

The Government of the people of Indonesia have an obligation to explore, cultivate and nurture these natural resources in order to achieve a fair and prosperous society in accordance with the 1945 Constitution Article 33. In an effort to improve the welfare of society, the Government through the agency for Community Empowerment and rural Development form Agency financial Namely Village Owned Enterprises (BUMDes). BUMDes is a financial institution which primary goal is to provide credit loans to people who need to run a business, in addition BUMDes also can establish efforts to improve the local economy. The advantages obtained in writing for the welfare of the members (equalization of capital) and the society through the policy of the Village facilitated by the Provincial Government, the District Government and Village Government. This study aims to determine the management of village owned enterprises BUMDes and the factor that affect the management of village own enterprises BUMDes Bina Usaha Kepenuhan Barat Kecamatan Kepenuhan Rokan Hulu District.Theoretical concept used by the researcher is the concept of management and PrajudiAtmosudirdjo where using indicator Planning, Organizing, Directing, and control. This research uses descriptive qualitative method, using the interview techniques, observation and documentation.Informant of this research using of snowball sampling.The result of this research is that management of Village Owned Enterprise (BUMDes) of Kepenuhan Barat District of Kepenuhan of RokanHulu Regency has not run maximally because seen from indicator of Management indicator that is planning, organizing, directing and control have not run well and factors that Influence according to the researcher is the participation of community and human resources.Keywords: Management, Village Owned Enterprise (BUMDes)

Essay submitted to fulfill requirement sociology deagree. The study was conducted in kabupaten kuantan singing whit the aim of obtaining the impormation of the social impact of illegal gold mining. Several problem in this study are (1) who the perpetrators of gold mining without permission in the village sungai sorik (2) what are the social impact of illegal gold mining in the village sungai sorik (3) whether there is a relationship of social mobility of livelihood to social mobility. The title of this study “The Social Impact Of Illegal Gold Mining In The Village Sungai Sorik Kecamatan Kuanta Hilir Seberang Kabupaten Kuantan Singingi”. This research aimed to find out who the perpetrator gpld mining without permission in sungai sorik. To know the social impact that result gold mining without permission in sungai sorik. To know the relationship of livelihood change to social mobility. This reseach is a quantitative research because is natre is shapecase. After doing this research, the result of the study note the social impact of illegal gold mining in sungai sorik is a miner, social impact, and livelihood change relationship of social mobility. Perpretators of this social impact of wokers which has an individual or grup get a fropit. Or a lot of mining product and to achieve its ob actives. Abstract

This study aims to describe the role of WFP (World Food Program) in addressing the case of famine in North Korea from 2006 to 2012. This study uses the framework of the theory of international organizations and the concept of food security. This research uses qualitative method by conducting library study. The role of WFP as an initiator is done by raising the issue of hunger and food security in North Korea to international forums to further determine what steps to take next. WFP serves as a determinator to determine how North Korea's famine problems are described using the concept of food security. The role of WFP as a facilitator is done by facilitating the needs of the North Korean people through the implementation of aid programs. WFP establishes assistance programs within the framework of urgent operations and recovery operations as well as project assistance such as food aid programs for workers and infrastructure development programs and agricultural support. Abstract

The implementation function is an effort to create a climate of cooperation among the staff of program implementation so that the organization's goals can be implemented effectively and efficiently. The function of execution and supervision is the most important management function in a management process. Public service or public service can be defined as any form of services, either in the form of public goods or public services which in principle become the responsibility and implemented by the Government agencies at the Central, in the Region, and within the State-Owned Enterprises or Regional Owned Enterprises , in order to meet the needs of the community as well as in the implementation of the provisions of legislation. In this study the authors use the theory of Budiman in L.P Sinembela (2016) consisting of Reliability, Tangibles, Responsivenes, Assurance, Empathy. The type of research is descriptive qualitative research method. This research was conducted at the Office of the Head of Kubu Regency of Rokan Hilir Regency. Techniques of collecting data through interviews, observation, and documentation. Data analysis used qualitative descriptive method. The results of this study indicate that the Implementation of Service in the Office of the Sub-District Kubu Rokan Hilir in the management of correspondence is not optimal. It means that human resources are still classified as less. In addition the facilities and infrastructure needed is still inadequate, so that in the correspondence not in accordance with the time specified.Keywords: Implementation, service, human Resources

Abstract

This study aims to determine how much products quality and promotion to consumer buying interest. Sampels in this study were taken as many as 100 respondens and techniques used accidental sampling approach. The data in this study using survey method through questionnares filled by consumers. Data were obtained by using simple regression analysis dan multiple regression analysis. The result of this study show that products quality has a significant impact on consumer buying interest. Promotion has a significant impact on consumer buying interest. And then simultaneously products quality and promotion have a significant impact on consumer buying interest. Subsequent research is suggested to use other methods in researcing consumer buying interest, for example through in-depth interviews of respondents.Keywords: Product Quality, Promotion, And Consumer Buying Interest
